The preparation of classroom action research or CAR and writing scientific articles on research results is still a problem for teachers in Rupit District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. For this reason, it is necessary to hold community service by means of classroom action research workshops and the preparation of scientific articles on research results in Rupit District, South Sumatra Province. The purpose of this community service was to describe the results of classroom action research workshops and the preparation of scientific articles on research results in Rupit District, South Sumatra Province. The method of community service is carried out by workshops in which the techniques of lectures, discussions, assignments, and practices are used. The results of the classroom action research workshop and the preparation of scientific research articles for teachers which were carried out in the YP Asra Noman High School Hall, Rupit District, Musi Rawas Utara Regency went well. This is shown from the workshop activities providing understanding to teachers on the preparation of class action research proposals, preparation of classroom action research reports, and the preparation of scientific articles to 22 teachers from elementary, middle, MTs, and high school teachers in the North Musi Rawas area and there are from Musi Rawas Regency. The success of this workshop is not only supported by the school which provides infrastructure as well as resource persons who use discussion methods and assignments or practices, the use of power point media, as well as providing workshop materials and examples of both CAR proposals, CAR reports, as well as scientific journal articles to the participants.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

This research is motivated by the limited learning activities that must be done remotely and online, there are still many teachers who have not been able to make ICT-based learning media, especially power points, and power point making training can be done offline and online so that in-house training is believed to be helpful. teachers in improving skills in making power points. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SDN 021 Pendekar Bahan from August to September 2020. The instruments used were the observation and interview sheets. The results of the study showed an increase in the skills of teachers in making power points with an average cycle I of 60.85 which is a sufficient criterion, in cycle II it reached 75.42 with good criteria. The conclusion based on the research results is that through in-house training can improve the skills of teachers in making power point learning media.

Abstract This study aims to determine the application of discovery learning learning models to students of class XII IPS.2 Palembang State High School 13. The research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) or Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve and find solutions to real problems in improving the learning process in the classroom. This research has several cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages of interrelated and continuous activities, namely: planning (planning), implementation (acting), observation (observing), and reflection (reflecting). The results of the study showed that using the discovery learning model of learning completeness of students before the action and after the action, namely; cycle I (60.00%), and cycle II (90.00%). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant change in learning outcomes between before and after being given class action by applying discovery learning learning models to students of class XII IPS.2 Palembang 13 Public High School so that this research is considered to be successful. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning pada peserta didik kelas XII IPS.2 SMA Negeri 13 Palembang. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research (CAR) yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki dan mencari solusi dari persoalan yang nyata dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas 4 tahap kegiatan yang saling terkait dan berkesinambungan yaitu: perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (acting), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi (reflecting). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning ketuntasan belajar peserta didik sebelum tindakan dan sesudah tindakan yaitu; siklus I (60,00%), dan siklus II (90,00%). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat perubahan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran discovery learning pada peserta didik kelas XII IPS.2 SMA Negeri 13 Palembang sehingga penelitian ini dianggap berhasil dengan baik.

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. The results of this activity manifested 30 class Action research proposals.Keywords: PTK, MGMP, Mathematics Teachers.�AbstrakPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru profesional dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menigkatkan pemahaman guru dalam memahami PTK serta dapat melaksanakan PTK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tentang PTK. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di SMPN 10 Barabai yang dihadiri oleh 36 orang guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan pendampingan pada saat penyusunan proposal. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan proposal PTK bagi guru IPA di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan informasi bagi guru tentang penyusunan proposal PTK. Dengan demikian, para guru mampu memahami dan menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah pelatihan ini, guru diharapkan mampu membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas serta  melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada dikelasnya.  This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of natural science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency about Classroom Action Research (CAR). This training activity took place at SMPN 10 Barabai, which was attended by 36 science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency who were members of the Science Teachers' Conference (MGMP). Activities were carried out using lecture, question and answer, discussion, and assistance methods when preparing proposals. The conclusion from the results of this community service activity was the training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR proposals for science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district, which had been carried out smoothly and received positive responses from the participants. This training has provided information for teachers about the preparation of CAR proposals. Thus, the teachers are able to understand and prepare class action research proposals. After this training, teachers are expected to be able to make class action research proposals and carry out classroom action research to overcome various problems in their class.

 Through community service program we do the training, workshop and assistance for economics teachers as the member of MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) in Bukittinggi City, West Sumatera. The aims of this program are (1) to improve the ability of teachers in the writing of scientific articles, (2) the teachers are able to publish their articles in online journals (3) to motivate the teachers who do not yet have the article to conduct the classroom action research. The participants of this training are 26 economics teachers from high school in Bukittinggi. This activity get positive response from the participants but only two participant can finish the article during the training. Therefore, continues improvement is still need to improve teacher abiliy ini writing scientific article. Keyword: teacher competency, article, publication.

The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance in writing classroom action research (CAR) and the open journal system (OJS) for physical education teachers in Ogan Ilir District. This community service was carried out online from 20-22 November 2020. The number of participants in this service was 75 physical education teachers consisting of elementary school, junior high school, high school. The methods used in the implementation of the service are lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. To see the results of assistance, use a questionnaire to see to what extent this assistance is useful. The results obtained in mentoring the writing of CAR and OJS were that on average 91.8% of participants could understand the writing of CAR and could use OJS. The results of this service are expected to increase competence as a teacher so that it can improve and improve the quality of physical education learning, especially in Ogan Ilir Regency

Writing scientific papers is an important activity to improve teachers' quality, competence, and professionalism. Its implementation is marked by, among others, self-improvement through scientific research in the form of Classroom Action Research. During teaching and learning activities, teachers can research by developing various instruments and learning strategies. However, teachers rarely put their research results in writing in research reports and scientific articles. This community service activity aims to assist teachers in compiling Classroom Action Research reports and articles and explaining tricks to publish Classroom Action Research articles in reputable national journals. The implementation of the activities uses the methods of training, discussion, and direct mentoring so that the teacher can feel the process. This service activity received a good response, with the teacher's enthusiasm during the exercise, active discussions, and scientific reports and articles compilation. In the final discussion of this community service activity, teachers are very interested in publishing the results of their research, and it's just that teachers lack information about reputable journals. Through this activity, the ability of teachers to research and publish their research results can become practical innovations in the world of education, especially classroom learning.

Education has the core of the interaction between educators and students in helping students master educational goals. Educational interactions can take place in the family, school, and community environment, which will support students to develop their educational experience.  Classroom action research is described as an effort to examine the learning activities of students by carrying out a planned action by the teacher and analyzing the effect of actions to improve and improve the quality of learning.     The activity method used in community service activities is (1) lectures, used by the service team to convey the principles of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, implementation of classroom action research, and procedures for writing classroom action research reports. The lecture was supported by the use of laptops and LCDs to display service materials for a limited time. (2) Demonstration, used by the service team in the hope that participants can start practicing problem formulation in the learning process that can be solved through classroom action research, class action research proposal design, to writing class action research reports.   The conclusion of this community service, namely (1) the community service activities carried out by the Research Team for the Primary School Teacher Education Department with the lecture and demonstration method have been able to improve the understanding of teachers of SDN Cibitung Kulon 01 Bogor about classroom action research and it is hoped that the teacher can simultaneously write the report, (2) writing reports Classroom action research is expected as an effort to develop the profession and at the same time assist teachers in achieving the credit score required for promotion.

The purpose of implementing Community Service is to provide knowledge to teachers which includes: Strategy for writing classroom action research. The material for writing classroom action research strategies begins with introducing the activities that must be carried out by the teacher before classroom action research, explaining to the teacher to find problems that can be raised as research material, solutions that can be used as alternative learning improvements, classroom action research concepts, research designs class action, compiling a proposal for classroom action research proposal, assessing classroom action research reports, student value data is valuable data that can be analyzed and described as main data and describes how to search references from various sources. Participants also received guidance on writing classroom action research on classroom action research tutorials and practice activities. The trainees were 15 teachers from SDN 001 Rimba Sekampung. After training, the results obtained are: Increased teacher's ability to seek effective learning, Understanding Classroom Action Research Concepts, Understanding Classroom Action Research Design Arrangements, Compiling Classroom Action Research Proposals, Can provide assessment of Classroom Action Research reports.
