This research is motivated by the success of Learning Activity Studio (SKB) in carrying out activities, this is seen from the application of instruction by instructors at SKB Lima Puluh Kota. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of adult learning by instructor in terms of views, learning experiences, selfconcept, and readiness to learn. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is residents learn training. Sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the questionnaire data collection tool. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: instructorapply learning experiencesin the learning process, instructorapply self-concept in the learning process, instructor apply readiness to study in the learning process.

This research is motivated by the success of parents in the Taman Pendidikan Alquran (TPA) Jorong Bonjo, this is seen from the provision of learning facilities by parents at home. The purpose of this study is to describe the provision of learning facilities by parents at home in terms of study space, learning atmosphere, and learning aids. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study is the child's parents. The sampling technique in this research is cluster random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage. From the results of the study showed that: the availability of study space by parents in the learning process of children at home, realization of a comfortable learning by parents in the process of learning at home, the availability of learning aids by parents in the process of learning children at home.Keywords: Study Room, Learning Atmosphere, Learning Aids

This research is motivated by the high participation of learners English in the course of English Tutorial Center Padang, visible high level of attendance, liveliness and discipline of learners. Researchers suspect that the cause of the high participation of learners is due to the process of reward and punishment by the instructor in the learning activities. This study aims to describe the process of reward and punishment by instructors in English learning activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were all students totaling 500 people. Sampling technique used is cluster sampling, samples taken at each level/study group as many as 50 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. While the data collection tool use a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results show that rewards in of point, reward, and praise are categorized both given by the instructor, as well as punishments in prefentive and repressive forms categorized well given by the instructor. This is evidenced by the majority of students expressing "often" from each statement given.

This research is motivated by the high self-confidence of early child in PAUD Adzkia III Village Korong Gadang, District Kuranji, Padang City. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 29 teachers. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique obtained 22 people sample from 75% population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula. The result of the research shows that 1) the picture of self-confidence planting through the independent aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, 2) the picture of confidence planting through positive thinking aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, and 3) the picture the cultivation of trust through the brave aspect of expressing the opinion given by the teacher to the child looks very good. Suggestions in this study is expected to the teacher in order to maintain and increase confidence planting in school so that the child's confidence continues to increase.

This research was motivated by the success of the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio in carrying out randai activities, this was seen from the structuring of the organization carried out by the management staff in the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio. The purpose of this study is to describe smart organization in terms of determining activities and personnel, delegating authority, and determining tools and infrastructure. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were clever participants at the Sarunai Sangkokalo Art Studio. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling of the entire population. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, while the questionnaire data collection tools. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula. This research was motivated by the high self-confidence of students in the Ar-Royyan Elementary School, especially the first (1) class students who had the courage to appear in front of the class, dare to express their opinions, and dare to write in front of the class during the teaching and learning process. Allegedly the high self-confidence of students because of the implementation of outbound activity programs before the teaching and learning process in school. The purpose of the research is to see an overview of the planning, implementation and evaluation of outbound activities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of the research was the executive committee of outbound activities at the Ar-Royyan Nature Elementary School (educators and education staff) totaling 50 people. The research sample was taken 50% of the total population of 25 people with simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and questionnaire data collection tools. Data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive technique with percentage calculation. The results of the study found that, (1) planning outbound activities looked very good, (2) the implementation of outbound activities looked very good, and (3) evaluation of the implementation of outbound activities looked very good. Suggestions to the Ar-Royyan Nature Elementary School, (1) in order to maintain the outbound activity program is always carried out at the time of admission of new students, and (2) the implementing committee of outbound activities maintain the quality of the implementation of outbound activities that have been carried out properly.Keywords: Outbound, Confidence

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between promotion and decision making learners in following the tutoring in BBC Limbanang Kecamatan Suliki Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is correlational. The population in this study is the citizens learn BBC learning guidance. Sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling from entire population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool questionnaire. Technique of data analysis by using formula of percentage and product moment. From the results of the study showed that: promotion done by the guidance of learning in BBC less good so that decision to follow guidance study in BBC considered less good also by learners.

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that not all consumers behave rationally. There are still many consumers who behave iirationally in the form of consumptive behavior. Consumers in this case students who have consumptive behavior are suspected because consumers are lacking in economic literacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of economic literacy on student consumptive behavior at STKIP Persada Kahtulistiwa Sintang. The research method used is quantitative with factual exposures. The population is students with 257 people. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 65 people. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaires and test questions. The results showed that economic literacy had a negative and significant effect on students' consumptive behavior in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. This is confirmed by the results of the t test which shows the value of t count - 3,400> t table - 1,998 (Two Tailed) on df = n -2 = 65 - 2 = 63 and the error rate (α = 5%) or significance 0,000 <0.05 means null hypothesis is rejected and alternative hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: Economic Literacy, Consumptive Behavior Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan yang terjadi bahwa tidak semua konsumen berperilaku rasional. Masih banyak konsumen yang berperilaku iirasional dalam bentuk perilaku konsumtif. Konsumen dalam hal ini mahasiswa yang memiliki perilaku konsumtif diduga karena konsumen kurang dalam literasi ekonomi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa di STKIP Persada Kahtulistiwa Sintang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan bentuk ekspos fakto. Populasi adalah mahasiswa  dengan jumlah 257 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah sample 65orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket dan soal tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perlaku konsumtif mahasiswa di STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang. Hal ini dipertegas dengan hasil uji t yang menunjukkan nilai t hitung – 3,400 > t tabel - 1,998 (Two Tailed) pada dk = n -2 = 65 – 2 = 63 dan tingkat kesalahan (α = 5%) atau signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata Kunci : Literasi Ekonomi, Perilaku Konsumtif

This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

This research is motivated by the success phenomenon of Tenun Songket Lansek Manih Training Strategies in IRA Songket, Sijunjung. This is evidenced by the presence, liveliness, and achievements obtained by the residents learning from the work of songket weaving. Researchers suspect the cause of the successful implementation of songket weaving training because of the learning strategies used by the instructor in interesting training. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 70 people who studied at IRA Songket. The sampling technique used is simple rendom sampling. Samples were taken as 35 people. While the questionnaire guidelines data collection tool. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. This study aims to determine (1) the magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship (2) the magnitude of the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation. In this study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 432 students. The sampling technique in this research is Simple Random Sampling technique. The variables of this research are entrepreneurship education (X) as the independent variable and the dependent variable is interest in entrepreneurship (Yı) and entrepreneurial motivation (Y2). The data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include variable descriptive analysis and analysis prerequisite test. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research, which is a method or approach in which the symptoms under study are analyzed using statistical assistance or numbers or computer assistance with the SPSS 16.0 for windows program. The results of the research show that (1) There is a positive influence of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship, indicated by the magnitude of the Fcount of 28.577 with a significance of 0.000. (2) There is a positive effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation as indicated by the value of Fcount 60.539 with a significance of 0.000
