This article aims to find out how the interaction of teachers and students in developing student discipline in citizenship learning at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the discipline character of students at SMK Negeri 5 Padang is still not good despite the formation of discipline character by the citizenship teacher. The process of teacher and student interaction in fostering the character of student discipline at SMK Negeri 5 Padang through four stages, namely 1) making rules / agreements in learning citizenship between citizenship teachers and students, 2) Implementation of discipline by students, 3) punishment for students who violate disciplines in citizenship learning and 4) Coaching follow-up. Through this research, it is expected that efforts to increase teacher and student interaction and self-improvement / personality of students, teachers must provide instructions, how to implement discipline properly, provide guidance and assistance to students. This study recommends further research on self-concept in discipline so that it becomes a habit in students.

Objetivo: conhecer a percepção dos enfermeiros sobre marketing pessoal e verificar como o utilizam em seu cotidiano de trabalho. Metodologia: estudo exploratório, descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, que utilizou entrevistas semiestruturadas com 16 enfermeiros, submetidas à Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: emergiram três categorias: Percepção sobre marketing profissional, Imagem pessoal e Projeção do ambiente organizacional. Várias estratégias foram utilizadas para potencializar o marketing pessoal, como imagem, aparência e postura ética, as quais contribuíram para a visibilidade da profissão. Conclusões: os profissionais reconheceram a importância de investir na própria imagem, como forma de valorizar a si mesmo e a profissão.Descritores: Marketing, Autoimagem, Papel Profissional, Enfermagem.PERSONAL MARKETING AND NURSING: PROJECTION FOR THE NURSE SOCIAL VISIBILITYObjective: to know the perception of nurses about personal marketing and verify how they use it in their daily work. This study examines the effectiveness of using the iqra' method to improve the ability to read the Qur'an to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. Based on the facts in the field, the convert students who are already young have not been able to read the Qur'an well. This institution seeks to improve the quality of convert students in the Qur'an reading, which aims to be one of the motivations for other students to study the Qur'an well. This research has two objectives, namely: How is the ability to read the Qur’an, and the use of the iqra' method to convert students at Assalam Islamic Solidarity School in Jantho City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation and interviews. From the results of the study found by researchers that the use of iqra' method has been effective against the ability to read for convert students, although there are difficulties in the learning process, caused by lughat (pronunciation) their tongues are still stiff. From this study it can be concluded that every educational institution that is specifically in charge of the education of the Qur'an must be able to improve its quality in carrying out the Qur'anic learning process especially in terms of reading the letters, so that every student, especially converts, can learn the Qur'an 's well and correctly so that they can instill Islamic laws based on the Qur'an and as-Sunnah.

Abstract: This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of policies for increasing professionalism of teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Hu'u, (2) the constraints of implementing policies for increasing professionalism of teachers in SMP Negeri 3 Hu'u, (3) efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing policies for increasing professionalism teacher at Hu'u Middle School 3. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques of this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) the implementation of the policy of increasing teacher professionalism in SMP Negeri 3 Hu'u has not been carried out to the maximum. The implementation is carried out through MGMP, PKB, Diklat, school curriculum development. Lack of opportunities to develop the profession on an ongoing basis because teachers are stuck in a routine. Teachers are also less motivated to develop professionally and personally motivated to develop their profession. (2) Constraints faced are lack of teacher sensitivity towards their profession, school policies for GTTs that do not yet have NUPTK are still not optimal, teachers delay time in various teacher development activities. (3) Efforts made in overcoming obstacles are the existence of teacher development training conducted by colleagues at the School; district-level training, workshops, teacher tutoring group learning; teacher discipline, and student discipline which must be followed by all teachers and students who are in the Hu'u 3 Public Middle School.Keywords: Policy, Professionalism, TeacherAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) implementasi kebijakan peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 3 Hu’u, (2) kendala implementasi kebijakan peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 3 Hu’u, (3) upaya mengatasi kendala implementasi kebijakan peningkatan profesionalisme guru di SMP Negeri 3 Hu’u. Citizen Relationship Management Mobile is an application that is created to be able to follow up on all complaints that have been reported by Jakarta's residents so that local governments of DKI can coordinate faster in resolving complaints of Jakarta’s society. Kartini sub-district applies a CRM application in handling public complaints regarding the handling of public facilities infrastructure (PPSU). Through the CRM application, PPSU of Kartini sub-district workers can find community reports, not only locations or pictures of the actual condition of reported public facilities but also their identities so that public's complaints can be resolved quickly. However, what often happens is that reports submitted by the society through pictures (photos) are not suitable with the actual situation, the address is not clear as well and also it does not include the identity of the reporter. This makes it difficult for PPSU of Kartini sub-district workers to follow up. Another problem faced is that several complaints reports do not include the main duties and functions of PPSU workers. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach to collect information about real current conditions. Interviews were conducted with 8 informants. The results showed that the application of CRM in the Kartini’s sub-district was quite effective, as indicated by the level of reports/complaints related to the handling of public facilities submitted by the residents, which decreased significantly, although there were still obstacles faced so that the implementation of CRM ran optimally. Various efforts have been made by the Kartini sub-district to overcome these obstacles so that the follow-up of reports/complaints from the public regarding public facilities infrastructure has higher quality, faster, more precise, and accurate.

Artikel ini memaparkan data-data tentang kinerja Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan dalam menangani pelanggaran Pemilu 2019 di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik sampling yang dilakukan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam menangani pelanggaran Pemilu, Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan memiliki wewenang untuk menindaklanjuti pelanggaran dari dua sumber. Pertama, pelanggaran yang bersifat temuan, yaitu pelanggaran Pemilu yang ditemukan berdasarkan hasil pengawasan Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan beserta jajarannya. Kedua, pelanggaran yang bersifat laporan, yaitu dugaan pelanggaran Pemilu yang dilaporkan masyarakat kepada Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan dan jajarannya. Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan telah mewujudkan keadilan dalam pelaksanaan Pemilu 2019 di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Pertama, ditertibkannya setiap APK melanggar di berbagai titik, mulai ukuran terkecil yang dipaku di pohon hingga ukuran terbesar yang dipasang Billboard berbayar. Kedua, semua temuan dan laporan ditangani secara professional berdasarkan aturan dan prosedur yang ada. Juga telah dilibatkannya rakyat Kabupaten Pamekasan secara aktif untuk ikut mengawasi setiap tahapan Pemilu 2019. Banyaknya laporan masyarakat (22 laporan) yang masuk ke Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan, menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan rakyat di Kabupaten Pamekasan sudah cukup bagus bersama-sama Bawaslu Kabupaten Pamekasan menciptakan keadilan Pemilu di Kabupaten Pamekasan.This article presents data on the performance of the Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency in handling violations of the 2019 Election in Pamekasan Regency. Qualitative research with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The result showed that in handling election violations, Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency had the authority to follow up on violations from two sources. First, violations which are findings, namely election violations were found based on the results of supervision of the Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency and its staff. Second, reporting violations, namely alleged election violations reported by the public to the Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency and its staff. Bawaslu Pamekasan Regency had brought justice in the implementation of the 2019 Election in Pamekasan Regency. First, it disciplines each APK to break at various points, from the smallest size nailed to a tree to the largest size installed by a paid Billboard. Second, all findings and reports are handled professionally based on existing rules and procedures. The people of Pamekasan Regency are also actively involved in overseeing every stage of the 2019 elections. The large number of community reports (22 reports) that came to the Bawaslu of Pamekasan Regency, showed that community involvement in Pamekasan District was quite good together with the Bawaslu of Pamekasan Regency creating Election Justice in Pamekasan Regency.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

This study aims to determine the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in North Sumatra Representative in the Supervision of Population and Civil Registry Service in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods describing information about the data obtained from the field in the form of written and oral data from the parties studied. Data is collected based on interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in North Sumatra was carried out in the form of external supervision. External supervision is supervision carried out by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of North Sumatra to the Medan Population and Civil Registry Service. Actions taken in the supervision process are incoming reports, follow-up of the first report and follow-up of the report. Based on the research that has been carried out, it has been concluded that the role of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in the North Sumatra Representative in supervising the service provider of the Population and Civil Registry services is carried out in the form of external supervision. In supervising the handling of public reports of alleged poor service in the area of population administration, it has been effective, with several efforts to handle reports such as: (1) Clarification; (2) Investigation; (3) Recommendations; (4) Monitoring.

A teacher is a character who plays an important role in the education world. His role is so hard and always becames the attention of various parties. This study discusses the characters of teachers in the short stories of “Bintang-Bintang Jasa Cikgu Musa, BA”and “Guru Dungu”. The data are analyzed by using theory of genetic structuralism with descriptive qualitative approach. The result (of the analysis) shows that all the intrinsic factors support the building of character. The background of the author influences the making of work’s factors as well.AbstrakGuru adalah tokoh yang berperan penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Perannya sangat berat dan selalu menjadi sorotan berbagai pihak. Pada tulisan ini dibahas tokoh guru yang berlakuan dalam cerpen “Bintang-Bintang Jasa Cikgu Musa, BA” dan “Guru Dungu”. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penokohan tokoh utama dan kaitannya dengan unsur-unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori strukturalisme genetik dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis ditemukan bahwa seluruh unsur intrinsik mendukung penokohan tokoh guru. Latar belakang pengarang sangat memengaruhi pengolahan unsur-unsur karya.

The tradition of ngarahinin Kuningan in Krama temple of Pemaksan Asak Pagutan was a unique than Krama or Banjar around villages Pakramaan of Pagutan, it had some difficulties terminologies which made the witer intrest to analyze of the term to be socialized. Issues discussed also focuses only on the activities and forms of the terms used in that tradition. The research method was the descriptive qualitative approach, the sample of this research was the writer parents-in-law, brother in-law, her nephew, community leaders and elders manners. Information is used as a source of primary data include documentation in the field. The results showed that a series of activities in the tradition ngerahinin Kuningan in Krama Pura Pemaksan Asak Pagutan before a two-day feast of Kuningan, at the time, or the feast of Kuningan, as well as the three and five days after the feast of Kuningan. In addition, the forms of the term in the tradition ngerahinin Brass at Temple Pemaksan Asak Pagutan namely: (a) Monomorfemis consists of eight words that katik, don, nyuh, lekesan, dee, terune, rejang, offerings (b) Polimorfemis be: 1) affixation consists of 15 words that ngatag, ngerejang, ngelawan mepesuan, mesolasan, ngayah, melukat, mebakti, penembek, penyuud, mekidung, megibung, ngelungsur n, ebengin, mlayagin.2) reduplication consists of five words that sambah-sambah, kul- kul, umbul-umbul, nyak-cak, megoak-goakan, 3) the composition consists of five words that were provoking the middle, saye nenem, masang umbul-umbul, masang  lamak, and ngelungsur Amertha.
