The purpose of this community service is to provide assistance in writing classroom action research (CAR) and the open journal system (OJS) for physical education teachers in Ogan Ilir District. This community service was carried out online from 20-22 November 2020. The number of participants in this service was 75 physical education teachers consisting of elementary school, junior high school, high school. The methods used in the implementation of the service are lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. To see the results of assistance, use a questionnaire to see to what extent this assistance is useful. The results obtained in mentoring the writing of CAR and OJS were that on average 91.8% of participants could understand the writing of CAR and could use OJS. The results of this service are expected to increase competence as a teacher so that it can improve and improve the quality of physical education learning, especially in Ogan Ilir Regency

Abstract: The purpose of this class action research is to improve the learning outcomes of under passing the volleyball students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang using the play approach. Based on the results of preliminary observations obtained learning outcomes of students when the practice of the basic technique of under passing volleyball at a lesser level. Then learning using the play approach for two cycles and learning outcomes using the play approach at the end of the second cycle obtained the percentage results with the level of truth that is 23 or 76.67% good category, body position 24 or 80% good category, 23 arm position or 76.67% good category, the direction and direction of the ball 24 or 80% good category. Based on the results of the percentage it can be said that through the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of basic techniques of under passing the volleyball of students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang. Keywords: learning outcomes, under passing of volleyball, physical education, playing approaches. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan bermain. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diperoleh hasil belajar peserta didik saat praktik teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli pada taraf kurang. Kemudian dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan bermain selama dua siklus dan hasil belajar menggunakan pendekatan bermain pada akhir siklus dua diperoleh hasil persentase dengan tingkat kebenaran yaitu posisi kaki 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, posisi badan 24 atau 80% kategori baik, posisi lengan 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, perkenaan dan arah bola 24 atau 80% kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil persentase dapat dikatakan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, passing bawah bolavoli, pendidikan jasmani, pendekatan bermain.

Classroom Action Research is one effort that can be done by professional teachers in improving the quality of learning. The purpose of community service is to improve teachers' understanding in understanding PTK and can carry out PTK. This activity is intended for math teachers who are members of MGMP in High School. The form of service activities carried out in this activity is in the form of material delivery, practice of making proposals and consulting tasks. The workshop activity was attended by 30 high school mathematics teachers in Solok City. The results of this activity manifested 30 class Action research proposals.Keywords: PTK, MGMP, Mathematics Teachers.�AbstrakPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru profesional dalam peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Intructional model in Physical Education becomes an important part to achieve the success of learning objectives at every level of education. Physical Education intructional  model consists of various models that can be applied by the teacher. The intructional  model carried out will affect a student mastery, including in passing technique learning in volleyball that has not got maximum results. Physical Education teachers implement several learning modifications, from teaching style to the use of supporting media for passing learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the most suitable intructional  model for the under passing technique mastery in volleyball. The literature review technique was employed by collecting literatures from google scholar, science direct, and research gate websites. The search keyword was passing intructional  model in volleyball or volleyball teaching models. The review method was chosen to find a solution related to the most appropriate volleyball intructional  model for passing technique from the findings of previous research. Fourteen national journals and 1 international journal were selected based on volleyball passing learning model keyword on google scholar and had been reviewed. The results showed that there are various learning methods applied in volleyball passing learning, including practical learning models with various movement drills, pair practice, cooperative learning, game learning, jigsaw, discovery learning, peer teaching, command learning, and use of walls as media. This study concludes that, in the volleyball passing mastery, there are various models that can be applied. It recommends that further research studies the most suitable practical learning models to be applied at the Elementary School, Junior High School, and Senior High School levels.

This article describes the results and the implementation of the paircheck method with a work sheet of participants which is the result of community service with the title “Training of Scientific Writing for Teachers of SD Tawar Timur Kota Padang West Sumatra.” In the process, teachers are guided in writing classroom action research through a participant’s worksheet that contains a summary of materials and direct exercise columns with a paired check table. Participants in this training are 26 teachers from 3 public elementary schools in East Tawar area, Padang City. The method used is qualitative-descriptive that explains the final outcome and the implementation of the training. After three days of training, the participants' writing skills increased, which was proved by pre-test and post-test.

diterima: 05 Januari 2013; dikembalikan untuk revisi: 19 Januari 2013; disetujui: 6 Februari 2013.Abstrak: Matematika dianggap sulit, dan saat pembelajaran Matematika siswa cenderung kurang termotivasi untuk belajar, maka guru harus mengupayakan kemudahan dalam belajar dengan mempergunakan media yang sesuai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Matematika materi irisan dan gabungan dua himpunan dengan menerapkan Portal Rumah Belajar pada Kelas VII A SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2012 - 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dua siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri dari 4 langlah yaitu : (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi.Hasil penelitian Penggunaan Portal Rumah Belajar pada siswa Kelas VII A SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surabaya, terbukti meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, sebelum tindakan siswa yang tuntas belajar sebanyak 22 siswa atau 73,3 %, pada Siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 23 siswa atau 76,7 %. sedangkan pada Siklus II siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 28 siswa atau 93,3 %. Dengan demikian kualitas pembelajaran dari sebelum tindakan sampai dengan Siklus II terjadi peningkatan. Saran dalam PTK ini adalah: Guru harus memotivasi siswa untuk belajar secara inovatif mempergunakan media pembelajaran. Guru hendaknya memiliki paradigma bahwa guru bukan satu-satunya sumber belajar. Pembelajaran Matematika hendaknya disampaikan dengan menggunakan media yang mampu menyenangkan siswa dan mampu membuat siswa aktif. Kata Kunci: Himpunan, Portal Rumah BelajarAbstract: Math is considered difficult and students have less motivation in learning math. That is why teacher must provide approprite learning medium to ease the students to learn math. The aim of this study was to increase students’ mathematic learning achievement on intersection set and union set by applying the Portal Rumah Belajar for Seventh Grade A of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School Surabaya year 2012 - 2013. The design of the study was Classroom Action Research. In this study two cycles were conducted, and each of which consisted of 4 steps, namely: (1) plan, (2) act, (3) observe, and (4) reflect. The use of Portal Rumah Belajar could increase the achievement of seventh grade students of Muhammadiyah 1 Junior High School Surabaya. The number of student passing the competency in the pre-action was 22 students or 73.3%, in the cycle was 23 students or 76.7%, and in the cycle II were 28 students or 93.3%. Thus the quality of learning increased between pre-action and the second cycle. Recommendation from this classroom action research was: teacher should motivate students to learn innovatively by using instructional media. Teachers should have a paradigm that teacher was not the only source of learning. Learning math should be submitted using the media to please students and be able to keep students active. <p>In the learning process of Physical Education in, teachers are expected to teach varieties of basic motor skills, techniques and strategy of games and sports, internalization of values (sportsmanship, honesty, cooperation, etc.) as well as the conditioning of healthy lifestyles. The implementation is not through conventional teaching in the classroom consisting theoretical studies, but it also involves elements of physical, mental, intellectual, emotional and social. The activities which are given in teaching should get a methodical didactic touch, so that the activities carried out can achieve the aim of teaching. The problem formulation of this research is: is there an increase in the ability of service in the game of volleyball with “make-match” at VII-H grade of SMP Negeri 1 Wonoasri in 2012/2013 academic year? The purpose Classroom Action Research (CAR) is to improve the quality of learning on the physical education in doing “service” in a volleyball game through a “make-match” learning approach</p><p> In this study, researchers have collaboration with other teachers and the principal. Researchers are involved in the study from the beginning to the end of the researech. Researchers try to see, observe, feel, live, reflect and evaluate learning activities that take place. The implementation stages of the action research consist of planning, acting, observation, and reflection. To obtain accurate results, the collected data in study were statistically analyzed using the formulas of mean or average.</p><p> The result showed that the average value of the first cycle of 66.14 (46.33%) while the Cycle II 91.29 (96.43%) in the second cycle, it has increased significantly. Referring to the hypothesis that the actions proposed in this class action research, it can be concluded that: there is an increased ability of “service” in volleyball games with “make-a-match” at VII-H grade of SMP Negeri 1 Wonoasri in 2012/2013 academic year.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keyword</strong>s: Skill Upgrading, Make A-Match</p>

The Government

The government's attention to vocational graduates has recently become a hot issue and various programs have been carried out by the government to improve the quality of vocational graduates, therefore they can compete. However, the BPS data in 2018 shows that the number of unemployed graduates from vocational school (SMK) is the highest, namely 11.24%, while Senior High School (SMA) is 7.95% and Junior High School (SMP) is 4.80%. Based on the problem, Study Program of Management, Faculty of Business, President University implemented a community service program that supports government policy, namely by providing Entrepreneurship Education to students of Amanah Bangsa Informatics Vocational School, Cikarang. With this entrepreneurship education, SMK graduates are expected to start a business as an alternative after graduating later. Entrepreneurship education is given in the form of seminars for Class XII students conducted by lecturers and students. In addition to providing lecture material on Entrepreneurship, students who have carried out business projects also share their experiences while opening a business, doing business until business liquidation as part of Entrepreneurship Course. The point is that students want to convey that starting a business is easy and has many challenges that are very suitable for millennials, and can apply all our abilities. The event was closed by giving a memento to the Vocational School and certificates to the participants.

This Community Service activity intended as an effort to improve the quality of learning and professionalism of teacher in Junior High School Tahdizul Qur'an Muadz bin Jabal Kendari by using training activities to improve the ability to implement innovative learning through Classroom Action research (CAR). CAR is intended to achieve several output targets which include: 1) Increase the understanding of teacher in Junior High School Tahdizul Qur'an Muadz bin Jabal Kendari about CAR concepts and practices to maximize self-evaluation as part of the teacher professional competency development process; 2)Improve teacher understanding of CAR concepts and practices; 3) Reducing the teaching quality gap between schools partner with other schools that qualified in air-CAR for their share of problems, exchange ideas and experiences, trials with, frank discussion between a teacher and a team of science and technology, and adjustment of the solution to the institutional structures and informal practices; 4) For schools, if the teacher in  Junior High School Tahdizul Qur'an Muadz bin Jabal Kendari can conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR), then student learning outcomes will improve so that it hoped that the quality of the school would also increase.  At this time PKM produced seven titles of CAR proposals provided by the teacher in Junior High School Tahdizul Qur'an Muadz bin Jabal Kendari who were ready to be submitted to the Action level

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is one form of research that is recommended to be carried out by teachers in developing capacity as a professional teacher. Through this research the teacher at the same time improves the quality of learning carried out in the classroom, so that this is used as one of the conditions in proposing teacher promotion. From interviews and observations in Minas Subdistrict, Siak Regency, there were many teachers who were constrained for promotion because of their ability to conduct class action research is low. The program done aims to assist the teacher in writing Class Action Research (CAR) plans so that they are ready to do the research. The target community of the activity is 30 junior high school teachers with varied working experience ranging from 4-15 years. The activities were carried out through workshops conducted in five stages, namely debriefing about action research, mentoring of research plan writing, research plan discussion, revision of research plans and presenting of research plan. The results of the service showed that the workshop activities had a positive impact on the ability of participants to develop CAR plans. The average achievement of participants in scale 4 is 2.53 in the good category.
