This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports at the Putri Asisiyah Orphanage in Malang City. Putri Aisyiyah Orphanage is one of the Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) in Malang. The training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports are related to the problems faced by the orphanage manager, namely the activity of recording and reporting on orphanages that have not been carried out in an orderly manner and in accordance with reporting standards. Putri Aisiyah Orphanage has a business unit that has experienced significant development until now, so it is necessary to record and prepare good financial reports for the orphanage. So that administrators can evaluate the performance of operational activities of the orphanage and catering business units. The method of implementing the service program consists of socializing the importance of preparing financial reporting, training and assistance in the preparation of financial reports. The results of this service activity, the management and financial administration section of the Putri Aisiyah Orphanage have the skills (expertise) in making / compiling excel-based computerized financial reports and this service program has achieved the output of computational computational financial reporting work excel at the Putri Aisiyah Orphanage.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan keuangan pada suatu lembaga diperlukan keahlian maupun keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh pengelolanya sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan yang transaparan, akuntabel dan memiliki kredibilitas yang baik, pengelolaan keuangan dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara manual maupun menggunakan perangkat bantuan guna efisiensi pada jumlah laporan dan waktu dalam proses pengerjaanya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau biasa disebut dengan BUMDES desa Cepaka telah memiliki beberapa unit usaha dimana dalam pelaporannya masih menggunakan model pelaporan manual dan sederhana, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sehingga laporan keuangan yang dibuat dapat diminamilisir kesalahannya, hasil yang dicapai pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pihak BUMDES menyetujui bahwa diperlukannya analisa terkait pemberian kredit, dan juga menambah lagi dilakukannya analisa rekam jejak nasabah melalui informasi dari koperasi-koperasi di Desa Cepaka. Sedangkan dalam hal pengawasan. untuk saat ini masih bisa dilakukan pengawasan hanya berdasarkan data laporan rekening koran Tabungan setiap bulannya dan karena cash flow yang masih kecil ,menyebabkan jarang terjadinya transaksi pada Bank. Kata kunci: pelaporan keuangan; pengelolaan keuangan; pendampingan. ABSTRACTFinancial management at an institution requires expertise and skills possessed by the manager so that it can produce a financial report that is transparent, accountable and has good credibility, financial management can be carried out manually or using assistance tools for efficiency in the number of reports and time in the process. , Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly referred to as BUMDES Desa Cepaka already has several business units where the reporting still uses a manual and simple reporting model, this community service activity aims to provide assistance in financial management so that the financial reports that are made can be minimized for errors, the results obtained are The achievement in this community service program is that the BUMDES party agrees that an analysis is needed regarding lending, and also adds to the analysis of customer track records through information from cooperatives in Cepaka Village. While in terms of supervision. This community service program aims to increase the knowledge and capabilities of BUMDes Business Unit Managers in Kampar Regency, especially in Kampar Kiri Tengah District in making financial records and reporting so that they can be used to assess business performance and as a BUMDes responsibility for annual village accountability meetings. The method used in this activity is counseling and training methods by providing knowledge about the recording and financial reporting of BUMDes Business Units according to the type of business unit. The activity was continued by providing a simulation of recording and compiling financial reports in accordance with the BUMDes business unit. To measure the success rate of the activities carried out, pre and post tests will be carried out. In this training activity, the manager of the Kampar Regency BUMDes Business Unit will be involved collaboratively from the beginning to the end of the activity. Output targets are to increase knowledge and financial recording and reporting capabilities and scientific articles that will be published at the national level. The results of this community service can be seen from the answers pre and post test relating to the type of business, accounting cycle, type of financial statements, financial accounting standards and recording with special journals where there is a decrease in the answers of most of the participants answering not knowing and after being given counseling and technical guidance, the answers do not know on average to be 0%. This shows that there is an increase in knowledge of recording and financial reporting for the managers of BUMDes business units.

This community service activity is carried out at the Lintang Jaya Women's Cooperative Management (Kopwan), which is one of the places for economic activity in Bambang Village, Turi District. This community service aims to provide training and assistance in the preparation of cooperative financial reporting. The methods used to realize this community service program are (1) the preparation stage, (2) the implementation stage, (3) the evaluation stage. Broadly speaking, this training activity can be declared successful, seen from the enthusiasm of the cooperative management during the training process and assistance in preparing financial reports. In addition, this service activity can contribute to increasing the knowledge and skills of cooperative managers in preparing cooperative financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Di samping dana desa yang sudah diberlakukan pada 2015, pada tahun ini 2019 marak dana kelurahan. Permasalahannya adalah belum semua kelurahan mengadministrasikan pengelolaan dana kelurahan secara penuh dan mandiri. Kelurahan Rempoa Tangerang Selatan yang menjadi objek pengabdian masyarakat belum memiliki bendahara atau Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan (PPK), sehingga berpotensi mengalami kendala pengelolaan dana kelurahan di masa mendatang. Studi dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan upaya untuk membantu Kelurahan Rempoa dalam pengelolaan dana kelurahan, proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta pemungutan, pemotongan dan pelaporan pajak oleh bendahara pemerintah. Studi dalam program ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskusi, asistensi, dan/atau pendampingan kepada objek terkait tiga proses tersebut. Hasil studi dalam program ini adalah terbekalinya Kelurahan Rempoa akan pengelolaan dana kelurahan, sehingga kelurahan siap mengelola dana tersebut pada saat penyerahan pengelolaan dana kelurahan dari kecamatan tahun depan (2020).    In addition to village funds that were already in implementation in 2015, this year 2019 will be full of urban-village funds. The problem is that not all urban-villages have fully and independently administered the management of urban-village funds. Rempoa Urban-Village, South Tangerang, which is the object of community service, does not yet have a Treasurer or Financial Administration Officer (PPK), so that it potentially experiences obstacles in managing the urban-village fund in the future. This study in the community service program is an effort to assist Rempoa Urban-Village in the process of, managing urban-village funds, preparing financial reports, and collecting, deducting and reporting taxes by the government treasurer. The study in this program is a qualitative method with the approach of discussion, assistance, and/or assistance to objects related to that three processes. The results of the study in this program are the completion of Rempoa Urban-Village in the management of urbanvillage funds, so that the urban-village are ready to manage these funds at the time of handing over the management of urban-village funds from the subdistrict next year (2020).

Guna mempermudah dalam melakukan penghitungan pajak dan pelaporannya secara self assesment maka pelaku UMKM perlu melakukan penyusunan pelaporan fiskal. Dalam penyusunan pelaporan fiskal didasarkan atas pelaporan keuangan komersial yang disesuaikan dengan peraturan perpajakan. Bagi pelaku UMKM dapat menggunakan dasar Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Untitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik (SAK-ETAP) yang telah dibuat oleh Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia. Desa Karang Kuten Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto merupakan desa yang memiliki banyak potensi dan UMKM. Pada desa ini ditemukan bahwa pelaku UMKM masih banyak yang belum memiliki pemahaman mengenai pajak terutama belum memahami perhitungan pajak yang harus dibayar serta belum memahami pembuatan pelaporan pajak. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM, maka tim dosen memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang ditemukan antara lain  memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhanan guna membantu pelaku UMKM.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini pertama sosialisasi, kedua pelatihan dan ketiga pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pelaku UMKM telah mampu untuk menyusun laporan keuangan untuk mengetahui jumlah omzet, pelaku UMKM telah mampu menghitung pajak penghasinal final dan menyusunan laoran fiskal sebagai dasar penghitungan pajak penghasilan kepada pengusaha UMKM di Desa Karang Kuten Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Mojokerto. Dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran untuk menjalankan kewajibannya dalam membayar pajak.In order to make it easier to do tax calculation and self-assessment reporting, MSME actors need to prepare fiscal reporting. In the preparation of fiscal reporting based on commercial financial reporting adjusted to tax regulations. MSMEs can use the basis of the Financial Accounting Standards without Public Accountability (SAK-ETAP) that has been made by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants. Karang Kuten Village Gondang District Mojokerto Regency is a village that has a lot of potential and MSMEs. In this village, it was found that there were still many SMEs who did not have an understanding of taxes, especially not understanding the calculation of taxes to be paid and did not understand making tax reporting. Based on the problems faced by SMEs, the lecturer team provides solutions to the problems found, among others, providing training in preparing financial statements to help MSME entrepreneurs. The method used in this community service activity is firstly socializing, secondly training and thirdly mentoring. The results of community service activities are that MSMEs have been able to compile financial reports to find out the turnover, MSMEs have been able to calculate the final criminal tax and compile a fiscal report as a basis for calculating income tax for MSME entrepreneurs in Karang Kuten Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency. By carrying out this service activity, it can increase awareness to carry out its obligations in paying taxes.

Kefir is a food made from fermented milk of cows or goats which are believed to have many benefits including as a source of probiotics, maintaining bone health, and reducing cholesterol. Puri Farm Living is a kefir-producing business unit located in Tuban District which often faced the problem of declining of kefir liquid quality during the shipping process. Kefir liquid suffered damage caused by bacterial growth activities which can continuously press the container. Thus, the container is not able to accommodate it. In addition, kefir products have a fairly short expiration period if they are exposed in ambient temperature for more than 6 hours. Freeze drying is a method of drying food products at low temperatures to maintain the function of bacteria in kefir. The community service program aims to provide the partner member skills in operating the freeze drying device. The stages of the program includes: 1) problem survey and needs analysis, 2) design of freeze drying equipment, 3) testing and installation, 4) training, 5) monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate that partners are able to use the freeze drying device, both in the process of preparing raw materials, production, and packaging. In addition, the partner has succeeded to produce 150 capsules containing dried kefir that have not been damaged after more than 6 hours. Moreover, there are business units from other regions that highly want to apply this method in kefir processing. Therefore, this method has been considered quite effective to overcome the problem of distributing kefir products.

The community service program aims to provide knowledge to the village government and village community about the potential of Tanah Merah Village and assistance in mapping the potential of the village. With this service activity, it is expected that the knowledge of the village government and the village community about the potential of the village owned will increase so that the results of the village discussion will be decided upon which business units will be formed to develop the Tamer Mandiri BUMDes business unit. The method used in this activity is to conduct pre-test, counseling, simulation, question and answer, post test, and evaluation. The results of the community service activities are as expected, namely an increase in knowledge of village potential mapping and an understanding that each village must have the potential to be developed into the BUMDes Tamer Mandiri business unit.

This Community Service Activity is expected to provide the following outcomes for partners understanding partners in financial management, implementation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM. The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity is carried out using the lecture, tutorial and discussion methods. Based on the results of the implementation of activities that have been carried out, there are several things that can be concluded from this Community Service activity, namely a. The training that was carried out was able to increase the desire to learn more deeply about financial recording activities in particular and increase the ability to do business in general. b. Training participants are able to explain and understand basic accounting concepts, accounting cycles and accounting information systems, c. The training participants still have a lot to learn and practice in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have shown their role in creating employment opportunities and as an important source for the growth of Gross Domestic Product. However, many MSME entrepreneurs do not understand yet the importance of financial planning and financial statements. So, they have not gained trust in accessing the capital facilities offered by the banks. The purpose of this community service activity is to raise the awareness of MSME entrepreneurs about the importance of business financial planning and the preparation of financial statements. The coaching of financial reporting skill is conducted using the "Akuntansi UKM”, an android based application. Participants in this service are MSME entrepreneurs in the Bali region. The results of this service activity are an increase in understanding of the importance of financial planning and making financial reports by using the application of "Akuntansi UKM".

                                                         AbstrakKelompok Usaha Melur yang merupakan Mitra kegiatan pengabdian ini memiliki beberapa permasalahan tata kelola manajerial, yaitu: 1) Belum terorganisasinya pembukuan dengan baik. 2) pemasaran produk masih sangat sederhana dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. 3) Kurangnya alat mesin jahit untuk menambah produksi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial dan pemasaran pada Kelompok Usaha Melur di Desa Sambirejo, Percut Sei Tuan. Tujuan tersebut dicapai melalui pendampingan kepada Kelompok Usaha Melur di bidang pembukuan/pengelolaan keuangan dan strategi marketing berbasis internet. Kelompok Usaha rumah tangga ini bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan keset kaki. Bahan baku produk tersebut menggunakan limbah kain/produksi penjahit lain. Pembuatan keset kaki ini juga memberdayakan ibu-ibu rumah tangga di daerah sekitar yang ingin menambah pengetahuan jahit menjahit dan pada gilirannya menambah penghasilan ibu-ibu anggota kelompok usaha tersebut. Pelatihan pembukuan dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman dan pendampingan terkait pencatatan kas masuk dan keluar, penghitungan harga pokok produksi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Selanjutnya, pendampingan pemasaran berbasis internet dilakukan dengan memberikan wawasan untuk memaksimalkan teknologi yang ada untuk memasarkan produk mereka. Metode yang dipakai dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan menggunakan penyuluhan dan pendampingan hingga kelompok usaha melur memiliki pembukuan yang rapih dan memiliki toko online di media sosial. Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pemasaran Online, UKM Melur.                                                          Abstract “Melur Entrepreneur Community” have several gavernance problem, such as: 1) the absence of bookkeeping systems. 2) traditional marketing strategy, and 3) ineffectiveness of production. This community service activity conducted in Melur Entrepreneur Community aims to overcome the problems as mentioned. That purpose was achieved through training and guiding the member of Melur Entrepreneur Community in bookeeping dan marketing strategy based on Information Technology. Melur Entrepreneur Community are focus in making doormats from the waste of tailor production. They also empowering woman of households who want to gain a knowledge of sewing and in turn would increase their income. Bookkeeping training is done by providing insight and assistance related to the recording of incoming and outgoing cash, cost analysis of production and financial reporting. Furthermore, knowledge of internet based marketing is delivered by providing insight to maximize existing technology to marketing their products. The method which used in this activity is counseling and training to achieve the outcome, that is the availability of bookkeeping and online store on social media.Keywords: training/guiding, financial administration, online marketing, SMEs.
