In teaching and learning activities the role of motivation is very necessary. The low motivation of student learning is often thought to be the cause of the low quality of graduates of a college. This causes in some private universities, learning motivation factors get special attention. Based on the above background, the authors conducted a study that aims to examine the factors that affect student learning motivation in STIMIK Stikom Bali. The data used in this study is the primary data derived from the filling questionnaire from STIMIK STIKOM Bali students as many as 50 samples. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression where the independent variable is intrinsic factor (in student) and extrinsic factor (quality of lecturer, parent, lecture material, lecture method, library, lecture room and laboratory). The result of this research is intrinsic factor, lecturer quality, lecture method, lecture material, parent, rehabilitation / laboratory space, and library simultaneously have a significant influence on student learning motivation. And partially, intrinsic factor, lecturer quality, lecture method, lecture material, parent, lecture / laboratory space, and library show a positive relationship to the dependent variable that is student's learning motivation. The results of this study in the future can provide evaluation results for the management of STMIK STIKOM Bali management about factors that affect student learning motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning quality, tutor quality and motivation both jointly and partially on student achievement at the Palembang Open University (Pokjar Pangkalan Lampam - Tulung Selapan. The research approach is quantitative research with associative research type. The population of this study is 186. students. The sampling method for probability with the Stratified Random Sampling method. The sample of this study was calculated using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, the number of samples was 65 students as respondents. The first sample was tested using the Instrument Validity Test and the Instrument Reliability Test. The analysis model used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The regression calculation can be Y = -1.649 + 0.567X1 + 0.351X2 + 0.457X3. Interpretation of the multiple regression equation regarding the influence of the Learning Quality Variables (X1), Tutor Quality (X2) and Learning Motivation (X3), on Student Learning Achievement (Y). The results of the calculation of the three coefficients of the independent variable are positive, this indicates a positive linear relationship (unidirectional), meaning that the quality of learning, quality of tutors and learning motivation, the better, the better the student achievement. Obtained a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.712, with a level of closeness between variables of 0.712 which is in the interpretation of the correlation value (0.60-0.799) means that the relationship between the two variables is significant and the level of closeness is strong. The coefficient of determination value R2 = 0.507, which means that the variables of Learning Quality, Tutor Quality, and Learning Motivation are able to explain the Student Learning Achievement Variables of 0.507 or 50.7%, while the remaining 49.3% is explained by other factors not examined.

The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The population in this study were students of Unisla management study program. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analysis tools used were validity and reliability analysis to determine the reliability of a questionnaire used in the study. In this study also used correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test assisted by the IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 software for windows. The results showed that the learning independence variable partially had a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation variable. The lecturer competence variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the learning motivation variable. The variables of independent learning and lecturer competence simultaneously have a significant influence on student learning motivation variables. The percentage of the influence of the independent learning variable and lecturer competence on student learning motivation shows a value of 72.2% and the remaining 27.8% is influenced by variables other than variables X1 and X2.

The informants in this study were the principal, school counselor, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Techniques for Guaranteeing Data Validity The research was carried out by means of a Credibility Test, Transferability Test, Dependability Test, and Confirmability Test. Data analysis techniques are carried out through the process of data reduction (data reduction), data display (data display), and conclusion (verification). The findings obtained in this study indicate that the role of school counseling in increasing student learning motivation is carried out well through the provision of information services. Meanwhile, the role of school counseling in improving student learning skills still needs to be improved by providing more intensive services with a combination of content mastery services, this is because there are still students who do not have good learning skills, and there is still a lack of service provision regarding learning skills that are felt by them. students, so that student learning outcomes are less than optimal. This study also reveals that "Good motivation to learn without the support of adequate learning skills has an impact on not optimal learning outcomes. On the other hand, adequate learning skills without the support of good learning motivation also have an impact on learning outcomes that are not optimal.

The population of this research were 151 students of class VIII and IX. Sampling method used proportional random sampling using the Slovin formula, so as to obtain 110 students. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used a path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the application of the moving class learning model and the pedagogical competition of the teacher have a positive and direct and indirect effect on student learning discipline through intervening variables (learning motivation). In accordance with the results of the observation, the dominant contribution to the increase in motivation and discipline of students to learn is the presence of pedagogical competence of the teacher while the application of the moving class learning model only makes a smaller contribution.
