This study aims to determine the effect of the English Fun Club and learning motivation on learning outcomes in English 2 STIE AAS Surakarta students. The theoretical benefit of this research is that it can add information and reference materials in the field of education, especially English courses so that the teaching can be optimal and can be used to add references for those who will carry out similar research. While the practical benefits of the results of this study can provide an overview of the influence of the English Fun Club extracurricular activities on the results of studies in the English language courses of STIE AAS Surakarta students and are expected to provide input for higher education in an effort to improve learning outcomes through providing motivation and deepening the material in the course. English in order to achieve maximum results. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was the students of STIE AAS semester IV Surakarta who took part in the English Fun Club, totaling 67 people in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year and all of them were taken as research subjects, so this research is also a population study or census. Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the English Fun Club and learning motivation significantly influence learning outcomes.

The research aims to analyze the influence of English Fun Club extracurricular and learning motivation on the learning outcomes  of Bahasa Inggris 2 subject of STIE AAS Surakarta students. It is assumed that the significant different in the students daily scores and semester scores is influenced by these two variables. This research is a quantitative approach using population study or census. The population of this research is the fourth semester students of STIE AAS Surakarta who take part in the English Fun Club activities, totaling 67 people in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year and all of them are taken as research subjects. The data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. The instrument validity is tested using Product Moment and the reliability is tested using Cronbach Alpha. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regress analysis. Based on the interpretation of correlation coefficient and tested using product moment correlation formula, the results is 0.693 which proves that extracurricular activities have positive influence on learning outcomes. While the results of the partial calculation of the influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes with regression coefficient value (b) 0.663, at a significance level of 5%, the tcount is 9.984 with a significance value of 0.000. The regression coefficient has positive value and a significance value (p) <0.05, it can be concluded that there is positive influence of learning motivation on English learning outcomes for STIE AAS Surakarta students.

In general this research is intended to build knowledge about the extent to which the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, motivation to learn effect student learning outcomes. Therefore, the authors make the title of research is "The Effect of Parents Attention, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation of Learning Outcomes Learners Educate High School 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parents' attention, emotional intelligence and motivation to learn the outcomes of learners in SMA Negeri 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 76 samples. The results showed that the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of learners.

This study aims to partially determine the effect of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement and to determine the simultaneous influence of the school environment and learning motivation on social science learning achievement. The type of research is causal. The population of this research  was all of the students of  grade VIII  SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2019/2020. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling and the number of samples were 77 students. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation and observation and data analysis of this research is  multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) the school environment has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.016 < 0.05, (2) learning motivation has a significant effect on student achievement with a sig value of 0.015 < 0.05, (3) the school environment and learning motivation simultaneously significant effect on student achievement with sig. obtained is 0.015 <0.05.

Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia sangat diperhatikan perkembangannya. Hasil belajar seseorang bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasinya dalam belajar serta fasilitas yang menunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar serta fasilitas saat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 79 orang siswa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (2) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (3) fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signitifikan dan positif pada hasil belajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar   Abstract In Indonesia education is one of the factors that has been considered in its development. There are several factors that affect learning outcomes, namely learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 79 students. The results showed that (1) learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. This study aims to find out the effect of motivation, anxiety of mathematic’s learning and metacognition awareness to students’ mathematic’s learning outcomes of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Kuripan academic year 2019/2020. The type of this research were quasi-experimental. Determination of the sample used saturation sampling by selected the entire population as a sample, namely class XI IPA. The instrument were questionnaire of motivation, anxiety and metacognition awareness were first tested for validity and reliability in class XII IPA 1 and XII IPA 2. Before a simple linear regression analysis and t-test were performed, the data that had been obtained were first subjected to a prerequisite test. A prerequisite test was normality, homogenity and linearity tests. Based on the results of data analysis used inferential statistical techniques, it can be concluded that, there was a positive effects of mathematic’s learning motivation to metacognition awareness, mathematic’s learning motivation to students’ mathematic’s learning outcomes, metacognition awareness to student mathematic’s learning outcomes, and there was negative effects (r=-0,065) of mathematic’s learning anxiety to students’ mathematic’s learning outcomes.

The development of information and communication technology brings an influence on many fronts, is no exception in the world of education. Including the use of gadgets that increasingly exist in the world of education. But the use of gadgets must also be monitored by the duration, frequency and intensity that support concentration, reduce eye fatigue complaints and motivation to learn for the better. The purposes of this study are to explain the influence of duration, frequency and intensity of gadget use on student concentration, eye fatigue complaints, students learning motivation at SMKN 7 Malang. This research design uses a correlative study with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 195 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that: there was a negative influence of duration, frequency, and intensity of using gadget on student concentration at SMKN 7 Malang. There was a positive influence of duration, frequency, and intensity of using gadget on student eye fatigue complaints at SMKN 7 Malang. There is a negative influence of duration, frequency, and intensity of using gadget on students learning motivation at SMKN 7 Malang. This study shows that there is a need for health promotion so that students reduce the duration, frequency of using gadgets as an effort to increase concentration, prevent eye fatigue and increase learning motivation.

Education plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources in an effort to create general welfare and the intellectual life of the nation. Because of its very strategic role, issues related to the quality of education have always been the main discussion in government, for example related to the education system and the quality of educators. The cause of this stems from learning, where the learning approach has been centered on lecturers so that students tend to be passive. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the motivation to learn, student responses by using a scientific approach to statistical learning outcomes for STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju students, which in the end is expected to have a quality learning process and an increase in learning outcomes. This type of research is ex post facto in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, combined with experimental research, namely statistical learning through a scientific approach involving the experimental class and the control class. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, questionnaires or questionnaires, observation and documentation. Initially, the sampling was carried out by purposive random sampling, the number of samples used in this study was 35% of the total population of 427 so that the sample was 114 (4 classes). However, because the Covid19 pandemic was increasing and it did not allow researchers to carry out optimally, a sample of 35 students was selected in the experimental class (1 class) and 34 students in the control class (1 class). Purposive said, because the selection according to the researcher had met the requirements, namely on the campus, the statistics subject lecturer had used a scientific approach in the learning process. And it is called Random Sampling, because in determining the sample is done randomly without any strata in the population. Then the data analysis method used is the validity and reliability test of the instrument, descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) with the help of the SPSS for Windows program software (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 23.0 in processing research data. The results showed a significant effect both partially and simultaneously between learning motivation and student responses to statistical learning outcomes with a scientific approach to STIE Muhammadiyah Mamuju students, where learning outcomes for the experimental class (using a scientific approach) were better than control class with a conventional approach.

This research aims to find out how lecturers’ competence and learning motivation affect the students’ statistical analysis ability. This research was carried out at FTIK IAIN Kendari academic year 2016/2017. Population and sample is focused on the 54 students who have successfully passed the statistics and research methodology course. The instruments used are tests, questionnaires and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive and inferensial analysis after the test meets the requirements of linearity, multicollinearity, normality and autocorrelation continued with the hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. The research results indicate that; 1) the lecturers’ competence partially affecrs the students’ inferential statistics analysis capabilities significantly, 2) the students’ learning motivation partially affects the students’ inferential statistics capability significantly, and 3) the lecturers’ competence and the students’ motivation significantly affect the students’ inferential statistics capabilities. Both of these variables contribute collectively as much as 62.2% to the students’ inferential capability, while the rest 37.8% influenced or described by other factors which are not addressed in this study.

This study aims to analyze: 1) The Effect of Learning Interest on the Learning Outcomes of Class X AKL Students at SMK Negeri 3 Padang in Basic Accounting Subjects for the 2020/2021 Academic Year During the Covid 19 Pandemic. 2) The Effect of Learning Media on Learning Outcomes of Class X Students AKL at SMK Negeri 3 Padang in Basic Accounting Subjects for the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid 19 Pandemic. 3) The Effect of Learning Interest and Learning Media on Learning Outcomes of Class X Students AKL at SMK Negeri 3 Padang in Basic Accounting Courses for the 2020 Academic Year /2021 During the Covid 19 Pandemic.This type of research is descriptive and associative. The population in this study were all students of class X AKL at SMK Negeri 3 Padang. The sample amounted to 97 people with the sampling technique in the form of total sumpling. The research instrument used for this study was a closed questionnaire using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t-test and F-test. Data analysis was assisted by SPSS version 16 and eviews version 8.The results showed that: 1.) Interest in learning had a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the coefficient value of interest in learning has a positive value of 0.457, a tcount value of 2.149 > 1.6610 (ttable value) and a significance value of 0.034 <0.05. 2.) learning media has a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is obtained that the coefficient of the learning media is positive at 0.526, the tcount is 2.248 > 1.661 (ttable value) and the significance value is 0.027 < 0.05. 3.) The significance value for the influence of interest in learning and learning media together on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of Fcount is 8.884 > Ftable 3.94.

This research conducted caused by students' score at class X MIPA 4 very low in the vector material. The avarage of score of the daily test obtained by students was 60,5 and it had not yet reached mastery learning. One of the efforts to improve learning outcomes was to use powerpoint as a learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in activity and mathematics learning outcomes on vector material in learning using PowerPoint.This research design used the classroom action research. The research subjects were 36 students of class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year. Data collected by using tests and observations.The test used to obtain student learning outcomes in each cycle, while observation used to determine the learning process in each cycle. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 62.2 and 77.3 in the second cycle. The percentage of student learning completeness in the first cycle was 52.8%, in the second cycle it was 80.6%. The percentage of improvement in student learning outcomes after being given action was 15.29%. So it can be concluded that learning mathematics by using powerpoint media can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuklinggau in the 2019/2020 academic year.
