Kiat Pengelola Wisata Kuliner Seafood Dalam Memberikan Pelayanan Kepada Wisatawan Di Pantai Kedonganan

Kedonganan beach is located in the village sub-district of Kedonganan Kuta, Badung Regency, Bali. Kedonganan beach has had a great revolution in the tourism development. Therefore, tourists always come to visit this beach. With a lot of tourists come, make the owner of tourism bussiness in the beach Kedonganan should be able to regulate and maintain the attitude in providing services to tourists. The purpose of this research is to know the approach of seafood culinary tour manager in providing services to the tourists. The method used to collect the data in this study are observation, interview, and literature study and the method used to analyze the data is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this research is the managers of the 4 selected cafes have different approach in providing services to tourists. The approach are such as service procedures , language learning and environmental cleanliness. From all of the approaches, although there is similar approach but they have different ways for the service provided. With the best services provided to tourists it is certain that Kedonganan beach will not lose tourists and can survive for long periods of time. Keywords : Management, Culinary Tourism, Hospitality

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The Village

Pengotan Tourism Village has unique culture that being a typical of the village itself. But, Pengotan Tourism Village isn’t known widely yet. The development which is not optimum and many obstacles make it happen. Based on that problems, this research aims to identify the cultural potentials, of Pengotan Tourism Village as a culture based tourism village in Bangli Subdistrict, Bangli Regency. The method that used in this research especially on analyzing the data is qualitative descriptive analysis to determine the potentials and the obstacles of development. The datas are collected through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants are determined using purposive sampling technique. The result of this research is Pengotan Tourism Village has many potentials that can make it as a tourist attraction in Bangli Regency. The potentials are cultural such as handicrafts, tradition, history of Pengotan, architecture, arts and musics, community livelihood, religion, and language. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tata cara pelaksanaan upacara Reba dalam budaya masyarakat Kampung Luba Desa Tiworiwu Kecamatan Jerebuu Kabupaten Ngada, mendeskripsikan makna simbol-simbol bahasa ritual Reba di Desa Tiworiwu. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah sebagai bahan masukan bagi masyarakat Luba dalam memaknai nilai-nilai upacara ritual Reba, sebagai bahan untuk memperkaya kekhasan kearifan lokal bangsa sebagai suatu nilai luhur yang dianut oleh masyarakat Ngada pada umumnya dan masyarakat Luba Desa Tiworiwu pada khususnya, sebagai bahan informasi bagi peneliti lain yang ingin mengkaji lebih lanjut masalah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini, sebagai informasi untuk membangkitkan dan menumbuhkan rasa cinta kearifan lokal lokal. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif yaitu suatu analisis yang menggambarkan secara rinci hasil-hasil temuan di lapangan yang menggunakan pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mewawancarai dan mengobservasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upacara ritual Reba pada masyarakat Luba Desa Tiworiwu Kecamatan Jerebuu mempunyai tata cara atau pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pada saat upacara ritul Reba seperti didalam nilai-nilai tersebut antara lain: nilai religius, nilai filosofis, nilai kesenian, nilai moral, nilai magis, nilai ekonomi, nilai sosial, nilai hukum,dan nilai pendidikan.Ritual Reba merupakan sebuah acara yang patut dilaksanakan selama setahun sekali perlu ditaati sejak dari leluhur pada zaman dahulu kala dan harus terbawa terus sampai anak cucu. Apabila disia-siakan ritual Reba ini maka segala usaha tidak terkabul oleh perlindungan leluhur karena leluhur inilah yang membentuk budaya adat ritual Reba sehingga dikembangkan oleh generasi penerus. Dengan adanya upacara Reba dapat mengingatkan pesanan yang telah ditinggalkan oleh leluhur (Sili Ana Wunga) sebagai pioner pertama penyelenggara budaya Reba. Perayaan adat Reba merupakan upacara ritual magis karena seluruh tahapan upacara Reba wajib didahului dengan pemberian sesajian Roh arwah leluhur agar dapat menguasai alam sehingga perayaan Reba dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kata Kunci: Makna Simbolik Bahasa Ritual Reba ABSTRACTThe background of this research is very important for the community as a ritual ceremony Luba Reba embrace the values of the humanitarian nature that need to be maintained for the younger generations are relevant to the procedures established by the ancestral ceremonies. With the ritual Reba, Luba people still believe in good faith that is not extinct and still retain its own culture and do not care about foreign cultures. The purpose of this study is to describe procedures for Reba ceremony in the village of Luba culture Tiworiwu Jerebuu Ngada District, describes the meaning of symbols in a ceremony at Village Tiworiwu Reba. The benefits of this research is as an input for the Luba in meaning values Reba ritual ceremonies, as a material to enrich the cultural distinctiveness of the nation as a virtue embraced by the community and society in general Ngada Luba Village Tiworiwu in particular, for information for researchers others who wish to further examine the problems associated with this research, as information to generate and foster a love of local culture. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis that describes in detail the findings in the field who use the questions. This study uses data collection techniques that is by interviewing and observing. Data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative.The results showed that in the ritual ceremony at the Luba Village Reba Tiworiwu Jerebuu District has procedures or operations to be carried during the ceremony ritual Reba like in those values among others: the religious, philosophical values, artistic values, moral values, the magical , economic value, social value, legal value, and value education. Reba ritual is an event that should be implemented over a year since it need to be adhered to from ancestors in ancient times and must be carried on until our children and grandchildren. If the ritual Reba wasted this then all the effort is not granted by the ancestors for protection of ancestral indigenous culture that has shaped so that Reba rituals developed by future generations. With the ceremony to remind Reba orders that have been left by the ancestors (Sili Ana Wunga) as the first pioneer of cultural organizers Reba. Reba is the customary celebration of a magical ritual for all phases of the ceremony must be preceded by Reba Spirit giving offerings to ancestral spirits can control nature so that the celebration of Reba can run well. This study aims to analyze the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in the Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection methods used in this research are literature study and field study. Furthermore, the results of the study were analyzed through a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which to obtain a picture in understanding and explaining the application of village fund allocations in an effort to increase development in Desa Limau Manis. The data used in this study are primary data with the subject of research is the Limau Manis Village Office of Tanjung Morawa District. The results showed that the application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in an effort to increase development in Limau Manis Village, Tanjung Morawa Sub-District, Deli Serdang District had been running but the allocation was not right on target, this can be seen from the realization of the allocation of village funds that were used for social purposes had less value the remainder is for village government income and other benefits.

The theme of this article is about the role of the Ministry of Defense in preparing for national food security, especially the role of the Ministry of Defense through the Strategic Logistics Reserve Agency in anticipation of facing a national food emergency, especially in the context of Sishanta. Currently the Ministry of Defense is in the function of preparing universal defense by directing all national potential which is not yet maximized, especially in preparing the logistic needs for the needs of TNI troops as the core force as well as logistical needs for supporting components and reserve components. In this paper, the author tries to use several theories concerning the Strategic Logistics Reserve Agency program, which include the theory of the role of organization, logistics theory, food security theory and Sun Tzu's theory of war in his book The Art of War and submit proposed solutions to these problems in the Strategic Logistics Reserve Agency framework. The research method used is a qualitative method using secondary data, as well as literature study. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis. This article seeks to identify various problems in implementing Strategic Logistics Reserve Agency at the policy and operational levels. From the research results, there are findings that illustrate that logistics supplies in the face of universal defense are unable to support both the needs of the TNI and the needs of its supporters.

Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, UMKM contributed to Indonesia's GDP up to 60%. This fact shows that it has been proven to be able to reduce poverty and be able to absorb more workers than other business entities, thereby reducing unemployment. The main problem of this research is how is the transformation of UMKM business strategy in the recovery of the national economy during the Covid-19 pandemic? The purpose of this study is to describe that by transforming business strategies, UMKM have the potential for national economic recovery during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique used is literature study. Sources of data in this study using textbooks, articles, journals and statistical data. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the important steps that the government can take for the recovery of the national economy is to pay attention to the growth and development of UMKM in Indonesia. Along with the current digitalization era, to realize innovative, productive and adaptive UMKM in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, UMKM need to transform digital-based business strategies. The contributions of this research include theoretical contributions and methodological contributions. The implication of this research is that the transformation of business strategy is a simple concept that can be carried out in the recovery of the national economy during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study was to describe the professional ethics of counselors in virtual counseling guidance services. The method used in this research is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources come from document studies in the form of books and previous research from various references. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that online counseling takes the form of virtual counseling technology, namely, websites, telephone or cell phones, email, video conferencing, chat, instant messaging, computers, and other social networks. The ethical aspects that must be obeyed by online counselors are building good relationships on the Internet, confidentiality when conducting consultations, legal aspects of telecommunications via the Internet, and licensing. Therefore, online counselors need to be professional in conducting virtual counseling by considering ethics.

The types of the data that are used in this research are primary and secondary data. All the datas are collected through an observation method, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The sample is collected by non-random sampling method. Analysis technique that is used in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis. This research result showed that the Asia tourists who came to Ubud for the first time are 96 tourists and the repeater tourists are 9 (nine) people. The characteristic of the tourists according to the age who came to Ubud the most is tourists between 26-36 years old and most of the gender are male. Most of the tourists are from China. According to the occupation, most of the tourists are student with bachelor degree, they got the information about Ubud from their friends and they came to Ubud with groups. Most of them are the first timer visitors and they came by car or bus and came to Bali by airplane. Mode of transportation which is used when the tourists are in Ubud mostly is rented vehicles and stay in Ubud for a day without the tour. The attraction they want to see in Ubud is the culture with the expenses around Rp 201.000-300.000 in a day. According to the tourists who came to Ubud, Ubud’s environment is very clean and safe, so they feel very satisfied and they definitely will come back again to Ubud. The motivation of the tourists who came to Ubud the most is the tourists with the pleasure motivation and the main activity they want to do is to visit Ubud market.

Lebih Village is a village located in Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency, famous for its coastal tourism, which is Lebih Beach. Lebih Village have been included in the criteria for Tourism Village, however, their certificate has not been issued for this year. In addittion to the coastal tourist attraction, it turns out that the village has more potentials to be developed into a tourist attraction. Theses potentials include a natural, cultural and artificial attraction. These potentials still need to be developed in order to run in the tourism sector. In connection with this, the author tries to examine the “Analisis Prioritas Pengembangan Pariwisata di Desa Wisata Lebih, Kecamatan Gianyar, Kabupaten Gianyar. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive analysis technique and SWOT analysis, to analyze the tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the existing conditions and to find out the priority strategies for tourism development in Lebih Village. Sources of data from primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using observation, interview and literature study, and interview instruments in the form of interview guidelines. The research of informant in Lebih Tourism Village in this research use purposive sampling technique, to get accurate data about tourism development priorities in Lebih tourism village, Gianyar subdistrict, Gianyar regency. The conclusion of this research is the exisiting condition in Lebih Village with component 4A which explains the attractions, accsess, facilities, and additional services. In addition there is a main priority strategy for tourism development in Lebih Village which is to develop the potentials they have, collaborate with another stakeholders, conduct training for the community, build tourism facilities, conduct promotions and improve management. The results of this research is the strategies obtained by the SWOT analysis, which were used as a priorities development strategy of tourism in Lebih Tourism Village, Gianyar. The Village

Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world that has abstract beliefs based on the value of taste in each individual. Hinduism is based on the three basic frameworks that consist of: Tattwa, Ethics, and Events. Hindu life is never out of tradition. Tradition is a practice passed down by ancestors and passed down from generation to generation and preserved by society because it is considered to have important functions and meanings. Similarly, Hindus in Songan Village Kintamani District Bangli regency has a very unique tradition that is the tradition of Nyebel Desa on the Birth of Baby Twin Buncing. In this case the author intends to conduct research and review more in that case through the paper entitled "Nyebel Tradition Village on the Birth of Infant Twins Buncing in the Village Songan District Kintamani Bangli".The formulation of the issues raised in this study are (1) How is the implementation of Nyebel Desa Tradition at the Birth of Infant Twins Buncing in Songan Village, Kintamani Sub-district, Bangli Regency, (2) What is the function of Nyebel Desa Tradition on Kembar Buncing Birth at Songan Village, Kintamani Sub-district, Bangli Regency and (3) What Theological Meaning is contained in Nyebel Desa tradition on Kintar Buncing's Birth. In this research the formulation of the problem is studied with the theory that is (1) Religious Theory, (2) Structural Functional Theory and (3) Theory of Meaning. The research location of Nyebel Desa Tradition at Kintamani Birth of Buncing is done in Songan Village Kintamani Sub-District of Bangli Regency by doing Research Methods (1) Types of Research, (2) Site Determination, (3) Research Instrument, (3) Informant Determination Technique, (4) ) Data Collection Technique, (5) Data Analysis Technique, (6) Data Presentation Technique and (7) Qualitative Descriptive. Based on Qualitative Descriptive Analysis in the results of research that is (1) Implementation of Nyebel Village Tradition on the Birth of Infant Twins Buncing, (2) Function of Nyebel village tradition in the Birth of Infant Twin Buncing, and (3) Theological Meaning contained in Nyebel Desa tradition at Birth Baby Twin Buncing.
