This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and self-regulation with procrastination in student. This research uses correlational quantitative desigan. The sample used amounted  77 of the population 729 student with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique with multiple regression  . The results showed that a positive relationship between the self- concept and self-regulation was positively linked to the procratation of students.  This is indicated by the coefficient of Freg = 58,654 where p 0.05. This indicates that self-concept and self-regulation are significantly linked to academic procrastination, the higher the value of self-concept and self-regulation, the lower the academic procrastination. Conversely, the lower the value of self-concept and self-regulation, the higher the academic procrastination.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kebermaknaan hidup pada remaja putri di Panti Asuhan Sunu Ngesti Tomo Jepara. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan kebermaknaan hidup pada remaja di Panti Asuhan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua remaja  penghuni panti asuhan di bawah UPT Dinas Sosial Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja penghuni Panti Asuhan Ngesti Tomo Jepara, berusia antara 15 sampai 21 tahun. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan  purpossive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 51 orang. Kedua variabel dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan skala kebermaknaan hidup dan konsep diri. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi rxy = 0,595 dengan p= 0,000 (p < 0,01). Hal ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kebermaknaan hidup pada remaja di Panti Asuhan Sunu Ngesti Utomo Jepara. Artinya semakin tinggi konsep diri yang dimiliki remaja maka, semakin tinggi pula kebermaknaan hidupnya. Sebaliknya semakin rendah konsep diri yang dimilikinya, maka semakin rendah pula kebermaknaan hidupnya. Hasil dari uji korelasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Kata kunci : konsep diri, kebermaknaan hidup, remaja, Panti Asuhan.  SELF CONCEPT AND LIFE MEANINGFULNESS AMONG ADOLESCENTS IN ORPHANAGE Abstract This study aimed to empirically determine the relationship between self-concept and meaningfulness of life among adolescent girls in the orphanage Sunu Ngesti Tomo Jepara. The hypothesis proposed that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and meaningfulness of life in adolescents at the Orphanage. The populations in this study were all young residents of the orphanage under the Social Service Unit of Central Java Province. The samples in this study were juvenile orphanage residents Ngesti Tomo Jepara, aged between 15 to 21 years. The sampling method using purposive technique whereas the amount of samples amount was 51. Both variables in this study were measured using a scale of meaningfulness of life and self-concept. Data analysis technique used is product moment correlation technique.The results of analysis of data obtained correlation values rxy = 0.595 with p = 0.000 (p <0.01). This suggests there was a very significant positive relationship between self-concept and meaningfulness of life in adolescents at the Orphanage Sunu Ngesti Utomo Jepara. This means that the higher the self-concept that the adolescent has, the higher the meaningfulness of life. Conversely the lower the self-concept has, then the lower the meaningfulness of life. Abstract: Academic procrastination is a behavioral tendency to procrastinate tasks that occur in students. Factors that influence it include the lack of strategies in self-regulation or self-regulation (self-regulated learning). As one of the countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesia is implementing learning from home. In this condition, students are expected to have skills in managing themselves in learning during the learning process from home. This quantitative study examines the relationship between self-regulated learning and students' academic procrastination during the pandemic. The population of this research is the students of SMP Negeri 6 Malang, and the research sample uses random cluster sampling so that the number of students obtained is 168 consisting of class VII, class VIII, and class IX. The data collection uses a self-regulated learning scale and an academic procrastination scale on google forms distributed through online class Whatsapp groups. The data analysis technique used is a bivariate correlation to determine the relationship between the two variables. The data analysis results showed no significant relationship between self-regulated learning and students' academic procrastination. Abstrak: Prokrastinasi akademik merupakan kecenderungan perilaku menunda-nunda tugas yang terjadi pada siswa. Faktor yang mempengaruhi prokrastinasi akademik, antara lain kurangnya strategi pengaturan diri atau regulasi diri. Regulasi diri dibutuhkan siswa, terutama dalam kondisi kurang menguntungkan pada saat ini yaitu pandemi covid-19. Situasi saat ini menuntut siswa memiliki keterampilan mengatur diri yang baik agar terhindar dari kebiasaan menunda-nunda tugas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi diri dan prokrastinasi akademik selama pandemi covid-19. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 6 Malang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling dan diperoleh 167 siswa kelas VII, kelas VIII dan kelas IX. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala regulasi diri dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Teknik analisis data penelitian yaitu korelasi bivariat. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan prokrastinasi akademik siswa selama pandemi covid-19.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship (1) Self Efficacy, (2) Academic Flow, (3) PAI Learning Achievement at SMK YPM (Maarif Education Foundation) 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. The formulation of the issues discussed are: 1) Is there a positive relationship between self efficacy and learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) ?; 2) Is there a positive relationship between academic flow and PAI learning achievement ?; 3) Is there a positive relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with PAI learning achievement? The purpose of this research is to 1) to find out whether there is self efficacy with PAI learning achievement; 2) Knowing whether there is academic flow with PAI learning achievements d; 3) Knowing whether there is a relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with PAI learning achievement. The approach of this research is correlational quantitative research, which is a study that focuses on calculations to find the maximum relationship between the variables studied. The sampling technique uses cluster random respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS 16.00 program. The results of the study show: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and PAI grade X learning achievement, 2) There is a significant positive relationship between academic flow and PAI grade X learning achievement .; 3) There is a significant positive relationship between self efficacy and academic flow with the learning achievement of PAI grade X at SMK YPM 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. (Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan (1) Self Efficacy, (2) Flow Akademik, (3) Prestasi Belajar PAI di SMK YPM (Yayasan Pendidikan Maarif) 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo. Rumusan masalah yang dibahas adalah: 1) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI)?; 2) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI ?; 3) Apakah terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI ?. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk 1) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar PAI; 2) Mengetahui ada tidaknya flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI d; 3)Mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI . Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional, yaitu suatu penelitian yang menitikberatkan pada perhitungan untuk mencari sebesar-besar hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan cluster random reponden. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.00.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X, 2) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X. ; 3) Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan flow akademik dengan prestasi belajar PAI kelas X di SMK YPM 5 Sukodono Sidoarjo)

This research was carried out to PMI KSR students in Padang State. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between Self Regulation and Academic Procrastination at Students of the Voluntary Corps of the Indonesian Red Cross (KSR PMI) at Padang State University. The population in this study was the 2014 PMI KSR students who were still active in the organization. The research subjects used Purposif sampling technique. Sampling technique with certain considerations. Measuring instrument used is the self-regulation skla researchers collated based on the theory proposed in 2014 and Procrastination Purnawasari the researchers collated based on the theory proposed by Gufron 2010. Data analysis methods were used to test the hypothesis in this research is by using correlation product moment(person)which shows that r = -0,378 with a value of p = 0.016, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between self-regulation and the 2014 KSR PMI student procrastination at Padang State University. Means the research hypothesis is accepted. The effective contribution of the self-regulation variable with the 2014 PMR KSR student academic procrastination in Padang is 14%.

The background of this research is the alignment of students’ Arabic conversation scores with the score of memorizing the al-Qur’an, so that researchers are interest in knowing how closely the relationship between memorizing Al-Qur'an and score of Arabic conversation at STIT Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. This research is a quantitative type, this research design uses a correlation design. This research was conducted at STIT Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. The research sample consisted of 20 students consisting of class A in first semester, which were determined using purposive sampling technique. The instruments consist of interviews and documentation.The data analysis technique uses simple correlation analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient with a significant level of 5% and 1%. With r count> r table or 0.717> 0.468 / 0.590, thus Ha is accepted. This means that there is a positive relationship / correlation between memorizing the Qur'an and score of Arabic Conversation of 0.717. There is a positive relationship between memorizing Al-Qur'an and score of Arabic Conversation students class A in second semester STIT Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung. The level of relationship or correlation between memorizing Al-Qur'an and score of Arabic Conversation in class A in second STIT Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung is in the strong category.

Based on the observation of the writer it can be indicated that low level of ability of football player base of SSB SKB MuaraBungo. There are some factors caused this, such as exercise methods, physical conditions, nutritional status and infrastructure facilities. This study  aims to explain the influence of the self-inspection style and the convergent style of the dribbling ability of football. The population in this study is SSB players SKB MuaraBungo (U.13-U.15) which amounted to 75 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples.Moreover, the data of dribbling soccer capability is taken by the coach and the research team. The test instrument is dribbling test. Data analysis technique using t test. The result of data analysis shows that: 1) there is impact of self-check force toward dribbling ability of player SSB SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,132>ttable 2,145; 2) the impact of convergent style on dribbling ability of SSB players SKB MuaraBungo with t test 7,613>ttable 2,145,3 ) self-check style is more effective than convergent style to increase dribbling ability of SSB SKB player with tcount of 7,132>ttable 2,145 for self check style and ttest result 7,613>ttable 2,145 for convergent style, which means there is difference between the two styles.

<p>This research was conducted with the purpose of knowing the self concept and anxiety influence students towards an understanding of mathematical concepts. The methods used in this research is a survey method. Affordable population are students of Class XI Science social sciences academic year 2014/2015 in Depok. Large sample as much as 90 students, with a sampling technique used was a combination of proportional and random, taken from three private schools. Research instrument used, namely the now self concept as much as 37 statement, now as many as 36 students anxiety statements, test understanding math concepts shaped 24 multiple choice question, which has been in test validitasnya. Data analysis using path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that: 1) there is a significant direct influence on the concept itself against the understanding of mathematical concepts. 2) there is a significant direct influence on anxiety of students towards an understanding of mathematical concepts. 3) there is a significant direct influence on the concept of yourself against anxiety students. 4) there is an indirect influence on the concept of understanding the mathematical concepts themselves against through the anxiety of students.</p><p><br /> <strong>Keywords</strong>: self concept, to the dismay of the students, understanding of math concepts.</p>

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of money ethic, intrinsic and extrinsic religionsity against tax evasion. In addition to test and analyze the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic religionsity as moderating the relationship between money ethics against tax evasion. The theory rooted in selfishness that tax evasion action is not considered a violation because the act of self is not an ethics violation. While different views in the Theory of Ethics Teonom that, tax evasion is an act of abuse of religion because religion is recommended to give us what we have to help others poeple. Metode study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 113 individual taxpayers at the Tax Office in Semarang. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. While data analysis technique used in this research is regression test moderation absolute difference using SPSS. The results showed that money ethics and intrinsic religionsity influence on tax evasion, while the extrinsic religionsity no effect on tax evasion. While variable intrinsic religionsity in this study proved to be moderate the relationship money ethics against tax evasion. But diferrent result showed extrinsic religionsty not moderate the relationship money ethics against tax evasion

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of the compensation variable on job satisfaction (2) the influence of the variable work discipline on job satisfaction (3) about the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren . This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. PP Perkebunan Jember Widodaren amounting to 69 people. The sampling technique in this research is census. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for linearity, multicolonierity and heteroscedasticity tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this research are at the significant level 5% indicates that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the beta coefficient (β) 0.227 (p <0.05; p = 0.042) and the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.003 (2) Work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on employee job satisfaction as evidenced by the level of significance of 0.394

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p>                Sampel penelitian 96anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive</em> sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda.</p><p>                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen (kepemimpinan dan integritas) mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng secara langsung. Kepuasan kerja Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng sementara kepuasan kerjaterbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpian dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota Polri.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and integrity to police officer performance at Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng with work satisfaction as intervening variable. </em></p><p><em>The research sample was 96 members of the police officerDitreskrimum Polda Jateng obtained by purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis. </em></p><p><em>                The results showed that all variable independent (leadership and integrity) affent to police officer performance directly. work satisfaction affent to police officer performance and work satisfaction as intervening variable between leadership and integrity to police officer performance.</em></p>
