The Navy Debriefing Service is a central implementing agency whose main task is a series of supply chain management, which has several problems related to the uneven competence of Disbekal personnel, limited human resources and lack of creation, innovation, improvisation, as a result of the large number of personnel who have been around for a long time. served in Disbekal. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and the influence of organizational culture partially on the work productivity of Disbekal. As well as analyzing the influence of competence and organizational culture simultaneously on the work productivity of Disbekal. Descriptive verification research method with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The number of samples is 88 personnel, with data collection through stratified random sampling. The results showed that there was a significant influence between competence, and organizational culture on the work productivity of the TNI AL debriefing service partially and simultaneously. Where the direct influence of the competence variable is 30.2%, and the organizational culture variable is 18.5%. The total effect is 68.1% overall, while 39.1% is the influence of other factors that were not researched.

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. The sample used proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 77 employee sampling using krejcie table with error size 5%. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Results of multiple linear regeresis proves that discipline, compensation and organizational culture is shown to have a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. These results can be interpreted that the existence, discipline, compensation and organizational culture that has been applied to improve employee performance in PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik.

<p>The purpose of this research is for to know and test whether there is influence of discipline and compensation of employees on work productivity PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.</p><p>The research method used, i.e. a quantitative approach and sampling Techniques using sample random sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. While its data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests.</p>The results of data analysis in this study is there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity with significance value of discipline and the value of 0.05 &lt; 0,011 significance compensation amounting to 0.028 &lt; 0.05. This shows that the two variables are declared Ho denied. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the value of discipline and compensation against work productivity at PT. Garuda Milky Artha in Surabaya.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

<p>This research began from the emergence of character problems or character crisis by shifting the students’ ethics values in the school. Where the students don’t respect teachers and friends, there is brawl among students, even violence occurs in the classroom, this is a threat of disintegration of the nation. The formulation of the problem is how the strengthening strategy of character education. The purpose of this research is to know the strengthening strategy of character education in the school, related to implementation, monitoring evaluation, supporting factors, obstacles and obtained result. The research method used qualitative approach on natural subject or natural setting, by using observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques through data reduction, verification and took a conclusions of processed data. The research was held at SMK 45 and SMK IT NU Saguling, West Bandung. The result of this study. Students become intent on strengthening the character education activities, responsive to social activities in the society, although not all students can implement it yet. The level of discipline is good because students feel shy if they aren’t disciplined, the result of the shame cultural, some students who used to come late to be in time even though not all students feel ashamed when coming late. The supporting factors the implementation of the strengthening of character education in the schools is a good strategy from the principal, the committee and a team of the parent class of students. The Obstacle factors, the shame culture is not held in the school yet, not all teachers become a role models in the schools who give good examples for students. Not all teacher become a strong and intelligent character. So that the presence of educators is as a key actor in the learning process, a professional and have a strong and intelligent character must really have atmosphere in the school, because through educators who have strong and intelligent character will create human resources which is a reflection of a nation that has strong and intelligent character, and virtuous morals.</p><p>Penelitian ini berawal dari munculnya permasalahan karakter atau krisis karakter dengan menggeser nilai-nilai etika siswa di sekolah. Dimana siswa tidak menghargai guru dan teman, terjadi tawuran antar siswa, bahkan terjadi kekerasan di dalam kelas, ini menjadi ancaman disintegrasi bangsa. Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah terkait dengan pelaksanaan, evaluasi monitoring, faktor pendukung, kendala dan hasil yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif pada subjek alam atau setting alam, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, verifikasi dan pengambilan kesimpulan dari data olahan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK 45 dan SMK IT NU Saguling, Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian ini. Siswa berkeinginan kuat untuk memperkuat kegiatan pendidikan karakter, tanggap terhadap kegiatan sosial di masyarakat, meskipun belum semua siswa dapat melaksanakannya. Tingkat kedisiplinannya baik karena siswa merasa malu jika tidak didisiplinkan akibat adanya budaya malu, sebagian siswa yang dulunya terlambat datang tepat waktu padahal tidak semua siswa merasa malu jika datang terlambat. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah adalah strategi yang baik dari kepala sekolah, komite dan tim kelas orang tua siswa. Faktor penghambatnya, belum adanya budaya malu di sekolah, belum semua guru menjadi panutan di sekolah yang memberikan keteladanan yang baik bagi siswa. Tidak semua guru menjadi karakter yang kuat dan cerdas. Sehingga keberadaan pendidik sebagai aktor kunci dalam proses pembelajaran, seorang yang profesional dan berkarakter kuat dan cerdas haruslah benar-benar memiliki atmosfir di sekolah, karena melalui pendidik yang berkarakter kuat dan cerdas akan tercipta sumber daya manusia yang merupakan cerminan. bangsa yang memiliki karakter kuat dan cerdas, serta berakhlak mulia.</p>

Abstract: This study was a causal espouse fact study intended to find out and uncover direct and indirect effects of organizational culture, organizational structure, and job-satisfaction on teachers’ jobperformance. The sample consisting of 143 out of 645 public high school teachers were selected from 10 senior high schools by using the stratified random sampling technique. The teachers were those having teaching experience of at least 10 years and they had been certified as professional teachers and received certification fees continuously, except for guidance and counseling teachers. The findings showed that organizational culture, organizational structure and job-satisfaction had a positive impact on teachers’ job-performance. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-satisfaction were 21.20%, and 10.00% respectively. The direct and indirect effects of organizational culture on job-performance were 23.20% and 22.80% respectively. The direct effect of organizational structure on job-performance was 29.50%. Meanwhile, the indirect effect of organizational structure on job-performance was not significant. Finally, the direct effect of job-satisfaction on job-performance was 18.60%. Sampel terdiri atas 143 dari 645 guru SMA yang diambil dari 10 SMA di Medan yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling techmiques. Sampel guru paling tidak memiliki pengalaman mengajar 10 tahun dan telah disertifikasi sebagai guru profesional. Data dianalisis dengan teknik regresi dan sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan linearitas sebarannya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberi dampak positif terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kota Medan. Pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja masing-masing 21,20%, dan 10,00%. Efek langsung dan tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja masing-masing 23,20% dan 22.80%. Efek langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja ada 29,50%, sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung dari struktur organisasi terhadap kinerja tidak fignificant. Akhirnya, efek langsung dari kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja ada 18,60%. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, struktur organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja

AbstractSchadenfreude is a compound word of the word Schaden, which means loss, andFreude, which means joy. It shows that envy plays an important role in generatingSchadenfreude; People are pleased with the misfortune of others when thismisfortune gives them a social comparison that increases the feeling of their selfesteem or removes the basic feelingof hurtful jealousy. The results of this study complement these opposing findings, indicating that envy is the Schadenfreude predictor when the target has the same gender. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa iri hatimemainkan peran penting dalam membangkitkan Schadenfreude; orang merasasenang dengan ketidakberuntungan orang lain ketika ketidakberuntungan inimemberi mereka perbandingan sosial yang meningkatkan perasaan harga dirimereka atau menghilangkan dasar perasaan iri hati yang menyakitkan. Metodepenelitian dengan eksperimen dengan desain faktorial. Tehnik pengambilansampel menggunakan Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakandengan tehnik korelasi Pearson Product Momen. Hasil penelitian ini melengkapitemuan-temuan yang berlawanan ini, dengan menunjukkan bahwa iri hatiadalah prediktor Schadenfreude ketika targetnya memliki gender yang sama.Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu universitas di Salatiga.

This research aimed to determine the effect of internal control, organizational culture, and morality to fraud tendency. The theory used in this research are Fraud Triangle Theory and Agency Theory. The population in this study is the head of LPDs in Gianyar regency. This research using proportionate stratified random sampling. The samples were taken are 73 head of LPDs. The data collectment is done by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. The results of this research showed that internal control, cultural organization and morality have negative affect on fraud tendency in LPDs in Gianyar regency. ABSTRACT   This study aims to reveal the influence of the Commitment of Corporate Leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X2) to the effectiveness of employee work (Y). The research method used was a survey method. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The research sample amounted to 48 respondents. The trial results of the research instruments show that the reliability of the Likert scale instrument of organizational culture is 0.917, work motivation is 0.792, and work effectiveness is 0.854. Analysis of the data used is regression analysis. The conclusion of the research results revealed: (1) There is an influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company to the effectiveness of the work of employees. From the analysis results obtained a regression coefficient of 3,336 means that the influence of the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company amounted to 33.36%. (2) There is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness. From the analysis results obtained a correlation coefficient of 3742 means that there is a positive influence of organizational culture on work effectiveness by 37.42%. (3) There is a positive influence of the Commitment of the Company's Leadership Tasks and organizational culture together on work effectiveness. From the results of the analysis obtained a regression value of 14.58 means that there is a positive influence on the Commitment of the Leadership of the Company and organizational culture together on work effectiveness is 14.58%. AbstractInterviews with 10 marketing managers of 10 four-wheeled motor vehicle brand in Jakarta that have the highest sales in January up to April 2017 show that the managers do not have enough cognitive understanding of knowledge management (KM). However, the managers, in general, are very eloquent when discussing about practical business aspects such as supply-chain, business competition, products, organizational culture, and company’s performance. Based on previous research, KM was placed as independent or intervening or moderating variable on company’s performance. The aim of this study is to analyze the role of KM on company’s performance. By using stratified random sampling, linear regression, moderated regression, and path analysis, it can be concluded that KM can be as independent, moderating, or intervening variable. KM becomes similar to a “bottleneck” when the managers do not know well what and how to implement KM. Therefore, this study suggests that needed further researches are needed to explore the role of KM and to understand how KM can be implemented in a company in order to sustainably improve the company’s performance.

An important element of human resources, compensation is an effective tool to attract and retain skilled employees. Despite its crucial importance the literature concerning executive compensation in the hotel industry is very few especially those focusing on fringe benefits. To fill the gap in the hotel human resources literature, this study assessed the level of fringe benefits provided to executives in the hotel industry. The purpose of this empirical study was to gain information regarding executives’ compensation in the industry. Stratified random sampling technique was used to ensure that the findings represented hotels of various star-ratings. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to the ratio of 6:3:4 to three-, four- and five-star hotels and 104 were returned. The findings revealed that there is a statistically significant difference in the fringe benefits given between three -, four - and five-star hotels, and the star rating of hotels positively correlates with the level of fringe benefits provided to hotel executives.
