<p dir="ltr"><em>This study aims to measure the effect of Islamic Human Capital and career development on the performance of Islamic Bank employees in Pasaman district. This research was a causality research with a quantitative approach based on statistical data and empirical data at the research location. The population in this study were employees of Islamic Banks in Pasaman district. Sampling was carried out by total sampling, consisting of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Syariah BTPN and Bank Nagari Syariah, as many as 32 people. Data were collected using  questionnaires, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis, it appears that Islamic Human Capital has a positive effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000). While the career development variable does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.589). Simultaneously, the Islamic Human Capital variable and career development have an effect on employee performance (p-value = 0.000). The findings of this study reveal the importance of improving Islamic Human Capital and career development efforts in improving the performance of Islamic Bank employees, especially in Pasaman district</em></p><div><span><br /></span><p dir="ltr"><span>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh </span><span>Islamic Human Capital </span><span>dan pengembangan karir</span><span>terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Syariah di Kabupaten Pasaman. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berdasarkan data statistik dan data empiris di lokasi penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari Bank Syariah yang terdapat di Kabupaten Pasaman. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan </span><span>total sampling</span><span>, yang terdiri dari Bank Syariah Mandiri, Bank Syariah BTPN dan Bank Nagari Syariah, sebanyak 32 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan metode kuesioner, observasi dan  dokumentasi,  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terlihat bahwa  </span><span>Islamic Human Capital</span><span> berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value = 0,000). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (p-value = 0,589). The research aims to empirically examine the effect of Employee Conflict through the workplace of Islamic spirituality and Analyze Employee performance at Islamic Banks. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The total sample of 36 employees at the Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques using linear regression and path path. The results showed that the Spiritual Workplace influenced the conflict of Islamic Bank employees. Conflict affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Spiritual Islamic Workplace affects the performance of Islamic Bank employees. Indirectly employee conflict through Islamic Workplace employees has a significant effect on the performance of Islamic Bank employees. The results of the study are expected to be an input for managers to reduce conflicts in the company with Islamic spirituality workplaces

Employee performance is an important factor for company’s sustainability.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of career development and work motivation on employee performance and the influence of career development on employee performance through mediating work motivation. The population and sample in this study are all employees of PT. Kanmo Group in the Havaianas brand of 64 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that career development and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development has a positive effect on work motivation, and work motivation can mediate the influence of career development on employee performance. Employee performance can be improved by maintaining or enhancing career development and employee motivation. Keywords: career development, work motivation, employee performance

Bali Villa Construction can continue to exist in competition, so the company must have quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career and organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of career development on commitment, and organizational commitment as mediation for career development on employee performance. The number of samples used was 45 people using the census method. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. The results showed that career development and organizational commitment have a positive effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of career on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work placement on employee work performance at PDAM Tirtanadi, North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were all employees per division, amounting to 182 employees. From the total population can be determined the number of samples in this study amounted to 65 people. The data analysis technique used is the t-test, f-test, multiple linear regression and determinant coefficient test using SPSS 22. From the calculation results using SPSS shows that there is an influence of career development on employee work performance, there is the influence of work placement on employee performance and there is the influence of career development and work placement on employee performance.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of the Sharia Supervisory Board and the Board of Commissioners on the Financial Performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. This study used secondary data from 12 banks.The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used is multiple linear regression.The results partially show that the sharia supervisory board and board of commissioners positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Simultaneously,the board of commissioners and the sharia supervisory board positively and significantly influence the financial performance of Islamic bank

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Performance as the results of work functions or activities of a person or group in an organization within a certain period of time at KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This study aims to partially determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita, with a total of 70 respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and uses the SPSS for windows 25 computer program. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect. and significant on employee performance and simultaneously work motivation, work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation on employee performance. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires with 101 employee respondents who work in business organizations. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate the following. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance. Career planning has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Simultaneously organizational commitment, career planning, and motivation affect employee performance.
