This study aims to determine the spiritual development of students in SMP Negeri 12 Palopo, and to determine the role of Islamic religious education teachers in the spiritual development of students in 12 Palopo State Middle School. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, using normative approaches, pedagogical approaches, and psychological approaches. Data sources in this study are primary data and secondary data. Collected with Observation and Documentation Interview techniques. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) The spiritual development of students in Palopo State 12 Junior High School. In addition to the religious material the teacher also provides the properties of local wisdom, namely the habits that exist in the community that is always emphasized to students so that there is no disconnect between the conditions in the community and what they will face, especially in terms of togetherness, kinship, and discipline. through learning materials and will also involve students in social activities such as raising funds for disaster victims, visiting sick friends or teachers, mourn if there is one teacher, community leader, student and student representative who is experiencing a disaster. The direct and active approach is expected to grow and develop a sense of empathy for the surrounding environment. (2) The role of Islamic religious teachers in the spiritual development of students in SMP Negeri 12 Palopo, namely, as instructors, providing learning materials as well as lecturing practices at school, performing congregational prayers before going home from school. The teacher also controls students in their respective environments by using prayer journal books.

This study aims to identify and describe the results of the feasibility analysis of the contents of the Islamic Religious Education Smart LKS content in terms of the suitability of the material description with KI/KD, the accuracy of the material, and the content of supporting learning materials. The type of research used is library research. Literature research is research based on literature searches related to the problems to be discussed. The method used is descriptive analysis method. The primary data sources in this study were obtained from the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education with Character, while the secondary data were obtained from books, journals, articles, laws and regulations, and so on. All data will be collected, analyzed, interpreted as well as by interpreting the object under study. The results showed that the suitability of the description of the material with KI-KD obtained a percentage of 65%, while in terms of the accuracy of the material it obtained a percentage of 72%, and in terms of supporting learning materials it obtained a percentage of 73.2%. When viewed as a whole, the percentage of sub-components is 70%, which shows that the Smart LKS for Islamic Religious Education is worthy of being used as a companion book for learning in elementary schools

The Planting of Islamic Religious Education Values ​​in the Formation of Environmental Concerned Characters is a process to be achieved by educational institutions because by planting these noble values, one can know the extent to which students' awareness of caring for the environment by looking at the character development that grows in themselves gradually. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this study using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The source of data in this study is primary data that is data obtained through observation and interviews with informants, while secondary data is obtained through documentation. Based on the results of the study showed that the inculcation of Islamic religious education values ​​in the formation of environmental care characters in Syabab Al-Fatih Sri Mulya Middle School, Pampangan District, Ogan Komering Ilir District was sufficient because the training, guidance, and learning efforts undertaken by all school members were able shape the character of caring for the environment through religious activities, SEMUTLI cleanliness program, and clean Friday conducted at school Likewise, factors that influence the formation of character consisting of internal and external factors. And also, can’t be separated from the role of teachers, students, the environment, and parents, who provide positive guidance and direction to foster the character of environmental care in students.

This study aims to analyze the development of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at BKM At-Taqwa Mosque, Medan Area University (UMA). The focus of the discussion includes (1) the role of the At-Taqwa Mosque BKM as a center for PAI development at the UMA campus mosque; (2) the process of developing IRE at the UMA campus mosque; and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of IRE in BKM At-Taqwa UMA. This study uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. The primary data of the research is the mosque management or BKM Masjid At-Taqwa UMA, while the secondary data is the community of the UMA campus. Data collection was obtained by means of observation, interviews, and document studies. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) At-Taqwa Mosque BKM plays an important role in making the campus mosque a center for IRE development on the UMA campus; (2) the process of developing IRE at the UMA campus mosque is carried out in the form of the ta'lim assembly and TPA in the mosque; (3) as for the supporting factors in the development of IRE at BKM At-Taqwa UMA, namely an organized agenda, adequate number of worshipers, cooperation from BKM management, inviting qualified resource persons/lecturers, and funding support sourced from community infaq.

This study aimed to determine the role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing student motivation at State Junior High School 3 Tondano. This type of research is qualitative research. The main research instrument in this study was the researcher himself. There were two sources of data in this study, the first one was primary data sources, namely counseling teachers, and secondary data sources, namely vice-principals and students. The triangulation method was used to assure the validity of the data. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that the role of counseling guidance teachers in increasing student motivation at State Junior High School 3 Tondano was not optimal. This is influenced by three factors, such as; BK teachers do tasks outside their main duties, facilities are not adequate and human resources are not sufficient.

Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam menumbuhkan nasionalisme adalah dengan memberikan pemahaman melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai sekolah menengah atas,  bahkan sampai ke perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam menanamkan sikap nasionalisme pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Darul Hikmah Mataram. Metode dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis data berupa data kualitatif, dengan perolehan data sebagai sumber data primer melalui wawancara dan sumber data, dan data sekunder melalui dokumentasi serta catatan yang terkait. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PKn yang dilaksanakan di SMP Darul Hikmah Mataram mampu menumbuhkan semangat nasionalisme para peserta didik. Hal ini terlihat dari kehidupan para siswa yang selalu antusias melaksanakan hari-hari besar nasional, melaksanakan upacara bendera, selalu aktif dalam kegiatan pramuka, rajin masuk sekolah, disiplin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, rajin melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan guru. Kesadaran siswa-siswi akan pentingnya pendidikan sangat tinggi, terlihat pada saat proses belajar mengajar, jarang ada yang malas apalagi bolos. Jika ada siswa-siswi yang malas, biasanya setelah diberikan teguran dan nasihat akan sadar dengan sendirinya. One of the Government's efforts in fostering nationalism is to provide understanding through learning of citizenship education ranging from primary level to secondary school, even to the College. The purpose of this research is to know the role of civic education in cultivating a learning attitude of nationalism on a junior high school student Darul Hikmah Mataram. Research methods and approaches used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection method using observation, interview and documentation. The type of data in the form of qualitative data, with the acquisition of the data as the source of primary data through interviews and data sources, and secondary data through documentation and the related notes. Data analysis using data reduction, the presentation of data, and the verification conclusion and withdrawal. The results showed that the learning of PKn in SMP Darul Hikmah Mataram was able to foster a spirit of nationalism learners. This is apparent from the lives of the students who have always been enthusiastic about carrying out major national days, carry out ceremonial flags, always active in Boy Scout activities, diligently attend school, discipline in our daily lives, diligently perform the duties given the teacher. Awareness of the students of the importance of education is very high, visible at the time the process of teaching and learning, there are lazy much less skipping. If there are students who are lazy, usually after being given a reprimand and advice will be aware of its own.

This study aims to determine the application of SL-PTT to smallholder cocoa farmers and the role of agricultural extension agents in cocoa cultivation activities in Banda Baru Sub District, Pidie Jaya District. This research uses survey method. Primary data was obtained from structured interviews (quisioner) while secondary data were obtained from various agencies that were related to this research. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively and described in the results of the study. The results showed that the majority of members of the Cocoa farmer group were productive working age for farming, the majority only had formal junior high school education level (SLTP). More than half of Cocoa farmers have a family burden of 3-5 people. The land area of kakao farmers is in the medium category (1-3 Ha). The application of SL-PTT in the People's Cocoa Farming is in the role category. Furthermore, the role of instructors as initiators, mediators, facilitators is in the very instrumental category, while the role of instructors as dynamicators and organizers is in the role category. Strengthening is needed for extension agents, especially in terms of strengthening farmer group institutions and the ability and skills to motivate farmer group members to implement innovations offered by extension workers in cocoa farming activities

This study aims to study the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the religious attitudes of class XI students at SMA GUPPI Salawati, and the driving and inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fostering religious attitudes in class XI students. Special talks were held by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Salawati GUPPI High School Against grade XI students. This research uses qualitative research. qualitative research using descriptivemethods. This research is based on primary data (primary) and secondary data (supporting). The main data (primary) includes observations, interviews, and documentation. While the secondarydata (supporting) is the data obtained from the library. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education teachers at GUPPI Salawati High School have actively supported andcan prove quite good in conducting religious attitudes towards class XI students. This can be seen from the education provided by Educating Religion to students, Give good examples, Give Motivation to children, Invite students to participate in religious activities, Train students tosupport each other, support each other, support parents, teachers and friends, given advice and direction, supervising students, guiding, discussing, and evaluating. With these roles, there is a change in the attitude of good religion in class XI students of SMA GUPPI Salawati. Then to achieve a goal there must be certain obstacles, impulses or motivations that will hinder and encourage. The driving forces are Facilities, Teachers, Parents, Schools and Environments which are a barrier to the family environment, the surrounding environment is less favorable than lazy friends, and technology is like a cellphone by playing games.

<p align="center"> </p><p><em>As happened to the Notary Eli SatriaPilo, S.H, Mkn, who was appointed as the Notary who made the Deed of Relinquishment of Land Rights in the Land Acquisition activities for the Construction of Campus III of the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) of Padang which was located in Sungai Bangek District, Padang</em><em> </em><em>in 2010. The method used was descriptive, in which describing the applicable legislation associated with legal theory in the facts and realities about the Notary’s Responsibility in Making Deed of Land Acquisition for the construction of Campus III of IAIN Padang in Sungai</em><em> </em><em>Bangek. This study used a Normative Juridical approach, in which researching by using and processing secondary data or literature related to the</em><em> </em><em>study. The data collected were in the form of primary data obtained from the District Court of Padang, secondary data obtained from secondary legal materials and primary legal materials. Based on the study, it was found that the role of Notary Eli</em><em> </em><em>Satria</em><em> </em><em>Pilo, in the land acquisition of campus III IAIN was proven to have misused the authority resulting in violation of the Notary Ethics Code and was responsible for accepting termination disrespectfully. Furthermore, he was also shown to be committing a Criminal Corruption made based on the Deed of Relinquishment of Land Rights in the land acquisition for the construction of Campus III of IAIN Padang, so that the State incurred losses of Rp. 1</em><em>.</em><em>946</em><em>.</em><em>701</em><em>.</em><em>050 (one billion nine hundred forty-six million seven hundred one thousand and fifty rupiahs). And he was responsible for receiving and carrying out the sentence that had been handed down by the District Court of Padang, a prison sentence of 4 (four) years, and paying a fine of Rp. 200</em><em>.</em><em>000</em><em>.</em><em>000 (two hundred million rupiahs)</em><em>.</em></p><p> </p>

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identify the main features of smart work centers (SWCs) and show how these innovative offices would support the implementation of smart working and related changes in workspaces (“bricks”), technologies (“bytes”) and organizational practices (“behaviors”). Design/methodology/approach In this study, scientific literature is combined with white papers and business reports and visits to 14 workplaces, including offices designed as SWCs, co-working spaces, one telecenter, one accelerator and one fab lab. Primary data were collected through interviews with managers and users and non-participant observation, whereas secondary data included web-sites, brochures, presentations, press releases and official documents. Findings The authors developed research propositions about how the design of spaces and the availability of technology within SWCs would support the “bricks” and “bytes” levers of smart working. More importantly, the authors assumed that this new type of workplace would sustain changes in employees’ behaviors and managers’ practices, thus helping to overcome several challenges traditionally associated with remote working. Research limitations/implications The exploratory nature of the research only provides preliminary information about the role of SWCs within smart working programs. Additional qualitative and quantitative empirical investigation is required. Practical implications This study provides valuable knowledge about how the design of corporate offices can be leveraged to sustain the implementation of smart working. Originality/value This study advances knowledge on workplaces by focusing on an innovative design of traditional offices (SWC). It also lays the foundations for future investigation aimed at testing the developed propositions.

The position of the Military Court is a body that executes the judicial power in the circle of the Indonesian National Armed Forces to enforce the law and justice with due observance of the interest in the state defense and safety. The Military Court is authorized to try the crimes committed by someone who when committing such crime is a soldier of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, a member of a group or office or body or equal to a soldier pursuant to the Law and someone is not included in the said group as set forth in the Law Number 31 of 1997 on Military Court. Following the reform of 1988, the existence of the Military Court is developed by some activists and the public that observe the Military Court, insisting the Parliament of the Republic of Indonesia to revise Law Number 31 of 1997 on Military Court, with the focus point for a soldier of the Indonesian National Armed Forces who commits a general crime to be tried in the General Court with the reason that the Military Court practice is closed in nature, and another reason is the equalization of rights before the law. The method used in this research is the normative law research that is carried out to obtain the necessary data relating to the problem. The data used is secondary data consisting of primary law materials, secondary law materials, and tertiary law materials. In addition, primary data is also used as the support of the secondary data law materials. The data is analyzed by the qualitative juridical analysis method. The results of the research show that the Military Court is one of the mechanisms that are always tried to be maintained. The outcome from the research discovers that the role of the Martial Court in Indonesia remains effective, fair, and democratic to this date realistically marked by fair punishment within the jurisdiction offended, which corresponds to the need of TNI institution in the aspects of Culture, Benefit, Assurance, and Fairness. It is recommended that the RI Government continuously develop and improve the same by maintaining the role of the Martial Court in punishing criminal offenses committed by military members on the Martial Court system currently in force.
