The purpose of this study is to determine the marketing communication strategy in the development of regional tourism in Blitar using the Amazing Blitar application. This study uses descriptive qualitative research method, with documentative data collection technique. The result showed that the use of STOP SIT marketing communication strategy in marketing communication strategy in the development of tourism in the Blitar in the use of Amazing Blitar application, namely Segmentation, Targeting, Objectives, Positioning, Sequence of Tools, Integrating, Tools. In the marketing communication strategy in the development of tourism in the Blitar area, the use of the Amazing Blitar application continues to be studied to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the Amazing Blitar application, identifying all opportunities and obstacles or threats faced. Marketing promotion or development programs are prepared by considering various aspects and analyzing the target market, namely tourists from both within and outside Blitar. In the STOP SIT marketing communication strategy must be a planning which is an introduction to the problem, namely an analysis of the external and internal environment which produces several main problems or weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities. So that in the STOP SIT analysis, it is better if you also know the problem or obstacle or strength that the company has, both in terms of human resource capabilities, technology applications, facilities, capitals, and networks.

This study aims to analyze the Marketing Communication of PT. International Halal Network Alwahida Indonesian Herba Bidder (HNI HPAI) In Increasing People's Purchase Interest. The research method used is qualitative research. The data collection technique was carried out by interviewing, after which data analysis was carried out with the stages of reducing, categorizing the data, presenting the final data to draw conclusions. The results of this study found that BC 3 Medan HNI HPAI did not make marketing communication plans as mentioned in the marketing communication planning theory but they put forward real work rather than just plans. In the implementation of marketing communications carried out by BC 3 Medan HNI HPAI they did by holding events such as Home Sharing (HS), seminars on HNI HPAI, whether it contains motivation, introduction to companies and their products, to education about thibbunnabawi. During the implementation of marketing communications, of course the BC 3 HNI HPAI experienced obstacles. The obstacles they experience are of course the rejections that come from consumers and potential consumers. to increase this self-confidence, leaders can attend seminars held by HNI HPAI. The seminars that are held contain motivations that can inspire enthusiasm, as well as inspire the spirit and spirit of the leader himself.

The current business competition is so tight that there are many similar competitors. This is where a brand awareness strategy is needed so that the business being run can still compete. This study aims to determine the strategies used by Kae Thai Tea in increasing this brand awareness. In this study, a qualitative research method was used through observation, documentation and semi-structured interviews with informants who were determined through positive sampling. From the research carried out, it can be concluded that in carrying out a marketing communication strategy to increase brand awareness, this goal can be achieved by implementing a well-organized strategy in accordance with the wishes of the businessman. As for several supporting factors, namely the elements of marketing communication and brand elements by having a concept that is quite affordable. The presence of several inhibiting factors will not make the marketed brand worse but will become stronger in the face of competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing communication strategy undertaken by Brothers Cafe in building brand image for visitors in Medan and its supporting factors and obstacles. The research method is a descriptive qualitative data collection technique with methods of observation, interviews, library research, and documentation. The results of marketing communication strategy research conducted by Brothers Cafe to build brand image, present European-style concepts with a western theme, present a unique menu with an international standard, conduct event programs on holidays, utilize social media such as Instagram and others, work with communities and companies Other companies and factors that support marketing communication strategies in building brand image for visitors in Medan are promotional activities in building brand image for visitors, including locations in office centers, and office buildings, providing facilities, comfortable decoration, presence Special discount for customers who become members. The inhibiting factors of the Brothers cafe marketing communication strategy in building brand image for visitors in Medan are issues such as adulteration, nutritional problems, halal and haram, everyone's tastes are completely different, operational costs rise at any time, sufficient business competition strict. The conclusion obtained by the marketing communication strategy that Brothers cafe did in building brand image for visitors in Medan through promotional activities.

Abstrak Komunikasi marketing adalah sebuah strategi dalam penyampaian informasi mengenai sebuah produk, jasa, ataupun kegiatan. Dalam komunikasi marketing, salah satu hal terpenting ialah segmentasi pasar. Target komunikasi dapat dibagi melalui demografis dan psikologis. Dalam artikel ini akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana ambiguitas target komunikasi marketing dapat terjadi pada Konser Malam Gembira: Merayakan Karya Cipta Guruh Soekarno Putra (KMG)pada tahun 2017. Secara garis besar, target komunikasi marketing KMG terbagi menjadi dua, yakni generasi X (kelahiran 1961-1980) dan generasi peralihan Y (1981-1997) dan Z (1998-2011). Hasilnya adalah karena adanya pengaruh perbedaan generasi dalam manajemen KMG itu sendiri. Nama Guruh Soekarno Putra, konsep acara, dan media sosial yang digunakan dalam strategi komunikasi marketing pun menimbulkan ambiguitas, sehingga target market yang dicapai terlalu luas dan menimbulkan ketidak-teraturan pada saat acara tersebut. Abstract Marketing communication is a strategy to give information about a product, service, or any activity. In marketing communication, one of the most important thing is a market segmentation. Communication target audience can be devided by demographic and psychology. This article will be describe about how ambiguity of communication target audience on Konser Malam Gembira: Merayakan Karya Cipta Guruh Soekarno Putra (KMG) 2017 can be occur. In larger scale, communication target audience KMG divide in to two, the X generation (born between 1961-1980) and transitional generation between Y (born between 19811997) and Z (1998-2011). The result found that the ambiguity is occur because of differencess between both generation inside the KMG organization itself. The name of Guruh Soekarno Putro, the concept of the concert, an social media that used in marketing communication strategy also make a ambiguity, thus maket the marketing target too widely and raises the chaotic at the concert.

The purpose of this study is to describe the organization's communication strategy to improve patient service in Luwuk Regional Public Hospital. In this study, the researcher uses qualitative research method in order to know or to describe the facts of the events studied so that it facilitates the researcher to obtain objective data in order to know and to understand the Organization's Communication Strategy on Service in Luwuk Regional Public Hospital. The result of this research can be concluded that the organization communication strategy related to the effort of delivering message has not supported the occurrence of effective communication yet. This is because the message delivered verbally is unclear to the subordinate so that it needs to re-delivery and submission of information back, medicine naming verbally so that it is misidentified by by the nurse, via phone also raises the unclearness of messages and poor doctor's writing that sometimes complicate the task of a nurse so that it will give impact on service pattern. The second is timing; organizational communication strategy related to timing in the delivery of messages is still not optimal. Keywords: communication strategy, organization, service

<em>PT. PLN (Persero) is a provider of electrical energy services in Indonesia. Technological developments encourage the innovation of prepaid electricity programs in providing effective and efficient services to consumers. So marketing communication is one of the strategies used to introduce prepaid electricity products to the public. marketing communication is communication that is used to improve marketing strategies in expanding the target market segmentation. PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit uses socialization techniques in delivering prepaid electricity programs to the Temanggung community. The purpose of this study was to determine the form of marketing communication channels used by PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit to provide prepaid electricity program information to consumers in order to increase prepaid electricity usage in Temanggung. This study uses a qualitative description method. Research data obtained by interview and observation conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit. In this study conducted with triagulation techniques. The research results of PT. PLN (Persero) Temanggung Customer Service Unit uses marketing communication channels in promoting prepaid electricity programs. The message delivered contains the difference between prepaid and postpaid electricity, benefits, token costs or electricity energy vouchers and how to purchase tokens on the prepaid electricity program.</em>

This study aims to describe the marketing communicationstrategy conducted by PT Telkomsel in increasing the market share in Segment Youth based on kotlertheory (1976: 46) which is Marketing Mix consisting of Four P (4P) ie product, price, place, place),and promotion (promotion) and AIDDA Theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action). Thetype of this research is descriptive qualitative, that is descriptive research which describes factfactually and meticulously as well as qualitative research which yields findings that can not beobtained by statistic or measurement. This research describes marketing communication strategyconducted by PT Telkomsel assisted by SPV Youth and Community Telkomsel Branch Surabya,covering product (product), price (price), place (place), and promotion (promotion). Data collectedthrough in-depth interviews SPV Youth and Community Branch Surabaya as representative of PTTelkomsel as Key Informant and some staff as informant as well as to test the validity of data. Games as a form of mass communication carry messages for the audience. One of the games called marginalization was Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG). This study aims to identify the existence of marginalization in minority cultures in the PUBG game. The PUBG game is a survival game against 100 people where the players are placed on an island. How to survive is done by killing opposing players using the weapons that have been provided. This game can be done alone or in groups of four. The research method used by researchers is qualitative research methods. The research technique used is the Semiotic analysis of Roland Barthes. The data collection technique used was the observation technique. Observations made by researchers include how the characters in this game are made and how the forms of communication performed by the players while playing so that the marginalization of the minority culture appears. This study found that in an online game it has the potential to bring bad things to the intercultural society which is described by Roland Barthes that a bad habit will become a habit that is tolerated.Permainan atau game sebagai bentuk komunikasi massa membawa pesan bagi audiens. Salah satu game yang disebut melakukan marginalisasi adalah game PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG). Penelitian ini ingin mengidentifikasi adanya marginalisasi pada budaya minoritas dalam game PUBG. Permainan PUBG merupakan permainan bertahan hidup dengan melawan 100 orang di mana para pemainnya ditempatkan di sebuah pulau. Cara bertahan hidup dilakukan dengan membunuh pemain lawan menggunakan senjata yang sudah disediakan. Permainan ini dapat dilakukan sendiri atau berkelompok dengan anggota empat orang. Metode penelitian yang dipakai peneliti adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi. Pengamatan yang dilakukan peneliti meliputi bagaimana karakter dalam game ini dibuat dan bagaimana bentuk komunikasi yang dilakukan para pemain pada saat bermain sehingga muncul marginalisasi budaya minoritas tersebut. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa di dalam sebuah game online memiliki potensi memunculkan hal buruk untuk masyarakat antar budaya yang digambarkan menurut Roland Barthes bahwa sebuah kebiasaan buruk akan menjadi suatu kebiasaan yang ditoleransi.

The role of marketing communication strategy is very important for companies in marketing products to their target market. Marketing communication of alcoholic beverage products which is hampered by promotion, marketing and distribution requires the right strategy in its implementation to ensure business continuity. This research has an exploratory constructivist paradigm. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy carried out by the management of PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia as a marketing communication strategy for Bir Bintang alcoholic beverages. The research data collection method is through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis of this research is descriptive qualitative. Informant data collection technique is purposive sampling at the Area Business Manager and Business Development Executive PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Commerce. The results of the study reveal that the company's strategy is more focused on online aspects, including the use of social media, websites and e-commerce to inform products, sales, and campaigns. The form of marketing communication carried out by PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia in the form of direct and interactive marketing, sales promotion, event marketing, merchandise, personal selling, public relations, and word of mouth.

This article analyzes the function of imperative sentences contained in the "The Captain" movie by applying Zhang's theory of imperative sentence function. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. The data source in this research is the 2019 China movie“The Captain” (中国机长 Zhōngguó Jīzhǎng). The data are imperative words and sentences in the movie. The data collection technique used was the observation and note technique according to Mahsun, then used the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. Researchers found 281 imperative sentences in "The Captain" movie and analyzes the imperative function. The most widely used imperative function is the commanding function, which is 80 sentences. Meanwhile, the least function used was threatening function only 1 sentence. The commanding function is more dominant than other functions and found in the conversations between officers to passengers, flight attendants to passengers, communication between officers and others. The commanding function is also mostly found in the officer’s conversations, especially when they were facing an emergency situation. Meanwhile, the words used by the officers, flight attendants and the captain wereshowing respect and courtesy. So that the threathening function was less found in this movie. There are no requesting and begging functions because this movie tells about the incident of the Sichuan flight 8633, including the service of the aircraft officers and the confidence of the officers in facing the emergency situation at that time.
