This study aims to determine the presence of positive and partial positive effects between the work environment, financial compensation and work morale on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. This research was conducted at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. The technique for determining the number of samples in the study used saturated samples with a total sample of 82 employees. The results showed that 1) There was a positive influence simultaneously between the work environment, financial compensation and work morale on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. 2) There is a partially positive effect between work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. 3) There is a partially positive influence between financial compensation and job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises. 4) There is a partially positive influence between work morale on job satisfaction at PT. Denpasar Independent Building Enterprises.

This study was conducted to determine (1) the effect of physical work environment and internal communication on employee morale, (2) the effect of physical work environment on employee morale, (3) the effect of internal comunication on employee morale. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province with 182 employees. The total sample is determined using the Slovin formula and cluster proportional random sampling. From this pattern, 125 employees were obtained as research samples. The technique used to analyze data is multiple regression analysis. Based on this study, it was found that (1) physical work environment and internal communication had a positive and significant effect on the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (2) physical work environment had a positive influence and significantly affected the morale of West Sumatra Provincial Education Office employees (3) internal communication had a positive effect and significant to the morale of employees of the Education Office of West Sumatra Province. Keyword: physical work environment, internal communication, employee work spirit

Employees' feelings about their work reflect their attitudes and behavior at work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and Non-Physical Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Honorary Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City. The number of samples was set at 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that partially (1) financial compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (2) Siteional leadership style has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and (4) Simultaneously financial compensation, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Suggestions in this study are for the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Denpasar City to pay attention to employee job satisfaction from financial compensation factors, Siteional Leadership Style and non-physical work environment.

This study is to detect the effect of compensation, work environment and promotion on employee job satisfaction, where human resources are assets that must be continuosly considered to obtain human resources who have good performance. Human resources in an organization are important and must be managed properly and correctly. Job satisfaction is important because it can affect employee behavior and loyalty to the company. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and the population taken was all employees of the Outbound American division as many as 83 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, and the data testing technique used was PLS. The results of the analysis and discussion showed that compensation, work environment and job promotion had an effect on employee job satisfaction. The compensation variable has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, The work environment variable has a positive influence on job satisfaction. And lastly, the variable of the job rpomotion has a positive effect oh job satisfaction but is not significant.Penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan promosi sebagai predictor terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu organisasi menjadi penting dan harus dikelola dengan baik dan benar. Kepuasan kerja menjadi penting karena dapat mempengaruhi perilaku dan loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan  populasi seluruh karyawan bagian Outbound divisi Amerika yang berjumlah 83 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai metode purposivesampling, dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan adalah PLS. Hasil dari analisis dan pembahasan diketahui bahwa kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Variabel kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dan terakhir variabel promosi jabatan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja namun tidak signifikan.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-financial compensation, physical work environment and competence to explain the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Gianyar Tish Rural Credit Bank. The sample size of 39 employees was taken using the method of determining saturated sampling. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that non-financial compensation, physical work environment and competence have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. To foster a sense of job satisfaction, non-financial compensation employees from the leadership are important to continue to motivate employees. The physical work environment and competence must also be continuously improved to maintain the existing work environment. An employee who has a high performance and better able to support the achievement of the goals and objectives set by the company. Employees can work well if you have a high performance that can produce good work anyway. With the high- performance that employees, is expected to achieve organizational goals. This study examines the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction to be intervening variable. Data on compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance obtained through observation, record keeping and questioner with respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS). Statistical tests results showed  (1) the compensation proved significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.880, (2) work environment proved to be a significant positive effect on job satisfaction the path coefficient of 0.434 and T-Stats for 4.074, (3) job satisfaction proved to be a significant positive effect on employee performance the path coefficient of 0.264 and T-Stats for 2.458, (4) compensation proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.242 and T-Stats for 2.912, (5) work environment proved positive and significant effect employee performance the path coefficient of 0.378 and T-Stats for 3.343. Based on test results obtained statistical results of all variables positive and signicant impact.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. This study investigated the impact of emotional leadership of leaders on organizational commitment of hotel employees, as well as the mediating role of job satisfaction. The results indicate that: (1) Emotional leadership and job satisfaction have positive effects on organizational commitment. (2) Emotional leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (3) Job satisfaction plays a mediating role between emotional leadership and organizational commitment.

Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. The principal issues in this study is whether the process of financial compensation, work environment, work motivation influence on the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This study aims to reveal the Financial Compensation Effect, Work Environment and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive associative. The population in this study is the employee at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh totaling 67 people. The sampling technique sampling study is saturated. The questionnaire was used as data collection techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, multicollinearity analysis, analysis heterokedastisistas, normality test and coefficient detereminasi. To test the hypothesis used t test, Test F. Based on the analysis of the influence of financial compensation, work environment and work motivation and employee performance, especially in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Payakumbuh, it would seem that there is a positive influence and significant correlation between financial compensation, work environment, work motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis is proved.

This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were employees of the Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta with a total of 50 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample by taking all samples, namely 50 employees. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23 which consists of data quality test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient. The results showed that job training and compensation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. While the work environment partially does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: job training, work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh dengan mengambil semua sampel yaitu 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23 yang terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci : pelatihan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan kepuasan kerja
