Based on the necessary with the teacher, it is concluded that teachers need information technology (IT) based on learning media in the teaching and learning process. The main purpose of this study is to know about the research procedure, to know about the quality of the media that developed, and the expert's respond. This study is a Research and Development (R&D). The on  procedure of the procedure uses 9 steps, including 1)Potentials and problems, 2)Data collection, 3)Product design, 4)Design validation, 5)Design revision, 6)Product try-out, 7)Product revision, 8)Application try-out, 9)Product revision until the desired products interactive powerpoint learning media are complete. The result of the study showed that the media were appropriate to be implemented. This showed from media experts of the validation result that average score 3,34 with a very good category. Material expert student's that average score 3,40 with very good category and from linguists expert result that average score 3,22 with the good category. Next, the average validation score of the teacher is 3,62 with a very good category and peers of the validation result that average score 3,44 with a very good category. The last response of the students in applications try-out responses that average score 92,75 with a very good category.

This research is based on the problem where practical activities in the Basic Physics Practicum course can no longer be carried out optimally due to changes in the learning model from face-to-face (offline) to online (online) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to develop a virtual physics laboratory as a medium in carrying out practical activities and to analyze the feasibility of the product through the validation results of experts and the results of product trials on prospective users. This type of research is Research & Development with ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were 12 lecturers and 47 students of the STKIP Citra Bakti science education study program. Data collection techniques using validation sheets and questionnaires. The data collection instruments are in the form of validation assessment sheets and response questionnaires of prospective users. The data from this study were analyzed qualitatively descriptive to decide the feasibility of the product being developed. The results of the research showed that the average validation score of the material expert was 4.63, the media expert was 4.41, the learning design expert was 4.30, and the linguist was 4.51. The validation results of the four validators are in the very good category. Meanwhile, the results of product trials to lecturers and students as potential users are in the very good category with an average score of 4.53 and 4.57, respectively. Based on these data, this virtual physics laboratory product with real world problems based on Ngada local wisdom is recommended to be applied to the Basic Physics Practicum course and to help students in their independent practicum activities.

ABSTRACT  Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently.  Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process.  A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process.  This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students.  This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor.  Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation.  Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method.  Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the  planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School.  (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a).  At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms.  (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved  by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools.  Keywords: Student Management, Academic Quality of Students

<span class="fontstyle0">This study aims to improve quality of learning process through using write short and<br />improve students' ability through to write short stories using poetry media and SAVI<br />approach. Subjects in this study is students of class VI SDN Tanjung 3. Research object<br />of learning to write short stories in Indonesian Language. Data collection techniques<br />used in this study consist of (a) observation, (b)interview, (c)study of document,<br />(d)questionnaire, (e)tasks. Testing the validity of data is done by triangulation.<br />Approaches of analysing data which used in this research are descriptive qualitative and<br />descriptive comparative. The conclusions of this research can be known that the media of<br />poetry and SAVI approach can improve quality in learning process and ability to write<br />short stories in Class VI SDN Tanjung 3. From the results of the pre-action learning<br />process is still less than optimal and the average ability to write short stories 65.8. The<br />first cycle, which is when the learning process students are more enthusiastic and<br />average ability to write is 75.5. In second cycle, the quality of learning process has more<br />increased. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu 1) Menganalisis kebutuhan guru terhadap media Busy Book tema angka untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata pada anak usia dini, 2) Mengetahui prosedur pengembangan media Busy Book tema angka untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata pada anak usia dini, dan 3) Mengetahui hasil validasi ahli terhadap media Busy Book tema angka untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata pada anak usia dini yang dikembangkan oleh penulis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan lima tahapan, yaitu: 1) potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, dan 5) revisi desain.Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, menunjukkan bahwa pendidik menghendaki adanya pengembangan media baru yang kreatif, inovatif dan efektif yang dilengkapi dengan permainan kecil di setiap halamannya. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi mendapat nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 8,5 dengan skor 3 yang berarti media layak untuk digunakan, sedangkan hasil validasi oleh ahli media menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbentuk Busy Book mendapat nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 93.9 dengan skor 4 yang berarti media sangat layak untuk digunakan. Media kemudian diperbaiki sesuai saran perbaikan yang diberikan para ahli pada aspek-aspek tertentu.The purpose of this study, namely 1) Analyzing the needs of teachers for the Busy Book media of numerical themes to improve vocabulary mastery in early childhood, 2) Knowing the procedures for developing Busy Book media for numerical themes to improve vocabulary mastery in early childhood, and 3) Knowing the results expert validation of the Busy Book media theme of numbers to improve vocabulary mastery in early childhood developed by the author. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with five stages, namely: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, and 5) design revision. Based on the results of the needs analysis, it shows that educators want the development of new, creative, innovative and effective media that are equipped with small games on each page. The results of the validation by the material experts got an overall average score of 8.5 with a score of 3 which means the media was suitable for use, while the results of the validation by the media experts showed that the learning media in the form of Busy Book got an overall average score of 93.9 with a score of 4 which means the media very feasible to use. The media is then repaired according to the suggestions given by experts on certain aspects.

Supervision is the development of education in the form of guidance or guidance toward improving the situation of education in general and improving the quality of teaching and learning and learning in particular. Supervision also assist in the development of teaching and learning situation in order to obtain better conditions.The purpose of this study was to analyze Competence Implementation Supervision Principal in Education in Elementary School District of Luwuk Uwedikan East. While the usefulness of research that provide scientific information to the perpetrators of both the level of school education and the government about the competence of principals of this research will be conducted in February until May 2015 with the location of the District research SDN Uwedikan East Luwuk, Methods This study used a descriptive explanatory. Technique data collecting conducted quantitative and qualitative, with data collection for the pilot and two data collection instruments in order to research the truth. To obtain data regarding the competency of school principals in the implementation of the supervision of education that will be collected, processed and analyzed, the researchers used several methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and Documentation, instrument used in these documentation techniques are guidelines on matters needed to strengthen the information obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires carried out. From the research while through the distribution of a questionnaire to show the competence of principals in the implementation of educational supervision in SDN Uwedikan District of East Luwuk based on the assessment scale is high with the acquisition of the average score was 71.3.

<p><em>This research aims to find out the increased motivation of students in grade III SDN Wanoja 1 through ctl model in theme 3, knowing the increase in learning activities of grade III students at SDN Wanoja 1 through ctl model. This research was conducted in grade 3 of Wanoja State Elementary School 01. Data collection in this study uses test-shaped data collection techniques and with non-tests.. From all the data obtained in learning improvement activities through this class action research with the application of contextual teaching and learning approach, can be concluded as follows, the implementation of contextual approach can increase the motivation of Learning in grade 3 sdn Wanoja. This is characterized by the increasing quality of students' spirit and response in solving problems given by teachers, the increasing ability of communication and student work as well as the learning results obtained by students. These improvements include: (a) increasing student cooperation and helping students to solve problems in the learning process (b) increasing inter-student co-operation (c) increasing student involvement in the learning process, contextual learning, has given a new nuance in learning in theme 3 so that learning is more effective.</em></p>

Abstrak: Pengembangan wayang ini dimaksudkan untuk pemenuhan ketersidaan media yang memberikan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan proses belajar mengajar. Model metode penelitian ini merupakan model R&D (Research and Development), namun hanya menggunakan lima tahapan ialah potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain serta revisi desain. Hal tersebut disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan penelitian dan kondisi pandemi saat ini. Hasil valid serta layak diperoleh dari validasi media serta materi dari pakar validator kemudian dapat diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil validitas atas pakar materi 1 diperoleh nilai 20 atau 80% dan ahli materi 2 memperoleh skor 22 atau 88%, sedangkan hasil validitas dari pakar media 1 mendapatkan nilai 43 atau 91% dan validasi pakar media 2 memperoleh 41 atau 95,5%. Pengembangan wayang tersebut diharapkan mampu memenuhi perangkat pembelajaran salah satu nya media sebagai penunjang keterlaksanaan proses belajar mengajar.DEVELOPING WAYANG BASED NATIONAL HEROES FOR THE 4th GRADE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL’S TEACHING MEDIAAbstract: The development of puppets is intended to fulfill the availability of media which provides convenience in managing the teaching and learning process. The research method model used is the R&D (Research and Development) model, but it only uses five stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation and design revision. This is adjusted to the needs of research and the current pandemic conditions. The results of media validation by media and material expert validators obtained valid results and were feasible to be applied in the teaching and learning process. The results of the validity of the material expert 1 obtained a score of 20 or 80% and the material expert 2 obtained a score of 22 or 88%, while the results of the validity of the media expert 1 got a value of 43 or 91% and the validation of the media expert 2 got 41 or 95.5%. The development of puppets is expected to be able to fulfill learning tools, one of which is the media to support the implementation of the teaching and learning process.

This research aims to improve the skills of discussion grade VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Strait by using strategies of ELVES (Excite, Listen, Visualize, Extend, and Savor). Through a strategy of ELVES (Excite, Listen, Visualize, Extend, and Savor), an increase can be seen in the process as well as in products.This type of research this is a class action research (PTK). The research was carried out in junior high Country with the subject Straits 1 is grade VIII F, consisting of 35 students. Collaboration between researchers with English subjects in this study for three sikus. Techniques used include data collection, observation, interview, a skills test, and discuss the Notes field. Research instrument used is a sheet of observation, interview guidelines, notes field, and discussion skills assessment sheets students.The results showed that, the use of strategies of ELVES (Excite, Listen, Visualize, Extend, and Savor) can improve learning skills in discussing grade VIII F SMP Negeri 1 Strait. The increase shown from the quality of the learning process that reflected the spirit of learning, students ' attention towards learning, active students, the learning process, and the opportunity to speak. The increase in products can be seen from the average score of pratindakan discussion skills until the cycle III. On pratindakan, score an average of 8.09 earned class, then increased to 14.03 on cycle I and cycle II 18.77. The last increase occurred in cycle III i.e. be 21.52. An increase in the average score of the cycle I to III of 7.49 cycle, while the average score of the class from pratindakan to cycle III of 13.43.

The development of information technology has brought changes in almost all aspects of human life. In the world of education improving the quality of teachers is something that must be done by the education unit, especially improving the skills of teachers in making information technology-based learning media. The aim is to improve the quality of learning processes and outcomes in schools. From the results of an interview with one of the teachers at SMPN 4 Karangmoncol Purbalingga, they have not maximized information technology to be used as a learning medium. They still use manual learning in class (calcical) so that one of the problems when the teacher has a meeting or need, the class becomes empty there is no teaching and learning process. Based on this, we are from community service trying to provide assistance in activities to improve the skills of teachers of SMPN 4 Karangmoncol in making information technology-based learning media. This training program can meet the needs of the community (teachers) in the scope of Karangmoncol Middle School 4 in order to improve the quality of teachers in Karangmoncol Middle School 4, especially in making information technology-based learning media. This training program is also carried out in order to succeed the government program for teachers so that they are literate in technology and apply it in the learning process which results in the effectiveness of achieving learning objectives. Keywords: improvement, skills, junior high school teachers and students, learning media, information technology.
