Pantomime is one of the oldest theater arts, where mime artists tell something just using their body, without talking. Pantomime artists are known for their white makeup and black pigtails, as well as other facial features to exaggerate their emotions. Black and white striped tops, white gloves and black hats are also complete with traditional Pantomime artist costumes. These clothes and makeup have become a tradition of many Pantomime artists. In adding the atmosphere of the movement displayed, a music illustration is given to bring the atmosphere to life.This study uses qualitative methods and action research methods which is a reflective research method. This type of research is able to offer new ways and procedures to improve and enhance the professionalism of pantomime presentation techniques. The approach used is structural and educative. The structure approach is used to solve something related to the arrangement or building of multi-level pantomime presentations, while the educational approach is used to solve those relating to pantomime education.Music illustrations in the Pantomime show can support the atmosphere of the show. The music played can be adjusted to the theme of the movement played by a Pantomime. Keywords: Pantomime, Illustration of Music, Atmosphere.

The purpose of this research was to find a solution during the pandemic recovery covid-19 with the strengthening of alternative food entrepreneurship sorghum. The research method uses qualitative research methods in entrepreneurship, descriptive qualitative action research  with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation, after the data collected is then analyzed statistically descriptive. The results showed that sorghum can be used as a national food stock facing a crisis and pandemic covid-19, sorghum food stock in the form of grains, rice, flour, soft brand sorghum, and various processed sorghum. National sorghum food stock strategy includes strengthening clusters and production centers, silo utilization cooperation, socialization of various sorghum products, and strengthening Center of Sorghum Entrepreneur (CSE) and Sorghum Entrepreneurship Unit (SEU).

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to read Poetry through the demonstration method as Indonesian teaching material in class VIII of SMPN 4. The demonstration method is to provide opportunities for students to translate and apply their knowledge into learning while at the same time giving them an opportunity to demonstrate their level of understanding and mastery of material that has been studied. This research method uses classroom action research methods. The instruments used were test and non-test. The results of the study found that demonstration learning methods can improve the ability to read poetry. Learning achievement increases because of the different learning methods. Students come to the front of the class to read poetry. So that learning activities become more interesting and quality. The results showed an increase in the ability to read poetry of students from the first cycle and second cycle. The results of the first cycle evaluation of 29 students who achieved KKM were 10 students namely 34.48%, and the results of the evaluation of the second cycle value of 29 students who achieved KKM were 24 students namely 82.75%. Suggestions for teachers are needed to use demonstration learning methods so that the learning process becomes more conducive and enjoyable and for parents to pay attention to the activities carried out by children so that they can be controlled and biased to increase achievement.

This study aims to increase student motivation in sociology subjects through the application of the Sosis-T game media. This research method used classroom action research methods with research subjects namely students of class XII IPS 2 MAN 1 East Lombok. The research instrument used observation and tests. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed that the learning media Sosiology Shot Traditional (SOSIS-T) was more effective in increasing the learning motivation and grades of students in the classroom. Through the application of the Sosiology Shot Traditional (SOSIS-T) media it is very fun for students when used during learning. Students are very motivated and enthusiastic to follow it. Students actively move, ask, answer, and respond so that class conditions become more dynamic.

The background of this study is the lack of ability to process information of students in history subject in grade 11 Social I Pasundan 8 Senior High School Bandung. This can be seen from most students were only able to develop the ability to remember and memorize. When students are exposed to an issue, students were not able to process the information. The ability to process the information outlined in this study is the student’s ability to process information from a variety of sources of information when learning takes place. To that end, researchers are trying to do research with the goal of improving students’ ability to process information through the implementation of film media in history subject. This research is using a classroom action research methods design of Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The classroom action research method (PTK) were done with four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Based on the research that has been done, student progress in achieving the criteria on the indicator of the ability to process information that has been determined to experience a significant increase in each cycle. Through the implementation of film as media, the students used to process the information they receive. This shows that in the application of the film to enhance the students’ ability to process information is one way that can be used in the teaching of history in schools. The results of this study can be used as advice or recommendations as well as consideration for teachers so that students will have the ability to process information so that the teaching process become more meaningful.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep retorika dan penerapan retorika K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi, serta respon jemaah terhadap retorika K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskripstif. Metode kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang jenis data penelitian atau fenomena penelitian tidak diperoleh secara statistik. Pendekatan deskripsi berujuan untuk menjelaskan secara sistematis bidang tertentu secara factual dan cermat. Hasil yang didapat dalam penilitian ini yaitu K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi memiliki konsep retorika sebagai seni berbicara yang menjadi ciri khas dari seorang praktisi dakwah dan gaya bicara tersebut tidak dibuat-buat melainkan keluar apa adanya. Retorika tersebut bertujuan untuk meyakini, menginspirasi dan mempengaruhi jemaah atas pesan-pesan yang disampaikannya. Kemudian beliau juga menerapkan konsep ethos, pathos, dan logos serta lima imbauan persuasi dengan cara menggunakan kata-kata bijak atau motivasi, menggunakan bahasa yang bagusdan indah, serta menyentuh logika dan emosional. Kata Kunci :Retorika; Tabligh; K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the concept and the application of K.H Junaedi Al-Baghdadi’s rhetoric, as well as the response of the congregation to K.H Junaedi Al-Baghdadi’s  rhetoric.. The research method used is a qualitative method and descriptive approach. Qualitative methods are research methods whose research data types or research phenomena are not obtained statistically. The description approach aims to systematically explain certain fields factually and carefully. The results obtained in this research are K.H. Junaedi Al-Baghdadi has the concept of rhetoric as the art of speaking which is the hallmark of a da'wah practitioner and the style of speech is not artificial but comes out as it is. The rhetoric aims to believe, inspire and influence the congregation for the messages they convey. Then he also applied the concepts of ethos, pathos, and logos and five persuasion calls by using wise words or motivation, using good and beautiful language, and touching logic and emotional. This research begins with the finding that children in the Tuanku Tambusai Play Group tend to experience obstacles in their emotional-social development. On observations made do not look like children are willing to play with peers in one group, the child still shows ego or self-winding attitude, the child can not cooperate with members of his group, still shows the attitude of competing in the play, and the child is not responsible for doing According to the findings, the researcher intends to develop children's emotional social abilities with the application of collaborative games. The research method used is action research. Methods were performed using Kemmis and Taggart's model cycles consisting of 4 stages (planning, action, observation, and reflection). The child's emotional social developmental data in learning was obtained from observations and documentation analyzed by percentage. Research conducted two cycles, each cycle is implemented in three meetings. The results show through collaborative games can improve emotional-social development in children Tuanku Tambusai Play Group.Keywords: , ,

The controversy that has surrounded the value of quantitative research methods as opposed to qualitative approaches as a means to increasing the knowledge and understanding of human behaviour in health and illness, has been contested by nurse scholars for several decades. This paper continues debate around this issue and provides a critique of the problems associated with these competing paradigms. It challenges the convention that all nursing research must be objective and value free in order to be scientific, and provides an overview of the processes that should be considered by researchers utilizing qualitative methods of inquiry.

<em>This study aims to investigate a group of language teachers who seek to improve their general English syllabus through action research. Action research offers practitioners possibilities to address syllabus issues through thoughtful inquiry. Because the study requires the researcher to comprehend the subject of study, research techniques allowing participants express their beliefs, and opinions about the syllabus are entirely appropriate. Thus, it is unlikely that other research methods allow action researchers understand the contextual reality as qualitative methods do. Interviews are conducted as they are widely used in action research studies and are suitable techniques to gain insights into the practitioners’ collective reflective enquiry. The study shows that action research is a valuable tool to improve a language syllabus, an additional element action research offers to the process of syllabus improvement is that teachers can take responsibility for themselves and their actions thus by improving the syllabus they follow, they are able to emancipate themselves from the controlled situation they can find themselves in. </em>

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui metode tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah dan proses penerapan metode tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Miftahul Khoir Rancaekek-Bandung. Untuk menjawab beberapa fokus penelitian tersebut dengan jawaban yang objektif, peneliti mengumpulkan beberapa data-data seperti wawancara dan observasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskripstif. Metode kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang jenis data penelitian atau fenomena penelitian tidak diperoleh secara statistik. Hasil yang didapat dalam penilitian terhadap Metode Tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah dalam pengajian Majlis Ta’lim Ibu-ibu di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Miftahul Khoir Rancaekek-Bandung memiliki konsep metode tabligh yaitu dengan metode 4T (Tahsin, Tarjamah, Tafsir, dan Tathbiq) dalam Al-Quran. Kemudian penerapan Metode Tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah yaitu dengan bentuk ceramah (Khitobah) dan diskusi. Efektifitas Metode Tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah berdasarkan tanggapan, sambutan, dan perubahan yang terjadi pada ibu-ibu sangat positif. The purpose of this study was to determine the method of tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah and the process of applying the method of tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah in the Islamic Boarding School of Tahfizh Miftahul Khoir Rancaekek-Bandung. To answer some of the focus of the research with objective answers, the researcher collected several data such as interviews and observations. The research method used is a qualitative method and descriptive approach. Qualitative methods are research methods whose research data types or research phenomena are not obtained statistically. The results obtained in the study of the Tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah Method in the Majlis Ta'lim recitation The women at the Tahfizh Miftahul Islamic Boarding School Khoir Rancaekek-Bandung had the tabligh method concept, namely the 4T method (Tahsin, Tarjamah, Tafsir, and Tathbiq) in Al- The Quran. Then the application of the Tabligh Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah Method is in the form of lectures (Khitobah) and discussions. The Effectiveness of the Tabligh Method Ustadz Yopi Nurdiansyah is based on responses, remarks, and the changes that occur to mothers are very positive.
