The purpose of this study is formation of tools for forecasting the economic security of the enterprise by modeling methods when changing investment support. The relevance of this study is due to the need to solve the problem of modernization management system of the enterprise by implementing the project management of economic security of the enterprise in the implementation of investment programs.The variant of model offered economic security of the enterprise. This model involves the implementation of the process of adaptive management, based on the definition of safe limits of longterm growth of the enterprise. It has established that the ratio of self-organization processes and managerial influences depends on the value of the self-organization coefficient. The calculated value of adaptive potential on the basis of the indicator of self-organization as the dynamic indicator of maintenance of perspective growth of the enterprise on the allocated purposes has offered. This indicator can serve as a criterion for assessing the effectiveness of the management system of the enterprise in relation to the project management of economic security of the enterprise in the implementation of investment programs of key goals of long-term growth of the enterprise.

The subject of research-theoretical concepts of economic security managementof universities. The purpose of the article. The study of the essence of the economicsecurity management system of the university and the definition of its main tasks,the formulation of principles of economic security management of the university.Methodology. The dialectical method, methods of analysis and synthesis, methodsof structural-logical and semantic analysis were used to study and summarizescientific papers on the research topic. The results of the work. The essence of theuniversity’s economic security management system has been reviewed. The maintasks of the control system have been identified. A definition of the university’seconomic security system has been proposed. Principles of management of economicsecurity of the university have been formulated. These are: scientific andorganizational and social principles. Conclusions. The proposed principles allow totake into account the economic role and social mission of universities in managingeconomic security.

Innovative products and services are essential to ensure a long-term viability of a company. More and more often they are created and implemented through innovative projects. The aim of the article is to show the uniqueness of innovative projects, present the risk that is specific to this kind of projects and indicate the methods with which these projects should be managed. The article analyses the features of innovations, presents the definition of an innovative project and discusses its classification and management principles. The purpose of this chapter is to propose a framework that is supporting achievement of the sustainable strategy of the organization. The research frames the methodology that integrates project management and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in the management system of the organization. In this applicative project research, the authors identified and analyzed the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that significantly contribute to the benefits of the business processes exploitation. The involved company executes monitoring of its business performance in the four perspectives of the BSC. With this case study, the authors attempted to get deeper understanding, and to clarify and evaluate the causalities between strategic goals and their respective KPIs. For this purpose, they developed an Error Correction Model with which they performed application on the KPIs and estimated short and long term effects between them. The developed model also supports improvements of the performance management system and monitoring of projects.

Late adolescents, often in conflict over establishing an adequate personal identity in a discordant world, are at special risk. Some feel an ideational and affective emptiness and an absence of meaningful “external” experience, which can be likened to screaming in a vacuum. Clinical material from three adolescents is described. Theoretical formulations incorporating the long-term impoverishment of object relationships and lack of definition of “the self” are seen as central issues. The therapeutic task, aimed at establishing an acceptable and reliable self-awareness, is discussed.

A dynamical model of a central place system is described which, derived from the concepts underlying dissipative structures, takes into account the self-organizing aspects of urban evolution, and shows the importance both of chance and of determinism in such systems. A theoretical evolution is discussed together with the modified dynamics of different possible decisions showing the long-term consequences of these. A recent application of this new theory to the evolution of the Bastogne region of Belgium is briefly described, and conclusions are drawn as to the real difficulties involved in decisionmaking on the part of national, regional, and municipal authorities.

In order to accelerate the construction of knowledge management in the field of project management, based on the analysis of definition of knowledge management, this thesis sums up the current information technology to support knowledge management and knowledge management system, defines the main functions of knowledge management system, analyzes the status of knowledge management in project management, points out the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in the management processes, and discusses the benefits of knowledge management applied in project management. The study considers some aspects of the formation and regulation of household economic behavior. It is shown that innovation-intellectual behavior is the main factor of self-organization of a household's activity. The conceptual approach to the definition of the structure of the logistic behavior of the household and the modeling of their self-organization is proposed.The theoretical basis of the proposed concept of modeling the economic behavior of households on the basis of the self-organization of their logistic structures should be a synergistic approach to the management and construction of mechanisms that can provide efficient functioning, sustainable development and economic security. A formal model can be represented as a system of divertial equations. The detailed structure of management of economic behavior of a household can be described by the tuple of parameters describing the set of elements of the system, the set of vectors of properties of elements of the system, the set of links between elements, the purpose and structure of the goals, the external environment.

The article deals with the definition of the chance as a measure of the strength of resistance to the free development of the people. On the example of the Russian people the author shows how a successive chain of chances can lead to the critical change of the properties of social matter and, as a result, the destruction of the natural basics of the development. One of the forms of the self-organization of the development of the people is the social order. The question of what kind of social order is natural for the people is the most difficult. In the mid-80s of the last century the Russian people began to modernize the socialism they had built. However, at some point in this process of “perestroika” the chance began to dominate. As a result, the process of improving socialism was replaced by the process of building democracy, which, as time shows, for the development of the Russian people is of more random than natural character. In conclusion it is concluded that the chance in the process of the development of the people occurs when the people start to neglect the laws of order.

The article considers the problems of sustainable economic development. Based on the array of studied information, the authors have proposed a definition of sustainable development. Sustainable economic development has been proved to be impossible in the long term and the peripheral countries. Our research has identified the main principles necessary for building a sustainable development policy, as well as problems that thwart sustainable development goals. As a conclusion, we should state that immature and inconsistent technological processes in the periphery countries make the quick transition to sustainable development impossible.
