Due to the transfer of higher educational institutions in the spring of 2020 to remote learning in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, the need for theoretical comprehension of this form of learning has arisen. The paper also suggests a fore-cast of a possible scenario for updating the organi-zational form of teaching foreign languages after the resumption of the educational process in the au-tumn of 2020. Analysis of existing forms of learning showed that a new organizational and methodologi-cal form is expected to appear. It will be character-ized by the combination of formal face-to-face inter-action of teachers and students with remote infor-mal contacts on a voluntary basis. A feature of this form, which the authors of the paper call “comple-mentary learning”, is that the subjects of the educa-tional process have acquired valuable communica-tion experience based on digital technologies and electronic network resources during the period of self-isolation. The study lists the most popular types of work at foreign languages classes, which can be transferred to online or offline consulting.

The article discusses the methodology of forming the teacher's readiness to use the electronic educational environment by immersion technology. The relevance of the study is determined by the challenges of our time. During the pandemic, all educational institutions of the Russian Federation had to switch to distance learning for students. Which presupposes possession of digital technologies by all participants in the educational process. To bridge the «digital divide» in the student-teacher relationship, a methodology has been developed to improve the qualifications of the teaching staff, which allows them to organize their professional activities using digital technologies. The leading method of researching this problem was a pedagogical experiment conducted among teachers and students, which made it possible to identify a positive trend in the willingness of teachers to use the capabilities of the University's electronic information and educational environment based on the results of the proposed methodology. The article clarifies the structure of a teacher's readiness to use the electronic information and educational environment of an educational organization, substantiates the effectiveness of the methodology for the formation of readiness using immersion technology.

The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed training processes. The transition from face-to-face to virtuality has affected the entire educational process favoring one of the open innovation key features in the higher education institutions: the ability to manage knowledge flow. Open innovation in this crisis situation will encourage universities to deal with difficulties and embrace opportunities to enhance knowledge production. In this regard, the main objective of this work is to analyze how universities have managed knowledge flow during lockdown situation. The research presents a comparative study between three countries highly impacted by the coronavirus (Spain, Italy and Ecuador) based on perceptions from teachers and students on a convenience sample of 573 individuals. The study, of a descriptive and exploratory nature, applied surveys between March and April 2020 to students and teachers of Journalism, Communication. The survey had 2956 responses, collecting 65,032 pieces of evidence from students and 6468 from teachers. Teachers and students show their preference for being present, but they recognize the justification for the change of scenery and identify positive elements in virtuality. According to the findings obtained, the absence of presence has not generated an increase in the meetings between teachers and students. In addition, the tutorials have been shorter and sporadic. Added to this is a scant commitment to the variety of resources and options offered by the Internet. The predominance of textual material collides with the demand from students for a mixture of training resources, a greater role for the podcast and, especially, a typology of assessment tests that pass the traditional exams.

The article is devoted to the increasing role and prospects for the development of e-learning in modern transformation of higher polytechnic education. In the context of preventing the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 and the transition of universities to various forms of distance education, this issue is of particular relevance. The aim of the study is to assess the process of introducing e-learning into the educational process of higher technical educational institutions in Russia. The methodological basis of the work was the analytical and systematic approach to the study of the object of research using methods of data systematization, evaluative analysis and forecasting, as well as logical generalization. The authors come to the conclusion that the introduction of e-learning in technical universities in Russia until recently played a supporting role in the reorganization and optimization of the processes of training engineering personnel. The development of e-learning helped to reduce the costs of the educational process, reduce the number of employees, as well as solve the problem of the classroom fund. An important role in the development of e-learning was played by the desire to increase the rating indicators. The desire to expand non-budgetary sources of funding for modern technical universities and the possibility of implementing new learning models were only additional incentives for expanding the e-learning system. The results of this study can be used in further studying the digitalization of higher education and assessing the prospects for the development of professional training in Russia.

Introduction. The amount of information offered for study in modern educational institutions is rapidly increasing. Overcoming the inconsistency of the obligation to master the increasing flow of educational information and achieving the necessary "level" of training in fulfilling the traditional requirement of pedagogy – withstanding an acceptable amount of visibility leads to the mass introduction of multimedia tools. The folding so-called clip thinking shades the problems of filling thesaurus learning information virtually uncontrollable content and quality.Materials and Methods. Theoretical and empirical methods of research were used in the course of the work: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, comparison, scientific theorization.Results. Clip-thinking interferes with a clear understanding of the context, and therefore the clip leaves no trace in semantically related phenomena. The trend of radical change in the roles of teachers and students reveals the main reasons and conditions for the transition to visualized presentation of educational information. In addition to the apparent negative consequences of the current pedagogical situation, some advantages of the protective reactions developed by modern learners to the most powerful stream of educational information are revealed. Studies have confirmed the risks of over-visibility in the learning process. Objective differences in the purpose and effectiveness of the types of visibility considered are highlighted. The main points of the formation of visual images are reflected, the obligatory maintenance of the conditions of problems in the educational process is emphasized.Discussion and Conclusions. The studies that have been carried out present an argument for the recommendations for the proposed frame-graphic approach in the organization of the educational process. The orientation of the educational process for each allocated group is justified, which requires a rather different nature of the script. One solution is to use educational information visualization tools to ensure the sustainability of the creative thinking vector.

In the transition to digital technologies, the pedagogical community needs a fundamentally different methodological basis of education, it is necessary to radically update the goals, content, forms, methods and means of education, taking into account the flow of information and communication processes in which modern youth grows. The article notes a number of positive and negative aspects of e-learning, present's different opinions of scientists on the use of digital technologies in the educational process. The practice of introduction of e-learning has shown that this system of training raises a number of new problems arising from the insufficient volume of joint creative work of students with a teacher. Electronic network technologies provide great opportunities in the organization of joint activities of teachers and students, individualization of the educational process, the transformation of learning into self-learning and self-education, allow the organization of interactive classes and collective teaching, as well as various forms of control. The basis of one of these technologies is the method of projects. The article describes in detail the features of the use of the method of projects in the educational process. Design technology involves reliance on the principles, norms and rules of design, the totality of which allows you to organize the activities of the student from the idea to its practical implementation. Using actor network theory (ANT) as a starting point, the aim of the paper is to describe relationships between heterogenous actors in a particular kind of library work and to discuss how these relationships might potentially be part of a preliminary actor-network representing a profession of librarianship. The particular kind of library work involved in the discussion is user teaching and -guidance in libraries affiliated with educational institutions. The paper draws on this particular kind of work to illustrate the use of ANT in a discussion about the profession of librarianship. The data collection procedure has been guided by ethnographic methodology considerations. As an actor-network, a profession is not a static entity organised around fixed connections. It is undergoing shifts in character as new actors or relations are forged and old ones wear out. Regarding the particular kind of library work, the paper has a focus on actors such as librarians, teachers, students, digital technologies, and political paradigms of control. The author examines how librarians in the particular kind of library work create and maintain relationships with teachers and students. The paper provides a description of the ways influential actors such as digital technologies and political paradigms of control intervene in these processes. The paper concludes that through these relationships, new areas of work and new understandings of professions are under way to be established. These processes might lead to an actor-network intertwined with those many other actor-networks that librarians in general are involved in because of other practices and relationships.
