The study aims to determine:: (1) Efficiency of swamp rice farming in planting season I and II, (2) Differences in efficiency of swamp rice farming in planting season I and II,, and (3) actors that influence the efficiency of swamp rice farming. The study was conducted in Sukanagara Village, Lakbok Subdistrict, Ciamis District with a total sample of 41 farmers. The efficiency of swamp rice farming is analyzed using the R/C ratio, the difference in efficiency is analyzed using t test, and the factors that influence the efficiency of swamp rice farming are analyzed using multiple linear regression equations. The results showed that: (1) Farmers who achieved efficiency in swamp rice farming in planting season I were 35 people (85.36%), while in planting season II there were 41 people (100%), (2) There is a significant difference between the efficiency of swamp rice farming in planting season I and II, and (3) Land area, capital, education and planting season have a significant effect on the efficiency of swamp rice farming. While age, experience and the number of family dependents did not significantly influence the efficiency of swamp rice farming.

The purpose of this research is to (1) analyze the differences in rice farming of Ciherang and Mekongga varieties, (2) to determine R/C ratio of rice farming in Ciherang and Mekongga varieties, (3) to determine the factors that influence the differences of income in rice farming between Ciherang and Mekongga varieties. This study carried out at Rogomulyo village, Kaliwungu, Semarang. Allegedly factors that affecting the differences income are seed costs, pesticide costs, fertilizer costs, labor costs, grain prices, land area and dummy varieties. The number of farmers who planted Ciherang varieties was 211 people and the number of farmers who planted Mekongga varieties was 158 people. Simple random sampling technique with a sample of 40 Ciherang varieties and 40 Mekongga rice farmers. Data collection is done through interview using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used inclued analysis of unpaired t-test (independent sample t-test), R/C ratio, and multiple linier regression. The results showed that the difference in income of rice farmers of Ciherang and Mekongga varieties was Rp 1.507,056/Ha/planting season but statistically different. The R/C ratio of Ciherang variety rice farming is 2,39 while the R/C ratio of Mekongga varieties is 1,79. Factors that influence income differences are fertilizer costs, labor costs, grain prices, grain prices, land area and production while aeed costs, pesticidae costs, dummy varities have no effect.  Keywords : Ciherang R/C ratio, Mekongga R/C ratio, Income difference, Rice farming.

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment to Employee Work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office. The dependent variable used is Work Discipline, the independent variable is Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment. This type of research is causal associative. The sampling technique used is the Census technique to obtain a total sample of 48 respondents who are civil servants. Data analysis techniques in this study were multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and adjusted determination coefficient test (R2). From the regression results for this study the equation is obtained, namely Y = 8.756 + 0.565 X1 + 0.434 X2. The results of this study indicate that partially the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Partially, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously the organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency DPRD Secretariat office.Keywords: organizational climate, organizational commitment, work discipline

Mechanization is one form of technology adoption to improve yields in rice farming. The aims of the research to determine the use of agricultural mechanization and its impact on rice farming in Sananwetan Sub-District, Blitar City expected to improve the standard of living and welfare of its group members. The number of samples taken was 50 rice farmers in Sananwetan Sub-District, Blitar City, chosen by using proportional random sampling. Data analysis using the Mann-Whitney Test and the Multiple Linear Regression Cobb Douglas Model. From the results of interviews in this study show that the use of the mechanization of rice farming in Sananwetan Sub-District, Blitar City is still not optimal. This was due to farmers' perceptions of the unsatisfactory results of agricultural machinery performance, a sense of humanity to 'farm laborers', narrow land area and insufficient availability of farm machinery. While from the results of Mann Whitney's test show that pesticide use and labor requirements were smaller and differed significantly in the use of full mechanization rather than partial mechanization. Other than that, the variable cost of the harvest is lower in the use of full mechanization and is significantly different compared to using the mechanism partially. Rice productivity in full mechanization was 782.15 kg / 1000m2 while partial mechanization was 682.87 kg / 1000m2. For farmers' income in full mechanization is IDR. 1,153,407, - per 1000 m2, in the partial mechanization of IDR. 1,590,574, - per 1000m2. From Cobb Douglas model multiple linear regression analysis found that land area (m2), seed costs and the use of mechanization had a significant effect on the income of rice farming in Sananwetan District, Blitar City.

Performance determinants include; education, motivation and compensation. These factors are quite important that can improve performance. This study aims to explain whether there is an influence of education, motivation and compensation on employee performance. So that through the results of this study are expected to be a reference for leaders in managing the organization. In this study there are three independent variables namely education, motivation and compensation and one dependent variable is employee performance. At this time in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, which was marked by; big data / giant data, internet of think, labor knowledge, and long life education. Since the beginning of the life of mankind until an infinite period, very much determined by the ability of mastery of science and technology. Science and technology can not be separated with the advancement of education levels. Education is the base of all changes both individually, groups and the State. Employee performance is largely determined by the education they have, the higher the education the higher the performance and vice versa. The population in this study were employees of BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH of 60 people and all of them were sampled. The results of the analysis with SPSS 23 statistical tools obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 0.505 X1 + 0.175 X2 + 0.408 X3. The results of multiple linear regression equations show that there is a positive and significant effect between education on employee performance at BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH (t-test 6.314> t table 0.05), motivation on employee performance at BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH (t-test 2.160> t table 0.05), and compensation for employee performance at BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH (t-test 5.108> t table 0.05). While jointly (simultaneously) the effect of education, motivation and compensation influence and significant effect on employee performance at BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH (f test = 44.692> f table = 0.05). The influence of both research variables is very strong with a correlation value of 69.0% for employee performance in BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH is influenced by motivation education and compensation. The remaining 31.0% employee performance in BRI AHMAD YANI SEMARANG BRANCH is influenced by other variables that affect Employee performance.

<pre><em>The study aimed to determine how the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of Langsa Health BPJS employees. The population in this study were permanent employees at the Langsa Health BPJS, which numbered 31 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling using saturated sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression equations with the help of SPSS software carried out t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression obtained by the equation Y = 1,098 + 0,260X1 + 0,290X2. To prove the hypothesis partially carried out t test for each variable, where the organizational commitment variable obtained t sig &lt;5% (0.03 &lt;0.05) so that it can be stated that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. Job satisfaction variables obtained t sig &lt;5% (0.04 &lt;0.05) so that it can be stated that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. And to prove the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is carried out, so that F sig &lt;5% (0.00 &lt;0.05) can be stated that organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of BPJS employees in Langsa City. As well as the determination coefficient test results obtained by 33.4% organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of health workers BPJS Langsa City.</em></pre>

The purpose of this research is to examine the capital effect and land area toward the coffee farmers income in Lewa Jadi Village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research based on quantitative approach. The sampel used is the communities of coffee farmers who the coffee ground about 73 respondents. The primary data as the instrument of collecting data utilized in this study. The primary data is obtained by distributing questonnaires to the coffee farmers. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, multicoliniarity test, heterokedasticity test, determinant test, T test, F test with spss version 16. The result of study shows that the variable of capital has the possitive and significant effect toward the coffee farmers income in Lewa Jadi Village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency. Next, the variable of land area has the possitive and significant effect too on the income of coffee farmers in Lewa Jadi village, Bandar District, Bener Meriah Regency.   Keywords: Capital, Land area, Income.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Modal dan Luas Lahan Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Metodelogi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Sampel yang digunakan adalah masyarakat petani kopi yang mempunyai lahan kopi sebanyak 73 responden.Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran angket (kuisioner) kepada petani kopi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji determinan, uji T, uji F dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar kabupaten Bener Meriah. Dan variabel luas lahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Desa Lewa Jadi Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah.   Kata Kunci: Modal, Luas Lahan, Pendapatan.

JESI APRIANI LATEKA. Analysis of Factors Affecting Pine Gum Production in Poso District. Supervised by JANTJE D. PRANG as main supervisor and TOHAP MANURUNG as a co-supervisor.            Poso Regency is a center of productivity for pine resin in Central Sulawesi, so it is very important to know the factors that influence the production of pine sap in Poso District. Referring to several previous studies, the accumulation of various factors can cause a problem or an event triggered by various previous events, to predict the use of multiple linear regression equations that can summarize these various factors. The data used in this study are data on the land area of each group (X1 ), the number of group workers (X2) and the number of hours of group work (X3). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis there is a symptom of multicollinearity between the variables of the number of workers and the number of hours worked, therefore to overcome this one variable is taken, namely the number of workers. The results of the analysis show that the variable area of land and the number of labor simultaneously affect the production of pine sap with a determination coefficient of 93%. Kata kunci:   Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Pine Forest in Poso District

Principal leadership is very important in the education and learning efforts of the 21st-century. This study aims to find determinants of principal leadership solutions in dealing with 21st-century learning in Vocational High Schools (VHS). This research was conducted with a total sample of 64 respondents from the principals, the vice principal for field I-IV, the head of department, and staff. The data analysis used the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) method to test the validity of the constructs and to estimate the reliability of the data. Furthermore, the t-test, One Way Anova, and Games-Howell test were used to test the difference in the average rating based on the characteristics of the respondent's dimensions. The results of the EFA analysis show that seven sub-variables are consisting of 29 determinants of the principal's leadership solution which are identified at 74.266%. The results of the instrument reliability estimation have a reliable level. Based on the different tests using the t-test on the gender dimension and the One Way Anova test on the last position and education dimension, it was concluded that there was no significant difference in the assessment of respondents. The Games-Howell test post-hoc revealed that there were significant differences based on the 29-33 year age dimension and the 5-9-year-old teaching experience dimension.

<p><em>This research was conducted to determine the influence of IFRS convergence on earnings management. The main variable in this research is IFRS convergence. This research also use variable control to get other different influences such as size, growth, leverage and return on equity. The objects selected for this research are 32 samples of manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with observation for 4 years totaling 128 observation samples, but because the data shows abnormal so researcher have done a data reduction using outliers test and the total sample obtained is 120 data samples. The analytical method used in this reserach is quantitative descriptive. The analysis test used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test (partial test and stimultaneous test), correlation analysis of R, test of coefficient determination, and paired sample t test. The results of analysis multiple linear regression test showed IFRS, growth and leverage have a significant effect on earnings management, while company size and return on equity have no significant effect on earnings management.</em></p><p> </p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh konvergensi IFRS terhadap manajemen laba. Variabel utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Konvergensi IFRS dan Manajemen Laba. Dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel kontrol untuk menemukan apakah ada pengaruh lain yang berbeda antara lain ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, leverage, dan return on equity.Objek penelitian yang diambil berjumlah 32 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan periode pengamatan selama 4 tahun sehingga berjumlah 128 sampel observasi, tetapi dikarenakan pada saat pengujian awal data menunjukkan tidak normal, maka peneliti melakukan reduksi data dengan uji outliers sehingga total sampel yang didapat menjadi 120 sampel data. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji parsial dan uji simultan), uji koefisien determinasi dan uji beda t test. Hasil dari pengujian analisis linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa IFRS, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan dan return on equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba.</em></p>
