This study aims to analyze and prove whether there is an effect of green product, green orice, green place and green promotion on customer satisfaction. This research method is quantitative with a sample of 100 bloomka customer respondents who are domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the green product variable has an effect on customer satisfaction of 0.369. Green price has an effect on customer satisfaction of 0.286. Green place has an effect on customer satisfaction of 0.208. Green promotion has no effect on customer satisfaction.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh green product, green orice, green place dan green promotion terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kunatitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden pelanggan bloomka yang berdomisili di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan alat analisis Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel green product berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,369. Green price berpengauh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,286. Green place berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,208. Green promotion tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at the Bahagia Hospital in Makassar City. The research method used is a quantitative survey method using an explanatory approach. A sample of 100 people who are inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the quality of service had a significant influence on the satisfaction of inpatients at the Bahagia Hospital. This shows that service quality has an important role so that service delivery can provide results in accordance with what patients expect

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students to solve environmental problems through ecoliteration. The research method used in this study was a 2 x 2 factorial design experiment. The population in this study were all class X students of 176 respondents. The research sample was obtained through simple sampling with 11 respondents from each plot so that the total respondents were 44. Data analysis techniques consisted of two parts, namely descriptive analysis, and inferential analysis. In the form of two-way ANAVA. Based on the Two-Way Anova calculation results obtained F count 2.03 <F table 4.08, then accept H0, which means that there are differences in the ability to solve students' environmental problems that are not significant between participants who have high ecoliteration and low ecoliteration. In this case, it is empirically proven that there are no significant differences related to the ability to solve environmental problems of students who have high ecoliteration and low ecoliteration. Keywords: The ability to solve problems, Ekoliterasi students   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik melalui ekoliterasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen 2 X 2 faktorial disain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X sebanyak 176 responden. Sampel penelitian diperoleh melalui simple randon sampling dengan 11 responden dari setiap plot, sehingga total responden sebanyak 44. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas dua bagian yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. berupa ANAVA dua jalur. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Two-Way Anova diperoleh F hitung 2,03 < F tabel 4,08 maka terima H0 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik yang tidak signifikan antara peserta yang memiliki ekoliterasi tinggi dan ekoliterasi rendah. Dalam hal ini, secara empirik dibuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan terkait kemampuan pemecahan masalah lingkungan peserta didik yang memiliki ekoliterasi tinggi dan ekoliterasi rendah.   Kata kunci : Kemampuan memecahkan masalah, Ekoliterasi siswa

Abstract.  This research is pra-experimental design that aims to determine effectiveness of student‟s learning interest and outcomes toward learning strategies based humor on genetic subject of student grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. Independent Variabe in this research is the application of learning strategies based humor on genetic subject, while the dependent variable is the student‟s learning interest and outcomes of genetic subject. The population in this study were all students of class XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar with totally seven classes, while the sample is student‟s grade XII with totally 66 students. Pretest-posstest was used as data collection technique, by used a questionnaire of student learning interest and genetic  achivement test. Data analysis technique that used is a descriptive analysis using the n-gain and inferential analysis using paired sample t-test. Based on the descriptive analysis showed that n-gain value of student‟s interest and learning outcomes of genetics achieve an increase of >75% in the category of medium-high, which are respectively 77% and 92%, whereas the inferential analysis using SPSS showed a significance value 0.000 > α = 0.05 which indicates H0 isrejected and H1 is accepted, that the known application learning strategies based humor on genetic subject  has a significant influence (real) towards the student‟s learning interests  and outcomes. Therefore, based on these two data analysis concluded that the learning strategies based humor on genetic subject effectively to student‟s learning interest and outcomes of student of grade XII SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The growth of coffee consumption in the community has a negative impact on the increase in the amount of plastic waste from coffee drinks. This condition is the focus of Starbuck's attention to produce green product reusable Color changing cups. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence buying interest in green product reusable color changing cups. The research method used is survey and the data analysis technique used is path analysis. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents who are Instagram followers @starbucksindonesia who use reusable color changing cups at the Sahid Sudirman Center. The results showed that Green Product had a positive effect on repurchase intention through green advertising. This research also shows that the innovation of reusable color changing cups as a green product launched by Starbucks, was received positively and in accordance with the needs of people who have started to care about environmentally friendly products. Starbucks consumers will reuse reusable color changing cups as containers or glasses when purchasing drinks.

<p><strong>This research article writing aims to describe East Ghouta post the deliverance of Bashar al-Assad based on the perspective of phenomenology study of Edmund Husserl. The issues to be studied are: (1) </strong><strong>h</strong><strong>ow did the East Ghouta conflict start, Syria?</strong><strong>; and</strong><strong> (2) </strong><strong>h</strong><strong>ow is Ghouta Timur after the release of Bashar al-Assad ?. The object under study is the national and international online news media. The research method used is qualitative method. Data collection is used with watch and note techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. To test the validity of data, the technique used is triangulation technique. The results of this study are: (1) East Ghouta </strong><strong>c</strong><strong>onflicts, Syria started on March 15, 2011. Cyberstalking is behavior that leads to repeated invasion of one's privacy by electronic mail or computer-based communication with a view to controlling, coercing, intimidating, harassing, or threatening. The purpose of this study is to describe the understanding of forensic science students about the concept of cyberstalking; the object criteria of this study are forensic science students who are still active and have taken cybercrime courses. This research method uses descriptive quantitative. Subjects in this study were obtained through purposive sampling with a total of 36 students. The technique of collecting research data is by distributing closed questionnaires. Research data analysis technique is a descriptive analysis technique, describing data obtained using tables and graphs. The results of this study indicate that forensic science students already have the correct perception of cyberstalking. The majority of students can distinguish statements with indications of cyberstalking and not cyberstalking.

 AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The problem examined in this study is that there are still schools that tend to be not transparent in managing school funds. The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out how the school funds management was described, 2) to find out whether the school was transparent in managing school funds and 3) to find out whether the school was accountable in managing school funds. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Tool for collecting data about transparency and accountability with non-test techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the transparency of fund management at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung showed a transparent category with a percentage of 81.95% of the management accountability of the funds showing an accountable category with a percentage of 85.04%. Keywords. transparency; accountability; school fund management AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya sekolah yang cenderung tidak transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengelolaan dana sekolah, 2) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah dan 3) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah akuntabel dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data tentang transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan teknik non tes dalam bentuk kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengelolaan dana di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung menunjukkan kategori transparan dengan persentase 81,95% akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana menunjukkan kategori akuntabel dengan persentase 85,04%. Kata Kunci: transparansi; akuntabilitas; pengelolaan dana sekolah.

The spread of environmental issue requires business units to prioritize sustainability in the system or products. Gradually the community becomes more aware of life environmental damage and efforts to preserve the environment. Under the conditions, like this environmental-friendly products are shown by several product and service industries. The purpose of this research is to find out whether green product and green promotion have positive impact on purchase intention of Eco bouquet product. The variables that are used are Green Product (X1), Green Promotion (X2) and Purchase Intention (Y). The object of this research is a florist who provides flower bouquets and souvenirs. The populations of this research are potential buyers and all the followers in promotion media, totally 150 people. Sample number collection in this research were accidental sampling technique on potential buyers, that is, a technique that is done accidentally where anyone who is considered suitable to be the source of data will be sampled in this research. The analysis tool that is used is multiple linear regression. The result of the regression analysis states that green product and green promotion have significant influence on purchase intention of Eco bouquet products. Maraknya isu lingkungan menuntut unit-unit usaha mengedepankan keberlanjutan (sustainability) dalam sistem maupun produk mereka. Masyarakat lambat laun semakin sadar akan kerusakan lingkungan hidup dan upaya-upaya untuk melestarikan lingkungan. Dalam kondisi seperti ini, produk ramah lingkungan dimunculkan oleh beberapa industri produk dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah bagian dari konsep green marketing mix yaitu green product dan green promotion memiliki dampak positif terhadap minat beli produk Eco Bouquet. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu Green Product (X1), Green Promotion (X2) dan Minat Beli (Y). Obyek penelitian ini adalah florist yang menyediakan buket bunga dan souvenir yang ramah lingkungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah potential buyer Noir Florist, yaitu seluruh konsumen yang tahu tentang produk florist secara umum, konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan seluruh pengikut media promosi florist Eco Bouquet yang berjumlah 150 orang. Pengambilan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling pada potential buyer Noir Florist, yaitu teknik yang dilakukan secara kebetulan dimana siapa saja yang dianggap cocok menjadi sumber data yang akan menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis regresi menyatakan bahwa green product dan green promotion memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Eco bouquet.
