In improving the quality of school education and learning in the future, it is necessary to change the mindset that will be used as the basis for implementing a learning program. What's more in the co-19 pandemic period that requires students to be able to study at home without interacting in class for a while. In the past the learning process was conventional, namely face-to-face in class. But even then, most teaching processes are still dominated by teachers. As a result, teaching and learning activities place more emphasis on teaching and not on learning. Learning activities favor the interests of those who teach. Efforts for learning to be focused on students, it is necessary to apply a cooperative learning model which is a form of change in mindset in learning activities at school. However, during this pandemic, the next challenge is how the cooperative process can take place in the online learning process. The absence of a physical meetup becomes an obstacle that can be minimized by the adaptation of the teacher in the distance learning process. In this case the teacher no longer dominates the learning activities, but rather becomes the facilitator and mediator of the process. The cooperative learning model is designed by giving opportunities to students together to build their own knowledge.

The problem solving that is applied in this research is to provide continuous guidance to the teacher in creating lesson plans. This study uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages: designing, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The targets of this study are all teachers at SDN 10 Nanga Tayap. The data obtained in the form of observations of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that the ability of teachers in arranging lesson plans has increased from cycle I to cycle II, that is, cycle I in the range of 109, with quite good categories, and in the second cycle in the range of 152 with very good categories. The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information on the constraints of the online teaching and learning process at home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research use the exploratory case study method and the research approach utilised the qualitative case study method which was applied to obtain information on the constraints and consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on teaching and learning activities in junior high school. In this study, respondents were 3 teachers and 3 parents at the Kusu-kusu Sereh Christian Middle School in Ambon. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a list of questions compiled for interviews was developed based on related literature. The results of this study are that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in teaching and learning activities both online and offline. Obstacles in the online learning process are mainly the lacking technology mastery, the additional cost of internet quota, and lastly the reduced communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents. Obstacles in offline learning are the distance the teacher travels to when visiting the student's residence which is quite far away and the additional work for the teacher in arranging the schedule for student home visits. The same constraints faced in online and offline learning are the existence of additional work for parents in accompanying children to study, and unlimited working hours for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other teachers, and school principals

Digital portfolio and its impact on the quality of learning assessment processAbstractThe teaching and learning process can be nominated as a quality process if there is consistency between its personal and none-personal components. Those components are related in dialectical unity and for that reason, for the process to be effective each of those components must present high standards. In this paper, the assessment component is specially analyzed. Particularly, a case of how digital portfolios improve the quality of teaching and learning process providing a platform for innovation among students and teachers together through mutual feedback is presented. In order to support the previous statement some outcomes achieved in the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas in Cuba are also presented.
