Tambakrejo Beach is located in Tambakrejo Village, Wonotirto district, South of Blitar City. Communities around the Tambakrejo Beach initially work as fishermen, traders, farmers, and to meet the daily needs in getting from fishing. However today many people are turning their professions into traders. The tourism development of Tambakrejo beach resulted in changes of community activities. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature study and the methods used to analyze the data is comparative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study related to the tourism development that tourists visits increases every year. The interaction of tourists with the community is also high, the number of tourist facilities increased, the attractions are two activities such as boating and riding ATV and watching Islamic local culture Larung Sesaji in the beach, and promotion is done with social media and cooperation between magazine and television to review Tambakrejo in their program . The results of the tourism development toward communities economy is community income increased and employment opportunities associated with the movement of livelihoods as a trader.   Keywords : The Impact, Tourism Development, Community Economy, Tambakrejo

This study aims to reveal the extent of openness of communication carried out among students of the Da'wah Faculty and UINSU communication and its impact on worship activities carried out by these students. Observations and interviews are techniques used to collect data in this study. Triangulation analysis method is also used to analyze the data obtained from respondents, descriptive analysis research method applied in this study. From 30 respondents taken with a percentage of 20 female respondents and 10 male respondents it was found that social media activities through Facebook had a special attraction and increased their confidence in communication. The impact felt by the respondents was more to the shift in the discipline of worship that they did when cool communicating with their virtual friends, recitations of the Koran that are usually done before prayer time arrives multiplied by the fun they are chatting, status updates or just looking at their Facebook wall.

Penggunaan media sosial sosial telah merambah ke semua lini layanan kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk di instansi pemerintah. Media sosial digunakan untuk mendukung implementasi program dan kegiatan di instansi pemerintah, yang kemudian berdampak pada kinerja individu di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi secara empiris dampak penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja individu di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kota Magelang.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan wawancara kepada 40 (empat puluh) karyawan di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan Kota Magelang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi media sosial memiliki dampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja individu di Dinas Pertanian dan Pangan, yaitu sebagaimedia komunikasi (koordinasi) dan tempat untuk berbagi informasi secara aktual. Sementara beberapa dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial yang perlu diantisipasi berupa konsentrasi karyawan yang berkurang sehingga dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pada penyelesaian pekerjaanThe use of social social media has penetrated into all lines of life services, including at government offices. Social media are used to support the implementation of programs and activities in government offices, which then have an impact on the performance of individuals in it. This studyaims to identify empirically the impact of the use of social media on the performance of individuals in Agriculture and Food Office, Magelang. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Data is collected by filling in questionnaires and interviewing with 40 (forty) officer in the Agriculture andFood Office. Research shows that the application of social media has a positive impact on improving the performance of individuals in Agriculture and Food Office, namely as a medium of communication (coordination) and a place to share information actually. While some negative impacts that need to be anticipated include reducing the concentration that can cause delay incompletion of work.

This study aims to describe and analyze the existence of the Batin Kemuning Dance in Tembilahan District. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive analysis method. The main instrument in this study is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data collection technique is done by means of literature study, observation, interview and documentation. The steps in analyzing data are collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Batin Kemuning Dance is a Malay creation dance created to participate in the 2007 Nusantara Dance Parade at Sanggar Sri Gemilang, Tembilahan District. In 2008-2010, Batin Kemuning Dance was always used at events organized by the Tourism, Youth, Sports and Culture Office (DISPARPORABUD) of Indragiri Hilir Regency to perform inside, outside the region to foreign countries. In 2011-2013, Batin Kemuning Dance experienced a decline because Sanggar Sri Gemilang tried to perform another dance, but in this span of this year, the Batin Kemuning Dance actually developed on social media (Youtube). In 2014-2019, Batin Kemuning Dance was always used again at government events managed by DISPARPORABUD. In 2020 the Batin Kemuning Dance was not performed due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak where all events were canceled.Keywords : existence, Batin Kemuning Dance

This research aims to analyze the rate of household food availability, the rate of farmers’ participation, factors related to farmers’ participation rate, and the impact of the participation on the food availability. The research is a survey conducted in Ambarawa Subdistrict, Pringsewu District, as Ambarawa is an area that has many active food barns. Thirty food barn institutions were chosen randomly, and from each barn  two farmers were chosen randomly as respondents.  Research data is collected in September – November 2016 and analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the rate of household food availability was 3,392.97 kkal/cap/day or equivalent to 2,135.58 kg of dried unhulled rice annually. The rate of farmers’ participation was included in a medium category. Age, membership time in barns, rice production, income, membership in farmer groups were not significantly related to farmers’ participation rate. Farmers’ participation did not have significant impact on food availability of farmer households. Key words: barns, farmer household, food availability, participation

The study in this manuscript discusses the impact on the educational equalization system of Pesantren Salafiyah and designs how Pesantren Salafiyah has always existed in the world of modern education. This research belongs to the type of qualitative study using the document analysis method. The form of data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The research approach method in this paper is library research. This study is divided into four methods, namely, the method of determining the subject, the form of the study, the method of data collection, and the method of data analysis. The result is the ability of Pesantren Salafiyah to make certain accommodations and concessions to find a pattern that they consider appropriate enough to face modernization and changes that are increasingly fast and have a broad impact without sacrificing the essence and other basic things in the existence of the pesantren, so that Pesantren Salafiyah still exists in the midst of the hustle and bustle of modernizing Islamic education

Abstrak Penelitian ini meneliti tentang bentuk pengurangan ekranisasi dari teori Eneste pada plot dari cerita adaptasi anime Assassination Classroom ke live action Assassination Classroom. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan struktural dan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi dengan teori. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik simak, teknik mencatat, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya bentuk pengurangan ekranisasi, yaitu terdapat 16 plot yang mengalami pengurangan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menghilangkan 16 plot adalah teknik eliminasi. Plot-plot yang berkurang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan plausibilitas atau kelogisan fabula di dalam live action. Selain itu, hal itu dilakukan karena durasi dari masing-masing dua live action, yaitu 1 jam 49 menit dan 1 jam 50 menit   Kata Kunci : Ekranisasi, Pengurangan, Plot, Anime, Live Action   Abstract This research discusses the form of ecranization from Eneste's theory to the plot of the anime adaptation story Assassination Classroom to live action Assassination Classroom. This research uses a structural approach and descriptive analysis method. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques with theory. Data collection is carried out through listening techniques, collection techniques, and literature study. The results of the study showed that there were forms of ecranization, which were 16 approved plots. The technique used to eliminate 16 plots is the elimination technique. Plots that reduce priority to increase great plausibility or logic in direct action. In addition, this was done because the duration of each of the two live actions, namely 1 hour 49 minutes and 1 hour 50 minutes   Keywords : Ecranization, Reduction, Plot, Anime, Live Action

Kedonganan beach is located in the village sub-district of Kedonganan Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali. Kedonganan beach has had a great revolution in the tourism development. Therefore, tourists always come to visit this beach. With a lot of tourists come, make the owner of tourism bussiness in the beach Kedonganan should be able to regulate and maintain the attitude in providing services to tourists. The purpose of this research is to know the approach of seafood culinary tour manager in providing services to the tourists. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, and literature study and the method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is the managers of the 4 selected cafes have different approach in providing services to tourists. The approach are such as service procedures , language learning and environmental cleanliness. From all of the approaches, although there is similar approach but they have different ways for the service provided. With the best services provided to tourists it is certain that Kedonganan beach will not lose tourists and can survive for long periods of time. Keywords : Management, Culinary Tourism, Hospitality

Background The COVID-19 pandemic has made a significant impact on all spheres of society. The objective of this study was to examine the impact of COVID-19 on the practices, finances, and social aspects of Brazilian vascular surgeons’ lives. Methods This is a descriptive analysis of the responses from Brazilian vascular surgeons to the cross-sectional anonymous Society for Vascular Surgery Wellness Task Force Pandemic Practice, Anxiety, Coping, and Support Survey for Vascular Surgeons disseminated 14–24 April 2020. Survey dissemination in Brazil occurred mainly via the Brazilian Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery (SBACV) and social media. The survey evaluated the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on vascular surgeons’ lives by assessing COVID-19-related stressors, anxiety using theGeneral Anxiety Disorder (GAD)-7 scale, and coping strategies using the Brief Coping Orientation to Problems Experienced (Brief-COPE) inventory. Results A total of 452 responses were recorded from Brazil, with 335 (74%) respondents completing the entire survey. The majority of respondents were males ( N = 301, 67%) and practiced in an urban hospitals. The majority of respondents considered themselves at high risk to be infected with COVID-19 ( N = 251, 55.8%), and just over half the respondents noted that they had adequate PPE at their primary hospital ( N = 171, 54%). One hundred and nine (35%) surgeons confirmed that their hospitals followed professional surgical society guidelines for prioritizing surgeries during the pandemic. At the time of the survey, only 33 (10%) surgeons stated they have pre-operative testing of patients for COVID-19 available at their hospital. Academic vascular surgeons reported being redeployed more often to help with other non-vascular duties compared to community-based or solo practitioners (43% vs. 30% vs. 21% respectively, P = .01). Severe anxiety due to pandemic-related financial concerns was similar in those surgeons practicing solo compared to those in community- or academic-based/group practice (46% vs. 38% vs. 22%; P = .54). The respondents reported their anxiety levels as mild based on the stressors investigated instead of moderate-severe (54% vs. 46%; P = .04). Social media was utilized heavily during the pandemic, with video gatherings being the most commonly used tool (76%). Self-distraction (60%) and situational acceptance (81%) were the most frequently reported coping mechanisms used among Brazilian vascular surgeons. Conclusion The COVID pandemic has greatly affected healthcare providers around the world. At the time of this survey, Brazilian vascular surgeons are reporting low anxiety levels during this time and are using mostly active coping mechanisms.

The industrial revolution is a process of change in which human work in various fields is replaced by machines. Currently the world has entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 so that the process of producing goods or services is much more efficient than before. Therefore, since 2017 the Ministry of Industry has made a roadmap for the Implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 to accelerate the development of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. In the process of achieving this goal, Indonesia is one of the countries most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which began in early 2020. The activity plans that have been prepared in the roadmap must be adjusted because most of their budget has been reallocated or refocused for handling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. -19, this study aims to determine the implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 on the impact of the covid-19 pandemic in terms of policies and budget allocations. The method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis using quantitative and qualitative data types. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, information was obtained that the 2020 budget allocation for the Implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 included the refocusing of 63.4% of the initial ceiling. With this refocusing, it is necessary to reconstruct the national priority programs contained in the roadmap for the Implementation of Making Indonesia 4.0 and redesign. financing so that not all national programs use the state budget.

The purpose of this study is to understand the tourism development strategies in the Indigenous Village of Asak Karangasem, which analyzes the impact of tourism development through cultural traditions on the economy of the community and describes the tourism development strategies that will be carried out and can find out aspects that need to be considered in tourism development so that it can affect the economy of the village community. This study uses the SWOT analysis method where by using this analysis we can find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist around the Asak Karangasem Indigenous Village. From the results of this study it can be proven that the tourism development strategy is able to have an impact on the economy of the surrounding community.
