Sirsak merupakan salah satu komoditi yang banyak dijumpai di pekarangan masyarakat di Kelurahan Payobasung Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur, Kota Payakumbuh. Pengolahan dan pemanfaatan sirsak oleh masyarakat di Kelurahan Payobasung ini masih sangat minim dan terbatas. Sirsak dapat diolah menjadi aneka makanan, salah satunya adalah dodol. Pengolahan dodol sirsak dapat dilakukan dengan cara pemasakan yang sederhana dan menggunakan peralatan yang sederhana, sehingga dapat diaplikasikan pada industri skala rumah tangga. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian dan pendampingan terhadap kelompok PKH Kelurahan Payobasung. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengolah sirsak menjadi dodol sirsak, dan mengarahkan keterampilan tersebut untuk menghasilkan pendapatan dan meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pendampingan dilakukan dengan memberikan sosialisasi, pelatihan dan demo mengenai teknologi pengolahan dodol sirsak mulai dari persiapan bahan baku hingga proses pengemasan, serta usaha-usaha pemasaran kepada para peserta pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan wawasan, keterampilan peserta mengenai pembuatan dodol sirsak, dan diharapkan ada peningkatan pendapatan bagi keluarga penerima PKH di Kelurahan Payobasung. Kata kunci: Dodol, Sirsak, Komoditi Pekarangan ABSTRACT Soursop is a garden commodity that is often found in community’s yard and garden of Payobasung Village, Payakumbuh Timur Sub-District, Payakumbuh City. The processing and utilization of soursop by Payobasung Village community was minimal and limited. Soursop can be processed into various foods, including dodol. The processing of soursop dodol can be done by simple cooking and use simple equipment, so can be applied on a household scale industry. Based on this background, community service and assistance activities were carried out for PKH groups of Payobasung Village. The aims of this activity were to increase the perception and skills of participants in processing soursop into soursop dodol, and directing their skills to generate income and improve the family economy. The assistance activity was done by providing socialization, training and demonstration about the technology of soursop dodol, starting from the preparation of raw materials to the packaging process, as well as marketing efforts to the training participants. The results of this activity indicated an increase in participants’ perception and skills regarding making soursop dodol, and it is hoped that there will be an increase in income for PKH recipient families in Payobasung Village. Community Empowerment in the Tourism Sector in Efforts Acceleration of Economic Recovery in Dambalo Village As an effort to grow the economy which is currently slumped as a result of the covid 19 pandemic. He people of Dambalo Village have various livelihoods from self-employed fishermen, farmers and some are civil servants and construction workers, all of which aim to help the family economy. and almost 60% are creative and micro business actors. Here fore, we are interested in providing creative ideas in the tourism sector, where in this village there is a pretty good tourist attraction to be developed, namely the Botudidingga tourism object, as for the tourism objects in this village that have existed since a few years ago which are located on the coast which has its own uniqueness, because to go to this place the tourists seem to go on a trip to the mountains, the vast expanse of sea surrounded by mangroves and has a courtyard to the middle of the sea makes Botudidingga tourism object the maldeves of North Gorontalo. To further beautify and attract tourists, the thematic village community service students create interesting photo spots with materials taken in the village of Dambalo itself

ABSTRACTThe hijab sewing skills training program is seen as a strategic educational skill to be implemented for women because hijab sewing can be applied for their own needs or become a side business. This skill, if properly trained and mastered, can become a form of business that can help the family economy and create jobs for the community. The village community service activities were carried out in Bunsur Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency, Riau Province with the target audience is the housewives of the village. They have given basic knowledge in choosing materials for the hijab. Then skills trained was held, starting how to make pet and headscarves, cutting fabrics according to the patterns that have been made, and sewing headscarves with various existing patterns. After the stitches are finished, then an examination of the results of the stitches so that they are suitable for sale and market. Keywords: Bunsur Village, home industry, sewing training, hijab  ABSTRAKProgram pelatihan keterampilan menjahit jilbab dipandang sebagai sebuah skill pendidikan yang strategis untuk dilaksanakan bagi wanita karena menjahit jilbab dapat diaplikasikan untuk kebutuhan sendiri ataupun menjadi usaha sampingan. Keterampilan ini bila dilatih dan dikuasai dengan baik dapat menjadi bentuk usaha yang dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga dan penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat desa ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bunsur Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak Propinsi Riau dengan khalayak sasarannya adalah Ibu-ibu rumah tangga desa tersebut. Mereka diberi pengetahuan dasar dalam memilih bahan untuk jilbab. Kemudian diadakan pelatihan keterampilan, mulai cara membuat pola pet dan jilbab, memotong kain sesuai dengan pola yang sudah dibuat, dan menjahit jilbab dengan bermacam pola yang telah ada. Setelah jahitan selesai, kemudian dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap hasil jahitan sehingga layak untuk dijual dan dipasarkan. Kata Kunci: Desa Bunsur, home industri, pelatihan menjahit, jilbab

Community Service in Setro Village aims to provide assistance and training on the use of clover plants in this advanced pandemic era. The implementation method is carried out by providing training and assistance in the practice of making various preparations with clover raw materials such as making peanut brittle, cilok and clover nuggets. Where the participants presented are PKK cadres and village officials who are expected to be able to share their knowledge with other communities so that they can also be used for entrepreneurship in order to be able to help improve the family economy in difficult times like today.

Keberdayaan kaum perempuan di bidang ekonomi adalah salah satu indikator meningkatnya kesejahteraan.  Kaum perempuan juga mempunyai andil besar dalam kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satunya kaum perempuan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha produktif  rumah tangga, dengan memproduksi dan menjual makan rumahan. Peluang bisnis makanan rumahan masih terbuka karena makanan rumahan merupakan makanan pokok masyarakat, dimana makanan tersebut dibutuhkan setiap saat. Bisnis makanan rumahan tidak terlalu sulit dilakukan, karena ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi atau memasak sekaligus untuk keluarganya dan bahan bakunya mudah diperoleh di pasar-pasar tradisional.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini, bertujuan untuk (1) memanfaatkan potensi ibu rumah tangga untuk memperoleh penghasilan tambahan guna menopang ekonomi keluarga. (2) Meningkatkan perekonomian/kesejahteraan keluarga. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga RW 04, Kelurahan Pisangan Timur, Cirendeu, dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha dan mencari peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus meninggalkan keluarga.Kata Kunci: Ekonomi Keluarga, Ibu Rumah Tangga, Pemberdayaan, Usaha RumahanEmpowerment Of Household Mothers In Efforts To Improve The Family Economy Through Management Of Home Business In South TangerangABSTRACTThe success of women in the economic field is one indicator of welfare. Home-based food business is not too difficult to do, because housewives can do production or cooking activities at the same time for agriculture and raw materials are easily obtained in traditional markets. This community service activity aims to (1) utilize the potential of households to obtain additional benefits to support the family's economy. (2) Improve family finances / welfare. The program of this community service is designed to increase the village economy through the waste recycle. This program aims to assist the community in Tanete Village of Sidenreng Rappang of South Sulawesi to increase the family economy by utilizing the banana waste. It was carried out  using Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The sample of village community consisted of twenty people in Tanete Village of Sidenreng Rappang of South Sulawesi. The stages of its implementation were socialization, training and demonstration. The result of this program encouraged the village community successfully to make banana waste become the painting and food jam.  Keywords: Banana Waste; Economy; Village.

ABSTRAK        Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini adalah untuk membantu anggota UKM yang ada di desa jatisela kecamatan gunungsari dalam memasarkan produk nya secara online dan offline, memiliki kemampuan berinovasi dengan bahan baku yang ada di lingkungan sendiri, Bisa menjadi sumber mata pencaharian sehingga dapat membantu kebutuhan rumah tangga di masa sulit saat ini seperti pandemi.pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan,pelatihan dan evaluasi hasil yang telah dicapai,dimana mitra yang kami undang adalah yang ingin menambah pengahasilan dan yg memiliki usaha namun tak berkembang, edukasi yang diberikan dengan sosialisasi peragaan pembuatan langsung dengan 13 orang mitra dengan di ketuai oleh salah seorang anggota UKM.tiga metode yang telah tim pengabdian lakukan diantaranya mengevaluasi hasil dari mitra sejauh mana perkembangan usaha pelatihan yang diberikan pihak pengabdian dalam memasarkan usaha abon dan kemampuan dalam pembuatan abon dengan protocol kesehatan di masa covid seperti sekarang ini. Kata kunci: pembuatan abon; membantu ekonomi keluarga; dimasa pandemi ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service is to help UKM members in the village of Jatisela, Gunungsari sub-district in marketing their products online and offline, have the ability to innovate with raw materials in their own environment, can be a source of livelihood so they can help household needs in Today's difficult times are like a pandemic. This service is carried out by means of counseling, training and evaluation of the results that have been achieved, where the partners we invite are those who want to increase their income and who have businesses but are not developing, education is provided with the socialization of direct manufacturing demonstrations with 13 a partner chaired by a member of the UKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha skala home industry untuk meningkatkat ekonomi keluarga masyarakat Desa Cidokom. Selain itu juga untuk menggerakkan masyarakat sekitar agar sadar menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan dengan sadar pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar. Metode pengabdian dengan penyuluhan, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta praktek langsung pengolahan barang bekas menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomis. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat turut berkontribusi membangun desa Cidokom melalui ibu-ibu PKK nya berbagi pengetahuan,  mendorong masyarakat untuk pengembangan sumberdaya yang dimiliki secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Wirausaha home industry daur ulang barang bekas ini dimaksudkan dapat memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya dan berkarya sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi dirinya dan masyarakat sekitar.Kata Kunci: Wirausaha, Home Industry, Ekonomi Keluarga ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to foster entrepreneurial spirit of home industry scale to improve the family economy of Cidokom Village community. Indonesia is the fifth largest pineapple producing country in the world, but there are still many pineapple farmers in Indonesia do not know the benefits of pineapple processing that might produce various home productions and might help the family economy. Based on the field survey in Rimbo Panjang located in Kampar regency, Riau Province, it was obtained that some pineapple farmers do not know the overall benefits of pineapple and how to process the pineapple in order to be efficient and high sale value. The Farmers confirmed that the yields of pineapple farming was not adequate, they have to find the side job to fill their daily needs consequently. The further search on the benefits of pineapple is extremely large. It is not only can be processed as home production industry, but also can be used for public health. The aim of the IBM activities that had been carried out in Rimbo Panjang involved the group of pineapple farmer as the participants of community service. They were socialized, trained, and mentored on the development of home industry made from pineapple and the process of producing pineapple as the traditional medicine use for various diseases. The knowledge transferred are: 1) Training of food production made from pineapple, 2) Handbook on traditional medicine made from people, 3) Simple Bookkeeping Training, 4) The procedure of Trading Business License.

Capacity Building of Fisherman’s Wife in the Processing of Fishery Product in Kuwaru, Poncosari Village, Srandakan, Bantul RegencyAbstract. Wife has an important role in helping the family economy. Dusun Kuwaru in Poncosari Village, Bantul Regency is one of Dusun that has a fishing community. During the fishing season many fish catches but some fish are unsold for sale. Fishermen’s wife has the opportunities in processing fishery products. However, there are several problem related to this opportunity, namely institutional problem, weak capacity in the processing of fishery product and the difficulty of raw materials during the high wave season. This community partnership program is expected to increase empowerment and increase the capacity of fisherman wife in processing fishery products. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach was used in this activity. With this approach the community has a large role in implementing it. The steps are forming a business group, FGD on mapping the potential of fishery product, socialization of entrepreneuship and business licensing, training of fishery products and training on packaging and marketing. Increasing the capacity of fishermens’s wife can be seen through the formation of fish processing groups with their organizational structure, the realization of processed fish products and the realization of more attractive packaging. Processing of fishery products is able to increase the added value of fish and has the potential to become a superior fish product in Yogyakarta.Keywords: Fishermen’s wife, capacity, fishing product Abstrak. Istri memiliki peran yang penting dalam membantu perekonomian keluarga.  Dusun Kuwaru di Desa Poncosari, Srandakan Kabupaten Bantul merupakan salah satu dusun yang memiliki masyarakat yang bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan. Pada saat musim melaut hasil tangkapan ikan sangat banyak, dan terkadang beberapa jenis ikan kurang laku dijual. Istri nelayan dapat mengambil peluang dalam pemanfaatan hasil perikanan melalui pengolahan hasil perikanan. Mekipun demikian, terdapat beberapa permasalahan terkait dengan peluang ini yaitu permasalahan kelembagaan, lemahnya kapasitas dalam usaha pengolahan hasil perikanan dan sulitnya  bahan baku saat musim gelombang tinggi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keberdayaan dan meningkatkan kapasitas istri nelayan dalam pengolahan hasil perikanan. Pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Dengan pendekatan ini masyarakat memiliki peran yang besar dalam pelaksanaanya. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah pembentukan kelompok usaha bersama, FGD pemetaan potensi dan rantai produksi hasil perikanan, Sosialisasi peningkatan jiwa kewirausahaan dan perizinan usaha, Pelatihan hasil perikanan dan Pelatihan pengemasan dan pemasaran. Peningkatan keberdayaan dan kapasitas istri nelayan dapat dilihat melalui terbentuknya kelompok istri nelayan bersama dengan struktur organisasinya, peningkatan jiwa kewirausahan dan pemahaman terkait dengan perizinan, terwujudnya produk olahan ikan serta terwujudnya labeling kemasan yang lebih menarik. Produk olahan ikan  dengan menggunakan jenis ikan yang kurang laku mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah ikan dan berpotensi menjadi produk olahan ikan unggulan di DIY.Kata Kunci: Istri nelayan, kapasitas, hasil perikanan
