This study aims to analyze the Marketing Communication of PT. International Halal Network Alwahida Indonesian Herba Bidder (HNI HPAI) In Increasing People's Purchase Interest. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing, after which data analysis was carried out with the stages of reducing, categorizing the data, presenting the final data to draw conclusions. The results of this study found that BC 3 Medan HNI HPAI did not make marketing communication plans as mentioned in the marketing communication planning theory but they put forward real work rather than just plans. In the implementation of marketing communications carried out by BC 3 Medan HNI HPAI they did by holding events such as Home Sharing (HS), seminars on HNI HPAI, whether it contains motivation, introduction to companies and their products, to education about thibbunnabawi. During the implementation of marketing communications, of course the BC 3 HNI HPAI experienced obstacles. The obstacles they experience are of course the rejections that come from consumers and potential consumers. to increase this self-confidence, leaders can attend seminars held by HNI HPAI. The seminars that are held contain motivations that can inspire enthusiasm, as well as inspire the spirit and spirit of the leader himself.

The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing communication strategy in the development of regional tourism in Blitar using the Amazing Blitar application. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method, with documentative data collection technique. The result showed that the use of STOP SIT marketing communication strategy in marketing communication strategy in the development of tourism in the Blitar in the use of Amazing Blitar application, namely Segmentation, Targeting, Objectives, Positioning, Sequence of Tools, Integrating, Tools. In the marketing communication strategy in the development of tourism in the Blitar area, the use of the Amazing Blitar application continues to be studied to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Amazing Blitar application, identifying all opportunities and obstacles or threats faced. Marketing promotion or development programs are prepared by considering various aspects and analyzing the target market, namely tourists from both within and outside Blitar. In the STOP SIT marketing communication strategy must be a planning which is an introduction to the problem, namely an analysis of the external and internal environment which produces several main problems or weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities. So that in the STOP SIT analysis, it is better if you also know the problem or obstacle or strength that the company has, both in terms of human resource capabilities, technology applications, facilities, capitals, and networks.

Latar belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah banyak dijumpai di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran terdapat beberapa anak yang pada saat melakukan kegiatan tari, tampak berbagai reaksi anak yang berbeda-beda salahsatunya seperti kurangnya percaya diri pada anak.Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari pada usia 5-6 tahun di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari usia 5–6 tahun di TK Santa TheresiaUngaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan tanpa adanya manipulasi dari peneliti. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menganalisa tentang Kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari di TK Santa Theresia Ungaran. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai aspek kemandirian dalam kegiatan seni tari yang meliputi aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemandirian dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan seni tari. Kemampuan kemandirian dapat dimunculkan dalam beberapa aspek yaitu aspek emosi, intelektual dan sosial dimana anak sudah mampu menunjukan rasa percaya dirinya, tidak tergantung kepada orang tua maupun kepada guru pada saat mengikuti kegiatan tari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini saran yang disampaikan adalah kepada siswa dan guru bahwa kemandirian juga dapat di terapkan dalam kegiatan tari, yang diharapkan siswa mampu bersikap mandiri dalam segala aktifitasnya, khususnya dalam kegiatan seni tari.Kata kunci : Kemandirian. Tari ABSTRACTThe background that led to this research was that there were many children in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten, there were several children who when doing dance activities, showed various reactions of different children, one of them was a lack of confidence in children.The focus of this research is the independence in dance activities at the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten with the aim of analyzing the independence in art activities from the age of 5-6 years in Santa Theresia Ungaran kindergarten.This study uses qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects in accordance with the conditions in the field without manipulation by the researcher. Data collection methods in this study are by observation, interview, and documentation. This study analyzes the independence of dance activities at Santa Theresia Ungaran Kindergarten. This study discusses the aspects of independence in dance activities that cover emotional, intellectual and social aspects.Research results show that independence can be applied to dance activities. Independence skills can be raised in several aspects, namely emotional, intellectual and social aspects where the child is able to show his self-confidence, not dependent on parents or teachers when attending dance activities. Based on the results of this study the suggestions submitted are to students and teachers that independence can also be applied in dance activities, which students are expected to be able to be independent in all their activities, especially in dance activities.Keywords: Independence. Games as a form of mass communication carry messages for the audience. One of the games called marginalization was Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG). This study aims to identify the existence of marginalization in minority cultures in the PUBG game. The PUBG game is a survival game against 100 people where the players are placed on an island. How to survive is done by killing opposing players using the weapons that have been provided. This game can be done alone or in groups of four. The research method used by researchers is qualitative research methods. The research technique used is the Semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes. The data collection technique used was the observation technique. Observations made by researchers include how the characters in this game are made and how the forms of communication performed by the players while playing so that the marginalization of the minority culture appears. This study found that in an online game it has the potential to bring bad things to the intercultural society which is described by Roland Barthes that a bad habit will become a habit that is tolerated.Permainan atau game sebagai bentuk komunikasi massa membawa pesan bagi audiens. Salah satu game yang disebut melakukan marginalisasi adalah game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG). Penelitian ini ingin mengidentifikasi adanya marginalisasi pada budaya minoritas dalam game PUBG. Permainan PUBG merupakan permainan bertahan hidup dengan melawan 100 orang di mana para pemainnya ditempatkan di sebuah pulau. Cara bertahan hidup dilakukan dengan membunuh pemain lawan menggunakan senjata yang sudah disediakan. Permainan ini dapat dilakukan sendiri atau berkelompok dengan anggota empat orang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi. Pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti meliputi bagaimana karakter dalam game ini dibuat dan bagaimana bentuk komunikasi yang dilakukan para pemain pada saat bermain sehingga muncul marginalisasi budaya minoritas tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa di dalam sebuah game online memiliki potensi memunculkan hal buruk untuk masyarakat antar budaya yang digambarkan menurut Roland Barthes bahwa sebuah kebiasaan buruk akan menjadi suatu kebiasaan yang ditoleransi.

Small and medium transport companies play an important role in creating jobs and wealth of economy. Being related with the consumption of other products, transport companies should build marketing communication strategies. However, strategic planning of marketing communication might have specific challenges in this industry as recent innovations in the field of marketing communication (chatbots, groups in social networks, etc.) gain a considerable appreciation. Prior research has almost neglected specificity of marketing communication challenges faced by small and medium transport companies. Thus, the present research explored strategic planning of marketing communications in aforementioned industry. A qualitative research approach was adopted in order to collect information about peculiarities of strategic planning of marketing communication in transport industry. Interviews with marketing managers showed that their knowledge in the field of strategic planning of marketing communications is insufficient. Gaps in the stages of market analysis, mission statement, and measurement were identified. The lack of compatibility between mission statements and measures used for the evaluation of marketing communication results let authors to conclude that transport companies should pay more attention in ensuring the integration of marketing communication.

This article analyzes the function of imperative sentences contained in the "The Captain" movie by applying Zhang's theory of imperative sentence function. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The data source in this research is the 2019 China movie“The Captain” (中国机长 Zhōngguó Jīzhǎng). The data are imperative words and sentences in the movie. The data collection technique used was the observation and note technique according to Mahsun, then used the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. Researchers found 281 imperative sentences in "The Captain" movie and analyzes the imperative function. The most widely used imperative function is the commanding function, which is 80 sentences. Meanwhile, the least function used was threatening function only 1 sentence. The commanding function is more dominant than other functions and found in the conversations between officers to passengers, flight attendants to passengers, communication between officers and others. The commanding function is also mostly found in the officer’s conversations, especially when they were facing an emergency situation. Meanwhile, the words used by the officers, flight attendants and the captain wereshowing respect and courtesy. So that the threathening function was less found in this movie. There are no requesting and begging functions because this movie tells about the incident of the Sichuan flight 8633, including the service of the aircraft officers and the confidence of the officers in facing the emergency situation at that time.

ABSTRACT This study is a study of the experiences of hijab students who experience catcalling. Catcalling can occur regardless of place, class, age and social class. Most victims of harassment are often blamed for their wear which is considered inviting, but in fact this phenomenon also occurs in some female students who wear the hijab, resulting in a mismatch between expectations and their social environment. This study aims to see how experiences are experienced, the form of verbal and non-verbal catcalling messages, and self-concept in female hijab students after experiencing catcalling. By using Alfred Schutz's phenomenological method as a qualitative research method and using in-depth interview techniques as a data collection technique, the researchers found that the forms of verbal and non-verbal catcalling were experienced by different informants. This experience made female hijab students gain an understanding of why catcalling happened to them and resulted in a self-concept with physical and social aspects that were mostly negative rather than positive.   Keywords: experience, catcalling, hijab students   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mengenai pengalaman mahasiswi berhijab yang mengalami catcalling. Catcalling dapat terjadi tanpa memandang tempat,  golongan, usia dan kelas sosial. Sebagian besar korban pelecehan kerap disalahkan akan pakainya yang dinilai mengundang, tapi kenyatannya fenomena ini juga terjadi pada beberapa Mahasiswi yang menggunakan hijab, sehingga adanya ketidaksesuaian antara harapan dan lingkungan sosialnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengalaman yang dialami, bentuk pesan catcalling secara verbal dan non-verbal, dan konsep diri pada mahasiswi berhijab setelah mengalami catcalling. Dengan menggunkan metode metode fenomenologi Alfred Schutz sebagai metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti mandapatkan hasil bahwa bentuk catcalling secara verbal dan non-verbal yang dialami oleh para informan berbeda-beda. Pengalaman ini membuat mahasiswi berhijab mendapatkan sebuah pemahaman mengapa catcalling terjadi pada mereka dan menghasilkan sebuah konsep diri dengan aspek fisik dan sosial yang sebagian besar bersifat negatif daripada yang positif.   Kata kunci: pengalaman, catcalling, mahasiswi berhijab

This research aims to determine the role played by local communities in developing tourism on the island of Siau and also to find out how the government moves local people in the tourism sector. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used interviews with several informants to the local community, members of the Sitaro Nature Lovers Community (KOMPAS), the Chairperson of the DPC Sitaro Indonesian Tourism Association and to the government, namely the Head of the Tourism and Culture Office of Siau Regency, Tagulandang Biaro (Sitaro). From the results of the research, there is participation by local communities in tourism on Siau Island in the form of selling food near tourist objects, maintaining tourist objects and maintaining cleanliness. The local community is also involved in the development of tourism on Siau Island. The government's role in mobilizing local communities to help in the tourism sector is still not optimal because there are still tourist objects that have not been optimally managed.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to know the role and Strategy of syaria cooperation as a finance institution in Indonesia. The research object are BMT At-Taqwa and BMT Ikhtiar. The research method used in this research are qualitative research, descriptive analysis by interviewing some of employees.  By  using  data  collection  technique  such  as  interviewing  and observing primary informant (BMT At-Taqwa and BMT Ikhtiar Management) and secondary informant (Sharia  Supervisory Council) for data validity.The result of this research showed that there were many fungtions from syaria cooperation to help people in Indonesia based on Islamic rules. Those adjustments can be seen from the steps   of sharia strategic management  taken from islam rules start   from   strategy   formulating,   strategy   implementing,   and   strategy evaluating. The indicators of this research are the process of strategic management done by BMT At-Taqwa and Ikhtiar adjusted to J. 21st-century literacy is very important in education. Critical thinking skills are one indicator of literacy. Regarding thinking skills, it cannot be separated from solving mathematical problems. This study aimed to describe the problem solving of mathematics learning oriented to the Cambridge curriculum in the Covid 19 pandemic era. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. While the data collection technique uses interview techniques and questionnaires via a google form. This study found that students who understand Cambridge mathematics material obtained 79.4% based on interviews and questionnaires. Students who do not understand the concept of the material 21.2%. Students make completion steps. The percentage results show that 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% of students sometimes use completion steps. Students can complete the counting operation by 67%. While the remaining 33% still have difficulty calculating. The percentage of students who re-checked the process and results were 94.3%, while the rest often did not check the process and results
