With the increasing number of restaurants, there is also increasing competition among restaurant entrepreneurs, they jointly compete in producing, gaining competitive advantage and providing value to their customers, wherever possible in accordance with the value expected by consumers. This study aims to analyze and test the effect of Product Creativity and Product Innovation both partially and simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction at Steak House Noodles. This research was conducted in Bima City. This research is a survey research by distributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurement to 96 people who have visited Steak House Noodles. Data collection techniques using questionnaire, observation and study of literature, questionnaire distributed will be tested for validity and reliability then processed with SPSS 20. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product creativity affected Consumer Satisfaction at Steak House Noodles, Product Innovation affected Consumer Satisfaction at Steak House Noodles, and Product Creativity and Product Innovation significantly affected Consumer Satisfaction at Steak House NoodlesKey Word: Product Creativity, Product Innovation, Consumer Satisfaction

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan LMS dan aplikasi Telegram terhadap aktivitas belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD 3A3 UNISNU Jepara pada Mata Kuliah Teknologi Pendidikan yang berjumlah 28 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert pada penggunaan LMS, aplikasi telegram, dan aktivitas belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000; Aplikasi Telegram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000, dan Penggunaan LMS dan aplikasi Telegram secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar sejumlah 90,1% dengan signifikansi 0,000. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bahwa penggunaan kedua aplikasi tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar. Sedangkan pada penggunaan LMS lebih memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar dibanding dengan penggunaan aplikasi Telegram. The Effect of Using LMS and Telegram on Students' Learning Activities This study aims to describe the effect of using LMS and Telegram applications on student learning activities. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 28 students of PGSD 3A3 UNISNU Jepara in the Educational Technology course. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale on the use of LMS, Telegram application, and learning activities that had been tested for validity and reliability before. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis indicate that the use of LMS has a positive and significant effect on learning activities with a significance of 0.000; Telegram application has a positive and significant effect on learning activities with a significance of 0.000, and The use of LMS and Telegram application simultaneously have a significant effect on learning activities amounting to 90.1% with a significance of 0.000. This research can be used as a reference that the use of these two applications can influence learning activities. Whereas the use of LMS has more influence on learning activities than the use of the Telegram application

This research conducted in Klungkung with 96 owners of the endek fabric business as samples. Determination of samples by Saturated Sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Based on the results, Market Orientation, Differentiation Strategy, and Product Innovation simultaneously have significant effect on Competitive Advantage. There is a partially positive and significant influence between Market Orientation and Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. There is a positive and partially significant influence between the Differentiation Strategy on Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. There is a partially positive and significant influence between Product Innovation on Competitive Advantage in the Endek Industry. Efforts to increase the competitive advantage of the endek industry can be carried out by endek entrepreneurs by collecting information about customer needs, making endek fabric designs that are different and easily recognizable compared to competitors' products and trying to sell products abroad. <em>This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation and market orientation on competitive advantage on Jeans brands in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta. This study used survey research type with a sampling method saturated with the number of respondents as many as 30 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence between product innovation and market orientation on the competitive advantage of jeans brand in Kebayoran Lama Jakarta. Product innovation is something that can be seen as a functional advancement of a product that can take the product one step further than competitors' products. Likewise, market orientation can find out the needs and desires of consumers, so that it can make a competitive advantage over the products being marketed.</em>

This study aims to analyze the influence of the influence of store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the syariah syariah mini market 212 Jambi branch. Survey research using a questionnaire instrument, a sample of 70 respondents with nonprobability sampling techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study concluded that the characteristics of respondents were dominated by women, aged 20 to 29 years, the last education occupations were dominated by students. Simultaneously store atmosphere, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, so also partially store atmosphere variables, business ethics and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of   tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy of service quality to consumer satisfaction of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling techniques and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The questionaires were distributed to the 100 respondent of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. Hypothesis testing using the T test. Result shows that  partially, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance  and empathy variables has significant effect on consumer satisfaction  of Master Piece Karaoke in Bengkulu. Based on the analysis of known coefficient of determination value of Adjusted R Square is  0.477, this means 47,7% variable consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables service quality.

ABSTRACKThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and motivation on learning independence at Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School, Salatiga. This study used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The technique used is data collection (questionnaire). Data analysis using multiple linear regression Y = 36.706-0.143 (X1) + 0.265 (X2) based on the analysis and discussion it can be concluded that: 1) There is no influence between Creativity (X1) on Independence Learning (Y). 2) There is an influence between Motivation (X2) on Independent Learning (Y). 3.) There is an influence between Creativity (X1) and Motivation (X2) on Independence Learning (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction
