With the enactment of the Education System Act no 20 of 2003 (better known as the Sisdiknas Act), the State has determined that educational institutions should have a legal umbrella in the form of a legal entity, or better known as the Legal Entity Education. As a non-profit organization, the Foundation is the right legal entity that becomes a place for educational institutions, especially private schools. Therefore, of course, Notary has a very crucial role in making notary deed in the form of establishment and deed of change, such as example how in making the right basic budget and not multi interpresatasi for stake holders in the foundation. Therefore, the role of function and authority of the organ of the foundation must be clearly stated in the articles of association, so as not to cause a dispute in the future.KEYWORDS: Notaries, Foundation, Organ Foundation,

Health, safety and the working environment are of paramount importance, especially in the high-risk environments found at facilities in the oil and gas industry, where hazards are inevitable and accidents may lead to regrettable situations such as explosions, oil spills and other disasters. The high number of accidents and disasters at such facilities bring safety-related matters to the fore. The complexity of the communication process is very often underestimated, where failures in communication could lead to major disasters. This paper investigates the role of communication management and the organizational communication climate and their impact on incidents and disaster avoidance. This study embarks on a quantitative approach involving 260 personnel from high-risk workplaces at oil and gas facilities, based on purposive sampling. Hypotheses were tested using PLS-SEM to identify causal relationships and for mediation analysis. The findings of this study show that communication management and the organizational communication climate have a significant impact on disaster avoidance. The organizational communication climate is also found to be a significant mediator for the relationship between communication management and disaster avoidance. Communication management and the organizational communication climate need to be enhanced and to be integrated with other technology and innovation to improve safety regulation adherence in the oil and gas industry.

Human dignity has been the marrow of our Constitution and our constitutional state since 1994.  The inherent dignity of man is also a key principle of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948. The Kantian categorical imperatives continue to provide guidance regarding the meaning of human dignity. At the very least, people are entitled to be regarded as moral subjects and not as objects: as subjects with absolute and inherent worth and therefore also as moral subjects of equal worth. The juridical core of the pathology of apartheid was the extensive and sustained attempt to deprive the majority of South Africans of the right to self-identification and self-determination. It amounted to an inversion of the Kantian imperatives. A reversal of this inversion has been attempted over the past ten years.  The Constitution not only elevates human dignity to a specially entrenched value, but also affords it special protection in the context of fundamental rights.  It is furthermore a specific consideration in the limitation of rights and in the development of the common law. It applies not only to the state/subject relationship, but also to "horizontal" relationships and it must be taken into account in the interpretation of the Constitution. Constitutional jurisprudence has established that the Constitution is more than a formal document, but that it also represents an objective, normative value system.  Thus the foundational norm of human dignity radiates into all areas of the law.  The role of human dignity in the interpretation and application of norms applicable to remedial or restitutionary equality, as well as in the achievement of constitutional equilibrium in the "horizontal" operation of the Bill of Rights, has also been established. The realization of human dignity is but in its initial stages: civil society, including educational institutions, are called upon to make their contribution to the process.

The participation of students in the educational process is a key to success for higher education. The implementation of activities in which students’ voice is heard via different practices and actors on mega, macro, meso and micro levels brings unexpectedly impressive results in learning. The article investigates the role of students’ voice in two public educational institutions in Latvia (University of Latvia) and Italy (University of Padua). The comparison is made in two categories, actors and practices, to respond to the research question of whether the Italian and Latvian systems support students’ participation/engagement in higher education. The comparative methodology of the study determined the differences and the similarities between the students’ voice practices of the two higher education institutions and proved that Italian and Latvian systems support students’ participation/engagement in higher education; although some improvements are still needed, they are on the right track to implementing it on all levels and in all dimensions.

In general, libraries have taken a special interest from various educational institutions due to the key role that libraries play in terms of enriching the scientific aspects with different knowledge resources. The role of libraries is significantly can be seen in the fast information delivery for the recipients. Hence, the indexing and classifying of library resources is very important task because it contributes in enhancing the libraries performance. The classification of books (putting the book in the right class) is not an easy task, especially when the books are written in English. This research presents a model for books classification by using Association Rules techniques. The first stage of the research involved distributing a questionnaire for people who are working in libraries. The purpose of the questionnaire was to identify the difficulties that come with English books classification. The results of the questionnaire proved that there were number of obstacles in terms of English books classification process. After that we have collected an English books dataset to be employed in our model. Then the model has been implemented successfully and tested by given the title of the book. The results of the research proved that the model can put the book into the right class with ratio of (76%) and the error rate was (24%). That means it is possible to develop computer-based systems to classify the library resources. The results of the research open the way toward developing more sophisticated techniques and methods which can improve the performance of classifying the books electronically in an efficient manner that serves the librarians and users as well.

This article examines the role of employee representatives, who support HRM in positioning itself and the organization as “socially responsible”. Based on a constructivist understanding of organizational communication, employee representatives are examined as previously unrecognized entities that are responsible—and also essential—for guaranteeing a good working life, which also originates through communication. The article provides an overview of existing studies on employee representatives and their positions in companies and tries to bridge the gaps among organizational communication, CSR communication, and management theory by redesigning the role of employee representatives—who have received limited academic attention to date—as communicators. The insights from an international comparative study confirm that employee representatives perceive themselves not only as a “grief box” or “control body” of management, but also as a responsible agent and “medium” for the realization of social and communicative sustainability. This not only opens up new research perspectives, but also highlights the need to conceptually deal and theoretically discuss employee representatives and their roles in internal communication processes from the perspectives of organizational communication, HRM, CSR, and sustainability.
