This study aims to determine the effect of anxiety facing work termination on employee motivation at PT X Salatiga. The sample in this study amounted to 73 respondents who are still active employees working at PT X. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling. Data collection uses a psychological scale that is the scale of work motivation based on Abraham Maslow's motivation theory and anxiety facing retirement scale based on the theory put forward by Oluseyi & Olufemi. The data used are primary data analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results showed that anxiety facing work termination affects work motivation by 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. The researcher can then study based on age, position and also examine other variables that are factors of work motivation, for example marital status between married employees compared to employees who have not married, the length of service of employees in a company.

This study aimed to determine the influence of work motivation on the performance of government apparatus nagari in nagari financial management in the Subdistrict of Sungayang, Tanah Datar Regency. This study was conducted with quantitative approach. The population of this research was all nagari government apparatus in Sungayang Subdistrict, Tanah Datar Regency consisting of nagari secretary, nagari treasurer and five head of nagari affair. The sample in this study consisted of 32 respondents determined by Slovin formula and Simple Random Sampling technique. The data of this study were collected through questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. The data of this study were analyzed with simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicated that work motivation variable significantly influenced the performance of nagari government apparatus in financial management with a significance value of 0.000, and the Adjusted R Square value of 0.685. This means that the effect of work motivation variable on the performance of nagari financial management in Sungayang Subdistrict Tanah Datar was 68.5%. While the remaining (31.5%) influenced by other variables that are not investigated in this study.

1This1research originated from the Industrial Field Experience at Daima Hotel Padang. The author found problems, related to employee work performance and lack of work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation on work performance in Daima Hotel Padang. This1type1of1research1is1quantitative1with a1causal assosiative approach. The population in this study were employees of Daima Hotel Padang. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 46 people, namely employees who already had work performance assessments. Data analysis techniques using data description and simple linear regression test using the SPSS Computer1Program1version116.00. Research results show that: Work motivation is in the good category (52.17%), Job Performance is in the quite good category (58.69%) and the simple linear regression test results obtained R Square value of 0.118. Meaning that motivation significantly influences work performance employees at 11.8% and 88.2% are influenced by other factors.

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

PT. NCT is a company engaged in domestic goods delivery service sector. As for the problem happened to PT. NCT is the placement of the finished items in the warehouse is still not in order and not match the place, this results the item confused with other item, and the hand pallet passageway and forklift became narrow, and complicated the storage items storage and taking process. The independent in this research was warehouse layout, meanwhile dependent variable was unloading productivity. This research used qualitative method. The population in this research was the warehouse employee of PT. NCT with samples of 30 respondents, with sampling technique used saturated sample technique. The data collecting technique used was questionnaire, each respondent was given 20 questions, then data processed with SPSS statistics analysis. Based on the result of this research, shows that there is significant and positive effect between variable of warehouse layout on variable of unloading productivity of 36,8%, meanwhile the other 63,8% explained by other variable out of the variable used in this research. Based on the result of calculation of simple linear regression test, obtained result of regression equation of Y = 5,917 + 0,874X. Meanwhile on the result of hypothesis test shows the value of t count > t table (4,035 > 2,048). This means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, or there are effects between Warehouse Layout on Unloading Productivity.

The need for housing is a basic need after the need for clothing and food. Housing Nakhil Garden Pawarengan Cikampek is one of the sharia property developers that provides ready-to-build residential products, using a non-bank sharia system in running their business, namely using an isthisna contract or advance reservation without any touch of usury. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the Istishna contract on people's buying interest in the Nakhil Garden Pawarengan Cikampek housing, and to determine how much influence the application of the Istishna contract had on the public's interest in buying housing at Nakhil Garden Pawarengan Cikampek. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation respondent data. The population in this study are consumers who buy and are interested in buying housing with a sample of 40 people. The sampling technique is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The type of data used is primary data with a questionnaire data collection method. Then the analysis technique using simple linear regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the isthisna contract applied by Nakhil Garden housing has no effect on people's buying interest, this can be seen from the results of the regression test, namely the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) generated is 0.187 from the correlation / relationship value ( R) of 0.432. so that it can be interpreted that the application of the Istishna contract has an influence on buying interest in Nakhil Garden Pawarengan housing by 18.7%, the remaining 81.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

The background of this research is the change of status of Health Polytechnics of Surakarta from Civil Servant purely become Public Service Agency. Where in this form change make Health Polytechnics of Surakarta prepare their own budget. Thus there must be a change of management to address it. For that researchers are very interested to see the effect of Organizational Culture Roles, Leadership Effectiveness And Employee Motivation Against Public Service Agency Policy. The population in this research is all employees of Health Polytechnics of Surakarta. This research uses Simple random sampling which is a randomly chosen sampling technique. Statistical analysis using structural equation model (SEM). With 95% confidence level of research results showed that there is no significant positive relationship between organizational culture and leadership in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.There is no significant correlation between organizational culture on policy of Health Polytechnics of Surakarta Public Service Agency (BLU).There is no significant correlation between work motivation toward leadership in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.There is no significant correlation between work motivation to BLU policy in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.There is no significant positive correlation between leadership of BLU policy in Health Polytechnics of Surakarta.

Employee performance is one of the determinant factors for the achievement of organizational performance. Therefore, improving employee performance is an important issue that must be considered. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as: leadership and motivation. Based on the existing issues in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor, this study examines three variables, namely: leadership, motivation, and performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on motivation and performance of employees in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor. The population in this study were all employees of the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese by the number of employees as many as 152 people, while the sample is 110 by using a sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with the questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis tool is used path analysis. The results obtained in this study are positive and significant effect of leadership on the motivation, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the increased work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the motivation is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Therefore, in the future to improve the performance of employees, the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese leadership should develop in order to get better and improve employee motivation.

PT Orela Shipyard is a family company running the shipping industry. In the two recent years, the company’s turnover becomes fluctuated, this change is caused by some factors, one of them is the employee work motivation. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that motivate the employee works of PT Orela Shipyard. The data used are primary data with data collection techniques by using a questionnaire.The sample that is used is 60 employees of PT Orela Shipyard that consist of 30 office employees and 30 shipyard employees with a simple random sampling technique and that are processed by using SmartPLS 3.0 software program. This research uses a first-order construct and second-order construct tests. The results of this research indicate that the variables of work safety, award, achievement, salary, relationship with superiors and work conditions are the factors that motivate the work of the employees at PT Orela Shipyard.

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and rewards on teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The research population was 45 people, namely the teachers at SMPN 1 Indralaya. The number of research samples were 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. Research results show that: (1) The work environment has no significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. (2) The rewards has a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya (3) Work environment and rewards together have a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya
