С развитием технологий производства и внедрением автоматизированных технологических процессов возникают повышенные требования к качеству посевного материала. Посевные качества семян, отвечающие требованиям ГОСТ 32592-2013 Семена овощных, бахчевых культур, кормовых корнеплодов и кормовой капусты. Сортовые и посевные качества. Общие технические условия , не всегда удовлетворяют требованиям, предъявляемым к семенам и их качеству. Для автоматизации посева семена должны быть выровнены по размеру, иметь высокие показатели энергии и лабораторной всхожести. Один из способов повышения посевных качеств семян перца сладкого доработка семян на пневмосортировальном столе с сепарацией семян по их удельной плотности, выполненности. Работа проводилась на экспериментальной базе ВНИИО филиала ФГБНУ ФНЦО и цеха доработки семян Агрохолдинга Поиск . В опытах изучались возможности подготовки семян с использованием пневмосортировального стола ПСС-1, изготовленного на Воронежском ОАО ГСКБ Зерномаш . Исследования проводили на семенах перца сладкого. При обработке выделяются и направляются в приемники пять фракций семян, условно легкие примеси, промежуточная фракция, две основных фракции очищенного материала и тяжелые примеси, в т.ч. минеральные частицы (камешки, песчинки, которые имеют одинаковый размер с семенами, но значительно их тяжелее). Для более качественного разделения фракций в приемниках предусмотрены разделительные заслонки, которые можно смещать относительно поступаемых семян с деки. В конструкции машины предусмотрена возможность изменения: угла продольного наклона деки от 0 до 8 град., угла поперечного наклона деки от 0 до 9 градусов, частоты колебаний деки от 300 до 500 кол/мин., и амплитуды позиционно 3 и 5 мм. Доработка семенного вороха на пневмосортировальном столе ПСС-1 дает возможность выделить семена с более высокими посевными качествами, пригодные для современных интенсивных точных технологий в овощеводстве. Основное направление реализации высококачественного семенного материала товарные производители. Несмотря на то, что стоимость высококачественных семян на порядок выше, положительно на экономический эффект влияет отказ от пикировки, высев семян перца напрямую в кассеты, и более качественная рассада, так как за счет энергии прорастания рассада растет более равномерно и дружно.With the development of production technologies and the introduction of automated technological processes, there are increased requirements for the quality of seed. The work was carried out on the experimental basis of ARRIVG branch Federal State Budget Scientific Institution Federal Scientific Center and the seed finishing shop of the Poisk agroholding. In the experiments, we studied the possibilities of preparing seeds using the PSS-1 pneumatic sorting table manufactured at the Voronezh GSKB Zernomash. During processing, five fractions of seeds, conditionally light impurities, an intermediate fraction, two main fractions of the purified material and heavy impurities are isolated and sent to the receivers, including mineral particles (pebbles, grains of sand, which are the same size with seeds, but they are much heavier). For a better separation of fractions, separators are provided in the receivers, which can be shifted relative to the incoming seeds from the deck. The design of the machine provides for the possibility of changing: the angle of the longitudinal inclination of the deck from 0 to 8 degrees., The angle of the transverse inclination of the deck from 0 to 9 degrees, the oscillation frequency of the deck from 300 to 500 counts/min., аnd the amplitude positionally 3 and 5 mm. Completion of the seed pile on the PSS-1 pneumatic sorting table makes it possible to select seeds with higher sowing qualities that are suitable for modern intensive precision technologies in vegetable growing. The main direction of the sale of high-quality seed material is commodity producers. Despite the fact that the cost of high-quality seeds is an order of magnitude higher, the positive effect on the economic effect is the refusal to pick, sowing pepper seeds directly into cassettes, and better seedlings, since seedling grows more uniformly and amicably due to the germination energy.

Сочетание основного удобрения с листовой и корневой подкормками позволяет получить до 65 т/га плодов перца высокого качества.The action of mineral fertilizers, microcrystalline complex water soluble fertilizer Master and organic mineral nano-fertilizer with growth-stimulating activity Arksoil under drip irrigation on the productivity and quality of sweet pepper of the new hybrid F1 Temp is shown. The combination of basic fertilizer with leaf and root fertilizing allows to obtain up to 65 t/ha of pepper fruits of high quality.

The development of the table grapes market is directly related to the renewal of the assort-ment and technological modernization of pro-duction, taking into account the growing re-quirements of consumers. Equally important is the discrepancy between the tastes of con-sumers of fresh grapes and the quality indica-tors of the grapes supplied by the industry, therefore, an important task is to improve the assortment. Recently, a large number of pri-vate breeders have joined the breeding work on the breeding of table varieties, the results of whose work often have no scientific as-sessment. The article presents the results of a variety study of five selected promising table hybrid forms of grapes obtained by amateur winegrowers. Variety studies were conducted in 2018–2020 at the experimental vineyard of the experimental field All-Russian Research Institute for Viticulture and Winemaking – Branch of Federal State Budget Scientific In-stitution «FRARC». The methods used for the assessment were generally accepted in vit-iculture. Vineyards grafted, covering, non-irrigated, planting scheme 3×1.5 m. The agro-biological characteristics are given, the yield is estimated, the uvological, tasting and eco-nomic assessment of hybrid forms is given. The studied varieties have desirable character-istics: high quality, attractive appearance, large and very large bunches and berries, dense pulp consistency, different tastes, bright color of berries.

Abstract A concern of both pulse growers and poultry producers is how frost damage around harvest time affects the nutritional quality of faba bean for broiler chickens. To investigate, 2 zero-tannin cultivars (Snowbird, Snowdrop) and 1 low vicine and convicine cultivar (Fabelle) sourced from seed growers were spring planted 3 weeks later than recommended (mid-May) and harvested late October to purposely increase frost damage. Parent, certified seed (high quality) and harvested frost damaged beans (low quality) of the 3 cultivars were fed to 740 chickens housed in 64 floor pens in a 2 x 3 factorial plus control (9 pens of 11 or 12 birds per treatment). Starter (d 0 to 11), grower (d 12 to 24) and finisher (d 25 to 40) diets included 15, 30, and 45% faba bean in partial (starter, grower) or total replacement of soybean meal (SBM; control). Harvested Snowbird, Snowdrop, Fabelle averaged 52, 62, 17% blackened hull and 35, 43, 51% immature beans, respectively. There was a cultivar x quality interaction (P < 0.05) on daily feed disappearance (ADFI) and gain-to-feed (G:F). Broilers fed low quality Snowdrop consumed 10 g/d more finisher and 6 g/d more feed overall than those fed low quality Snowbird or Fabelle; broilers fed parent seed were intermediate. Feeding low quality Fabelle resulted in best overall G:F (0.646) vs. high quality Snowbird (0.611), high quality Fabelle (0.624), or low quality Snowdrop (0.624). Average daily weight gain (ADG) and bird body weight (BW) at the end of each growth phase were not affected by cultivar or quality level. Controls fed SBM only grew 2.75 g/d faster overall and were 113.5 g heavier at the end of the trial than broilers fed faba bean (P < 0.05). Controls fed SBM only had 0.024 g/g better overall G:F than broilers fed faba bean (P < 0.05). Feeding low quality beans or high quality seed had no effect on antemortem BW, chilled carcass weight (WT), dressing percentage or yield of saleable cuts except that broilers fed Snowbird or Snowdrop had 0.8%-unit larger thighs than those fed Fabelle. Controls fed SBM only were 110 g heavier at slaughter, had 72 g heavier chilled carcass WT, and 0.5%-unit greater dressing percentage than broilers fed faba bean (P < 0.05). These results indicate that feeding frost damaged and(or) immature faba bean, to the extent observed in this trial, did not negatively affect growth performance or carcass attributes of broiler chickens compared to feeding parent, certified, high quality seed of these cultivars.

The aim of the research is to show the reason of necessity in discovering the motivating potential of employees and also influence on them through the introduction of the effective contract. The research has studied the attitude of the temporary pedagogical staff towards the effective contract, also the research has found the factors that influence on satisfaction of labor, and the motivating profile of a personality was constructed. 207 people aged 18 - 23 have taken part in the research. Those are temporary pedagogical employees of the children's health camp. In the first part of the research the theoretical bases of the effective contract with the reference to modern literature were studied. In the second part the research has found the interrelations between being ready to work by the effective contract and outer stimuli influencing on the quality of the work performed. The revealed direct and inverse relations between the attitude to the effective contract and the reasons followed by employees give the evidence that transferring to the suggested form of labor relations can cause an absolutely opposite effect. Employees working on the effective contract will be oriented only on the remuneration in favorable working conditions and the things like self-improvement, interest to work will be of little interest for them.

Using of combined tools in the system of soil preparation for sowing allows to reduce energy and labor costs per unit of cultivated products while maintaining soil fertility with maximum economic effect. When preparing the soil for sowing, it is important to create a fine-grained soil structure using simple machines and tools. The purpose of research is improving the quality of the structural condition of the soil in preparation for sowing using the simplest and most productive tools and machines, reducing the specific high-energy costs of preparing the soil for sowing crops. The use of a combination of working bodies for loosening the soil in one machine allows you to intensify the process of crushing the soil and expand the range of use of the machine or tool to prepare the soil for sowing crops. One of the ways to solve the problem of quality soil preparation for sowing crops is the use of high-performance combined multi-operational units, which in one pass provide loosening, leveling the soil surface and its necessary compaction. Such units prevent over-compaction of the soil, which is typical for traditional cultivation, and due to the formation of a well-dissolved surface layer reduce moisture evaporation. The comparative analysis of agrotechnical indicators of work of a harrow cultivator, which was executed on the basis of field tests, allowed to establish that increase of coefficient of quality of loosening of soil on 14 ... 17%, coefficient of quality of crushing on 10 ... 17,6% in comparison with serial harrows expands functionality of using a harrow-cultivator with experimental bending teeth allows to improve the quality of tillage, increase productivity and reduce energy costs.

Normal micro flora in the body is created by probiotics, but in modern environmental conditions and bad economic activity in animal farming this group of microorganisms favorable and very necessary for the body is experiencing a constant and huge pressure, so the quantity and quality of each species of these microorganisms is reduced. The aim of this work is to show the effectiveness of the use of certain probiotics in the an imal farming of the Amur region. The research was conducted from 1994 to 2020 in different livestock farms of the Amur region. To assess the condition of animals, there were used generally accepted indicators and the rules of general research. The utmost attention was paid to psychoemotional condition of animals. Body weight indicators were obtained when animals were weighed. As a result, it was found out that the use of probiotics in animal farming of the Amur region showed a positive effect in all cases, but the highest efficiency is provided by “Intestevit “(94.8% of the total number of livestock survived). It is manufactured in the laboratory of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “All-Russian State Center for Quality and Standardization of Medicines for Animals and Feed» and it is based on the collection of samples of probiotics from the nomenclature of microflora characteristic of animals from different regions of the Russian Federation. In groups where animals were treated with probiotic “Intestevit”, the economic effect was higher by 23.4-25.9%.

Only a very small percentage of American and Canadian families produce all their own food. Under the circumstances, over 200 million people and close to 5 milion infants are dependent, to a greater or lesser extent, upon codes, ordinances, and laws enacted to insure that produce in the market place is sound, wholesome, and free of noxious or toxic contaminants. In most instances, neither the consuming public nor the medical profession is aware of the complex and comprehensive nature of the regulatory network which controls the quality of the food supply. Various governmental agencies, federal, state, provincial in Canada, and municipal, provide minimum standards of quality for food and nutritional products and promulgate codes governing manufacturing procedures. Some codes have the force of law whereas others are prepared as guides, particularly for those industries manufacturing food which does not enter interstate commernce, and compliance may be voluntary unless local legislation exists to enforce these codes. Compliance with these standards is determined both by governmental agencies and manufacturers using selective sampling and assay of products at various stages prior to marketing. However, governmental agencies are able to spot check only a small number of the many lots of products and foods under their jurisdiction. The high quality of today's commodity foods and nutritional products has resulted in large part from widespread compliance, self-policing, and desire by industry to surpass the minimum requirements set by law and to provide the consumer with superior products. Through the full co-operation of industry with governmental agencies, a great number and variety of food and nutrition products of high quality and uniformity is available to the consumer, and especially to the infant.
