In the transition to digital technologies, the pedagogical community needs a fundamentally different methodological basis of education, it is necessary to radically update the goals, content, forms, methods and means of education, taking into account the flow of information and communication processes in which modern youth grows. The article notes a number of positive and negative aspects of e-learning, present's different opinions of scientists on the use of digital technologies in the educational process. The practice of introduction of e-learning has shown that this system of training raises a number of new problems arising from the insufficient volume of joint creative work of students with a teacher. Electronic network technologies provide great opportunities in the organization of joint activities of teachers and students, individualization of the educational process, the transformation of learning into self-learning and self-education, allow the organization of interactive classes and collective teaching, as well as various forms of control. The basis of one of these technologies is the method of projects. The article describes in detail the features of the use of the method of projects in the educational process. Design technology involves reliance on the principles, norms and rules of design, the totality of which allows you to organize the activities of the student from the idea to its practical implementation. One of the activities in the use of Internet technologies is an educational network project. The article describes the principles of using educational network projects. A distinctive feature of the educational space in the information society – is the requirement of training in cooperation and cooperation. The paper discusses the features of using project-technologies in the university educational process. Educational design is the intellectual foundation and creative source of innovation in creative appeal to professional development of prospective engineers. The author shows that its necessary to train engineers in conditions of educational design development of prospective engineers on the basis of fundamental (theoretical) knowledge transformation into the field of practical skills and skills of design activity in interdisciplinary fields of engineering knowledge. The paper also considers evolution of the project technologies. The work presents the main conceptual provisions for the effective practical implementation of the development of design for prospective engineers training, formulated on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the experience of research projects in Russian universities. The feasibility of basing the methodology of project training on information technologies, interdisciplinary approach and integrated design is justified. The use of a personalized educational information environment for training is recommended. The author shows that it is important for different-year-students who are supposed to be like-minded people to communicate and to participate in the project. Motivation of students participation in project activities is also very important as well as involvement of employers in discussion/implementation of the obtained results. These solutions are of a research nature and can be used in other similar Russian and foreign projects, as well as be implemented in the creation of personalized e-learning systems and online courses in the dynamics of educational design development.

The relevance of the study under consideration is due to the need to increase the efficiency of students independent work in solving computational problems. A theoretical rationale is proposed and the practical implementation of an automated training and diagnostic system for the formation of skills to solve problems according to the “white box” model is described. The leading idea of the study is the construction of mental schemes for a given topic, which allow to visualize the dynamics of changes in the learner’s level of ability to solve computational problems. The methods of accounting for forgetting educational information and methods of personalized selection of tasks are substantiated. The site for self-management of user independent work is available at the link: http://msbx.ru. The materials of the article are of practical value for teachers who use e-learning tools in the educational process.

The article focuses on the results and consequences of the introduction of smart and neurotechnologies in inclusive education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development of the subjectivity of students and teachers using digital technologies. The novelty of the research lies in the desire to integratively reflect on socio-psychological problems related to the introduction and application of artificial intelligence systems in an inclusive educational process, within which subjectivity is formed and developed. The study of the problems of neuroeducation is necessary for understanding the results of the impact of digital technologies on the formation and development of students and teachers as subjects of the educational process. Options for the transformation of inclusive education and its subjects should be considered in terms of changing values, goals, concepts that define and transform a person’s relationship with themselves and the world around them. Research results showed that neurotechnologies bring serious changes in inclusive education; they affect a person’s attitude towards himself or herself and the world around him or her and can eventually lead to a loss of subjectivity. They can be introduced only on the basis of a high culture of the educational process, highly developed human and digital competencies of teachers and students. Neuroeducation can play an essential role in a person’s formation and improvement as a subject provided the neuro-environment is created on the basis of digital and human culture.

The article deals with the issues related to innovative technologies in the educational sphere, which acquire special significance and meaning in the situation of pandemic. It is mainly within this problem that the changes in the educational paradigm currently taking place are being understood. To a large extent, these transformations are linked with the introduction of information technologies into the educational process and the transfer of learning to online educational platforms. The author shows how, in one year of the pandemic, distance learning, which had been discussed for at least two decades, has become a tool indispensable for many educational tasks. Doing so without e-learning has become either problematic or impossible. Distance learning can be considered innovative due to its reliance on educational technologies that have not yet been fully tested, but are widely used by necessity. However, the real subject of innovation and educational process is the teacher. The purpose of the article is to analyze modern educational technologies and identify their innovative component.

The implementation of modern information technologies in education presents a promising direction of the pedagogical science since it makes it possible to prove educational services through a specialized information educational environment – a combination of information resources, technical devices, and telecommunication channels enabling the exchange of educational information at a distance. The goal of the present study is to analyze and identify the opportunities of the Moodle platform in education as a whole and in studying English at a university in particular. The methodological basis of the study is formed by the analysis of the experience of teachers of the Department of English Language, the methods of teaching English, and a survey of experts in the area. Using the Moodle platform in the process of teaching future English teachers allows both teachers and students to easily exchange files, carry out personal communication, and receive feedback. The presented electronic course allows teachers to create their own e-learning courses in foreign languages.
