The article is devoted to the research of the youth criminal subculture and its impact on the personality of under-aged. In the course of analysis of this negative impact, a definition of the criminal subculture of under-aged was proposed. The main principles of such a criminal subculture as AUE (the acronym, transcribed from Russian: АУЕ or А.У.Е., comes from «Арестантский уклад един» / “Prisoners Unity (Solidarity)” are defined. The reasons contributing to the development of this negative phenomenon and the typical fea- tures of a minor sharing the ideology of the AUE were identified. The methods for counteracting the AUE were proposed. The method- ological basis of the research is formed by general scientific methods: dialectical, system research method, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy, etc., as well as such private scientific methods as comparative legal, formal legal, structural and functional, statistical ones. The authors relied on the results of research by Russian and foreign legal scholars, sociologists, psychologists.

Legal protection for a mark of a place or origin of MSMEs can be done by first registering the mark to obtain legal force. In this case the Office/Agency/Community Organization assists by facilitating MSMEs in terms of socialization and assistance for trademark registration. Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications provides improvements to previous laws, especially regarding preventive protection measures, namely registration procedures and registration fees. Brands produced by Indonesian MSMEs can help increase competitiveness in the development of new products. This research is normative or library research method, namely legal research carried out by reviewing and researching library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This study concludes: First, the problems in the protection of intellectual property rights in the field of branding for MSME products are due to the understanding of MSME actors on brand rights is still low/shallow so that MSME actors do not register the brand of MSME products. Second, efforts to provide brand protection to the MSME industry are by registering MSME brands and the government makes it easy for MSME industry players to register trademarks.

In recent years, many cognitive care robots have been developed. There is also a form of the companion pet, and there are also robots that can be personified and talk with the elderly. Also, some telecommunications equipment can be replaced to help older people connect to the telecommunications community. However, the need for such robots is still unclear in the focus of this area of being able to interact, talk to, and connect with family and society. Although many studies in the existing literature that tell how to research to verify their efficacy, methods of defining effects can pave the way for future studies. This is what this article will show. The article included qualitative research searches and screenings, effect summaries, and research method analysis. The problem to be solved in this article is how to use and measure the effectiveness of conversational humanoids in nursing elderly patients with cognitive impairment. We also hope to provide some guidance for future research on cognitive impairment.

This study aims to reveal the mental images of seventh-grade students regarding the concept of distance education through metaphors. The study group of the research; consists of a total of 46 seventh grade students, 25 girls and 21 boys, who study at a private school in the center of Kayseri, determined by appropriate sampling. These students receive distance education as synchronous and asynchronously on different platforms within the scope of social distance measures taken in the COVID-19 (coronavirus) virus epidemic. The study was designed with a phenomenology pattern, which is one of the qualitative research method designs. In order to collect the data, they were asked to complete the sentence "Distance education is like… because…" by accessing the phone applications. The collected data were analyzed by content analysis, which is one of the qualitative research method analysis types. In this study, 46 metaphors were obtained and these metaphors were grouped under 12 categories. While students thought not only distance education was the most necessary, they also described it as optional, inefficient, uncertain, and useful.

<p>Pedagogical experience and findings of different scholars testify to the fact that mastering improvisation can be based on essentially different didactic approaches. Therefore, at developing the didactic model of mastering improvisation in music secondary school, a necessity arises to study kinds of improvisation activity and define the more important kinds of improvisation activities for mastering improvisation in music secondary schools. The research method: analysis of literature, analysis of the author’s pedagogical experience.<br />We consider that for mastering improvisation at music school, it is essential to use such kinds of improvisation activities as: rhythmic and rhythmic-melodic improvisation; imagery improvisation; total and partial improvisation; continuous and episodic improvisation; solo and collective improvisation; musical improvisation on various instruments; improvisation in other arts; technology-based improvisation activities.</p>

The study aims to find out and analyze: Parental support, optimism for the future  toward achievement motivation Student at SMAN 2 Solok. The type of  this research was a correlational. The technique of sampling in this study was the simple random sampling, with a sample of 162 students. Data collected through in terviews, questionnaires, and documentation as a reference in research. Method analysis was the Path analysis. classified in to quantitative study using survey research methods. To test the hypothesis by using test. The results showed that: 1) Parental support  significantly influence the achievement motivation. 2) optimisme future significantly influence the achievement motivation. 3) the  Parental support significant effect the optimisme future.Keyword: Parental support, Peer social support, optimisme future, achievement motivation

Abstract: This research aims to analyze guided peer review to improve writing skill on personal recount texts for high school students in Bojonegoro in the aspects of (1) How is the process of implementing guided peer review (2) the students’ problems in writing personal recount texts (3) how the students’ writing after using guided peer review. This research uses colaborative classroom action research method. Analysis of the students’ problems in composing personal recount texts is analyzed in five components of writing such as content, organization, vocabulary, languge use, and mechanics. The Results of the analysis of average scores reveal that the students have problems in all components of writing in composing personal recount text in the initial drafts of the first cycle. However, there is significant improvement on the students class mastery of final draft from the first to second cycles. They are 53% and 83% students reach the minimum score criteria. Operational comments and suggestions help their peer to develop their writing better. It means guided peer review is able to improve the students writing skill in pesonal recount texts. Keyword: Guided peer review, personal recount texts, writing components Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis guided peer review untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks personal recount pada peserta didik SMA di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam hal (1) Bagaimana proses implementasi guided peer review (2) permasalahan peserta didik dalam menulis teks personal recount dan (3) bagaimana tulisan peserta didik setelah menggunakan guided peer review. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif. Analisa permasalahan penulisan teks personal recount pada semua komponen keterampilan menulis antara lain isi, organisasi, kosa kata, grammar, dan mekanik.  Hasil analisis dari nilai rata-rata mengungkapkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki masalah dalam semua komponen keterampilan menulis pada draf awal di siklus pertama. Namun, ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada penguasaan kemampuan menulis pada draf akhir dari siklus pertama hingga kedua sebesar 53% dan 83% peserta didik dapat mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Komentar dan masukkan yang jelas membantu teman sebayanya dalam mengembangkan tulisannya lebih baik. Ini berarti guided peer review dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks personal recount peserta didik. Kata kunci: peer review terbimbing, teks personal recount, komponen tulisan.

In this article the augmented reality technology, its definitions,conception, application fields and its communicative aspects are analysed. Used research method – analysis and generalization of scientific literature. The main characteristics and conceptions of augmented reality are presented, also its unique communicative features emphasized, which can improve communication process. Analysis and generalizations presented in this article can be useful for the organizations seeking innovative communication solutions.
