If a few years ago employers paid attention to the so-called hard skills that can be checked using a variety of exams, tests (professional competence, knowledge of foreign languages, computer skills, etc.), now the most important are soft skills - universal competencies that are difficult to quantify. These very relevant skills include communication skills, the ability to work in a team, creativity, punctuality, balance, responsibility and the ability to adapt to the new conditions of the modern market. Instead, more than half of senior employees tend to respond inadequately to their own professional difficulties and successes. Preschool educational institutions teachers with little work experience almost do not feel emotional stress and alienation from professional activity. Instead, many experienced professionals are emotionally vulnerable, and they try to hide their reactions to the events of their lives by feeling personally alienation.
