Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of career change in rural schools. The study was based on the theory of occupational choice and career typology theory. From the context of the theories, the underlying determinants under investigation were categorized into environmental, organizational and individual factors.Methodology:  The study applied both inferential and descriptive survey research.  Stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used to identify one hundred forty-seven (147) respondents from a study population of 1,555 teachers distributed in one hundred eighty-two public schools.  The study used questionnaire as key instrument to acquire primary data while desk review of reports and publications was applied for secondary data.Findings: The study revealed that 55% of the respondents harbored plans to switch to other career later in life with individuality factors being the most significant compared to environmental and organizational factors which ranked second and third respectively.Unique Contribution to Practice and Policy: Educational institutions should therefore strive to achieve a sustainable balance between the teacher intrinsic and extrinsic influences in management of teacher career change. The findings of this study will illuminate policy assumptions behind different strategies used in efforts to alleviate problems associated with teacher’s career change in rural areas. In addition, the affected teachers will have a common understanding of challenges affecting them and have a common voice in articulating their issues for policy consideration.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze motivation factors for entrepreneurship in the industrial era 4.0 in Sarajanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta students. The population in this study were students of the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method, which is a type of probability sampling, where the researcher selects the sample by giving equal opportunities to all members of the population to be determined as sample members. The type of data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5% (α = 0.05).                    The results of this study indicate that motivation for entrepreneurship is influenced by interest in entrepreneurship, environmental factors, significant attitudinal factors where Fcount (9,747)> Ftable (2.70). Entrepreneurship motivation is each influenced by the interest in entrepreneurship where t count (3.793)> t table (1.66). Entrepreneurial motivation is influenced by environmental factors where t counts (1.582)> t table (1.66). Entrepreneurial motivation is not influenced by attitude factors where t count (-1.753) <t table (1.66). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be explained that entrepreneurship motivation is influenced by independent variables (interest in entrepreneurship, environmental factors, and attitude factors) of 21.1% while the remaining 78.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.                    This study will invite other researchers, in order to analyze the factors outside the research, because it is suggested to the next researcher to examine the reasons why entrepreneurial motivation is influenced by other factors other than the interests of entrepreneurship, environmental factors, and attitude factors.

Design/methodology/approach: This study is an empirical attempt to prove the cause and effect relationship for the hypotheses developed from a conceptual framework for which it has used both descriptive, as well as quantitative research. The survey unit of the analysis administered a simple random sampling technique over 323 respondents by using a structured questionnaire. Findings: The study identified that the customer pressure, the competitor pressure and the community pressure are the salient environmental factors which have a positive influence on green banking adoption in Bangladesh. Practical implications: The study may have significant implications providing the bank management with better understanding of the environmental factors and also the influence of it to find out appropriate strategies required to green banking practice. Research limitations: The research is mostly based on primary data focused only the customers of commercial banks as respondents ignoring managerial samples across the banks. Abstract. Background: The German Guideline on Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment of Alcohol Use Disorders aims to increase the uptake of evidence-based interventions for the early identification, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of alcohol-related disorders in relevant healthcare settings. To date, dissemination has not been accompanied by a guideline implementation strategy. The aim of this study is to develop tailored guideline implementation strategies and to field-test these in relevant medical and psycho-social settings in the city of Bremen, Germany. Methods: The study will conduct an impact and needs assessment of healthcare provision for alcohol use orders in Bremen, drawing on a range of secondary and primary data to: evaluate existing healthcare services; model the potential impact of improved care on public health outcomes; and identify potential barriers and facilitators to implementing evidence-based guidelines. Community advisory boards will be established for the selection of single-component or multi-faceted guideline implementation strategies. The tailoring approach considers guideline, provider and organizational factors shaping implementation. In field tests quality outcome indicators of the delivery of evidence-based interventions will be evaluated accompanied by a process evaluation to examine patient, provider and organizational factors. Outlook: This project will support the translation of guideline recommendations for the identification, prevention and treatment of AUD in routine practice and therefore contributes to the reduction of alcohol-related burden in Germany. The project is running since October 2017 and will provide its main outcomes by end of 2020. Project results will be published in scientific journals and presented at national and international conferences.
