The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to know the leadership, incentives and training on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch. The population in this study is the population in this study is the employees who are in the office of Bank Syariah Mandiri Pematangsiantar Branch as much as 40 people.. The sample is used as many as 40 employees in Bank Syariah Mandiri Office, Pematangsiantar, amounting to 40 people. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and poll list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, the partial leadership testing has significant effect on employee performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Training partial testing has significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneous testing of leadership influences, incentives and training significantly affects employee performance.

<p dir="ltr"><em>This study aims to measure the effect of Islamic Human Capital and career development on the performance of Islamic Bank employees in Pasaman district. This research was a causality research with a quantitative approach based on statistical data and empirical data at the research location. The population in this study were employees of Islamic Banks in Pasaman district. Sampling was carried out by total sampling, consisting of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Syariah BTPN and Bank Nagari Syariah, as many as 32 people. Data were collected using  questionnaires, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis, it appears that Islamic Human Capital has a positive effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000). While the career development variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.589). Simultaneously, the Islamic Human Capital variable and career development have an effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000). The findings of this study reveal the importance of improving Islamic Human Capital and career development efforts in improving the performance of Islamic Bank employees, especially in Pasaman district</em></p><div><span><br /></span><p dir="ltr"><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh </span><span>Islamic Human Capital </span><span>dan pengembangan karir</span><span>terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Syariah di Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan data statistik dan data empiris di lokasi penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari Bank Syariah yang terdapat di Kabupaten Pasaman. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan </span><span>total sampling</span><span>, yang terdiri dari Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Syariah BTPN dan Bank Nagari Syariah, sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode kuesioner, observasi dan  dokumentasi,  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terlihat bahwa  </span><span>Islamic Human Capital</span><span> berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value = 0,000). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value = 0,589).       The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital and working hours either partially or simultaneously on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This research was conducted in Gulingan Market with a total sample of 80 respondents. The method used in this research is census technique. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used to solve the problems in this study were: 1) Classical Assumption Test which includes: Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Autocorrelation Test. 2) Hypothesis Testing using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques.      The results showed that capital and working hours simultaneously had a significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Capital and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of traders in Gulingan Market, Mengwi District, Badung Regency.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

Good and poor person's performance can be influenced by many factors, among others is the granting of reward and punishment. Reward and punishment are two forms of methods to motivate, encourage and encourage employees to do good and improve their performance. This research aims to determine the influence between Reward and Punishment PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Samarinda branch both partially and simultaneously to the employee's performance. The population of this research is all employees of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) branch of Samarinda. Data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis tools used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. From this research concluded that effect of apartial reward of the employee’s performance amounted to 48.5%, of the results Tcount>Ttable (3,919>1,993), and a partial punishment influence on the employee’s performance of 60.9%, of the result Tcount>Ttable (3,748>1,993), and simultaneously there was an influence between reward and punishment to performance by 50.2%, from the result of Fcount>Ftable (38,529>3,123). The results showed that the partial and simultaneous reward and punishment have significant effect on the employee's performance.  PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) should provide appropriate reward and punishment to improve employee performance.

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of academic procrastination on academic dishonesty in teaching and education faculties students in Indonesia. Respondents in this study were 260 students (N=260). The data collection method used the procrastination assessment scales-student (α = 0.88) and dishonesty academic scale (α = 0.93). Data analysis in this quantitative study uses Simple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis show that academic dishonesty affects student procrastination. F value = 53.078 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the output of Rsquare = 0.175, this value means that the effect of academic procrastination (x) on academic dishonesty (y) is 17.5%. In comparison, 82.5% of academic dishonesty is influenced by other variables that do not positively impact increasing academic procrastination carried out by a student. It will affect the increase in academic dishonesty in the student. So it can be said that there is a positive and significant influence between academic procrastination and academic dishonesty on students of the faculty of teaching and educational sciences at University X Purwokerto.
