Based on the necessary with the teacher, it is concluded that teachers need information technology (IT) based on learning media in the teaching and learning process. The main purpose of this study is to know about the research procedure, to know about the quality of the media that developed, and the expert's respond. This study is a Research and Development (R&D). The on  procedure of the procedure uses 9 steps, including 1)Potentials and problems, 2)Data collection, 3)Product design, 4)Design validation, 5)Design revision, 6)Product try-out, 7)Product revision, 8)Application try-out, 9)Product revision until the desired products interactive powerpoint learning media are complete. The result of the study showed that the media were appropriate to be implemented. This showed from media experts of the validation result that average score 3,34 with a very good category. Material expert student's that average score 3,40 with very good category and from linguists expert result that average score 3,22 with the good category. Next, the average validation score of the teacher is 3,62 with a very good category and peers of the validation result that average score 3,44 with a very good category. The last response of the students in applications try-out responses that average score 92,75 with a very good category.

Teaching and learning interaction ins chools is an interactive activity and the various components to realize the achievement of learning objectives have been established in the learning planning, to get there, first it need to be understood about the meaning of the term learning, teaching and interaction. These three terms will lead to the definition of teaching and learning interaction. The utilization of information technology in the making and using of interactive multimedia in learning in school be judged very effective in supporting the learning materials delivery. The use of interactive multimedia in the learning in school is one of solution to relieve stiffness, saturation, and the vacuum of students in learning so many kinds of subject in school. By steps and the process of the use of the right interactive multimedia, using interactive multimedia as the messaging media will stimulate thought, feelings, concerns and wishes of student so as to encourage the learning process more interactive and communicative and can enhance students learning experiences become more concrete.

Currently, technological developments, especially in the field of information technology and computers, are developing very rapidly. In current conditions, the world is shocked by the presence of a deadly virus called the Covid-19 virus. Because of the virus, all human activities are disrupted and even stopped, one of which is teaching and learning activities in schools. With the development of technology like now, we can take advantage of this technology to help students in the learning process at school. Web design is an alternative way to keep the learning process going. With this distance learning process students can still learn and receive the material given.

Pendidikan merupakan hak semua warganegara, tak terkecuali bagi warganegara yang memiliki kelainan fisik, emosional, mental, intelektual dan/atau sosial, yang berhak memperoleh pendidikan khusus. Salah satu implementasinya adalah berupa kebijakan dari dinas pendidikan kabupaten/kota yang menyarankan sekolah reguler siap sedia memberikan program inklusi jika memiliki siswa Inklusi atau berkebutuhan khusus, salah satunya adalah siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam penetapan siswa inklusi adalah saat menyelenggarakan proses belajar mengajar, kepala sekolah bersama dengan guru-guru harus memilih dan menetapkan peserta didik yang patut mendapakan pendidikan inklusi sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Saat ini penilaian dari setiap kriteria belum menggunakan suatu metode keputusan, sehingga penilaian antar peserta masih menggunakan prediksi atau perkiraan yang dapat menimbulkan penilaian bersifat subyektif. Dampak lebih lanjut dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu menimbulkan kurang tepatnya pemilihan siswa inklusi kesulitan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang mencakup segala bidang, perlu dirancang sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam penetapan siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar, agar  dapat membantu mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menyeleksi dan menetapkan siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar, sehingga hasil yang diinginkan tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hal tersebut dapat terbantu dengan sistem pendukung keputusan penetapan siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarcy Process (AHP) yang mampu membantu memecahkan persoalan yang kompleks menjadi lebih sederhana dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Abstract Education is the rightful authority of all citizens, not to the exception of citizens with physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and / or social impairments, who are entitled to special education. One of the implementation is in the form of policy from the district / municipality education office that recommends regular schools are ready to provide inclusion program if they have Inclusive or special needs students, one of them is student of learning inclusion difficulties. The problem often encountered in establishing inclusive students is when conducting the teaching and learning process, the principal along with the teachers should select and assign learners who deserve inclusion education in accordance with predetermined criteria. Where the assessment of each criterion has not yet used a decision method, so assessment among participants still uses predictions or estimates that may lead to subjective judgments. So as to elicit precisely the selection of student inclusion of learning difficulties. With the development of information technology covering all fields, it is necessary to design a system that can assist in determining student inclusion of learning difficulties, in order to help facilitate the school in selecting and establishing student inclusion of learning difficulties, so that the desired results on target and in accordance with the criteria that have been set.

The research “teaching and learning process by integrating information and communication technology for Islamic private schools in the three southernmost provinces of Thailand in the 21st Century" aimed to determine the integration of information technology for the design and development of innovative forms of teaching in line with the current situation of Islamic private schools in the three southern border provinces. The research scope focused on the development process for teachers to develop innovative forms of teaching to enable learners with lifelong learning skills. Teachers also were able to apply ICT in designing and developing innovative models for teaching to meet the 21st century skills. The participation and action research methods were used by allowing teachers to play a researcher’s role in conducting joint research with the team.  Project-based learning instruction method with ICT integrated was used. The results of this research is the innovative model of teaching that integrated information technology to provide students with the 21st century skills which is the 4P-2E model.  The impacts of this research to learners are: (1) Learners are creative, they enjoy the project-based learning and the integration of ICT in learning. Feedback Information System Teaching and Learning Against Web-Based Teaching Staff In the Department of Information Technology Padang State Polytechnic is an information system that receives feedback from the learning process of students to teaching staff in the form of questionnaires, to then process and provide the necessary information. This system can be accessed by many users at the same time. Users of this system consists of students, operators, administrator, and faculty leaders. The system is built using PHP programming language and MySQL database server. This system could make it easier, save time and reduce errors in entering, process and provide information on the results of data processing questionnaires. While limitations are only limited to faculty assessment only and limited to the processing of assessment ratio.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of teachers to utilize information technology for online learning. The current COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on education in Indonesia. Under these conditions, there will be a shift in the learning process from what is done in school to learning from home. One of the innovations made by the world of education during this pandemic is online learning. With this program and in the current pandemic conditions, of course SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi inevitably has to do online learning. However, online learning in secondary schools, not all students and teachers use the e-learning system synchronously in the teaching and learning process. The methods used in this service activity are in the form of training, discussions, and simulations conducted through webinars using the Zoom Meeting application. During the training, in addition to provide materials, pre-test and post-test were also given to participants. The training material was a google meet application for online learning. The result of this service activity was an increase in the ability of teachers to utilize information technology in online learning, namely synchronous e-learning using the Google Meet application. Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini berdampak besar pada pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan kondisi tersebut maka akan terjadi pergeseran proses pembelajaran dari apa yang dilakukan di sekolah menjadi belajar dari rumah. Salah satu inovasi yang dilakukan oleh dunia pendidikan selama pandemi ini adalah pembelajaran online. Dengan adanya program ini dan dalam kondisi pandemi saat ini tentunya SMA Negeri 5 Cimahi mau tidak mau harus melakukan pembelajaran secara online. Namun, pembelajaran online di sekolah menengah, tidak semua siswa dan guru menggunakan sistem e-learning secara sinkron dalam proses belajar mengajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan, diskusi, dan simulasi yang dilakukan melalui webinar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Selama pelatihan, selain pemberian materi, juga diberikan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta. Materi pelatihannya berupa aplikasi google meet untuk pembelajaran online. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran online yaitu e-learning sinkron dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet. Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015-2025 (Higher Education) emphasizes on the usage of information technology and transformation in teaching and learning process. The 9th shift from the blueprint; globalised online learning is to transform the education system and uses information technologies to enhance the learning quality in Malaysia. This suits the Education 4.0 where 21st century skills are important to be applied in education. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) is one platform that has been introduced as a new approach in teaching and learning process. This quantitative study aims to look at students’ readiness in using MOOC in their teaching and learning process. To serve this purpose, a questionnaire was administered to 213 students at one polytechnic in the Southern Zone. Data were measured using Likert Scale of 1-5 and analysed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Descriptive statistics using mean were reported to describe the students’ readiness. The findings show that the level of readiness for students to use MOOC is in the highest level with the overall mean of 4.0238.  Results express that students are ready to use MOOC in their teaching and learning.

Abstrak: Dalam masa pandemic COVID-19 saat ini merujuk pada kebijakan Mendikbud untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran masih tetap menggunakan school from home (SCH) mulai dari tingkat pendidikan dasar sampai pada perguruan tinggi mengakbiatkan perubahan dalam system penyelenggaraan pembelajaran.  Pola pendidikan dan pengajaran pada tingkat pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) mengalami perubahan dalam aspek strategi dan media pembelajaran dari para guru kepada siswa, sehingga pola belajar harus dibuat sedemikian rupa agar tetap memberikan rasa nyaman, menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah TK di Kotamadya Depok.  Kendala yang ditemukan dalam proses pembelajaran ini adalah media teknologi informasi serta bentuk komunikasi yang tetap mudah dan menarik untuk disampaikan kepada siswa yang tetap belajar di rumah.  Masalah dalam pengabdian ini adalah bagaimana pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh siswa di rumah, serta perlu peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi para guru TK dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ada dua mitra yang terlibat, yaitu: TK Islam Al Yazid dan TK Aisyiah Bustanul Atfhal 14, Sawangan, Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peserta, dengan metode diskusi, tanya jawab dan latihan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peserta telah mampu menggunakan media pembelajaran online seperti zoom meeting, whats app, menyampaikan materi dengan menarik, memparaktekkan komunikasi secara interaktif sehingga proses belajar mengajar secara online oleh guru tetap memberikan rasa nyaman, kreatif dan menyenangkan siswa.Abstract: In the current COVID-19 pandemic, referring to the Ministry of Education and Culture's policy for implementing learning activities and learning delivery system still using school from home (SCH) that applies from the basic education level to tertiary institutions. Education and teaching patterns at the early childhood education (PAUD) and Kindergarten (TK) levels have changed in the aspects of strategies and learning media from teachers to students and impact of this situation is patterns must be made in such a way of teaching and learning provide a sense of comfort, fun and creative to fulfill the learning objectives in kindergarten schools in Depok Municipality. The constraints found in this learning process are information technology media and forms of communication that remain easy and interesting to convey to students who are still studying at home. The problem in this service is how to use information technology media as a learning strategy that can be accessed easily by students at home, and also need to improve the communication skills of kindergarten teachers in learning. In this community service there are two partners involved, such as: TK Islam Al Yazid and TK Aisyiah Bustanul Atfhal 14, both of two schools located in Sawangan, Depok. The method used in this community service is training and mentoring to participants, with methods of discussion, question and answer and exercises. The result of this community service is that participants have been able to use online learning media such as zoom meetings, whats app, to delivery all the material attractively, practice interactive communication, so that the online teaching and learning process by the teacher still provides a sense of comfort, creativity and fun for students.
