Finland is one of the leading countries in implementation of the principles of sustainable development on the federal level. The foundation for successful environmental policy of this country is the comprehensive and continuous environmental education of citizens. Finns are recognized by the global community as one of the most environmentally conscious people in the world. The article explores Finland ‘s experience in implementation of environmental education in all spheres of social life. Special attention is given to international agreements and conventions that considerably impacted the recognition of environmental education as the basis for the development of environmental culture of the population. The author determines the stages of formation of the normative framework for implementing the environmental education policy. Analysis is conducted on the functions of the main government branches that are responsible for the development of plans and strategies on implementation and coordination of all-round environmental education. The author explores the mechanism of cooperation of the key actors in implementation of the strategies of sustainable development of the country. The article provides the examples of realization of the policy of continuous environmental education in preschools, schools, higher educational institutions, and other educational establishments; as well as the methods of instilling environmental consciousness in the citizens of all age groups. The author analyzes major achievements of Finnish policy on improving environmental culture and increasing environmental awareness of its citizens; assesses its effectiveness and role in setting the course for sustainable development of the country. The experience of Finland can serve as an example of improving this institution in the Russian Federation.

Purpose In education concerning environmental issues, there are two predominant currents in the world, environmental education (EE) and education for sustainable development (ESD). ESD is the formal commitment and therefore promoted by the United Nations, to ensure that countries achieve sustainable development. In contrast, EE was the first educational trend with an environmental protection approach. The purpose of this systematic review that seeks to show whether the migration from EE to ESD is being effective and welcomed by researchers and especially by universities is presented. With the above, a global panorama can be provided, where the regions that choose each model can be identified. In the same sense, it was sought to determine which of the two currents is more accepted within engineering education. Design/methodology/approach The review followed the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyzes parameters for systematic reviews. In total, 198 papers indexed in Scopus, Science Direct, ERIC and Scielo were analyzed. With the results, the advancement of ESD and the state of the EE by regions in the world were identified. Findings It was possible to categorize the geographical regions that host either of the two EE or ESD currents. It is important to note that ESD has gained more strength from the decade of ESD proposed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. For its part, EE has greater historical roots in some regions of the planet. In turn, there is evidence of a limited number of publications on the design and revision of study plans in engineering. Originality/value Through this systematic literature review, the regions of the world that are clinging to EE and those that have taken the path of ESD could be distinguished. Moreover, specific cases in engineering where ESD has been involved were noted.

The new phenomena of the world infrastructure practice are analyzed in the context of the paradigm of sustainable development. Special attention is paid to the conceptual and doctrinal design of new approaches to infrastructure development – the concepts of sustainable and high-quality infrastructure, responsible in-vestment. The efforts of the Russian Federation in this area are considered through the prism of the main trends in global infrastructure development. Conclusions are drawn about the key barriers that hinder the full-fledged development of the infrastructure complex, suggestions and recommendations are made on improv-ing approaches to the infrastructure development of Russia to achieve sustainable development.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between national economic and political priorities and environmental education policy formulation and curriculum strategies. This relationship will be placed in the historical context of developments in environmental education in Australia from 1970 until the present and will be analysed in terms of the ideological and pedagogical stances implicit, and explicit, in the developments during this period. I will argue that the emphasis throughout the period has been to sustain the development of environmental education without any questioning of why, what and how this development should occur.‘Sustainable development’ has become a slogan for governments, industry and conservation groups in recent times. It was the subtitle for the World Conservation Strategy (IUCN 1980) and the National Conservation Strategy for Australia (DHAE 1984) - living resource conservation for sustainable development - and was popularised in the report of the World Commission on Environment and Development, more commonly known as the Brundtland Report or Our Common Future (WCED 1987). The definition of sustainable development given in the World Conservation Strategy (IUCN 1980: section 1.3) and repeated in the National Conservation Strategy for Australia (DHAE 1984: 12) is as follows:Development is…the modification of the biosphere and the application of human, financial, living and non-living resources to satisfy human needs and improve the quality of human life. For development to be sustainable it must take account of social and ecological factors, as well as economic ones; of the living and nonliving resource base; and of the long term as well as the short term advantages and disadvantages of alternative actions.

Discrimination based on disability is a complex phenomenon that is present in all spheres of social life, especially in the world of work. The reasons that led to this are numerous: living conditions, social and economic policies of different times, but also many social factors such as ignorance, carelessness, neglect, fear and prejudice. Therefore, various documents on the international and national levels are adopted which contain provisions prohibiting discrimination against persons with disabilities and that provide a legal framework for their employment. Accordingly, the Serbian national legislation is now significantly closer to the standards of the international community and the European Union in this field, which opened the way for more effective protection of persons with disabilities. However, one of the main problems is the application of the law in practice. The authors tried to, through the presentation of relevant documents of international and domestic law, point out their individual shortcomings while proposing certain amendments to the existing legal solutions for the purpose of finding effective ways to combat discrimination against persons with disabilities in the labor and employment area, which is the main aim of this paper.

Abstract This article reveals the topic of the implementation of information modeling in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The world experience of creating information models of capital construction and the main features of control and standardization of BIM formation are considered. The analysis of the existing legal framework is carried out in relation to the responsibilities of organizations for the formation and maintenance of information models. The scheme of the life cycle of the model was developed. The article is related to the field of highways property complex management. The main features of the formation of BIM roads, their systematization, storage and regular updating were identified. As a result of the study, a geoportal of highways was developed for the modernization of the land and property complex management of highways. It serves as the basis for geoinformation support for information modeling, cadastral, urban planning, inventory and other works on highways. Conclusions and recommendations for the further development of this area in the territory of the Russian Federation are presented.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the scientific and philosophical thought development, which served as a challenge to the renewal of the content of environmental education at the beginning of the XXI century. The analysis of the stages of domestic environmental education development, its content from the point of view of reflection in it of relations between society and nature is carried out. A new stage in the environmental education development in the 21st century is associated with the spread of ideas of sustainable development, which determine the transformation of all spheres of human culture. The article provides examples of tasks that currently exist in the educational literature for one of the primary school subjects, and a variant of their change from the standpoint of environmental education in the interests of sustainable development is proposed. The modern literature on the methodology of teaching the subject “The World Around” in primary school is considered from the point of view of the representation of the content of environmental education in it. The author comes to the conclusion about the insufficiency of the natural science orientation of environmental education for the formation of students’ ideas about the environmental imperative – a key category for understanding the conditions for harmonizing nature, society and the world of things. Based on the analysis performed, a conclusion was made about the relevance of updating the content of school environmental education. It is substantiated that this will contribute to the achievement of its planned result – the formation of a modern ecological culture among students. Geodiversity presents overall diversity of relief shapes, processes and the diversity of landscape. It basically consists of geological, geomorphological and pedological diversity. The most interesting for tourism valorisation are karstic areas that cover over 50% of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. When it comes to geoparks, it is necessary to emphasize that such forms of protection have not yet been established in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The European Geopark Network exsist since 2000 and currently there are 140 geoparks in the 38 countries in Europe. Three geoparks stand out in our region; in Slovenia, Idrija and Karavanke (together with part in Austria) and Papuk in Croatia. Their main goals are promotion of geoheritage, protection of geodiversity and support of economic development through geotourism, with the inevitable participation of local communities. In the meantime, this initiative has been raised to a global level by including these areas in the newly adopted UNESCO program - International Geodetic and Geopark Program, which now has over 130 parks in 33 countries of the world. In our country, Blidinje Nature Park and the Protected landscape of Bijambare, have potential for becoming geopark. These parks would be based on promotion of the geological heritage, the geodiversity of the karst zone of Bosnia and Herzegovina, preservation of biodiversity and the protection of specific karst hydrography of this area. The plan for protecting these areas and potential admission to the European geopark network should primarily be based on a new legal framework and a plan that would include sustainable development of geotourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Realizing existing environmental problems the contemporary humanity is seeking new ways of interaction with environment. On the one hand it lies in development of innovative technologies in manufacturing process which reserve natural resources and focus on en-hancement of environment. On the other hand it implies introduction of environmental knowledge into all spheres of education. Psychological science claims that a person of postindustrial society is spiritually distanced from nature and the increasing formal religiosity doesn’t prevent them from developing a pragmatic view on their being. Striving to take every-thing from life “right now and right here” has made an impact on development of values. They have changed for the worse. The process of human mentality change is long-term. It requires organization of special institutions which would study these issues from the early childhood to make a child understand the role of environment as the most important value needed for preserving the life on the Earth. That is why it is very important for children to want and for teachers to able to carry out this process jointly. World viewing component of environmental education is intended to find out human’s belonging to the world – whether a person is “in” the world, “out” of world or “above” the world – and to organize the system of knowledge which would correspond to this understanding of human’s place in the world where environment would act as the main value of life and work. It is significant to change the character of relationships between the contemporary society and the environment; it should be developed on the basis of such principles as subordination, coordination and corre-lation. It is necessary to research the order of interrelations, the character of interrelation of elements and transformation of elements in the environment. Supporting the statement that knowledge is the basis of any education we claim that the content of environmental educa-tion being a part of general education with its complex and integrated character can provide comprehensive study of the environment to students. Nature, human being and society - bio-logical and social – genetic unity of existence should be reflected in education standards: pro-grammes, study-books, methodological literature, etc. The content of education determines the form of training: traditional lessons, outdoor training, excursions, research and project activity of students. Environmental education should have lifelong character: from childhood till elderly. Continuity of education – from the past to the present and future- should be im-plemented in the sphere of knowledge as well as in the sphere of traditional relationships with nature and people. It is also reasonable to consider such characteristics as direct results of educational activity – knowledge, skills, experience, kinds of activity and achievements; and indirect results – changes in social life of humans, their behavior and relationships with nature and people. On the whole the analysis of the problem of environmental education in Russia shows that the interest of young people to natural science is on the same level of that in other Euro-pean countries and it is not high. However as a result of reforms of secondary and higher edu-cation the natural science subjects have become electives. It can be expected that low level of interest to such subjects as physics, chemistry and biology will turn into decrease of number of those who would like to get knowledge of these subjects. Considering the demographic sit-uation in the country we can predict decline of teaching load, absence of demand for such teachers and, at the end, loss of pedagogical staff in schools and universities. That is why mentioned above projects on upgrading environmental education with the goal to improve the environmental situation in the country and nature preservation remain in the status of scientific projects. That is to say that there is an understanding of the necessity to improve education for better life in the country but now it is still on the stage of formal declaration. <p><em>Today’s Indonesian youth consider Pancasila a history and a foundation. It effect to the reducing sense of nationalism in their souls, moreover with the lack of effectiveness in learning and understanding the values of Pancasila. Young Generation is a translation of young generation instead old age. Youth means the population of teenagers or young people who are still developing. Generation Z are those who are born after the internet era- generations who enjoyed the technology after the birth of the internet. This generation can be said as people who have grown up or have jobs and other things that can affect the economy, politics and social life in the world today. Generation Z as stated by Aulia Adam, 28 April 2017, in this world, there has never been a generation that was born familiar with technology. Genersi Z adalah mereka yang lahir setelah generasi internet – generasi yang sudah menikmati keajiban teknologi usai kelahiran internet. Generasi ini dapat dikatakan sebagai orang yang sudah beranjak dewasa atau sudah punya pekerjaan dan hal-hal lain yang bisa mempengaruhi ekonomi, politik dan kehidupan sosial dunia kini. Generasi Z dikatakan oleh Aulia  Adam, 28 April 2017. didunia belum pernah ada generasi yang sejak lahir sudah akrab dengan teknologi. Ini merupakan penyebab dari pengaruh derasnya globalisasi teknologi saat ini sehingga solusi yang dapat kita lakukan yaitu dengan adanya kerja sama antara pemerintah, orangtua dan lembaga pendidikan untuk terus mengawasi tindakan dan perilaku generasi muda yang diiringi dengan memberikan pemahaman dan pengarahan akan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Generasi-generasi baru inilah yang dapat menyebabkan adanya penyimpangan nilai-nilai Panacasila dan sekaligus lunturnya kristalisasi Pancasila. Over the past few decades the gradual increase in environmental pollution, poverty and the need for energy made it necessary to transform the existing model of the economy. At the end of the 20th century the concept of sustainable development was formed. It included some relevant goals, the achievement of which made it possible to solve major socio-economic problems. The “green economy” is a system of economic relations between the state, economic entities and households arising from the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of goods and pursued in accordance with the objective of achieving the goals of sustainable development. The transition to the “green” economy will help to overcome poverty, provide humanity with renewable energy and gradually stop environmental pollution. The change of the existing model of economy requires a transformation in all its industries (manufacturing, finance, energy, etc.) and at all levels (from supranational to individual). Transformation processes, which include technical retrofitting, technology change, require significant funding. The establishment of an effective financial security mechanism will allow to attract the necessary investments for the implementation of projects in the field of transformation of economic sectors. It should be noted that the process of transition to a new model of economy in the world is already underway and the efforts of the world community aimed at achieving the goals of sustainable development are manifested in the creation of the necessary legal framework in the form of UN conventions and activities of international financial organizations providing financing for the implementation of projects in this field. The transition to the green economy model opens a number of opportunities for Ukraine, such as gaining energy independence, overcoming poverty and improving the environment.
