The issue of unpayable educational loan that lead to student’s defaults has become a worrying trend all over the world. This research aims to examine the relationship of anxiety, parental influence, media awareness, and religiosity on student’s perception on educational loan repayment. A survey approach has been adopted to investigate student’s perception on educational loan repayment in Universiti Utara Malaysia. The data for this study were collected via structured questionnaires which were completed by 359 undergraduate Muslim’s students who acquire their financial loan from National Higher Education Fund Corporation (NHEFC). The data were then quantitatively analyzed using SPSS program. The findings of Pearson’s correlation showed a positive correlation between student’s perception towards educational loan repayment and religiosity, parental influence, media awareness, and anxiety. Further analysis using a multiple regression indicated that all independent variables explained 32.9 per cent of student’s perception on educational loan repayment. The result again indicated that religiosity and parent’s influence are most influential factors on student’s perception towards educational loan repayment. Whilst, media awareness slightly contributed to student’s perception towards educational loan repayment and anxiety gave no impact. The result implied that the Ministry of Education may design the syllabus in school and university curricular by adding the value of responsibility in loan repayment especially in religious and moral subjects. Besides, the Ministry Education of Malaysia are also urged to use media to disseminate the information regarding the importance for students to make loan repayment to parents as well as students. The collection of student loan then can be used for the next generation in financing their study which could result the prosperity of nation.

Contradictory results have been published on the relationship of locus of control with job involvement, so in this study occupational needs were tested as moderators between the variables. Needs were measured with Ghiselli's Self-description Inventory, job involvement with Kanungo's Job Involvement scale, and locus of control with Pettersen's scale. Job involvement of 220 mainly female teachers was significantly predicted by extrinsic needs, and that of 213 female secretaries rather by intrinsic needs. Job involvement related to extrinsic needs was not associated with locus of control, while this relationship with intrinsic needs and job involvement was not needed for internal locus of control to correlate with job involvement. Especially the combination of strong intrinsic and extrinsic needs moderated the correlation, although locus of control could correlate with job involvement also for subjects with weak needs. The correlations were independent of internality of control or the amount of involvement. These results suggest that locus of control and job involvement are independent variables, and the former cannot be used as a predictor of the latter.

Next also to analyze implamentation and how the influence of financial compensation on performance job in PT Penggadaian (Persero) of Banch Jambi. This research uses descriptive method quantitative correlational research with the form that describes the relationship of independent variables with dependent variables. The research on the analysis tools using simple regression with hypothesis prove with statistical tests t. The results showed that a significant effect on performance financial compensation of performance job which are characterized by tcount > ttable and Prog. sig < α (0.05). While the correlation value i.e. 64% of these mean that have relationship very closely between financial compensation variables with variable performance job.

This research is based on the results of early observation in elementary school in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. Based on data obtained by the condition of elementary school teachers in Hulu Sungai sub-district indicated there is a decrease in teachers’ spirit at work. The Purpose of this research was to find: the effect of compensation and work motivation of elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables to be studied using dual paradigm with two independent variables, that is to find the relationship of compensation (X1) with the spirit at work (Y), work motivation (X2) with spirit at work (Y), compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) jointly on the spirit at work (Y). This research uses quantitative approach, where the pattern of relationship between variables and calculation using simple linear analytical technique and technique of doubled linear analysis. Result of the research based on 71 respondents showed that (1) There is significant effect of compensation to teachers’ spirit at work, 2) There is significant effect between work motivation to teacher’s spirit at work, (3) There is significant effect of compensation and work motivation against elementary school teachers’ spirit at work in Hulu Sungai sub-district of Ketapang regency.

The samples in this study used purposive sampling so obtained 21 company samples from 45 LQ 45 company population listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with 63 observations of financial statements (21 companies x 3 years of financial statements warning). Dependent variables in this study, namely profitability. While independent variables in this study, sales growth namely inventory turnover, turnover receivables, , cash turnover. The data analysis method used is a type of multiple regression test to test the relationship of independent variables with the dependents The results of the research hypothesis testing proved that the turnover of receivables, and cash turnover significantly positively affect profitability. And sales growth has a negative and significant effect on profitability. While inventory turnover has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability in LQ 45 company in the Indonesia Keywords: sales growth, inventory turnover, turnover receivable, cash turnover, profitability

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability (ROA) on stock prices with corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a variable that moderates the two variables. The object of this research is companies incorporated in JII and SRI-KEHATI indexes that meet the test sample criteria during the period 2016 - 2018. This study uses a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data in this study used a moderation regression analysis (MRA). This study uses 20 samples for the JII index and 21 for the SRI-KEHATI index. Data obtained from the company's financial statements incorporated in JII and the SRI-KEHATI index for the period of 2016 - 2018 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The results showed that Return On Assets (ROA) had a significant effect on JII stock prices and SRI-KEHATI index stock prices. Furthermore, with CSR as a moderating variable showing the results of research with JII that is partially CSR disclosure shows a significant value which means CSR disclosure is able to moderate the relationship of ROA with JII stock prices. Overall (simultaneous) independent variables (ROA, CSR, ROA * CSR) significantly influence the stock price of JII. Furthermore, the results of research with the SRI-KEHATI index partially disclose CSR as a moderating variable showing a significant value. This means that CSR disclosure is not able to moderate the relationship of ROA with JII stock prices. while overall (simultaneous) independent variables (ROA, CSR, ROA * CSR) affect the stock price of the SRI-KEHATI index. Keywords: Profitability,StockPrice,ROA,CSR

A statistical evaluation was made of the relationship of certain fiber properties to cohesive force and coefficient of variation of cohesive force. Significant positive correlations were found between the cohesive force and fiber length, tenacity, and fiber yellowness (+b); negative correlations were found with fiber perimeter and reflectance (Rd). When length, colorimeter values, and Micronaire readings were used as independent variables in a stepwise regression program, 53% of the variation in the cohesive force could be explained by upper half mean length and Rd. The addition of other fiber properties whose measurement was influenced by fiber surface properties increased the explainable variation in the cohesive force to 71%.
