The aim of the research is to achieve a conclusion what is the level of the reporting practice on intangible assets in two countries - in the Republic of Serbia and in the Republic of Slovenia trough a comparative descriptive statistics. Consolidated financial statements of listed companies in these two countries were used from the Belgrade Stock Exchange (Serbia) and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (Slovenia). The reason for the use of consolidated financial statements lies in the fact that they can contain unconsolidated intangible assets already recognized in the separate financial statements of the companies included in the group, as well as internally generated intangible assets that meet the conditions for recognition in a business combination (including Goodwill). The general assessment is that the survey results indicate a very low level of reporting practice of intangible assets in Serbia and relatively satisfactory level of reporting practice in Slovenia. Individual results are given in the fourth part of the paper.

The article presents the results of the sociological survey of the young rural population of the Republic of Kalmykia on the problems of migration. The study analyzes the main goals and directions of the migration of young people. The results of the survey showed that the basic factors of the migration from rural areas are low level salaries, lack of work places, undeveloped infrastructure. The low level of social conditions is also one of the factors of migration of young people. The majority of the respondents plan to live in metropolises of Russia. No one of the respondents wants to live in a rural area. Thus, the analysis of the survey results showed that for young rural population the main channel for mobility is migration. It is important to note that rural area settlements have low level of attractiveness and prestige among contemporary young people which is due to low quality and level of life and the lack of preconditions for implementing life plans and strategies of the young people of the region.

AbstractWhile previous research suggests that individuals who humanize their companion animals may have insufficient human social support (Epley, Waytz, & Cacioppo, 2007), researchers have not examined the relation between companion-animal anthropomorphism and the health of animal guardians while taking into consideration their human social support levels. It was hypothesized that dog guardians with low levels of human social support would have poorer health if they engaged in high rather than low levels of anthropomorphism, while the health of dog guardians with high levels of human social support would not vary depending on their anthropomorphism levels. A sample of 203 Canadian dog guardians completed an online survey. Results revealed that, among dog guardians with low levels of human social support, those who engaged in high levels of anthropomorphism were more depressed, visited the doctor more often, and took more medications. Furthermore, among dog guardians with high levels of human social support, those who engaged in high levels of anthropomorphism were more stressed and depressed. These findings highlight the complexity of the relationship between anthropomorphic behavior, human social support, and dog guardians’ health.

Background:An important influence on youth physical activity (PA) is the provision of instrumental social support (ISS) by parents and other adults. Limited research exists about factors that influence parental provision of ISS for youth PA. Following a theory-based conceptual model, a measure for assessing ISS for PA was developed from elicitation survey results. The purpose of this paper is to describe elicitation methodology and ISS instrument development. Methods:Parents (N = 37) of children (5–14 years) responded to open-ended questions assessing modal beliefs about their provision of ISS for PA regarding a) positive/negative beliefs, b) normative beliefs, c) self-efficacy (SE), and d) ISS for PA. Data were analyzed qualitatively. Results:ISS behaviors reported by parents include enroll/sign-up youth for structured PA, paying expenses for participation in structured/unstructured PA, and providing transportation for unstructured/structured PA. Child health and fitness (benefits), and time/scheduling conflicts (barriers) were most frequently reported behavioral beliefs. Family members were most frequently identified as specific referents for normative beliefs. Final instrument scales yielded moderately high internal consistency reliability scores. Conclusions:When developing scales not previously assessed in a population, eliciting modal beliefs about a behavior is an important formative step in instrument development.

A literature review shows the importance of such studies in regions with an extreme environmental situation and in regions traditionally considered to be prosperous and even resort areas. For such territories, the nature and absence of air and water pollution are a possible growth point, an attractive factor for forming tourist complexes. The development of tourism infrastructure and a competent media campaign will attract investors’ funds and create prerequisites for increasing tourist flows. Analysis of the survey results showed that the republic’s population as a whole positively evaluates the environmental situation, which is an additional condition for the success of the modernization process in the region.

Transportation in Indonesia has experienced very rapid development, one of which is in land transportation, namely airport trains managed by PT Railink. But in the airport railroad operations there are also problems, namely delays. One of the incidents that occurred was the delay of the airport train with train number 7160 which caused passengers to miss flight schedules and could not fly that day. There is no law that discusses airport railroad, so the Act used still refers to the railroad regulations in general, namely Law 23 of 2007. So the author discusses how PT Railink's responsibility for the delay of airport train passengers. The author uses normative legal methods, interview data and survey results as supporting data. The government has issued a new regulation namely the Minister of Transportation's Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Transportation of People by Train, but in this regulation it has not been able to provide sufficient legal protection for passengers for airport train delays.
