This research is done with a purpose of knowing how the evaluation of the work motivation that has an impact on the performance of the members of Hepi Potato (PIPO). Methods that was used for this research is qualitative approach. The data retrieval process is done by interview method. The researcher interviewed 4 informants, they are 2 members of PIPO, a facilitator lecturer of PIPO, and a motivation expert. The aim of this research is to improve the performance of the members of PIPO by evaluating their work motivation. Based on the result of the interview, it has been found that the performance of PIPO was already good enough but has not maximum yet so it still can be improved, while for the valuation of the work motivation in PIPO decreased because of the rushing activity and has reached saturation point. The result of this research is that to increase the work motivation in PIPO, each member must search for internal motivation first and each member has to be open with one another so they can support each other. Other than motivation, there are other factors that can improve the performance which are direct supervisor and organizational culture.

The One of many way to connect to the database through the android application is using volleyball and RESTAPI. By using RestAPI, the android application does not directly connect to the database but there is an intermediary in the form of an API. In android development, Android-volley has the disadvantage of making requests from large and large data, so an evaluation is needed to test the capabilities of the Android volley. This research was conducted to test android-volley to retrieve data through RESTAPI presented in the form of an application to retrieve medicinal plant data. From the test results can be used by volley an error occurs when the back button is pressed, in this case another process is carried out if the previous volley has not been loaded. This error occurred on several android versions such as lollipops and marshmallows also on some brands of devices. So that in using android-volley developer need to check the request queue process that is carried out by the user, if the data retrieval process by volley has not been completed, it is necessary to stop the process to download data using volley so that there is no Android Not Responding (ANR) error.Keywords: Android, Volley, WP REST API, ANR Error

The independent independent variables in this study are Work Motivation, Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Culture while the dependent variable is the Performance Teachers and Employees SMPN 5 Pariaman. The sample used in this study as many as 32 respondents determined by using saturated samples. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in the validity test is if R-count> R-table item is declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Based on the validity test of Work Motivation instrument, Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Culture on Teacher and Employee Performance, all items are declared valid and reliability test results indicate that the instrument has high reliability. This means that the eligibility criteria Instrument Motivation Work, Interpersonal Communication and Organizational Culture on Performance Teachers and Employees have met the criteria of good instrument requirements, namely valid and reliable. Regression analysis results obtained t count = 2.550 while t table = 2.042 so thitung> ttable and significance value is 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0,05 so it can be said that motivation factor (X1) (Y) Regression analysis results obtained t count = 1.076 while the value of t table = 2.042 so that tcount < ttable or and its not significance value is 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0,05, and proved variable of Interpersonal Communication (X2) (Y) Regression analysis results obtained t count = 1.715 while the value of t table = 2.042 so thitung< ttable and its not significance value is 0.000, this value is smaller than α = 0,05, and proved Organizational Culture variable (X3) The value of correlation coefficient (R) turns out that the correlation is positive. This means that there is a strong one-way relationship, where the change of increment that occurs in the free factor of Work Motivation, Personal Communication and Organizational Culture is accompanied by the change of the bound factor increase that is Teacher Performance (Y).

The link between the work motivation and work commitment is well established in a variety of work settings. However, the role of organizational culture is not explored in depth, especially as a moderator between work motivation and work commitment. The present study undertakes an examination of the above explained model. The sample consisted of 351 academics from nine public universities in the state of Punjab, Pakistan. Cross-sectional survey design was employed to collect the data. The statistical analyses were performed with Partial Least Squares technique using the Smart PLS 3.0. The findings revealed that adhocracy culture moderates the link between non-self-determined work motivation and work commitment among university academic staff. The study has implications for authorities to capitalize on organizational culture to boost work motivation that will ultimately improve work commitment among academics.

This research was motivated when the policy of eliminating hajj bailouts was lowered, it made researchers want to know the factors of eliminating hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah Indralaya), as well as how the solutions for customers provided by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah Indralaya) related to the elimination of hajj bailouts. This study aims to analyze the abolition of hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BNI Syariah Indralaya). This research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. This research data uses primary data. To explore relevant data, the writer uses the interview method, after the data has been collected, it is analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the elimination of hajj bailouts was due to hajj bailouts that were not the main product, hajj bailout products were not profitable, and the high waiting list for prospective hajj pilgrims. The solution provided by the bank is the introduction of the iB Hasanah Savings product.

This research aims to (1) know and analyse The effect of leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) know and analyse the effect of leadership style on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) know and analyse the effect of work motivation on staff performance PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (4) know and analyse the effect of organizational culture on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu. Population in this research is 45 staff, and all of them become sample. Data in this research is analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that (1) leadership style, work motivation and organizational culture simultaneously perform positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (2) leadership style performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; (3) work motivation performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu; and (4) organizational culture performs positive and significant effect on staff performance of PT. Bank BNI Syariah Palu.

In the development of the modern world, promiscuity of promiscuity with Christian teenagers. Free association is a problem that occurs in society, especially in Rembon, which causes Christian youth to move away from fellowship. The Transformation of the Gospel is very helpful for Christian youth in applying the real Christian youth lifestyle. This writing focuses on knowing how to transform the gospel into Christian youth and to reduce Christian youth who are involved in promiscuity. The approach taken is a qualitative approach involving literature study. Analysis was carried out by interactive analysis. This research shows that the transformation of the gospel can have an impact on Christian youth.

Abstract- The research objectives were to determine: 1) The description of performance, organizational culture, education and training, competence and work motivation of Indonesian National Police members at the Traffic Directorate of East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police; 2) The influence of organizational culture, education and training, competence and work motivation on the performance of Police members at the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Traffic Directorate. The study was conducted on all members of the East Nusa Tenggara Police Traffic Directorate with 145 respondents. The data collected were analyzed descriptively based on the results of processed data using the method of Structural Equation Model. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the achievement of the indicators for each variable is as follows: Performance = 67.68 (Good Enough), Organizational Culture = 68.84 (Good), Competence = 67.93 (Good Enough), Education and Training = 67.45 (Good Enough), and Work Motivation = 68.55 (Good). Furthermore, the results of SEM analysis showed that Organizational Culture, Education and Training, Competence and Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the investigated Police Members. This research is still limited to the 4 variables used so that testing is needed on other variables such as; leadership style, compensation, work atmosphere, work facilities and others with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study to analyze the correlation of  tourism development with livelihood strategies and living standard of fisherman household of Karimunjawa Village. Type of attraction that developed in Indonesia is ecotourism and tourism. Tourism development are good not only focus on the balance of nature and level of the economy, but also the welfare of local communities. Fisherman are part of the local community in the implementation of coastal tourism and small islands. This study will analyze about tourism and fisher household. This research combined quantitative approach using questioner method and qualitative approach using interview method. The result of this study explained about the development of tourism had affected the livelihood strategy of fisherman household. Implementation of the strategy is not only living as part of efforts to sustain life, but also improve the standard of living of  fishermen household.Keywords: ecotourism, national park, livelihood structure-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ABSTRAKPenelitian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang mencakup dua dusun, yaitu Dusun Sade, Desa Rembitan, Kecamatan Jonggata dan Dusun Ketangge, Desa Sukarara, Kecamatan Pujut. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat struktur nafkah dan bentuk strategi nafkah rumahtangga penenun. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan lima modal nafkah terhadap resiliensi rumahtangga penenun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang didukung dengan data kualitatif. Metode kuantitatif dilakukan melalui pendekatan survei dan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Pendekatan lain yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi lapang di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara modal nafkah terhadap tingkat resiliensi, serta memaparkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat resiliensi rumahtangga penenun di dua dusun. Faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat resiliensi di Dusun Sade yaitu pinjaman, tingkat alokasi tenaga kerja dan penguasaan keterampilan. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat resiliensi rumahtangga penenun di Dusun Ketangge yaitu pinjaman, tingkat lama waktu bersekolah dan tingkat investasi barang.Kata kunci: ekowisata, taman nasional, struktur nafkah
