ABSTRAKCorporate social responsibility merupakan salah satu bentuk kepatutan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat yang berada di sekitar perusahaan. Adanya tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan ini dapat memberikan sebuah perubahan positif di dalam kehidupan masyarakat atau komunitas. Pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility oleh perusahaan seharusnya dapat memunculkan kemandirian masyarakat, karena dalam corporate social responsibility sendiri terdapat tipe implementasi pemberdayaan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu mengedepankan program corporate social responsibility yang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran dalam target program. Pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi salah satu upaya dan metode yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam menciptakan kondisi masyarakat yang aktif, partisipatif dan mandiri. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat mendorong terciptanya masyarakat yang aktif dan partisipatif untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dengan demikian, jika sebauh perusahaan merancang program-program corporate social responsibility yang bertujuan untuk memandirikan masyarakat maka perusahaan harus menggunaka metode pemberdayaan masyarakat agar tercapainya pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility yang membuat masyarakat menjadi berdaya, mandiri dan tidak ketergantungan. ABSTRACTCorporate social responsibility is one form of propriety provided by companies around the company. The existence of corporate social responsibility can provide positive responsibility in the life of the community or community. Implementing corporate social responsibility programs by companies that can bring about community independence, because in corporate social responsibility itself there is implementation of empowerment. Therefore, companies need to prioritize corporate social responsibility programs that can increase independence and improve the ability of the people who are targeted in the target program. Community empowerment is one of the efforts and methods that can be used by companies in creating conditions for an active, participatory and independent society. This is because in community empowerment the creation of an active and participatory community to achieve the goals to be achieved. Thus, if a company is adjusted to corporate social responsibility programs that aim to empower the community, the company must use the method of community empowerment to achieve the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs that make the community empowered, independent and not dependent.

The Three Bottom Line or better known as 3BL, consists of three elements forming the People, Planet, Profit. Every company strives to always be the best and can continue to grow at a time through the company's purpose. Profit is the ultimate goal of a company, but that goal would not be run without the activities that integrate between society and the environment  therein.  Merging  the three  then  known as the Three Bottom line (3BL). 3BL It can be applied in balance between the elements with other elements through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR not only can evidence the company cares about the environment or socio around but if the company is successful in a program that has been planned it can be sure the community will be more familiar with the company is a company which imaged well in other words the success of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a step to implement 3BL with a more robust and balanced impact on improving   the   image   of   the   company   itself   (improving company images). This article will discuss the influence of the three bottom line is run through the CSR program with an increase in the company's images that are conceptual.

The implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility activities done by state-owned companies is to enhance the positive image of a company.  It underlies the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility activities conducted by PT KAI (Persero) in managing and developing the company's activities. Marching Band Locomotive is one of the activities managed by corporate social responsibility division, which consist of the employees of PT KAI and the society. The authors examine the Marching Band Locomotive activities from PT KAI as the research object because it is one of the marching band groups with lots of high achievement in arts however is still not too well known by public. The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategy done by PT KAI in managing Marching Band Locomotive activities. The conclusion of this research is that Marching Band Locomotive activity as a part of community relation program from PT KAI commits not only to build relationship with society, but also to give positive impact for the people who join Marching Band Locomotive from PT KAI. The implementation of Marching Band Locomotive activities by Corporate Social Responsibility division from PT KAI is also related to event promotion and it is communicated by Public Relations division through several media.

This paper aims to look at the management and the benefits of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) PT Lonsum in District Ujung Loe Bulukumba. The method used in this penelitiian is a qualitative description of the approach. The sample in this study as many as 10 people. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that (a) planning conducted by PT. LonSum in doing a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) are correct (b) Implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is felt directly by the people. (C) Supervision in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) involved by the government and society (d) The effectiveness of the activity of management of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) directional well. (E) The benefits to society kec, Ujung Loe. Kab. Bulukumba. Give benefits in the field of improving the local economy, community empowerment and environmental safety. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengelolaan dan manfaat CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) PT Lonsum di Kecamatan Ujung Loe Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitiian ini adalah pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) Perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh PT. LONSUM dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) sudah tepat (b) Pelaksanaan kegiatan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat. (c) Pengawasan dalam kegiatan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) melibatkan oleh pihak pemerintah dan masyarakat (d) Efektifitas pengelolaan kegitan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) terarah dengan baik. (e) Manfaat pada masyarakat kec, Ujung Loe. Kab. Bulukumba. Sangat memberikan manfaat dalam bidang peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, pemberdayaan masyarakat dan keselamatan lingkungan.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of a company to commit to running a business ethically, morally, and contributing to economic development and improving people's lives. Gemawang Village, Jambu Regency, Ambawara, is one of the locations for CSR recipients. This location is the object of this research. This study aims to analyze the role of CSR in enhancing community development, as well as to find out the obstacles faced by companies in increasing community development through CSR. This research method uses qualitative methods, where there are several key informants as sources of information. The indicators used in this study are the level of effectiveness, level of suitability, level of participation, level of empowerment, and level of sustainability. Based on the results of research in Gemawang Village, Jambu District, it can be concluded that CSR assistance provided by the company can improve community development and living standards. This study discusses the implementation of empowerment of poor women’s business groups thought PT Semen Tonasa’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the coastal area of Bulu Cindea Village, Pangkep Regency. The research was conducted with the aim of describing and improving information broadly and in dept( qualtitative descriptive) on the Onasa Mandiri Program in the form of training and procurement of womend’s business groips. The research results provide a specific detailed description including; poverty condition, realization of the CSR fund budget, The TOnasa Mandiri Program, Impelmentation of community empowerment programs, as wel as obstacles to community empowerment

Purpose: This research is to analyze the three-cluster policy in international, national, and local policy on corporate social responsibility (CSR) implementation at InterContinental Bali Resort. Research methods: The research method used is descriptive qualitative with juridical-normative analysis techniques. Results and discussion: The CSR implementation is related to three-cluster regulation analysis, as follows: do small things with great love, embrace the joy of giving, give a little, safe a life!, green living!, and IHG earth week. The implementation of CSR has an impact on the sustainability of the company. Conclusion: A company in carrying out its activities are not only on more financial factors such as profits or dividends but be based on social and environmental responsibility for the present and long term.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) defined as “the ethical behavior of a company towards the society,” manifests itself in the form of such noble programs initiated by for-profit organizations. CSR has become increasingly prominent in the Indian corporate scenario because organizations have realized that besides growing their businesses, it is also vital to build trustworthy and sustainable relationships with the community at large. This is one of the key drivers of CSR programs. Though India is one of the fastest growing economies, socio-economic problems like poverty, illiteracy, lack of healthcare etc. are still ubiquitous and the government has limited resources to tackle these challenges. This scenario has opened up several areas for businesses to contribute towards social development. Companies have CSR teams that devise specific policies, strategies and goals for their CSR programs and set aside budgets to support them. Corporate Social Responsibility means the way in which  business firms integrate environmental, economic and social concerns into their culture, values, strategy, decision making and operations in an accountable and transparent manner and therefore, leading to better creation of wealth, an improved society and better  practices in the business organization. The research study has been undertaken by selecting three tea estates of Jorhat District of Assam, out of the total tea estates 135(Annual Report2013, Published tea Board of India). These tea estates are considered only Company based, tea estates for the study. This paper is about how Tea Industry performs their Social Responsibility towards their workers. Research is based on the three Tea Gardens industry i.e. how they fulfill their task towards the benefit of Society. In this paper,  an attempt has been made to highlights how the companies based tea industries have introduced many workers welfare activities, social development programmes, better working conditions,provide better medical and sanitation facilities, sports and cultural activities in order to improve  their standard of living of employees.

ABSTRACTTPT. ANTAM Tbk is a company engaged in the exploration of mining materials such as nickel, gold and silver, and bauxite. Tambea village is one of the areas in Pomalaa Subdistrict, Kolaka Regency, which is close to PT. ANTAM Tbk. The purpose of this study can evaluate the CSR program of PT. ANTAM Tbk in Tambea Village, Pomalaa District, Kolaka Regency. The method of determining the sample uses the System of Rising Intensification method with a population of 24 heads of households as respondents. The analytical method used to determine the relationship between the level of performance and level of expectation is the method of IPA analysis (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results of this study indicate that the company PT. ANTAM Tbk still has to improve its performance on the elements of program distribution and supporting elements of the program. The purpose of this study was to determine public opinion towards corporate social responsibility Candi Baru sugar factory. This research used descriptive quantitative method, from a population of 367 householders, while a sample of 79 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional sampling techniques and random sampling. Collecting data used literature study, questionnaires and interviews. Analyzing data used descriptive statistics. The result study stated that, Candi Baru sugar factory has conducted two types of corporate social responsibility, namely corporate social marketing and corporate philanthropy. Public opinion towards corporate social responsibility Candi Baru sugar factory has been well overall, but there were still negative opinion of the people. It caused by multiple factors, the distribution of the assistance provided was uneven, the shape and the amount of assistance provided is considered incompatible with pollution and losses caused by the activity of production companies, as well as their distrust of the objectivity of the company in selecting the target activity.
