This research has a purpose to determine the relation and how much influence between Elika Natania influencers on buying interest in women's fashion products on Instagram. The sample in this study was 100 Elika Natania’s followers on her Instagram account. Respondents were using a purposive sampling technique. This research provides results that there is a strong relationship between the two variables and there is a big influence between the two variables reaching 67.8%. So, the conclution is that the influencer variable significantly influences the buying interest variable.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan seberapa besar pengaruh antara influencer Elika Natania terhadap minat beli produk fashion wanita pada media sosial Instagram. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah followersinfluencer Elika Natania pada akun media sosial Instagram sebanyak 100 Responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa ada hubungan yang kuat antara kedua variabel dan terdapat pengaruh yang besar antara kedua variable mencapai 67,8%. Keismpulannya adalah variabel influencer secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap variabel minat beli.

This study investigated the effect of product assortment and price discount on online purchase decision among university student in Indonesia. Ninety samples were employed which is students who had made an online purchase for fashion products. Purposive sampling has been applied as a sampling technique in this study. The results revealed that product assortment affected significantly to student online purchase decision. However, price discount did not affect significantly to online purchase decision. The limitation is only to test two variables of price discount and product diversity. Further studies are encouraged to consider other variables in determining online purchasing decisions such as trust, reputation, attractiveness of posting messages.

Purpose -  The research objective was to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and cyberbullying behavior among students.Method - This research is a case study using a quantitative method based on a post-positivism approach. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 60 students. The data analysis technique used product moment correlation.Result - The results of the research analysis using the "product moment" correlation technique showed a correlation number of -0.720 (p 0.01). The correlation coefficient value shows -0.720 which means that it has a very strong relationship level. Thus, the higher the emotional maturity, the lower the cyberbullying behavior, and the lower the emotional maturity, the higher the cyberbullying behavior.Implications – To define university-Students are included in the early adulthood stage which should have good emotional maturity. High emotional maturity allows individuals to have the ability to understand reality and facts and the quality of responding to situations by separating pressure and attraction for pleasant and unpleasant feelings.Originality - This research is cyberbullying behavior study using a quantitative method based on a post-positivism approach.***Tujuan -  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan perilaku cyberbullying pada mahasiswa.Metode - Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan post-positivisme. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment.Hasil - Hasil analisis dengan teknik korelasi product moment menunjukkan angka korelasi sebesar -0,720 (p0,01). Nilai koefisien korelasi menunjukkan -0,720 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi kematangan emosi maka semakin rendah perilaku cyberbullying, dan semakin rendah kematangan emosi maka semakin tinggi perilaku cyberbullying.Implikasi - Untuk mendefinisikan mahasiswa termasuk dalam tahap dewasa awal yang harus memiliki kematangan emosi yang baik. Kematangan emosi yang tinggi memungkinkan individu memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami realitas dan fakta serta kualitas dalam merespon situasi dengan memisahkan tekanan dan ketertarikan terhadap perasaan menyenangkan dan tidak menyenangkan.Originalitas - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perilaku cyberbullying dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan post-positivisme.

ABSTRAK Infeksi nosokomial merupakan infeksi silang yang terjadi akibat perpindahan mikroorganisme melalui petugas kesehatan dan alat yang dipergunakan saat melakukan tindakan. Plebitis merupakan inflamasi vena yang disebabkan baik oleh iritasi kimia maupun mekanik. Perilaku perawat dalam melakukan pemasangan infus yang tidak sesuai standart operasional dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya infeksi nosokomial plebitis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi motivasi dan perilaku perawat dalam pencegahan infeksi nosokomial plebitis pada saat pemasangan infus. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik korelasional. Variabel dependen adalah motivasi dan variabel independen adalah perilaku perawat dalam pencegahan infeksi nosokomial plebitis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Jumlah responden 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Hasil uji statistik Spearman Rank Test menunjukkan p=0.01(α<0.05) dan r=0.857, sehingga terdapat hubungan yang bersifat kuat antara motivasi dan perilaku perawat dalam pencegahan infeksi nosokomial di Ruang Bedah RS Adi Husada Undaan. Semakin tinggi motivasi akan semakin baik perilaku perawat melakukan pemasangan infus sesuai standart operasional untuk mencegah terjadinya plebitis. Kondisi ini harus dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan mengenai terapi infus sehingga terjadinya infeksi nosokomial dapat dihindari. Kata kunci: motivasi, perilaku, pencegahan infeksi nosokomial ABSTRACTNosocomial infections are infections that occur as a result of cross-transfer of microorganisms through health workers and tools used when performing the action. Plebitis is an inflammation of a vein caused by either chemical or mechanical irritants. The behavior of nurses in infusion incompatible operating standards could result plebitis nosocomial infection. This study aims to identify the motivations and behaviors of nurses in the prevention of nosocomial infection plebitis at the time of infusion. The study used analytic correlational design. The dependent variable was motivation and the independent variable was behavior of nurses in plebitis nosocomial infections prevention. Collecting data used questionnaires and observation. The number of respondents were 30 people. The sampling technique was used purposive sampling. Results of statistical test Spearman rank test showed that p=0.01 (α<0.05) and r=0.857 so there was a strong relationship between motivation and behavior of nurses in the prevention of nosocomial infection in a hospital operating room Adi Husada Undaan. The higher the motivation, the better the behavior of the nurses perform operations according to standard infusion to prevent plebitis. This condition should be maintained and enhanced by education and training on infusion therapy so that the occurrence of nosocomial infections can be avoided. The era of digitalization which is an era where everyone uses digital means as a medium of communication and a means of communication. The use of this media is considered very effective and has a tremendous impact on its users, the phenomenon of online shopping is growing rapidly. The current availability of a marketplace is very helpful in finding a product, such as Tokopedia, which is the largest online shopping marketplace in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interactive digital media on online product purchasing decisions. The population in this study are active users of the Tokopedia marketplace who have made purchases in the South Tangerang City area. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were as many as 64 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that the existence of digital media can influence potential consumers to make purchase transactions, seen through each indicator of the digital media variable, namely the website and social networking Instagram, which shows significant positive results on the decision to purchase fashion products on the Tokopedia marketplace. Abstrak Era digitalisasi yang merupakan era di mana setiap orang menggunakan sarana digital sebagai media penghubung dan alat komunikasi. Penggunaan media ini dinilai sangat efektif dan memberikan dampak yang luar biasa kepada penggunanya, fenomena berbelanja secara daring semakin berkembang pesat. Ketersedian marketplace saat ini sangat membantu dalam pencarian suatu produk, seperti Tokopedia yang merupakan marketplace berbelanja daring terbesar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media digital interaktif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk secara online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna aktif marketplace Tokopedia yang pernah melakukan pembelian yang berada pada wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak sebanyak 64 responden. Tekhnik analisis data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Structural Equation Modeling menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dengan adanya media digital dapat mempengaruhi calon konsumen untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian, dilihat melalui setiap indikator dari variabel media digital yaitu website dan jejaring sosial instagram menunjukan hasil positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di marketplace Tokopedia. Pasar Banggi merupakan salah satu desa pesisir yang berjarak sekitar 11 km dari kota Rembang. Kawasan mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi Rembang merupakan kawasan mangrove yang dijadikan tempat konservasi sekaligus sebagai tempat wisata. Mangrove Rhizophora sp. jangkauan akarnya dapat meredam gelombang laut, oleh karena itu spesies ini tumbuh pada bagian terluar pantai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tipe tekstur sedimen, kerapatan mangrove serta hubungan tekstur sedimen dengan kerapatan mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi, Rembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi sampling dibagi menjadi 3 stasiun pengamatan, tiap stasiun dibagi menjadi 3 titik pengambilan sampel. Hasil yang diperoleh dari tekstur sedimen mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi, Rembang didominasi oleh lumpur dengan nilai antara (90,74-100%), sedangkan liat berkisar antara (0-7,02%), dan pasir memiliki nilai berkisar antara (0-3,85%). Kerapatan mangrove di Desa Pasar Banggi didominasi oleh jenis mangrove Rhizophora sp.. Nilai kerapatan relatif Rhizophora sp. di stasiun 1, 2 dan 3 yaitu berkisar dari (837-25.400 pohon/ha). Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa hubungan tekstur sedimen dengan kerapatan mangrove di stasiun 1 (kerapatan jarang) mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan angka koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,741, stasiun 2 (kerapatan sedang) mempunyai hubungan yang sangat lemah dengan angka koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,388, dan stasiun 3 (kerapatan rapat) mempunyai hubungan sedang dengan angka koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,473.  Pasar Banggi is one of villages, that located on coastal area wich is 11 km from Rembang City. Mangrove area in Pasar Banggi Village is used both as conservation and a tourist destination . Rhizophora sp. Root can reduce the ocean wave, so that it grew on the outline of coastal zone. The purpose of this research are to identify the type of sediment texture, mangrove density and to examine the correlation between sediment texture and mangrove density at Pasar Banggi Village, Rembang. This study had been carried out from August 2017. Research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using purposive sampling technique. Sampling area is divided into 3 stations, each station is divided into 3 sampling points. The results showed that sediment texture in Pasar Banggi Village, Rembang are dominated by silt (90.74-100%), while clay ranged from (0-7.02%), and sand has a value ranging from (0-3.85%). Mangrove density in Pasar Banggi Village is dominated by Rhizophora sp. The relative density value of Rhizophora sp. at stations 1, 2 and 3 ranging from (837-25,400 trees/ha). The results of multiple linear regression test showed that sediment texture with mangrove density at station 1 (rare density) has a very strong relationship with the correlation coefficient (R) of 0,741 station 2 (medium density) has very weak relationship with the coefficient of correlation (R) is 0,388, and station 3 (dense) has medium relationship with the coefficient of correlation (R) of 0,473.

Timbulsloko adalah salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Sayung, Demak. Daerah ini menjadi salah satu kawasan yang mengalami erosi secara terus menerus yang mengakibatkan luas daerahnya menjadi semakin berkurang. Dominasi mangrove yang ditemukan di desa ini adalah Rhizophora sp. dan Avicennia sp.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis sedimen, kerapatan mangrove serta hubungan jenis sedimen dengan kerapatan mangrove di Desa Timbulsloko, Demak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pemilihan lokasi penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi sampling dibagi menjadi 3 stasiun, tiap stasiun dibagi menjadi 6 titik sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dari jenis sedimen ketiga stasiun didominasi tekstur pasir dengan persentase pasir stasiun 1 68,78%, pasir stasiun 2 68,42%, dan pasir stasiun 3 65,91%. Bahan organik sedimen pada stasiun 1 berkisar 1,08-1,48%, stasiun 2 berkisar 0,28-1,6%, dan stasiun 3 berkisar 0,88-2,32%. Salinitas sedimen pada ketiga stasiun berkisar antara 29-30‰. Kerapatan mangrove di lokasi penelitian Desa Timbulsloko didominasi oleh jenis mangrove Avicennia sp.. Nilai kerapatan mangrove stasiun 1 berkisar 2066 - 4550 pohon/ha, stasiun 2 berkisar 2519 - 10000 pohon/ha, dan stasiun 3 berkisar 5986 - 18511 pohon/ha. Hubungan jenis sedimen dengan kerapatan mangrove jika dilihat dari analisa PCA, berdasarkan nilai loading factor kedua faktor yang terbentuk pada ketiga stasiun menunjukkan tingginya korelasi antar variabel. Sedangkan, jika dilihat dari hasil analisa regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa hubungan jenis sedimen dengan kerapatan mangrove di ketiga stasiun mempunyai hubungan yang sangat kuat.  Timbulsloko is one of the villages located in Sayung District, Demak. This area became one of the areas that experienced continuous erotion which resulted the area became decreasing. The dominance of mangroves found in this area is Rhizophora sp. and Avicennia sp. The purpose of this research is to know the type of sediment texture, mangrove density and the relation of sediment texture with mangrove density in Timbulsloko village, Demak. This study was conducted in April 2018. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative method and using purposive sampling technique. Sampling area is divided into 3 stations, each station divided into 6 sampling points. The results showed that sediment types from three stations were dominated by sand texture with the percentage of station 1 sand 68.78%, station sand 2 68.42%, and station sand 3 65.91%. Sediment organic material at station 1 ranged from 1.08 to 1.48%, station 2 ranged from 0.28 to 1.6%, and station 3 ranged from 0.88 to 2.32%. Sediment salinity in three stations ranged from 29-30 ‰. Mangrove density in Timbulsloko Village is dominated by Avicennia sp.. The mangrove density values at station 1 ranged from 2066 to 4550 trees / hectare, station 2 ranged from 2519 to 10000 trees / hectare, and station 3 ranged from 5986 to 18511 trees / hectare. The relationship between the type of sediment and the density of mangroves when viewed from the PCA analysis, based on the value of loading factors from two factors formed on three stations showed the high correlation between variables. Meanwhile, when viewed from the results of multiple linear regression analysis shows that the relationship between the type of sediment and the density of mangroves in three stations has a very strong relationship.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shopping experience on buying interest, and to know the role of satisfaction in mediating the effect of shopping experience and on the interest in buying back. The study was conducted at Zara Beachwalk with a sample of 95 people who are consumers of Zara's fashion products. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Zara fashion products at Beachwalk. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that shopping experience and satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect on interest in repurchasing. The results of this study also indicate that the satisfaction variable mediates the influence of shopping experience on partial repurchase interests. The advice that can be given to the management of Zara's fashion products at Beachwalk is that management must be able to create a good shopping experience for consumers so that the satisfaction felt when shopping will increase and consumer buying interest will be high. The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze the role of brand image in mediating the effect of product superiority on consumer repurchase intention. The data used in this study are primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires to all research respondents who have bought and used fashion products from Uniqlo. The population of this study are consumers who wear Uniqlo fashion products. Based on calculations with purposive sampling technique, the number of samples obtained is 110 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is the path analysis test, single test and VAF test. The results of this study indicate that the product superiority variable has a positive and significant effect on brand image as well as repurchase intention. The brand image variable also has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The variable brand image in this study affects product excellence and repurchase intention is partially positive and significant. Keywords: product superiority, repurchase intention, brand image

This study aims to find out how much religiosity, lifestyle, and price influence on the decision to purchase Muslim fashion products on Marketplace. Research using quantitative method by disseminating questionnaires through google-form to Muslim respondents who have purchased Muslim fashion products on Marketplace (Shopee) and domiciled in Jakarta and Bogor. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling method which is part of non probability sampling technique. The number of samples as many as 100 respondents. The results of this study showed that the religious variables did not have a significant effect, but lifestyle variables and prices had a significant effect. Other findings showed that variable Y could be explained by 67.9% by variable X. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif teknik korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh wasit karate Jawa Barat sebanyak 15 subjek penelitian sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes Advanced Progresif Matrics dan The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate, 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit karate, 3) Terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,808 yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan kontribusi sebesar 65,3% dan sisanya sebesar 34,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Variabel kecerdasan emosi memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan kecerdasan intelektual. Namun mempunyai peran yang sama penting dalam kinerja wasit/juri saat memimpin pertandingan.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence with the performance of the referee/karate jury. This studied used a quantitative approach using descriptive methods of correlational techniques. This research was conducted by a karate referee in West Java, as many as 15 subjects were sampled using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Advanced Progressive Matrics Test and The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. The results of the studied proved that: 1) There was a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and the performance of karate referees/judges, 2) There was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of karate referees, 3) There was a relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the performance of the referee/karate jury with a correlation coefficient of 0.808 which indicates a very strong relationship and a contribution of 65.3% and the remaining 34.7% is influenced by other factors. The emotional intelligence variable has a stronger relationship than intellectual intelligence. However, it has an equally important role in the performance of the referee / judge when leading the match.
