AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Estetika terhadap keberadaan Kunoung Tupai Janjang di Siulak Kerinci. Kunoung Tupai Janjang merupakan seni (teater) tutur berupa teater mula yang tidak dipentaskan, tetapi hanya diceritakan secara lisan, berirama, dilagukan dan didongengkan. Awalnya hanya diceritakan oleh orang tua kepada anak cucunya, yang disebut dengan istilah Bakunoung. Bakunoung dilakukan pada waktu senggang, ketika berada di Dangau (pondok kecil di tengah sawah atau ladang) sambil istirahat atau menjelang tidur. Kemudian Kunoung menjadi teater tutur yang dipentaskan (one man play).Upaya untuk mengupas tentang nilai estetika dan keberadaan dari teater tutur Kunoung Tupai Janjang, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif interpretatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan, pertama kecenderungan karya teater tutur Kunoung Tupai Janjang adalah mentranformasikan nilai-nilai moral kepada penikmat/penonton. Kedua, dipertunjukakan pada beberapa kegiatan tata cara adat kerinci. Ketiga, keberadaan Kunoung Tupai Janjang meningkatkan minat apresiasi seni masyarakat di Siulak Kerinci.  Kata Kunci: kunoung tupai janjang, teater tutur.AbstractThis study aims to determine the aesthetic study through existence of Kunoung Tupai Janjang in Siulak Kerinci. Kunoung Tupai Janjang is an art of speech theater in the form of a theater that was staged, but only told verbally, rhythmically, sung and told. Initially only told by parents to their grandchildren, that called in term Bakunoung. Bakunoung is done during leisure time, while in the dangau (small hut in the middle of rice fields or fields) while resting or before going to sleep. Then kunoung became a speech theater that was staged (one man play), This effort is to explore the aesthetic value and existence of Kunoung Tupai Janjang theater. The research method used is an interpretive descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded; first, the tendency of Kunoung Tupai Janjang's speech theater works is to transform moral values to the audience; second, it was demonstrated in a number of Kerinci traditional procedures. Third, the existence of Kunoung Tupai Janjang increases the interest in the appreciation of community art in Siulak Kerinci.  Keywords: kunoung tupai janjang, tutur theater.

The current study aimed at plasticizing contemporary artworks by activating the formal and denotative significances of the logo of NEOM through the concept of abstract art. To achieve the study objectives, participants were asked to plasticize contemporary artworks using multiple-sized canvas, several coloring materials, a computer and some software as a technological medium, and high-quality printer papers to activate the significances of the logo of NEOM. Abstract artworks were displayed and analyzed in the light of activating the formal and denotative significances of the logo of NEOM. The author follows the descriptive approach and the quasi-experimental approach. The experiment was applied to female students in the Arts Lab at Umm Al-Qura University in 2018/ 1439H. The experiment yielded the ability of activating the logo of NEOM in artworks (plastic works), combining the significances of the logo of NEOM and abstract art produces unusual artworks, plastically activating the logo of NEOM resulted in enriching the aesthetic value of artworks, and formal and denotative significances of the logo of NEOM enrich plastic arts especially abstract works. The author recommends keeping up with contemporary progress and events and inspiring plastic artworks from the reality around the artist.

 The research was inspired by the beauty of the language used by the speaker called pembayun in the traditional sorong serah ceremony, the bridal application of Sasak people in Lombok. The tradition does happen however, young generations would have neglected the meaning denoted in the languages of the ceremony that contains high values of culture, wisdom and religiously. This study used content analysis and ethnography. Data were collected using observation, interview, documentation, and records. Informants that were the native speakers of Sasak and Sumbawa and have the authority on the traditional ceremony were selected. The results show: (1) aesthetically, the form of language used in the reception is the highest form in the Sasak language, which not all Sasak people are able to understand and use; (2) the aesthetic function of the reception of the swinging language in the sorong serah event is a means to convey the message, religion, custom and morals; and (3) the aesthetic value contained in the pembayun language refer to very high moral values and needs to be known by the public at large.

<p>This research aims to describe the method and technique of the translation of cultural words in “Laskar Pelangi” into a Japanese novel, “Niji no Shoonentachi.” This research uses a descriptive approach with comparative models. Cultural words in this study are determined based on the classification proposed by Newmark’s models. In this research 186 data have been collected according to the two cultural categories, namely, material one and ecological one. The data collection was conducted by comparing Japanese: the target language, and Indonesian: the source language. This comparative analysis of the data uses work tools such as dictionaries, both printed and online. <br />As a result, there are 161 equivalent and 25 not equivalent found out of the 186 data in the translation. The strategy used by the translator consists of literal translation, using general words, cultural substitution, couplet, naturalization from Indonesian, omission, descriptive, naturalization from English and calque. Meanwhile, the language style of the translator tends to follow the language style of the author, trying to bring out the aesthetic value of the source language. Following this tendency and this attitude, the translator of “Laskar Pelangi” has produced the good quality translation</p>

This research aims to find out how the process of making the pattern using eco print technique and to find out the aesthetic value eco print pattern on the work of first year students of Hasan Al-Banna Class at SMP Swasta An-Nizam Medan 2019/2020 Period. The aesthetic value of the eco print pattern reviewed based on the process of leaves laying, beating technique and steaming cloth. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The population in this research contained of four students. The sample used in this research contained of three students, using the Slovin formula, which is included the population size and error tolerance. The result of the research showed that overall the level of aesthetic quality pattern produced using eco print technique by the students first year of Hasan Al-Banna Class SMP Swasta An-Nizam Medan reviewed based on the process of leaves laying, beating technique and steaming cloth get good category results. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses kreatif Komunitas Seni Nan Tumpah (KSNT) dan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap karya dan keberadaannya. KSNT merupakan kelompok seni terproduktif di Sumatra Barat yang karya-karyanya mendapatkan tanggapan berbeda dari masyarakat luas. Upaya untuk mengupas tentang proses kreatif dan keberadaan dari KSNT, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif interpretatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan, pertama kecenderungan karya KSNT adalah mengolah seni tradisi sebagai material artistik garapan seni modern. Kedua, setiap karya KSNT mempertimbangkan jangkauan penontonnya, sehingga karya-karya KSNT dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat. Second, each KSNT work considers the audience's reach, so that KSNT's works can be well received by the community. Abstrak Simbol memainkan peranan penting dalam melihat keindahan nilai estetika sesuatu rekabentuk bangunan masjid. Ini kerana keunikan rekabentuk sesebuah masjid warisan banyak dipengaruhi oleh rekabentuk simbol yang dipilih yang mempunyai falsafah tertentu. Pemilihan simbol yang tepat menjadikan rekabentuk masjid lebih menarik dan cantik. Kajian ini bertujuan merungkai pemilihan simbol bagi setiap rekabentuk pada bangunan Masjid Muhammadi, Kota Bharu Kelantan. Simbol yang diambilkira dalam kajian ini adalah termasuk ragam hias, motif (flora dan fauna), geometri dan kaligrafi. Kaedah penyelidikan yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan maklumat ialah melalui kaedah pemerhatian. Kaedah pemerhatian ini digunakan bagi melihat ragam hias dalam rekabentuk Masjid Muhammadi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan simbol yang digunakan dalam ragam hias masjid warisan ini lebih menekankan kepada motif yang berunsurkan alam flora, kaligrafi dan corak.   Abstract Symbol has an important role in appreciating the aesthetic value of a heritage mosque. The uniqueness of a heritage mosque is influenced by the selected symbols which have their own philosophy. A right selection can make the design of the mosque more attractive and more beautiful. This study aims to unravel the selection of symbols in the design of Masjid Muhammadi, Kota Bharu Kelantan. These symbols include decoration, motifs (flora and fauna), geometry and calligraphy. The research method used to obtain information is qualitative through observation. It is observed that the symbols used in the decoration of this heritage mosque are more of a motif based on the nature of flora, calligraphy and patterns.

Previously, Indonesia only issued Identity Cards for citizens who had reached the age of 17 years. However, after the presence of a new policy from the Interior Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 concerning Child Identity Cards, now Indonesian citizens who are less than 17 years old can have an identity card in the form of a Child Identity Card. The main problem in this research are the limitations of blanks and need additional personnel to improve services, especially in the context of issuing child Identity Cards. Besides, the realization of the issuance of child identity cards still far from the target and socialization to the public has not been conveyed in its entirety.. This study aims to examine how the implementation of Child Identity card in Bandung Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive approach. This research is presented by using a narrative that discusses the implementation of child identity card policies in Bandung Regency. The focus of this research emphasizes the implementation model of Edward III covering communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. This paper considers the fundamental problem of artificial lighting in various types and scales of industrial facilities, focusing on exterior lighting design solutions. There is a lack of interest from investors, customers and society in high­quality lighting design for industrial facilities in Russia, which in many cities are very imaginative structures, practically unused in the evening. Architectural lighting of various types of installations is illustrated with photographs. The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the aesthetic value of industrial structures, provided not only by the architectural, but also by a welldesigned lighting solution.

Considers the aspects of architecture as a language able to express the current state and to prophetically indicate the upcoming changes. The aesthetic value of a construction cannot be perceived just as a separate entity, but it can be cognized in the context and not only a visual one, in space. It is necessary to see the entire complex of the accompanying phenomena, all the flow of the unfolding metaphors and values. In the model in view the figure of the author-creator must be reconsidered as no longer conforming to today's reality. The development of the Stalinist Empire style, as well as its transformations, is considered as one of the specific phenomena in the history of well-known constructions
