<p>Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, affirms that children are a mandate as well as the gift of God the Almighty, which we must always guard because in them the dignity, dignity and rights as human beings must be upheld. Children who are victims of crime are weak people who often cannot protect and help themselves because of their situation and conditions. Crime of sexual violence against children is a crime that uses violence or threats of violence<br />against children so that the child can be controlled for sexual relations. Internal factors causing criminal acts of sexual violence such as the proximity of the perpetrator to the victim, the role of the perpetrator, and the position of the victim. External factors that cause sexual violence crimes, namely environmental influences, such as being far from the crowd, lonely, or closed places that allow perpetrators to commit sexual violence.</p>

Banyuwangi Children Center (BCC) is one of city mayor’s effort to prevent children’s sexual abuse. However, the community felt the role of BCC in preventing children’s sexual abuse was not optimal since 2016. Stakeholder’s engagement may play an important aspect to support BCC in preventing children’s sexual abuse. The objective of this study was to analyze the role of stakeholders in supporting BCC in the prevention of children sexual abuse. This study used a qualitative design with in-depth interview to all related to the prevention of children sexual abuse (Police department, women and children protection bureau, women empowerment and family planning bureau, and BCC. The results showed the role of the BCC was supported by the existence of policies on child-friendly areas from the local government, positive responses from active community involvement in reporting incidents of sexual violence against children, and good coordination by cross-sector in the socialization and handling of cases of sexual violence against children in Banyuwangi. Therefore, it can be concluded that stakeholders provide positive support in the role of the BCC but still need attention from local governments to provide facilities for cross-sectoral so that all cases of sexual violence against children in Banyuwangi can be handled properly. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis peran stakeholder untuk mendukung peran BCC dalam upaya menurunkan kekerasan seksual pada anak di Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan wawancara mendalam pada tujuh informan yang memiliki kapasitas dalam memberikan informasi tentang perannya dalam mendukung BCC yaitu Kepolisian Resort Banyuwangi, Pusat Pelayanan Terpadu Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (P2TP2A) Kabupaten Banyuwangi, Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (BPPKB) dan Banyuwangi Children Center. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran BCC mendapat dukungan dengan adanya kebijakan tentang kawasan ramah anak dari pemerintah daerah, respon positif keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam melaporkan kejadian kekerasan seksual pada anak, dan koordinasi yang baik oleh lintas sektor dalam sosialisasi dan penanganan kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di Banyuwangi. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa stakeholder memberikan dukungan yang positif dalam peran BCC namun masih perlu perhatian dari pemerintah daerah untuk menyediakan fasilitas bagi lintas sektor dan meningkatkan sosialisasi bagi masyarakat Banyuwangi agar seluruh kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di Banyuwangi dapat tertangani dengan baik. The role of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in handling cases of sexual violence against children is very important. The role of NGOs in carrying out advocacy and other services for victims of sexual violence against children aims to fulfill children's rights as mandated in the child protection law. The method used in this research is normative legal research method. The writing of this research uses analysis of interpretation and syllogism to describe or explain the legal issues under study, provide comments and then make a conclusion on the results of the research with the help of theory. Based on the research and discussion carried out by the author, namely the role of non-governmental organizations in handling criminal cases of sexual violence against children, namely conducting legal advocacy against children as victims of sexual violence to fulfill their rights, besides that Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) provide assistance to victims such as counseling services to strengthen and provide a sense of security for victims of rape who have suffered trauma and mental and psychological consequences so that counseling is very helpful for mental recovery and restoring the victim's self-confidence.

Background. Cases of sexual violence increase every year, victims ranging from adolescents, children to toddlers. Based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, abuse and violence against children in Indonesia in 2013 were 23 cases, in 2014 there were 53 cases, in 2015 there were 133 cases, 2017 reached 1,337 cases, and as of July 2018 there were 424 cases. Purpose. Knowing the factors that influence the law enforcement process of sexy violence cases in Semarang City. Method This study uses descriptive analytical methods for cases of violence against children, based on medical record data in hospitals, documents in Mapolrestabes, the District Attorney's Office and the Semarang City Court for the period of January 2015 to December 2018. Results. Based on research results obtained 213 experimental cases section from medical record data in hospitals in the city of Semarang. Most cases of child abuse occurred in 2018 with 72 cases. Most victims are 12-14 years old age group, female. Most types of cases are cases of intercourse. The majority of violations are persons known as victims, perpetrators not working, and most of the places of occurrence are in the defendant's house. At the time of prosecution and trial, the number of cases was significantly reduced to only 8 cases. Factors related to this include lack of evidence, difficulty in obtaining information from victims, convoluted statements of coverage, lack of election, and obtaining diversion rates. Conclusion Cases of sexual violence have increased from year to year. The process of law enforcement on this problem still has many difficulties in each manufacturing process which is still difficult to overcome.

This chapter deals with the sedentary dialects of Egypt, excluding the bedouin dialects of Sinai and the Libyan bedouin dialects on the Mediterranean coast. It attempts to combine historical information on the settlement of Arabic tribes in Egypt with accounts of present-day Egyptian dialects and those of the regions from which those tribes came, initially Yemen and the Levant, later Hejaz, and then the Maghreb. The diversity of the Egyptian Arabic dialect area is partly explained by external factors, namely different layers of arabization over centuries. It is also explained by internal factors, namely dialect contact, which implies phenomena such as hyperdialectisms. Egypt is seen as a dialect area in its own right, but one that shows phenomena of a transitional area between the Arab East and West. A case study of Alexandria deals with dialect death. The role of substrata is discussed, but is considered negligible.

Healthy behavior is an important physical and psychological needs for human beings. Therefore, to attain good healthy behavior results, it is essential to study of the process to obtain information oh healthy life style in the Senior tabloid. Objectives of this research are to analyze individual characteristic (internal factors) and external factors (physical environment, social environment, and cultural environment), and to analyze the relationship between the internal factors and external factors and reader behavior. This study is a correlational description research, consists of 40 respondens of Senior tabloid reader were taken as sample. The sampling method was Sensus, and the technique of analysis were Spearman correlation method.The important results are : (1) reader behavior classified of five parts: exertion obtain an information source, reading frequency, reading schedule, exertion to store the information source, and information application, (2) internal factors that have significantly correlate to reder behavior are: job, healthy life style experience, family quantity, and cosmopolit, and (3) external factors that have significantly correlate to reader behavior are: packaging, content (topic and language), self concept, group effect, value system, and social process.

This research is based on the background of the facts in the field. Researchers see that there is a moral decline in students, such as dressing not in accordance with the rules, playing phones and the internet during the lesson, dating, truant when the KBM process takes place. Thus the behavior of these conditions can affect the leadership character of students, so it has a lot of influence on students' personality development including: communication skills with others, emotional conditions, polite behavior and decreased sense of responsibility. Based on these circumstances researchers are interested in conducting a qualitative research using descriptive methods. This study aims to find out, analyze and describe the role of the teacher of citizenship education in building the leadership character of students in SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas. data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity techniques here use triangulation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The results of this study are (1) the role of Civics Education teachers in building the leadership character of students in SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas is exemplary, inspirers, motivators, dynamicators and evaluators. (2) The behavior of leadership characters reflected in the students of SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas is faith and piety to God Almighty, fair, considerate, interdependent, decision makers, good listeners. (3) Obstacles to Citizenship Education Teachers in building leadership character in SMA Negeri 1 Ciomas are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of factors from students 'self such as lack of students' awareness of responsibility. While external factors are environmental factors such as students truant during class hours and family factors get less attention from parents.

This article attempts to assess more precisely the role of the Seventh Day Baptist movement in nothern Nyasaland as a case study in African reactions to missions and to colonial rule. Internal factors contributing to the establishment of the movement included an intense desire among Africans to acquire a western education apart from European missionary control, and the competent leadership provided by Charles Domingo. External factors included the influence of Joseph Booth and the pattern of labour migration from Nyasaland to southern Africa.

This study aims to determine the learning process by using the book entitled uqudul Juman fi Al-ilmi almaani wal  Bayan and to know the learning problems by using the book in Qudsiyyah Islamic High School, along with solutions. This is a qualitative study by using observation, interviews, questionnaires methods, and documentation as the technique of collecting data. The results of this study show that the process of learning by using the book Syarh uqudul Juman Fi ilmu almaani wal bayan in Qudsiyyah Islamic High School Kudus is using the deductive method, while learning problems include the problems caused by internal factors which consist of learning materials, teacher, student, methods and time allocation. While the problems caused by external factors consist of the role of stakeholders, funding sources of school development and government policy.
