Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di dunia sangat akrab dengan Bahasa Arab. Penggunaan Bahasa Arab telah menjadi kebutuhan baik untuk beribadah atau penggunaan dalam percakapan sehari-hari. Salah satunya adalah membaca Al-Quran. Tidak seperti bacaan yang lain, membaca Al-Qur’an memiliki ketentuan khusus yang harus diperhatikan. Ilmu tersebut dinamakan sebagai ilmu tajwid. Salah satu cabang dalam ilmu tajwid adalah Makhraj Huruf, yaitu ilmu yang mempelajari tentang tempat-tempat keluarnya huruf pada waktu huruf-huruf itu dibunyikan. Mempelajari makhraj huruf dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara baik melalui guru secara langsung atau melalui media-media yang tersedia salah satunya dengan animasi. Untuk menghasilkan animasi yang akurat dilakukan teknik rotoscoping dan membandingkannya dengan teknik Auto Lip-Sync sehingga menghasilkan perbandingan baik secara teknis maupun kualitasnya. Parameter pengukuran secara teknis dinilai menggunakan tiga aspek, yaitu frame yang dihasilkan, waktu rendering yang dibutuhkan, dan ukuran file yang dihasilkan. Dari perbandingan tersebut menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan teknik rotoscoping menghasilkan animasi yang nautral dan akurat. Sesuai dengan respon pengguna, animasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pendamping karena tidak bisa mengganti cara konvensional dalam belajar makhraj huruf. Kata Kunci— Animasi 2D, Rotoscoping, Auto Lip-sync, Makhraj Huruf, Huruf Hijaiyah, Indonesia as one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world is very familiar with Arabic. The use of Arabic has become a necessity for worship or use in daily conversation. One of them is reading the Quran. Unlike other book, reading the Qur'an has special provisions that must be considered. The knowledge is called tajweed. One branch of tajweed is makhraj huruf, which is the study of the places where letters are released when the letters are sounded. Learning the letters makhraj can be done in various ways either through the teacher directly or through the media available, one of them with animation. To produce an accurate animation rotoscoping technique and compare it with the Auto Lip-Sync technique to produce a comparison both technically and quality. Measurement parameters are technically assessed using three aspects, namely the resulting frame, the required rendering time, and the resulting file size. From these comparisons, it can be concluded that the use of rotoscoping techniques in making animated letters recognition introduces accurate and accurate animations. In accordance with user responses, this animation can be used as a companion of learning because it cannot replace conventional ways of learning letter makhraj.Keywords—2D Animation, Rotoscoping, Auto Lip-Sync, Makhraj Huruf, Hijaiyah Letters

The process of globalization, which many times is considered as new world order is affecting all spheres of modern society but also the media. In this paper specifically we will see the impact of globalization because we see changing the media access to global problems in general being listed on these processes. We will see that the greatest difficulties will have small media as such because the process is moving in the direction of creating mega media which thanks to new technology are reaching to deliver news and information at the time of their occurrence through choked the small media. So it is fair to conclude that the rapid economic development and especially the technology have made the world seem "too small" to the human eyes, because for real-time we will communicate with the world with the only one Internet connection, and also all the information are take for the development of events in the four corners of the world and direct from the places when the events happen. Even Albanian space has not left out of this process because the media in the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo are adapted to the new conditions under the influence of the globalization process. This fact is proven powerful through creating new television packages, written the websites and newspapers in their possession.

Recently at the end of 2019, a new disease was found in Wuhan, China. This disease was diagnosed to be caused by a new type of coronavirus and affected almost the whole world. Chinese researchers named this novel virus as 2019-nCov or Wuhan-coronavirus. However, to avoid misunderstanding the World Health Organization noises it as COVID-19 virus when interacting with the media COVID-19 is new globally as well as in India. This has disturbed peoples mind. There are various rumours about the coronavirus in Indian society which causes panic in peoples mind. It is the need of society to know myths and facts about coronavirus to reduce the panic and take the proper precautionary actions for our safety against the coronavirus. Thus this article aims to bust myths and present the facts to the common people. We need to verify myths spreading through social media and keep our self-ready with facts so that we can protect our self in a better way. People must prevent COVID 19 at a personal level. Appropriate action in individual communities and countries can benefit the entire world.

The media influence politics by providing intelligence and arena for political statements. Therefore, the danger of spreading false information and deliberate disinformation can have serious consequences. It is impossible to accuse specific media outlets of unfair coverage, but one cannot fail to note the existing resonance in media reports from different countries. Interpretations of the same events are radically different, while a journalist must rely on facts. The world is faced with the problem of global misunderstanding and information discord. Modern international broadcasting plays an important role in shaping the picture of the event for the world community. It is impossible to deny that the information agenda of many foreign broadcast media depends to some extent on a number of reasons: nationality, foreign policy of his state, profitability. Otherwise, the global media would not contradict each other. We want to track how modern foreign broadcasting builds its agenda and what principles it is guided by. Abstract The Wukan Incident attracted extensive attention both in China and around the world, and has been interpreted from many different perspectives. In both the media and academia, the focus has very much been on the temporal level of the Incident. The political and legal dimensions, as well as the implications of the Incident in terms of human rights have all been pored over. However, what all of these discussions have overlooked is the role played by religious force during the Incident. The village of Wukan has a history of over four hundred years, and is deeply influenced by the religious beliefs of its people. Within both the system of religious beliefs and in everyday life in the village, the divine immortal Zhenxiu Xianweng and the religious rite of casting shengbei have a powerful influence. In times of peace, Xianweng and casting shengbei work to bestow good fortune, wealth and longevity on both the village itself, and the individuals who live there. During the Wukan Incident, they had a harmonizing influence, and helped to unify and protect the people. Looking at the specific roles played by religion throughout the Wukan Incident will not only enable us to develop a more meaningful understanding of the cultural nature and the complexity of the Incident itself, it will also enrich our understanding, on a divine level, of innovations in social management.

From time to time, States are affected by outbreaks of internal violence. Such upheavals are usually referred to as internal disturbances or tensions, disorders, states of emergency, revolutions or insurrections. These expressions all refer to situations that appear contrary to justice, order, stability and internal peace. There have been many examples of the kind in the past, and we know from the media that they continue to occur. Almost every nation in the world has a history marked by periods of insecurity and protest accompanied by outbreaks of violence.

Many children grow up in contemporary Malaysia with an array of new media. These include television, video games, mobile phones, computers, Internet, tablets, iPads and iPods. In using these new media technologies, children are able to produce texts and images that shape their childhood experiences and their views of the world. This article presents some selected findings and snapshots of the media lifeworlds of children aged 10 in Malaysia. This article is concerned with media literacy and puts a focus on the use, forms of engagement and ways that children are able to make sense of media technologies in their lives. The study reveals that children participate in many different media activities in their homes. However, the multimodal competencies, user experiences and meaning-making actions that the children construct are not engaged with in productive ways in their schooling literacies. It is argued that media literacy should be more widely acknowledged within home and school settings.

This paper examines databases of female experts as tools to promote gender parity in the sources consulted and cited by journalists. To do this, we conducted a search of databases available online (n = 88) and carried out in-depth interviews with people in charge of these databases (n = 4) as well as a survey among female scientific researchers included in the database of the Association of Women Researchers and Technologists of Spain (AMIT) (n = 919). The main results reflect the great potential of these tools but indicate that, to be effective, they require fluid communication with the media and a design that allows their incorporation into the regular routines of journalists. In Spain, their impact is still low and, as in the rest of the world, there is great fragmentation of resources accompanied by very weak interaction among the different initiatives. Resumen Se presenta un análisis de las bases de datos de mujeres expertas como herramientas para fomentar la paridad de género en las fuentes que consultan y citan los periodistas. Para informar nuestro trabajo, hemos llevado a cabo una búsqueda de las bases de datos disponibles online (n=88). En un segundo momento, la completamos con la realización de entrevistas en profundidad con las directivas al frente de estas bases (n=4) y con la realización de una encuesta a expertas científicas que participan de la base de datos de la Asociación de Mujeres Investigadoras y Tecnólogas de España (AMIT) (n=919). Los principales resultados reflejan el alto potencial de estas herramientas e indican que, para que resulten eficaces a la hora de sumar diversidad en la selección de fuentes expertas, requieren una comunicación fluida con los medios y un diseño que permita incorporarlas a las rutinas habituales de los periodistas. En España su impacto aún es bajo y, al igual que ocurre a nivel global, se aprecia una alta fragmentación de los recursos junto a un nivel casi nulo de interacción entre las distintas iniciativas.

Conventional tourism had opened a “window” for Islamic tourism to operationalize which at present is expanded throughout the world. As the Muslim population is rising rapidly, Muslim consumer market should be critically concerned by tourism businesses to satisfy the needs and wants of the consumers. This paper attempts to explain the concept of Islamic tourism in the context of maqasid shariah – protection of religion, protection of intellect, protection of life, protection of wealth and protection of offspring; discusses the role of Islamic religiosity in shaping tourists’ behaviour, as well as tourism industry’s role in applying Islamic tourism according to maqasid shariah, from the tourism industry’s perspective and tourists’ perspective. To date, there is still lack of knowledge and related literature review on the implementation of maqasid shariah in the concept of tourism industry. The ultimate goals of shariah are vital as the platform in the development of Islamic tourism as well as Islamic religiosity among Muslim consumers because it resembles the value of Islamic concept in tourism perspectives.

The theoretical research focuses on the educational experience for the formation of media literacy among school-age children in different countries around the world. The article presents various options for the formation of media literacy, based on three educational models. According to the first model, media education is represented in the form of a compulsory subject in schools, which is studied by students in different grades. According to the second educational model, media habits are acquired within the interdisciplinary (integrated) approach – the use of the media in traditional school subjects, including native and foreign languages, literature, social sciences. The third model offers practical and informal integration of media education as a supplement and replacement of specific subjects or the intersection between them. The article examines in detail the media training opportunities offered in Canada, the United Kingdom, Finland and Spain, as their experience in media education is applied in a number of other countries around the world. Special attention is paid to the first steps in the introduction of media literacy training among students in Bulgaria, which is carried out only in the last 5-6 years.
