Culture has an important role in the tourism industry as one of the factors that attract tourists to visit tourist attractions. One of the cultural tourism areas in West Java is Kampung Naga in Tasikmalaya Regency. Tourism has begun in this traditional village since the 1970s, but its development can be said to be slow because many tourism principles are considered not following customary rules. Unique even though tourism development is not recognized by the community, but continues to run and also benefits the community. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to identify the development of tourism in Kampung Naga. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data with data collection carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentaries. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis with an inductive approach. The results of this study show that the development of tourism in Kampung Naga has reached the second stage in the theory of the tourism area life cycle. Besides, there are community organizations that in charge of tourism issues in Kampung Naga, namely the Association of Indonesian Guides. Meanwhile, there are two Regional Organizations that have authority in Kampung Naga, which are the Tourism, Youth and Sports Departement and the Education Departement. The obstacle in developing tourism in Kampung Naga is a conflict between the government and local communities regarding regulations that are not obeying the customary rules in Kampung Naga. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis, the type of data used in this study is secondary data and literature study survey by taking from previous research and collecting data from websites related to this research. The local government of Wakatobi Regency continues to innovate to create tourist attractions that can attract visitors. To achieve the success rate of local government in making innovations will be seen in the development of the region itself. So that the government of Wakatobi Regency continues to innovate in tourism. Wakatobi regency has natural tourism and cultural tourism, 195 natural tourism, and 451 cultural tourism. And not only that good transportation will also support the development of tourism and provide comfort to visitors who come.

Kerta Village, Payangan, Gianyar regency, Bali, has a large and diverse potential to develop as agrotourism.However, these natural and cultural potentials have not been optimally managed.This study aims to determine the potential of villages that can be developed as agrotourism products, knowing the internal and external factors that influence of agrotourism development, formulating strategy and program to develop it.This study uses qualitative methods, data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews on elements of the society, the government and tourism entrepreneurs. Qualitative descriptive analysis was performed by applying the theory of tourism area life cycle, systems theory, and planning theory.The results showed that the village potential that has been depeloping and it can be developed further as agrotourism products, grouped into four categories, namely of nature potential, agriculture, cultural, and attractions.From the view of tourism are life cycle,Kerta Village Agrotourism are in the involvement phase marked by the growing involment of community to tourism activities.

 Welcoming two million tourists in 2020, is itself a challenge and the challenge from another side is a great opportunity for Nepalese tourism development. Only tourism can transform the nation because other sector of economy requires extensive capital and skillful human resource. Nepal cannot compete with India in Agricultural Production and with China in other industrial productions. Nation’s investment in Agriculture and Industries are in high risks. At this crucial juncture of time Nepal government has announced visit Nepal 2020, which could be a milestone of Nepalese Economic Development. To analyze the challenges and opportunities to welcome 2 million tourists in 2020 the study has been designed. Tourism is a social phenomenon that promotes the movement of visitors to a region or destination in the world with certain natural or artificial features aimed to leisure and rest. Methodologically, it is a qualitative descriptive analysis of available secondary information on Nepalese tourism industry and academia. The method analyzes entire facts qualitatively and interprets the meaning of tourism information. The tourism industry’s viability is based on its natural and cultural environment. The environment encompasses air, land, water, art, history, architect, festivals, and hospitability of people. The foreign tourists and excursionists’ primary interest in Nepal is to study its culture and nature not dust, dirt, and mismanagement of roads etc. Mayors of local governments must be aware on these issues. Nepal’s unique form of musical expression and cultural vibes are becoming lost resulting in cultural dilution. Accessibilities and identification of tourist circuit along with standard food and well accommodation facilities are prior for tourism development for visit Nepal 2020.

The article presents an in-depth analysis of innovation opportunities and solutions to promote Europe-oriented tourism development in Ukraine, which is especially relevant given the significant lag in economic indicators of Ukraine's tourism industry against the world tourism leaders. The findings reveal that the tourism industry, as well as in Ukraine, is adapting fast enough to the global challenges caused by the coronavirus pandemic and other crisis phenomena and is gradually returning to its normal functioning, even under heavy restrictions. Particular emphasis is put on the growing role of innovative solutions to boost the process of adaptation to new realia. It is argued that tourism innovations and reforms will contribute to promoting both short-term and long-term tourism demand, raise the number of tourism businesses and, consequently, will create more jobs in this sector, along with enhancing the quality and competitiveness of domestic tourism product and increasing the tourism industry share in GDP. The purpose of this article is to identify opportunities to innovate and search for optimal solutions to ensure Europe-oriented vector of tourism development in Ukraine. To attain the research agenda, a range of general research methods have been employed, in particular, analysis and synthesis, monograph methodology, as well as methods of abstraction and concretization. The study asserts that in modern economic settings to secure the European vector in tourism development, there is a vast variety of innovative solutions available to tour operators and travel agents, ranging from radical changes in their management and marketing activities up to diversification of tourism products and customer service models. To facilitate further Europe-oriented development of domestic tourism, a focus is also placed towards the essential role of innovation-driven transformations of a tourist product at the regional level which assume new services, new tourist attractions and travel routes or their modifications, including the use of digital technologies and new tourism types, such as glamping, immersive tourism, fitness tourism, virtual tourism, travel journalism, film tourism, etc. In addition, the study discusses the specifics of backpacking as one of modern innovative tourism trends. It is argued that the key pathway for the tourism industry to innovate is building a single national tourist information base with an easy access and customer-friendly interface. Such an electronic database will combine the capabilities of an interactive travel guide and a marketplace. According to the results of the study, to enhance the Europe-oriented development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, the government should design sound investment and innovation policies that will help to support both nation-wide and regional innovative projects. The summary concludes that the implementation of innovations will contribute to gaining a competitive edge in the global tourism market.

East Java, especially Batu City has the potential to be developed into a tourist city with many natural and cultural tourist attractions. The attraction can be used to attract tourists to visit East Java and improve the competitiveness of tourism in Batu. Understanding of the factors that influence the improvement of competitiveness and their implications for tourism development is the basis of this research. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with the types of primary and secondary data obtained from observation and interviews and direct observation. The results explained that Batu City has alot of tourism destination and the government focused on building it. While the facilities and infrastructure were still lack of budged. However, the conducive and the secure condition of Batu City supported by mass media and technology greatly attract tourist come to Batu City

Comfort and security are vital factors in tourism destination of Kuta Lombok with great tourism potential. However, this potential will not be desirable if the conditions are not created by comfort and security. This proves that there are factors that affect the comfort, community understanding of tourism awareness, and community participation in comfort and security of tourists. The study was conducted aimed to determine the factors that affect comfort and safety, the level of community understanding of tourism awareness, and community participation in the comfort and security of tourists in Kuta Lombok tourism.This study examines the comfort and safety of tourists in tourism of Kuta Lombok are included in the descriptive study. Therefore, the research conducted through a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection through observation, interview and documentation. Decision is determined by the method of purposive, with 15 informants. The theory applied is the theory of structural functionalism which analyzed the factors and community participation, and motivation theory is applied to analyze the level of community understanding about tourism awareness.The analysis results of research conducted by qualitative descriptive analysis presents the results of research through a narrative supported by photographs. The results of this study suggests that the comfort and safety factor is  influenced by the low level of community understanding in the elements of tourism awareness through Sapta Pesona. The low raises community understanding of factors that affect comfort and safety as a factor of environmental aspects of parking management and environmental hygiene, factors of economic activity and the hawkers aspects trasnportation service providers as well as factors in the aspect of tourism access roads were damaged. Community participation in the comfort and security of tourists is not functioning optimally. This is caused by unsynchronization between organizations. Forms of community participation in the form of the participation into the organization and the coast guard and empowerment of communities in the festival. Based on those results of the three studies, the government of Central Lombok is expected especially for Culture and Tourism Department particular attention to the factors that affect comfort and safety, and the formation of tourism awareness with benchmarks Sapta Pesona.

This study identifies the potential of tourism products in Sukajadi Village Bogor Regency based on ten (10) tourism components as well as its development strategy, which is currently included in the category of a newly developing tourist village. The results of this research are aggressive and serious development strategies in all aspects of the tourism component, namely increasing the quality and diversification of tourist attractions and activities, accessibility, improving the quality and quantity of tourism amenities, improving the quality of human resources & institutions, community support, land use, tourism industry cooperation, as well as marketing aspects. This research type is a descriptive qualitative with a case study exploratory approach. Primary data is obtained from direct observation and interviews with key informants, namely Pokdarwis and the Village Head, while secondary data is the result of literature studies and research documentation. The analysis technique of this research uses SWOT analysis and Matrix, analysis of the work program of the vision for tourism development of the Bogor Regency Government which refers to local government master plan for tourism development (RIPPARDA), and also analysis of the Cleanlines, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) guidelines.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the realization of capital expenditure budget in the Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin. It has been reached the goal budget target in the government of Musi Banyuasin Regency. The methods of research used are qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used are interview research, documentation, and library studies. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis methods and the use of capital expenditure budget data and the realization of capital spending in 2016 to 2018. The results showed that The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency in realization of the capital expenditure budget in the year 2016 to 2018 can be said to be effective and in positive growth. In 2016 to the year of 2018, The Trade and Industry Board of Musi Banyuasin Regency is still dependent on local government so that the implementation decentralization of capital expenditure budget can be said to be effective.

Housing and settlements are basic human needs. Therefore, the government is trying to meet the community's need for housing. This study aims to see how the housing development program is implemented in Palembang City, monitor this program and also monitor the extent of the housing development program. This research uses descriptive qualitative techniques with interviews. Key information is the Head of the Palembang City Housing and Settlement Area Office, the Head of the Housing and Settlements Section, the Head of the Palembang City Development Planning Agency, and Housing Developers in Palembang City, as well as people living in housing in Palembang City. Then the data obtained from the study were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that the implementation of the housing development program in Palembang City has not been carried out properly in accordance with what has been planned by the Palembang City Government.

The competitive advantage of Abian Salak Agro Tourism is its unique fruit bark and product   coffee from beans Salak   are qualified
