This research aimed to investigate the relevance between the literature reviews and the research questions of the theses written by the students who graduated in 2019 from seven study programs in STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. The research design was qualitative research which focused on describing, explaining, and exploring the students’ thesis writings, whether the literature reviews described were relevant to their research questions. Purposive sampling was the technique used to select the data that consisted of 13 students’ theses. This research focused on those 13 theses because they were written in a qualitative method, which showed the relevance between research questions and the literature review. Here, content analysis was used to analyze the data to show whether the literature review of each thesis discusses the relevant theories to answer the research questions. The result showed that among 13 students’ theses, 6 theses were relevant, and 7 were irrelevant. It means that more students had written with irrelevant theories. It can be suggested to the thesis advisors to give more attention to the quality of students’ theses because the irrelevance can interfere with the qualities of their theses.

The National Tourism Policy of Malaysia is known as the National Ecotourism Plan 2016-2025. It focuses on progressive and competitive tourism in the country by giving full thrust to appreciating a prosperous environment for stakeholders in the tourism sector. Hence the study of the systematic literature review focuses on several elements as the determinants of tourism policy namely Malaysia Tourism. Consequently, each of the previous study elements will explore the scope and dimensions functionality of each scientific article is consistently discussing to analyse the year in which the authors regularly publish their publications. This is to prove that a significant element of publication by the author. Meanwhile, the scope of the study by the author also risked the priority areas in each article by the authors of each element. It is important to prove that the scope supports the main headline of the paper which deals with the formulation of the National Tourism Policy. In fact, dimensions give priority to what they want to achieve in each article from the authors related to Tourism Policy. This paper reviews the Qualitative Method concept by referring to Content Analysis. As a result, it will illustrate that dimensions will be in sync with Tourism to achieve the national tourism policy aspirations.

The objective of the research was to find out whether the textbook provided by teachers had fulfilled the criteria of having a good book. The researcher used qualitative research, particularly content analysis research design. To answer the research questions, the researcher analyzed the contents of textbooks, evaluated by using a checklist adapted from the Cunningsworth checklist and writing a report. The researcher interpreted data to determine whether the textbook met the criteria for a good textbook. The results of the analysis showed that there were no textbooks that met the criteria for good books. The first result showed that the Think Global Act Locally met the criteria with a percentage of 51.92%, the coverage was 66.67% for aims and approaches, 33.33% for design, 40% for language content, 55.56% for skills, 66.67% for topics, 80% for methodology, 0% for teacher's book and 75% for practical considerations. The second was "English on Sky 3" met the percentage of 59.62%, the coverage was 66.67% for aims and approaches, 50% for design, 60% for language content, 72.22% for skills, 66.67% for the topic, 80% for methodology, 0% for Teacher's book and 50% for practical considerations. Meanwhile, Practices Your English Competence 3 met the percentage of 42.31%, the coverage was 33.33% for aims and approaches, 50% for design, 60% for language content, 33.33% for skills, 66.67% for topics, 60% for methodology, 0% for teacher's book and 50% for practical. In conclusion, there were no criteria that achieved good criteria and three out of eight criteria were considered fair.

Qawaid Tafsir has a purpose, namely the rules needed by commentators in understanding the verses of the Qur'an. The rules needed by the exegetes in understanding the Qur'an include appreciation of its uslubs, understanding of its origins, mastery of its secrets and linguistic rules. Siti Aisyah's contribution in the Interpretation of the Qur'an has become a reference for many mufassirins, whose interpretation results are written in the books of Hadith, there is even a special section of the Muslim hadith books, namely the chapter on the hadith books of interpretation. How qawaid and ushul interpretation siti aisyah in the book of hadith Sahih Muslim is the goal of solving the problem of this article. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which is a systematic way to collect, critically evaluate, integrate and present findings from various research studies on research questions or topics of interest. The SLR provides a way to assess the level of quality of existing evidence on a question or topic of interest. The SLR provides a broader and more accurate level of understanding than traditional literature reviews. The results of this study were found five verses interpreted by Siti Aisyah in the book of Hadith Sahih Muslim. The details of the explanation can be seen in the discussion chapter. This research is useful for developing the results of the interpretation of the Companions in mapping the methodology of interpretation, qawaid Tafsir and Usul Tafsir.ABSTRAKQawaid Tafsir mempunyai maksud ialah kaidah-kaidah yang diperlukan oleh para mufasir dalam memahami ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Kaidah-kaidah yang diperlukan para mufasir dalam memahami Al-Qur’an meliputi penghayatan uslub-uslub nya, pemahaman asal-asal nya, penguasaan rahasia-rahasia nya dan qaidah-qaidah kebahasaan. Kontribusi Siti Aisyah dalam Penafsiran Al Qur’an banyak menjadi referensi bagi para mufassirin, yang hasil dari penafsiran nya tersebut tertulis dalam kitab kitab Hadis, bahkan ada bagian khusus dari kitab hadis Muslim yatu bab kitab hadis tafsir. Bagaimana qawaid dan ushul tafsir siti aisyah dalam kitab hadis sahih Muslim menjadi tujuan dari penyelesaian masalah artikel ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) adalah cara sistematis untuk mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi secara kritis, mengintegrasikan dan menyajikan temuan dari berbagai studi penelitian pada pertanyaan penelitian atau topik yang menarik. SLR menyediakan cara untuk menilai tingkat kualitas bukti yang ada pada pertanyaan atau topik yang menarik. SLR memberikan tingkat pemahaman yang lebih luas dan lebih akurat daripada tinjauan literatur secara tradisional. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukan lima ayat yang ditafsirkan oleh siti aisyah dalam kitab hadis Sahih Muslim. Adapun rincian penjelasan nya bisa melihat pada bab pembahasan. Penelitian ini berguna untuk mengambangkan hasil penafsiran para sahabat dalam pemeteaan metodologi tafsir, qawaid Tafsir dan Ushul tafsir..

This research was aimed to know the students’ perception about Google Translation tool in learning English. The background of the research based on the raised of the use Google Translation tool among students. Therefore, the researcher conducts a research regarding students’ perception on the use of Google Translation tool in learning English. To answer the problem above, there are two research questions formulated. (1) how many percent students of English Department use Google Translation tool in learning English and (2) Students’ perception on the use of Google Translation tool in learning English. Meanwhile, to solve the research question that was already formulated, the researcher applied descriptive qualitative research design. There were two sets of questionnaire as instrument used in this research which were the first questionnaire to answer the first research question and the second questionnaire to answer the second research question. The respondents of this research were active students of English Department at Jabal Ghafur University in batch 2016-2019. All of them were chosen by using purposive sampling. The findings of this research showed that the students of English Department at Jabal Ghafur University used Google translation tool in learning English because sometimes they had difficulties in understanding English especially in translation activity. They utilize it to help them such as to translate, as dictionary, to check synonym and antonym, and to check pronunciation. Furthermore, they had a positive perception about Google Translation tool in learning English with majority of answers chosen by them were “agree” that it was helpful in learning English. In addition, there were also suggestions to students who use Google translation tool in learning English and the future researchers.

The organization of public service is not free of public critique. The management of complaint is a factor that can improve public service quality. Complaining is important because it is the public’s expression that can result from public dissatisfaction with a product or a service. Moreover, to deal with Society 5.0 era, the government should provide a system to solve the problem. Therefore, this research aims to discuss the strategies taken by Surakarta City Government in managing complaint in Surakarta City toward a society 5.0-based public service. This research employed a qualitative research method. Technique of analysis used in this study was content analysis technique obtained through literature review. Based on the result of literature review, it can be seen that some strategies have been taken by Surakarta City Government, including, among others: improving the quality of human resource constituting public apparatuses; making policy; and providing complaining media.

This research was conducted to analyze how modernization affects the implementation of public service administration policies, especially in Kediri, East Java. As is well known, from time to time various aspects of life are required to undergo changes to a more modern direction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is aimed at obtaining an overview of how modernization affects public service administration policies in Kediri. To obtain the necessary data, the authors used a purposive sampling technique so that the sample taken was more focused, assisted by a review of several related previous studies. The results showed that modernization, especially in the field of technology, was sufficient to influence public service administration policies in Kediri.

The Impact

The solitory custom community of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) is one of group society whose life are depend to the natural researches in the forest. It is needed an effort to provide service in order to meet their needed, especially health care service for improving their quality of life in the solitary custom Community of Suku Anak Dalam.  This research was conducted in order to know about the persepsion of SAD society towards Health Care Service in the Working Area of Puskesmas Pematang Kabau. This research was conducted on Januari until February 2017 for the purpose of getting understanding about persepsion of solitary custom Community of Suku Anak Dalam towards health care service, the number of participants were 15 people. This is qualitative research with purposive sampling method. The research instruments were indepth interview and interview guide. The result of the research analyzed by using Colaizzi Technique. The finding of the research showed five themes:  the reason of SAD Society in terms of receiving care service. Secondly, the respond of SAD society, thirdly, about the changing and the impact of SAD society. Fourth, the meaning of health care service to SAD society. And fifth the experience of SAD society towards health and service.SAD society gave respond about perception or possitive support towards Health Care Service.

Whether or not Islamic education is highly dependent on the quality of leadership that is in it, an Islamic education leader must be able to direct his lead to achieve educational goals. In this journal discusses Al-Ghazali's thoughts about ideal leadership in Islamic education. This study uses literature review through primary sources from Al-Ghazali's thought books and secondary from various sources, then analyzed and criticized using content analysis. The research results obtained are that in substance the leadership must always aim to achieve the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Al-Ghazali always puts on all activities aimed at achieving the pleasure of Allah Almighty. There are four basic components of personal leaders in the world of Islamic education. First he must have managerial skills that are able to make planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. Second, he must have a trustful and responsible nature. Third, he must be a role model, which is a good example so that his leadership feels comfortable carrying out his orders. The fourth is always in running the leadership bound by syara law.

This research was actually about the meaning of translation in Indonesian-English ads text, the booklet of PUD in Sukoharjo regency. Translating ads text is not simple because ads text has certain structure to be fulfilled. Then, to translate some cultural terms in ads text, it needs some considerations to keep the quality of the translation itself. One of the considerations is about the concept of readibility that consists of length of sentence average,� new words, and grammatical complexity. The research belonged to qualitative research and� the data were all the phrases and the sentences in the booklet of PUD Sukoharjo regency. The methods of data collecting were questionaire, in-depth interview, and content analysis with the instrumens of questions, interview guides, and data card. The data were then analyzed by using Miles and Huberman interactive model while the data validity was data triangulation. The result of the research showed that the readibility of Indonesian-English ads text was rather low for the score of the readibilty rating instrument was 2.2 from the total score of 3.Keywords: translation, ads text, readibility
