Abstract: Online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic had implications for the quality of education, on the other hand it led to innovation. The objectives of this study are: 1) To analyze the condition of senior high school in the Covid-19 pandemic era in Central Java (problems and progress); 2) Identifying the readiness of teachers and schools; 3) Identifying the need for quality education; and 4) Analyze the policies needed to improve the quality of education in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is descriptive, mixed method approach, qualitative and quantitative. This research involving 260 informants (principal, teachers, parents, and students). This study also used a survey method involving 84 principals, 831 teachers, 4,124 parents and 10,048 students. The data collection instruments were questionnaires and FGD. Qualitative analysis uses an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman, quantitative analysis is descriptive, namely mean and percentage. The conclusions of this study: First, education in the Covid-19 pandemic era with a home learning strategy (daring) faces the problem of lack of facilities and infrastructure, mastery of technology, quota/internet data packages, internet network/signal. The advantages are increased mastery of technology, learning innovation, introduction of new methods, time/ energy/cost efficiency. Second, many teachers were not ready, but schools had also prepared adequate facilities, and encouraged new innovations. Third, what is needed to realize quality education through increasing the capacity of teachers, subsidizing facilities and infrastructure, improving the education system, and learning innovation. Fourth, the policy required is the implementation of a blended learning system, e-learning/LMS, curriculum adjustments, and encouraging innovation.

Significance It also appears not to have assessed the effectiveness of its home-learning strategy, established after schools were closed in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Without this information it is not possible to design effective policies to address the detrimental effects of the pandemic on education. Impacts The government’s scholarships programme may not boost coverage but should assist beneficiaries still in education. Differences in the pandemic’s impacts on states’ economies will drive disparities in the restoration of education coverage nationwide. Without significant investment in the sector, the quality of education will remain poor.

The work analyzes the effectiveness of the use of media technologies to improve the educational motivation of students (the example of the Municipal Budget Educational Institution Gymnasium No. 5 in Konakovo, Tver Region) to improve the overall quality of education. Traditionally, the task teacher performs differentiation of tasks on the subject, and the students fulfill them according to the choice of the teacher. For the formation of universal learning skills of students it is necessary to teach to carry out an informed choice of tasks in accordance with their capabilities and create conditions for raising the level and achieving high academic success. We assume that the use of the technology "Learning in the game" will make possible the transition from external differentiation to internal quite naturally, because students will have the opportunity to do this in individual modes. By tracking their own achievements or failures in the e-learning system, trainees will be able to share it with the members of the language group and the teacher.

E-learning is one of the most popular learning media at this time, by using e-learning education is expected not to span distance and time, so that education can be impressed anytime anywhere using the internet. After conducting research, the authors chose moodle as an e-learning application that will be used because moodle has many advantages both in managing questions to the level of user authentication coupled with good data security. By using moodle, the correction process that used to take a lot of time now is no longer. Even more practical and easier. The author in conducting research using the method of observation, research, analysis, planning, design, testing or testing and implementation It is hoped that the learning that has been created can continue to be used to support learning in SMP Negeri 2 Gombong. The results of the research are Moodle-based e-learning. This learning has been applied in SMP Negeri 2 Gombong, Kebumen Regency. Functionality testing has also been carried out by Admin, Teachers and Students. The results of tests carried out, in terms of logins, user management, question management, features to logout have all been said to be successful. This e-learning learning system can have a good impact on improving the quality of education in SMP Negeri 2 Gombong.

Vocational High Schools have an important role in improving the quality of human resources to meet industrial needs. However, the current education system in Vocational Schools especially in Purwakarta, Subang, Karawang, Bekasi (PURWASUKASI) still has disadvantages compared to other countries. The government through the ministry of industry has started vocational education for Vocational Schools in Indonesia. Vocational education conducted to support the creation of qualified human resources that can meet the industrial needs related to labor. The implementation of information technology in the field of education is one of the ways to improve the quality of education, including education in vocational schools. E-learning implementation aims to improve the quality of education. E-learning is often used in the application of adaptive learning in the field of education. In this study, an e-learning system model has been created that has been developed to support industrial based adaptive learning for Vocational High Schools in PURWASUKASI. The system that has been developed has been tested from the functional side of the system and shows that the developed e-learning system is ready to use.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. Purpose Generally, the user requires customized information reflecting his/her current needs and interests that are stored in his/her profile. There are many sources which may provide beneficial information to enrich the user’s interests such as his/her social network for recommendation purposes. The proposed approach rests basically on predicting the reliability of the users’ profiles which may contain conflictual interests. The paper aims to discuss this issue. Design/methodology/approach This approach handles conflicts by detecting the reliability of neighbors’ profiles of a user. The authors consider that these profiles are dependent on one another as they may contain interests that are enriched from non-reliable profiles. The dependency relationship is determined between profiles, each of which contains interests that are structured based on k-means algorithm. This structure takes into consideration not only the evolutionary aspect of interests but also their semantic relationships. Findings The proposed approach was validated in a social-learning context as evaluations were conducted on learners who are members of Moodle e-learning system and Delicious social network. The quality of the created interest structure is assessed. Then, the result of the profile reliability is evaluated. The obtained results are satisfactory. These results could promote recommendation systems as the selection of interests that are considered of enrichment depends on the reliability of the profiles where they are stored. Research limitations/implications Some specific limitations are recorded. As the quality of the created interest structure would evolve in order to improve the profile reliability result. In addition, as Delicious is used as a main data source for the learner’s interest enrichment, it was necessary to obtain interests from other sources, such as e-recruitement systems. Originality/value This research is among the pioneer papers to combine the semantic as well as the hierarchical structure of interests and conflict resolution based on a profile reliability approach.

The objectives of this research wereto analyze the local resource-based development of dairy cattle in orderto improve the production and quality of milk in Central Java. The research wascarried out by survey method. The research locations (Boyolali and Semarang) were chosen using purposive sampling method.In each regency was determined 2 sub district locations in which having the largest dairy cow population and 3 Dairy Cattle Farmer Associations (DCFA) in every sub district.Dairy farmers were sampled randomly, 10 farmers in every DCFA. Therefore, there were 120 dairy cattle farmers for sample. Data wereanalyzed using descriptive methods, location quotient (LQ) analysis and multiple linear regression statistical model. The dependent variables were yield and quality of milk (Y1,2) and the independent variables were human resources (x1), environmental resources (x2), capital resources (x3), entrepreneurship resources (x4), technology resources (x5), institution resources (x6) and infrastructure resources (x7). The LQ analysis showed that dairy cattle population, availability of forage and agricultural waste, and absorption of labour were very potential (LQ>1). Local resources significantly affected (P<0.01) the production and quality of dairy cattle milk. These results suggest that the development of dairy cattle business needs to consider the potential of local resources in order to improve the production and quality of milk.

This study examines the influence of the quality of education and skills of prospective Indonesia Labor from West Sumatra on income. Wage income is expected equivalent to the level of wage labor which comes from other countries. Therefore, in order to obtain equal wage, prospective Indonesian labors sent abroad should be a good level of education, skill trained so that labor productivity increased. The method used in this study is Test Crosstab, and, Chi Square test to see the effect between the two variables used. It is shown that Indonesian labors do not able to compete in terms of quality of education and skills, compared to foreign labors, so that the income received by the Indonesian labor is lower. In addition, professional job that has been chosen by the Indonesian labor is the operator, profession which does not necessarily require a high level of educational and skills qualifications.

<p><em>The problem in the world of education at this time is the quality and quantity of education in the field of information and communication technology. The quality of education can be seen from the quality of education desired by the community and for the quality of education related to the equitable access to education without any gap. One way to overcome these problems is by optimizing the role of information and communication technology in the learning process by using e-learning. E-learning used is using online learning based on Schoology. In this application there are several features that can be used by the teacher in the learning process including uploading material, assignments, discussions and giving test questions using the online quiz system. In the use of E-Learning in the learning process can increase students' learning motivation and can create enjoyable learning so that students in participating in learning activities can be active and achieve maximum learning outcomes.</em></p>
