The need for realization of inclusive education, which is the basis of a sustainable education, will require new challenges in the Education System. The system used in Italy can be used as an example. Italy passed avant-garde laws concerning the integration and inclusion of special needs students into the general school system already more than thirty years ago, in the 1970s. However, even after all this time and experience, there are still unresolved problems, which testifies to the complexities of the matter. This research offers an insight into the quality of the existing Italian inclusive education system specifically in relation to students with autism. Thereby it hopes to provide educators in Latvia with food for thought about this currently important topic.

Choosing an educational system for a disabled child already at the stage of pre-school education is a difficult and stressful experience for parents, which regardless of the final decision, raises many doubts. Certain questions arise: ‘where there is a place in the education system for the child with a disability certificate?’, ‘where the child can develop best?’, but also ‘where the child simply feels happy and does not experience exclusion?’. Many things depend on the level of the child’s disability, on key choices made by parents, and on the quality of cooperation, both in the three-way parent-therapist-child relationship, but also in the two-way parent-child and therapist-child relationships. Parents more and more often make decisions about inclusive education, where a child can develop amongst non-disabled peers. This article focuses primarily on the role of parents and therapists in the process of including a disabled child in the education system, the potential of cooperation, but also the fears, difficulties and expectations accompanying both sides.

In recent years, the system of higher education has undergone significant changes affecting the most important spheres of university activities: management of the educational process, its organization, which significantly changes the attitudes, incentives, motives and value system of the academic staff. In a number of cases, as a result of reforming the management system there are created special conditions that affect the quality of educational services. The task of investigating the consequences of the ongoing reforms is being actualized in order to identify the main factors that restrain the growth of quality. To solve this problem there has been made comparative analysis of the quality of higher education in Russia and abroad. Significant reserves of its growth in Russia have been revealed. There had been proposed a classification based on the scope of action: factors that operate within the educational system, but are external to the higher education; factors that are external to the educational system as a whole; factors acting within the system of higher education. The most significant external factor for the educational system is the low innovative potential of the economy, underestimation of the quality of education by business, which determines the aim of the majority of students not to build up human capital, but to obtain a diploma with minimal expenses. The factors intrinsic to the educational system, but external to the higher education system, include the lack of interest and unpreparedness of school teachers for working with gifted students, which is primarily due to the use of the results of the General State Examination and Unified State Examination for evaluating their work . The main negative factor operating within the higher education system is the distortion of teachers' incentives, the increase of their opportunistic behavior caused by the transition to a new management system for higher education organizations.

The education system proposed by Paulo Freire is an educational model that can liberate the verbal and mechanistic human culture. Such a culture, according to Freire, is impossible to lead people to a more authentic and more human life. To achieve this, descriptive educational habits are expected to be shifted towards transformative-dialogue education, so that education is not perceived as a shackling education. Education is expected to produce changes to students, both changes in the quality of thinking, personal quality, social quality, quality of independence and quality of society. That is the paradigm shift of Islamic education, that is changing the paradigm of authoritarian to democratic paradigm, closed to openness, doctrinaire to participatory. Society needs to civilize the tradition of criticism, dialogue, openness, the spirit of pluralism and practical practices that touch the problems of the weak and oppressed by anything politically, economically, socially and culturally.

Mobile Learning: An Approach to Improve the Quantity of Educational Attainment in Conflict Hit Areas Like J&K The days are gone when mobile was considered a big distraction in the study. We can make best use of mobile in achieving educational attributes by improving both quantity and quality of education and this approach is simply called mobile learning. This paper presents an outlook of making best use of mobile learning to increase the educational attainment, especially in conflict hit areas, where strikes, curfew and processions, demonstrations become the hurdle in the normal working hours in the educational system. Here we have taken an example of Jammu and Kashmir, where the security climate is vulnerable from last more than thirty years and peace is a major concern at present. In this situation a fear among the student community to go schools has risen to a level, which ultimately affects the education system badly. In most of the cases, the syllabus is not completed in the schools due to shortage of effective class hours. To tackle this situation, the mobile learning could be the best remedial measure to address this issue.

The presence of a critical mass of  academics postulates the urgency of changing organizational needs, and correspondingly increasing their absorptive capacity as  they respond to the intense competitive pressures being generated by an increasingly global economy. Some of the major problems that have confronted the Nigerian education system, as revealed by this paper, include poor funding, inadequate and dilapidating infrastructure, inadequate teaching facilities, poor teachers' welfare, poor research funding, poor quality of teachers, unconducive learning environment, and the like. The study recommends for the exhibition of sufficient political will by the political leadership for the transformation of the education system as well as the sustained commitment of other stakeholders such policymakers and educational administrators for the transformation of the system to give it its rightful place in our national life.
