This study discusses the implementation of empowerment of poor women’s business groups thought PT Semen Tonasa’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the coastal area of Bulu Cindea Village, Pangkep Regency. The research was conducted with the aim of describing and improving information broadly and in dept( qualtitative descriptive) on the Onasa Mandiri Program in the form of training and procurement of womend’s business groips. The research results provide a specific detailed description including; poverty condition, realization of the CSR fund budget, The TOnasa Mandiri Program, Impelmentation of community empowerment programs, as wel as obstacles to community empowerment

The progress of increasingly sophisticated science and technology has led to a lot of development that refers to industrialization, especially in the private sector. Development carried out in Indonesia, is still gender-biased and lacks consideration for the role of women. The amount of development including companies has an impact on the environment and society, so the government has obliged every company to carry out activities called Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The CSR program is one of the community empowerment programs and can also be applied as a women's empowerment program. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship between the success rate of CSR programs and the level of empowerment of rural women. This study uses a combination of quantitative approaches and qualitative approaches. The quantitative approach is done by the census method using questionnaire instruments while the qualitative approach uses the case study method and is obtained through in-depth interview guides. The results showed that there was no relationship between the success rate of the CSR program and the level of empowerment of rural women in Sumbermulyo Village. This is because the success of CSR programs and the empowerment of CSR programs is more to the social and not economic aspects.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Success, Women Empowerment ABSTRAK Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang semakin canggih menyebabkan banyaknya pembangunan yang merujuk pada industrialisasi khususnya di sektor swasta. Pembangunan yang dilakukan di Indonesia, masih bias gender dan kurang mempertimbangkan peran perempuan. Banyaknya pembangunan termasuk perusahaan memiliki dampak bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat, maka pemerintah telah mewajibkan setiap perusahaan untuk melakukan kegiatan yang disebut dengan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).  Program CSR merupakan salah satu program pemberdayaan masyarakat dan dapat pula diterapkan sebagai program pemberdayaan perempuan. Tujuan penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat keberhasilan program CSR dengan tingkat keberdayaan perempuan pedesaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dengan metode sensus menggunakan instrumen kuesioner sedangkan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus dan didapatkan melalui panduan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat keberhasilan program CSR dengan tingkat keberdayaan perempuan pedesaan di Desa Sumbermulyo. Hal ini karena keberhasilan program CSR dan keberdayaan program CSR lebih kepada aspek sosial bukan ekonomi.Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Keberhasilan, Pemberdayaan Perempuan

This research aims to analyze the supporting & barrier factors of the implementation of corporate social responsibility program of PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk in helping the lives of the people around Bagerpang Plantation, Deli Serdang Regency - North Sumatra Province. Research methods are carried out with a qualitative approach using data collection techniques through interviews and field observations. The informants in this study consisted of CSR program recipients, corporate management who handle CSR departments and local village government apparatus. The research site covers Bagerpang estate which consists of 7 divisions / villages in 3 sub-districts namely Galang, Bangun Purba and STM Hilir. The results showed that PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk as a private company in the field of agro industry participated in assisting the government in development through the implementation of CSR programs as a form of social responsibility to the community and the environment for the impact sparked by its operational activities. PT. PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk has implemented CSR practices in several areas of work, namely education, health, infrastructure maintenance, social and religious and populist economic efforts. Researcher also introduced several supporting and barrier factors of the success and effectiveness of CSR implementation. The conclusion of this research is that the company is still focusing its CSR implementation goals and objectives on improving the quality of life of employees and their families not yet on the level of community empowerment._________________________________________________________________________

Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate social responsibility is a form of action that departs from the company's ethical engagement which is directed at improving the economy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the company's process in carrying out community empowerment through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in Cangkuang Village, the method used is a qualitative method using interactive model data analysis consisting of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and Conclusion Withdrawal. The results of the study stated that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Implementation Process in Empowering Communities included 8 stages, namely: (1) Human Resources (HR). (2) Availability of Funds. (3) Education and skills. (4) Reduced Number of Poor People. (5) Public awareness of efforts to improve welfare. (6) Company Performance in Implementing Empowerment Programs. (7) Social interaction between the community and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). (8) Evaluation and Sustainability of the Empowerment Program.

Number of hypertension cases in Cicurug, West Java, Health Center of Sukabumi District is 40% reported risk factors which are smoking habit, and clean healthy living behavior (PHBS) amounted 70%. Non communicable diseases control effort which is done by agent of change (AoC) through community empowerment. These activities could be held in collaboration with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Operational research to analyze the implementation of CSR in community empowerment. Community empowerment is conducted in Nyangkowek Village (As Intervention Village) and Purwasari Village (As Control Village), Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency. It has been selected 20 AoC from each village. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and observations. The AoC triggered has improved the knowledge, attitude and behavior of AoC in the control of NCD, they became promoters in controlling NCD risk factors for themselves, families, and community. Community empowerment through the selection of candidates and triggering AoC is the key to the successful implementation of P2TMBM. AoC as the spearhead in changing the risky behavior of NCD in the community that is coronary heart, hypertension, and obesity. CSR program in Cicurug District is able to develop community empowerment in controlling NCD risk factors.  Health Office and Puskesmas are expected to be facilitators in forming AoC. Assistance by CSR is needed in the effort to control smoking behavior, diet and physical activity.   Abstrak Jumlah kasus hipertensi di Puskesmas Cicurug Kabupaten Sukabumi sebesar 40%, dengan faktor risiko yang terlaporkan kebiasaan merokok, perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sebesar 70%. Pengendalian penyakit tidak menular dilakukan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan pemicuan agen perubahan (agent of change). Tujuan penelitian untuk menerapkan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengendalian penyakit tidak menular berbasis masyarakat (P2PTM) melalui agen perubahan.Kegiatan tersebut terselenggara atas dukungan  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang ada di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian adalah Riset operasional yang dilaksanakan dengan program CSR dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Tempat kegiatan di Desa Nyangkowek (intervensi pemicuan P2TMBM,) dan Desa Purwasari (kontrol).Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Februari- Oktober2015. Terpilih 20 agen perubahan dari masing-masing desa. Cara pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemicuan pada AOC telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku Agent of Change dalam pengendalian penyakit tidak menular  serta mereka menjadi promotor dalam pengendalian faktor risiko PTM baik untuk dirinya sendiri, keluarga maupun masyarakat sekitarnya. Pemberdayaaan masyarakat melalui pemicuan, pemilihan calon ‘Agen Perubahan’ serta dukungan CSR merupakan kunci keberhasilan program. Program CSR di Kecamatan Cicurug mampu mengembangkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengendalian faktor risiko PTM. Untuk keberlanjutan program pemberdaayan masyarakat dengan model pemicuan P2TMBM, diharapkan dinas kesehatan dan puskesmas dapat menjadi fasilitator dalam pembentukan ‘Agen Perubahan’ berikutnya, dalam upaya pengendalian perilaku merokok, pola makan dan aktifitas fisik dengan  pendampingan oleh CSR.

<p><em>Corporate social responsibility has become a global issue in the community and the company. CSR programs implemented by PT Pertamina (Persero) Region IV Regional Central Java and Yogyakarta in the areas of Education, Health, Environmental Conservation, Community Empowerment has been right on target. Corporate Social Responsibility program targeted, among others, so that more people know and use products - products Pertamina, as well as for good imaging Pertamina eyes of society. The communication strategy to the public (external strategies) used in the dissemination using print media such as newspapers and magazines nationally and locally. Electronic media using television and radio in Central Java and Yogyakarta as well as nationally. Communication strategies used in the dissemination to all employees of Pertamina, the media used in the form of intranet Pertamina, Energia magazine and TV Display. Theoretical basis used in this study is adopted from (Kottler, 2005) which states social initiatives of companies that can be taken for the implementation of CSR there are six forms of Cause Promotion, Cause Related Marketing, Corporate Social Marketing, Corporate Philanthropy, Community Volunteering and Socially Responsible Business Practices. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk serta dampak dari program tersebut terhadap masyarakat lokal di Kabupaten Cilacap. Sebagai perusahaan yang kerap menjadi badan usaha terbesar di lingkungannya, Holcim sadar akan tanggung jawabnya terhadap masyarakat. CSR adalah bentuk regulasi diri sebuah perusahaan yang diintegrasikan dalam model bisnis. Salah satu kegiatan CSR Holcim adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah salah satu plant Holcim yaitu Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis adalah melalui studi literatur, wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan Focus Group Discussion dengan para pengurus, kader, dan anggota masyarakat. Sedangkan responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 25 posdaya yang berdiri sebelum program CSR PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk dengan jumlah responden 111 orang, dan 11 posdaya yang merupakan bentukan PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk dengan jumlah responden 37 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuadran. Berdasarkan analisis dari variabel yang telah diamati, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis program CSR yang dilakukan PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk terhadap masyarakat Kabupaten Cilacap adalah berupa gerakan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan desa dalam bentuk Posdaya. Program ini berdampak pada terjadinya perbaikan dalam hal kepengurusan Posdaya serta kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Selain itu PT. Holcim Indonesia, Tbk melakukan pendampingan secara berkelanjutan serta evaluasi terhadap kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan. As one of the largest business entity in its environment, PT Holcim,Tbk aware of its responsibility towards the society. CSR is done by PT Holcim, tbk, as a form of self-regulation that is integrated in their business model. One of their CSR is done by empowering community in the region. This research is conducted in one of the Holcim plant in Cilacap district. The analytical methods used in this research are: studying the related literature, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the Executive Board, cadres, and community members of Posdaya. The research sample are 25 Posdaya that are established before PT Holcim Indonesia CSR program Tbk directed to the society with the total number of respondents are 111 people, and 11 Posdaya which were formed by PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, with the total number of respondents are37 people.The data gathered then analyzed using descriptive analysis and quadrant analysis.The result of this research shows that the type of CSR programs done by PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk. on Kabupaten Cilacap society are: The type of CSR done in the form of community empowerment movement that called as Posdaya. The program done by PT Holcim Tbk has an impact on the improvement of the managerial skills of the Posdaya organizing comitee, and the empowerment program is also improving the economic independence of the member of Posdaya as well as the district community. In addition, PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk provides guidance on an ongoing basis to the Posdaya management and provides evaluations on the activities carried out by Posdaya. ABSTRAKCorporate social responsibility merupakan salah satu bentuk kepatutan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat yang berada di sekitar perusahaan. Adanya tanggungjawab sosial perusahaan ini dapat memberikan sebuah perubahan positif di dalam kehidupan masyarakat atau komunitas. Pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility oleh perusahaan seharusnya dapat memunculkan kemandirian masyarakat, karena dalam corporate social responsibility sendiri terdapat tipe implementasi pemberdayaan. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu mengedepankan program corporate social responsibility yang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang menjadi sasaran dalam target program. Pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi salah satu upaya dan metode yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam menciptakan kondisi masyarakat yang aktif, partisipatif dan mandiri. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat mendorong terciptanya masyarakat yang aktif dan partisipatif untuk mencapai tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Dengan demikian, jika sebauh perusahaan merancang program-program corporate social responsibility yang bertujuan untuk memandirikan masyarakat maka perusahaan harus menggunaka metode pemberdayaan masyarakat agar tercapainya pelaksanaan program corporate social responsibility yang membuat masyarakat menjadi berdaya, mandiri dan tidak ketergantungan. ABSTRACTCorporate social responsibility is one form of propriety provided by companies around the company. The existence of corporate social responsibility can provide positive responsibility in the life of the community or community. Implementing corporate social responsibility programs by companies that can bring about community independence, because in corporate social responsibility itself there is implementation of empowerment. Therefore, companies need to prioritize corporate social responsibility programs that can increase independence and improve the ability of the people who are targeted in the target program. Community empowerment is one of the efforts and methods that can be used by companies in creating conditions for an active, participatory and independent society. This is because in community empowerment the creation of an active and participatory community to achieve the goals to be achieved. Thus, if a company is adjusted to corporate social responsibility programs that aim to empower the community, the company must use the method of community empowerment to achieve the implementation of corporate social responsibility programs that make the community empowered, independent and not dependent.

ABSTRAK PT Berau Coal merupakan perusahaan batubara yang terletak di Kabupaten Berau, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Sebagai perusahaan yang mempunyai visi menunjang perwujudan cemerlang melalui peran aktifnya sebagai pengalihragam energi yang eksponensial, PT Berau Coal komit terhadap program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Dalam CSR Policy perihal Pengembangan Masyarakat, PT Berau Coal mempunyai tujuan untuk mendorong komunitas sekitar tambang untuk berperan secara aktif dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan sumberdaya manusia, penguatan pranata sosial budaya dan pengembangan sumber daya ekonomi menuju masyarakat yang berdaya sejahtera dan mandiri secara bekelanjutan. Pada tahun 2018, penyerapan tenaga lokal di Kabupaten Berau menurut data Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertans) Berau hanya 30 % dimana permohonan kerja sektor tambang masih mendominasi di masyarakat. Menurut Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Berau nomor 8 tahun 2018 tentang Perlindungan Tenaga Kerja Lokal, pemerintah daerah memberikan aturan kepada pengusaha untuk wajib mengupayakan pengisian lowongan pekerjaan di dengan tenaga kerja lokal paling sedikit 80% sesuai dengan syarat kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan. Untuk menutupi kesenjangan tersebut, PT. Berau Coal melalui CSR-Yayasan Dharma Bakti Berau Coal memberikan pelatihan kerja (vokasional) berupa sistem pemagangan kepada pemuda lingkar tambang sebagai bentuk komitmen dan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap regulasi daerah. Sesuai dengan pilar CSR, program vokasi memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan masyarakat lingkar tambang dan juga menjadi asset yang dibentuk oleh organisasi sehingga kemampuan ataupun hasil dari pendidikan vokasinya dapat diserap oleh perusahaan di area operasional PT Berau Coal. Salah satu pilot program tersebut adalah melalui Program Pendidikan Pengawas Pertambangan, dengan mengacu kepada kompetensi POP dan kompetensi teknis. Metodologi pengembangan masyarakat yang didesain oleh PT Berau Coal menggunakan pendekatan vokasional, dimana metode tersebut  menggunakan beberapa tahapan : (1) Konsep link and match diterapkan dari mulai link dengan kebutuhan industri pada saat program akan dilaksanakan dan match dengan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia industri dengan menyisipkan kompetensi izin kerja di operasional PT Berau Coal disesuaikan dengan kurikulum dari peserta pendidikan vokasi. (2)  Membuat dan mengadopsi skema kompetensi untuk internal sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri. (3) Pelatihan dengan komposisi 70% on-job-training dan 30% In-Class. (4) Melaksanakan sertifikasi uji kompetensi sebagai persyaratan lulus program dan bagian dari working permit. Target dari pada program tersebut adalah bagaimana peserta didik tersebut dapat siap bekerja dengan budaya organisasi yang ada di operasional PT Berau Coal sebagaimana layaknya karyawan bekerja. Dengan model pengembangan masyarakat tersebut, program dapat memberikan dampak positif secara langsung untuk organisasi, diantaranya dengan menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang siap kerja melalui talent pool. Selain itu, perusahaan juga dapat menutupi kesenjangan komposisi tenaga kerja lokal yang ada di PT. Berau Coal dengan cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan. Ketiga, program tersebut memberikan dampak secara langsung terhadap blockade/isu-isu lokal mengenai serapan tenaga kerja lokal yang erat terjadi di perusahaan tambang yang dapat berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional. Kata Kunci : Corporate social responsibility, pendidikan vokasi, pengembangan masyarakat lokal ABSTRACT PT Berau Coal is a coal company that is located at Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province. As a company which has vision to enable a brighter future through becoming an exponential energy transformer, PT Berau Coal commits to have a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme. In CSR Policy regarding people development,  PT Berau Coal has an objective to enforce communities around mining activity to actively contribute in community empowerment through developing human resources, strengthening social and cultural institutions and developing economic resources towards a sustainable and prosperous community. According to Department of Manpower and Transmigration, local employees who work in the mining sector within Berau Regency only around 30% in 2018, where the job demand in mining sector is still dominated. Referring to Berau Regency Local Regulation no 8 year 2018 about Protection of Local Workers, it is stated that local government provides rules for employers that should fill the job occupancy with at least 80% local workers with required qualification requirements. To cover the gap ,  PT Berau Coal through  CSR-Yayasan Dharma Bakti Berau Coal is giving vocational training in the form of an apprenticeship system for fresh graduates around mining company as company’s commitment form and company’s compliance to local regulation. According to CSR’s pillar, vocational program has a vision to develop community around mining area and become a meaningful asset which is formed by organization so the result of vocational education can be absorbed by companies within PT Berau Coal operational area. One of the pilot programs is Mining Supervisor Development Program which is referring to POP competencies and technical competencies. Methodology of society development by using vocational approach is designed by PT Berau Coal. This method is using several steps (1) Link and Match concept which start to apply from link with industrial needs when the program starts and match it with competencies that are needed with industry, adding operational work permit competencies at PT Berau Coal, adjusted with curriculum from vocation education participants. (2) Creating and adopting scheme of competencies for internal in accordance with the industrial needs. (3) Training program with composition 70% on-job-training and 30% In-Class. (4) Implementing competencies test as requirement to pass the program and part of work permit. The target for this program is how program participants are ready to work with organization culture at PT Berau Coal. Through this society development model, the  program can give positive impact directly for the organization by preparing workers who are ready to work through the talent pool. In addition, the company can also covered the gap in the composition of the local workforce in PT. Berau Coal quickly according to the operational needs of the company. Lastly, this program give direct impact to blockade and local issues regarding local worker absoprtion  in mining companies that can have an impact on operational activities. Keyword: Corporate social responsibility, vocational educational, local society development

Community empowerment has an important role in building sustainable tourism. One of the plans used for community empowerment in tourism areas is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which involves the implementation and participation of the community in program activities. This study aims to define and describe community empowerment in tourism areas through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a single embedded case study. The results of this study are: (1) CSR profile of Bank Jatim (East Java Bank), (2) tourism community empowerment based on the CSR program, (3) the implementation of CSR program in tourism area of Pancer Door Beach, and (4) the results of the tourism community empowerment in Pancer Door Beach from CSR program.
