The purpose of this study is to perceive and rolethe influence of the communication climate and motivation to the work productivity of employees in the Center for Development and Empowerment of Educators and Business Education. This research is causality using quantitative approach with the quotation of sample is 60 personnel. Data collections used interview, observation, literature and questionnaires in the form of questions techniques. The data analysis techniques using correlation coefficients analysis, multiple regression analysis as long as variance testing using aid programme viz Microsoft Excel. These results of this research indicate that communication climate and motivation are determining factors in measuring work productivity. Optimization the level of productivity is not yet spring to the leader's range of the from their subordinates in the communication that is not running smoothly and added to the rewards received by employees that are not comparable, which causes a decrease in employee motivation.

Patient satisfaction at the hospital is a benchmark that is a benchmark for patients in getting health care. Each hospital must run a variety of strategies so that patients feel satisfied with health services, one of the strategies is through a good corporate image and trust, where a good corporate image can increase trust. So that affecting patient satisfaction Mitra Medika Narom Hospital Kabupaten Bekasi.             This research was conducted with descriptive and verification methods, namely knowing, analyzing, explaining and testing hypotheses, and making conclusions and suggestions. The sample in this study amounted to 240 respondents using the Eksplanary Survey method. Data analysis techniques used are ordinal scale techniques and path analysis using the Method of Successive Interval (MSI) tool, Microsoft Excel 2016 computer programs and SPSS 16.             The results of this study reveal that the company's image at the Mitra Medika Narom Hospital in Kabupaten Bekasi is in the agreed criteria, meaning that Mitra Medika Narom Hospital has built and made a good company image so that it is better known to all people. Furthermore, trust in Mitra Medika Narom Hospital in Kabupaten Bekasi is in the agreed criteria, meaning that Mitra Medika Narom Hospital has succeeded in building a good and optimal Trust so that patients trust Mitra Medika Narom Hospital to obtain health services. Then the patient satisfaction at the Mitra Medika Narom Hospital in Kabupaten Bekasi is in the agreed criteria, meaning that the patients as respondents feel a high level of satisfaction after completing treatment at the Mitra Medika Narom Hospital. There is a positive, strong and two-way correlation between company image and trust variables of 0.646. There is a partial influence of company image on patient satisfaction at Mitra Medika Narom Hospital significantly by 11.98%. There is a partial influence of trust on patient satisfaction at Mitra Medika Narom Hospital significantly by 25.08%. Then there is a simultan influence of corporate image and trust on patient satisfaction at Mitra Medika Narom Hospital positively and significantly by 37.06% while the remaining 62.94% is contributed by other variables not examined

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was finding the relationship between religiosity and adolescent aggressiveness at Madrasah Aliyah Assalaam Temanggung. The instruments are the religiosity scale and aggressiveness scale. Data was collected from 100 adolescence subjects ages 16-18 years, sitting in class X and XI MA Assalaam. Data analysis techniques used Pearson Product Moment Correlation (2-tailed). The result showed that the correlation coefficients obtained for (r) = -0.468 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01). The conclusion, there is a negative significant relationship between religiosity to adolescent aggressiveness. The negative coefficient showed correlation to the both variables was negative. This means that increasing religious level can make decreasing aggression level, and converse, decreasing religious level can make increasing aggression level. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is acceptable. Keywords: religiosity, aggressiveness, adolescence

The Navy Debriefing Service is a central implementing agency whose main task is a series of supply chain management, which has several problems related to the uneven competence of Disbekal personnel, limited human resources and lack of creation, innovation, improvisation, as a result of the large number of personnel who have been around for a long time. served in Disbekal. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and the influence of organizational culture partially on the work productivity of Disbekal. As well as analyzing the influence of competence and organizational culture simultaneously on the work productivity of Disbekal. Descriptive verification research method with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The number of samples is 88 personnel, with data collection through stratified random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competence, and organizational culture on the work productivity of the TNI AL debriefing service partially and simultaneously. Where the direct influence of the competence variable is 30.2%, and the organizational culture variable is 18.5%. The total effect is 68.1% overall, while 39.1% is the influence of other factors that were not researched.

Theoretically outlined, Employee Performance can be influenced by several variables including Leadership Style, Placement, and Work Motivation. Therefore, the performance of employees at the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province can also be attributed to these three variables, this is what inspired the authors to conduct the research. Research objectives: 1. To find out the description of leadership style, placement,, motivation, and performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 2. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the work motivation of employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 3. To know the direct and indirect influence of leadership style and placement on the performance of Employees in the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province, 4. To know the influence of leadership style and placement through work motivation on Kinerja Employees in The General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province. This research that became the object of the research was employees of the General Bureau of Setda Jambi Province with a population of 130 people who were used as a research sample. Analysis techniques using Path Analysis tool using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that: 1. Leadership style, placement, motivation and employee performance are in good condition, 2. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee motivation, 3. Leadership and placement styles directly and indirectly affect employee performance, 4. Leadership and placement styles through motivation directly and indirectly affect performance.

This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. This study aims to determine empirical influence perceptions of salary and organizational climate on employee motivation at PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pruadvance Medan. The population of 56 people and the sample is the total population of 56 people.The methods of data collections are the scale of perception of salary, the scale of organizational climate and the scale of work motivation. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of data analysis showed that (1) There is significant influence of perception of salary to work motivation with R2 = 0.539 (p = 0.000). (2) There is significant influence of organizational climate to work motivation R2= 0.601 (p = 0.000). (3) There is significant influence of perception of salary and organizational climate to work motivation R2 = 0.640 (p = 0.000). Specifically, it is known that in this study, perception of salary is classified as positive, organizational climate is classified as conducive and work motivation of employees is high. the whole hypothesis can be declared accepted. The total efecvtive contribution of perception of salary variable and organizational climate to work motivation is 64%. It means there are still 36% influence from other factors to work motivation

The purpose of this study was to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of budgeting participation and internal control on good university governance at Bangka Belitung University and State Manufacturing Polytechnic of Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. Data collection used a saturated sampling method of 485 consisting of all employees and lecturers at the two colleges. Estimation models were built based on previous research studies and the Agency Theory. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis along with testing classical assumptions using a Likert scale on primary data. The results of the study showed that budgetary participation and internal control have a positive and significant effect on good university governance both simultaneously and partially, where internal control is the dominant variable influencing good university governance. This illustrates the alignment of findings with the Agency Theory. The implications for the future are that the Bangka Belitung University and the State Manufacturing Polytechnic continue to pay attention to internal control to create a resonance of good university governance towards the internationalization of higher education. In this study only two variables were used that affect good university governance. Other influences also play a role in the improvement including audit committees, organizational culture, and organizational communication climate that can be addressed by future researchers. Purpose: Influence of communication climate and job promotion on employee performance and motivation with discipline and job satisfaction as intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo. The aim of this study is to test and analyze the influence of communication and promotion on employee motivation and performance with discipline and job satisfaction as variabels intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo Research methodology: The samples of this study are 74 respondents consisting of employees permanent of the division warehouse and production. This research applies path analysis by using the program of analysis Smart PLS. Results: The relationship between variables in this study produced thirteen hypotheses with significant influence and five hypotheses with not significant influence. Relation testing between organizational job promotion and motivation variabels has the biggest significance. Meanwhile, the relation testing between communication climate variabels and employee performance variabels has the smallest significance. Limitation: The limitation in this research is one company where the number of samples taken is only permanent employees of the warehouse and production only. Contribution: Results of this study are expected to be able to give contribution to human resources management and to practical management. Introduction: Division of research and development to produce performance played a central role in the form of technological innovation cultivation of sugar cane and innovation performance of the global industrial competition. Required organizational climate that support performance improvement and business development research staff. Mutual support and encouragement in every settlement between management and employees work will provide a comfortable atmosphere in the performance of employees. High motivation for staff to be able to grow a maximum potential and competence of employees wants to work hard to realize the company's strategic objectives.Methods: To examine these issues, a questionnaire distributed to 35 staff in research and development of PTPNXI (Persero). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS analysis techniques. Results: The results showed that the significant effect of organizational climate on employee performance. Thus a good organizational climate will cause the employee improve performance. Good organizational climate and always oriented employment relationship in shaping the behavior of employees can motivate employees that will result in optimal performance of employees at work.Conclusion and suggestion: Managerial advice to do is apply organizational climate in PTPN XI (Persero) staff research and development efforts should be made clear again that the work climate that is able to adapt to the situation and condition of the employee. The next suggestion, leaders continue to increase employee motivation by not ignoring the rights and interests of employees as provide promotional opportunities, improved employee supervision system, increase confidence in the leadership, and maintain harmonious relationships between colleagues.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the excellent sector in Dharmasraya District and analyze the development strategy of the top sector in Dharmasaraya district. The study used secondary data using 17 research sectors in Dharmasraya District, during the year 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques are used to analyse superior sectors and analyze strategies to develop superior sectors using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift share analytical techniques. As for data processing using Microsoft Excel.
