Hamadi beach is one of the leading tourist attractions located right in the Hamadi village and has become a top priority for visitors to the Capital of Papua Province every weekend, especially on Saturdays / Sundays and other holidays with the main purpose for recreation. However on the other hand its lack of tourism infrastructure dan substructure, due to unopotimal management system. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the condition of tourism infrasubstructure and substrucutre in Hamadi Jayapura, Papua, (2) to determine the needs of visitors for tourism infrastructure and substructure that need to be provided in the tourist attraction of Hamadi Beach, Jayapura, Papua.The types of data used in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used in this study include primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, library research, questionnaires, and documentation. Sample determination is obtained by quota sampling and analyzed using qualitative descriptive statistical analysis using a Likert Scale measurement tool and Importance Performance Analysis. The results showed that, Hamadi beach is still lack of tourism tourism tourism infrastructure. Visitors also need infrastructure and substructure to be provided ini the tourism attraction site area, security posts, accommodation, souvenir shops, rest area, children play ground etc. Keywords Tourist Attraction, Visitors Needs, Tourism Infrastructure and Substructure

Chaiman of the PHRI (Indonesia Hotel and Restaurant Association)said that the Bali Arts festival is not a appropriate to serve as a tourist attraction. Based on this research aims to know the perception of tourist on the implementation of the Bali Arts Festival as a tourist attraction. The method in this study using a type of qualitative and quantitative data sources, the primary data, secondary data. The data collection is done by means of literature study, interviews, questionnaries, observations. Sampling technique in this study using a quota sampling, determine the sample using the formula Slovinwith the number of domestic tourists 50 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the Bali Arts Festival can be used as a tourist attraction, because the event can attract tourists to visit.Based on the questionnaire that has been distributed, the Bali Arts festival can be used as a tourist attraction for many tourists can find products by the people of Bali, both for the preservation of Balinese culture, and increase the economic income of local communities   Keywords: Perception, Travelers Domestic, Bali Arts Festival, Tourist Attractions

Tourism activities are human activities driven by curiosity and enjoying tourist attractions and tourist attractions without knowing administrative boundaries. Therefore, the concept of integrated regional development can overcome and assist organizational differences between districts into a unity of regional planning and development with tourism activities in Sukabumi Regency. In this research, the method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study come from primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is field research, such as observation, interviews, and library research. The analysis used by the pen is descriptive-qualitative. The research results on tourism's role in developing tourism potential in the Sukabumi Regency are dominant as a facilitator compared to other parts. This role as a facilitator can be seen mainly in the provision of object infrastructure, which is still largely borne by the Tourism Office. Facilities for distributing stimulant fund assistance for people who want to develop a tourism object, promote tourism objects, and facilities provided to third parties such as investors and tourism entrepreneurs to develop their tourism businesses in Sukabumi Regency.

ABSTRAKPentingnya multilingulisme pada aktivitas pariwisata dipicu oleh adanya hambatan komunikasi dan budaya antara pengelola daya tarik wisata dengan wisatawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi program-program yang telah dilakukan oleh pengelola daya tarik wisata di Kawasan Bandung Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama empat bulan di tahun 2020 dan dilaksanakan di kawasan pariwisata di Bandung Utara yang difokuskan pada dua daya tarik ikonik yaitu Taman Wisata Alam Gunung Tangkubanparahu dan Tebing Keraton. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapatkan melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan pengelola dua daya tarik wisata. Data sekunder didapatkan melalui penelitian terdahulu, kebijakan pemerintah setempat, dan media digital melalui situs web dan media sosial. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui tahapan analisis sebelum di lapangan, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata Tebing Keraton dan TWA Tangkubanparahu memiliki komunikasi multi bahasa melalui media daring dan luring. Pesan yang disampaikan mengenai kondisi, posisi, dan peraturan bagi wisata selama di daya tarik wisata. Kata kunci:      Daya tarik wisata, Gunung Tangkubanparahu, Multilingualisme, Tebing Keraton ABSTRACTThe importance of multilingualism in tourism activities is due to communication and cultural barriers between managers of tourist attractions and tourists. This study aims to identify programs that have been carried out by managers of tourist attractions in the North Bandung area, Indonesia. This study had been for four months in 2020 and carried out in a tourism area in North Bandung which focused on two iconic attractions, namely the Tangkubanparahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park and the Tebing Keraton. This study used a qualitative approach featuring primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through observations and interviews with managers of two tourist attractions., while the secondary data were obtained through previous research, local government policies, and digital media through websites and social media. In the meantime, the method of analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis through the stages of analysis before coming to the field, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the tourist attractions of Tangkubanparahu Mountain Nature Tourism Park and Tebing Keraton have multi-language communications through online and offline media. This study aimed to explain the effect of work training and work environment on the performance of medical staff Inpatient Installation B Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar through motivation as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. The data collection method is an interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results of this study showed that work training had a positive effect but not significant on motivation, work environment had a positive effect and significant on motivation, work training had a positive effect and significant on performance, work environment had a positive effect but not significant on performance, motivation had a positive effect but not significant on performance, work training had a positive effect but not significant on performance through motivation, work environment had a positive effect but not significant on performance through motivation medical staff Inpatient Installation B Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar.

Ayodia Oemah Strawberry is one of the tourism destinations in Kintamani which is unique and still rarely found in Bali. This agro-tourism-themed tourist venue has a variety of tourist facilities such as a restaurant, racetrack, tree house, spacious yard for outbound, padlock game of love, and the most special is the hydroponic strawberry garden where tourists or visitorscan also learn everything about strawberry and how to grow it. This research will be discussed what kind of tourism attractionare in Ayodia Oemah Strawberry so that tourists know everything they can do duringvisit this place. The type of data used in this quantitative research is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and literature study. Data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive data analysis. Result of the research concluded that Ayodia Oemah Strawberry has several complementary points of tourist attraction which are categorized into four terms, as follows attractions, amenities, accessibilities, and ancillary.Overall, Ayodia Oemah Strawberry has complied with the category as one of the tourist destinations in Kintamani. Ashram Ratu Bagus is spiritual tourist attraction located in Muncan Village, Karangasem Regency. Ashram Ratu Bagus has a spiritual teacher called Ratu Bagus and unqiue spiritual activity called Bio-Energy Meditation or Shaking Yoga difference them with other spiritual attraction. This study aims to research relationship pattern that being formed between ashram community and tourist in Ashram Ratu Bagus as tourist attraction. The research method used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative data types.  Source of data that being used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are participation observation technique, unstructured interviews also document study. Informant determination using purposive sampling. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research points out that the relationship pattern between ashram community and tourist in Ashram Ratu Bagus as tourist attraction occur because tourist want to relieve themselves, want to have serious recreation, find their trueself and interested to utilize their leisure time with spiritual education in ashram and interact with Ratu Bagus and ashram community. The relationship being formed between Ratu Bagus and tourist is teacher and student wheres Ratu Bagus as their spiritual teacher, and the relationship being formed with ashram community is familial bonds where they’re living together in same place and learning the depth of spirituality together. The aims of this study was to explain the effect of employee engagement and work stress on job satisfaction and turnover intention at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data collection method is interview, distributing questionnaires to respondents and library research, while the data analysis technique used Smart PLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that employee engagement had a positive effect and significant on job satisfaction, work stress had a negative effect but not significant on job satisfaction, employee engagement had a negative effect and significant on turnover intention, work stress had a positive effect and significant on turnover intention, job satisfaction had a negative effect but not significant on turnover intention, employee engagement had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction, work stress had a positive effect but not significant on turnover intention trough job satisfaction at Aman Villas Nusa Dua-Bali.

The novel Bumi Manusia is a controversial novel that contains Indigenous life in the Dutch colonial period. Pram depicts the cultural differences between Indigenous and Dutch with a very contrast in all aspects in more detail and depth. The purpose of this research is to expose the cultural differences which are framed in the novel Bumi Manusia. This research is also intended to expose the differences between Javanese and Dutch cultures which not only distinguish culture based on appearance and language. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with secondary data which are obtained from the library research, in the form of literature which are related to this research. The results of this study are: 1) Culture can affect one's personality and mindset. 2) The author describes broader cultural differences and is able to criticize the social gap or strata which are formed from the different cultures at the same time. Keywords :Framing Analysis, Media Studies, Bumi Manusia

           Toya devasya is tourist attraction located ini Kintamani subdistrict, Bangli regency. Domestic tourist and international tourist very interested with toya devasya, we should give an appreciation due to management, strategy and travel products, toya devasya felt very fast to built its identity, very interesting and give multiple impact to the local community. Toursm activities have very interesting that sustainability must be pursued. Secondary sources show that the management has made a good effort to manage and establish harmony with the local community. This situation must be pursued for the sustainability of tourism development Method of this research is literature study and the data are qualitative and quantitative, the data source is secondary data by using article tourism science, book and the internet source. The results obtained is the toursm activitiy has not had a positive impact to the local community and the management seem like they are not involved the community in making a decisions, policy maker, to get a benefit from toursm activities. This research project is being studied at kutai kartanegara district by tourist attraction kumala island. The purpose of writing this essay is to identify and describe the management of tourism services in kumala district kutai kartandistrict and also to identify the obstacles -- obstacles which the tourism service deals with in kumala island tourist management in kab. Kutai Kartanegara. The focus of the study in this study is of attraction, ability, facilities and obstacles faced by the tourism service in the management of kumala island tourist attractions at kab. Kutai Kartanegara.The kind of research used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques are done in literature and field research consisting of observations, interviews, and documentaries, whereas the informants who were taken purposive sampling and accidental sampling.Studies show that the tourism service has achieved management according to its duties and functions in managing the tourist attractions of island kumala, this is indicated by implementation of the 3 (3) indicators taken from its service one area of the tourism service that they are partly accomplishing, But they have constraints that are, in fact, the lack of budget that's keeping them in the sense that their management is somehow hampered and not maximum.
